I love to get my car wash here. Management and employees are really Friendly. I was kinda worried at first about my car getting damage, but I spoke to the Manager on Duty Arnold and he explain to me how it worked and the benefits of getting a wash. He explained to me the different types of washes and made me feel really comfortable and appreciated by the professionalism that he used. If I could I would give it a 10 stars. I love this place. The shine on my car says it all.

I have been a customer of this company off and on for two years and the service is good but it depends on which location you visit what I mean is the actual wash (equipment) varies by location i.e. the wash at cat city is great and so is palm desert they have better longer cycles which gives you a better wash so what I noticed is the longer the car wash equals to longer cycles and better wash. Customer is consistent consistent in most location. If you can go to the locations that have longer runs and youll get a good longer wash cycles.

Ive already shared my problem, but to summarize it, I wanted a month of the unlimited washes. I couldnt pay cash because it wouldve been$10 more so I had to use credit card. When I got home I had 3 emails, one thanking me for my subscription, one thanking me for using Quick Quack, one thanking me for my membership. It indicated my credit card would be billed in a month and if I cancel before 45 days I would be billed an additional $5. I went back over spoke with manager. He said he would cancel membership and I would have free car washes for the month for the misunderstanding because the unlimited monthly washes didnt have a sign indicating a membership was required to receive it, but, my daughter tried to wash my car and was told I had no membership. Not only that, they havent refunded my money yet. They told me it would take 5-7 days to refund. Today is 5 business days which they didnt say business days. If not refunded by Thursday, 7-15-21, I will be disputing the charges with my bank. These are deceptive practices.

I love coming to this car wash. I have 7 cars on my lucky duck membership! You want great customer service? Come to quick quack!!! They’re always super nice and caring. Love that they have workers asking about our experience from the wash, shows they really care for their customers 😁👍🏽

Pretty quick and easy. The rinse cycle doesnt do a great job on my hatchback door but thats typical. I dont stay to vacuum the car because the suction is terrible on their machines.

I accidentally locked myself out with my keys inside my car while I was vacuuming. Luckily, two gentlemen that work there helped me out and unlocked my car. I was so grateful. Thank you Arnold and the other gentleman.

I recently visited the wash off of day st, I saw a gentlman running around from car to car, extremely focused and effective, I was shocked at how much effort he showed for his customers. I could tell it was personal, he was outstanding. If anyone has a chance to meet Arnold at this particular quick quack! Consider yourself lucky! Even my kids said “that an is so nice!” Thanks Arnold! When I cancel my membership because I had move in April this year beginning of June I had up to June 16th to use they still took monies from my account starting on June 25th, July 25th August 25th and still scheduled for September 25 they only return two months only never again and that was after several phones calls the supervisor never would talk to me when I requested them not good be careful

Car wash is entry level price to high ($7.99) one month unlimited start at $19.99 only if you use a credit card and give them your email address. If you pay cash for the same service it will cost you $30 a month. My opinion theyre asking for too much information for a car wash. I would look elsewhere

As a first timer the customer service here was welcoming and very helpful especially from Mario which was a big help and he was well informed about the company and learned that theres one near when I live which was really nice to know I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back

Nothing works anymore. Maintenance is terrible. Air nozzles do not work. Tire shine rubs along both sides of the car. Air blowers dont even dry car, leaves stains all over car.

Since taking my car to this car wash I have noticed some scratches on may car. I called to cancel my membership on June 1st 2021 due to this issue. The agent over the phone did not seem to care and just cancelled my membership. I would have expected better customer service. Sorry to say I will not come back. The vacuums have low power and you are not even provided with a towel to dry your car. I would have expected more especially if you have more than one vehicle on the membership and have the Better plan.

My first car wash here. Got to say I loved it. The colors and different cycles were cool to watch. I will more then likely come back here. They even provide a dashboard cleaner for free and free vacuums at the end.

Great place for a quick wash. I have the best membership with them. Come through as often as I like no contract. Very helpful staff.

Quick,fast,and easy but its best to go when its not too busy because you may have to wait on a vacuum due to either usage or your available vacuum having a slightly weak suction

Nicest and friendliest Car Wash I’ve been to - hands down!These guys are a Class Act. Always with a smile and very helpful.I have a monthly plan with them and have been to 3 different sites so far; including Arizona (near Phoenix), Hemet, CA and now Moreno Valley, CA.

This place suppose to open at 7 am is 7:45 and still close. you guys just lost a lot of business because the person in charge is not been responsable. Not fair to customers like me that pay for the monthly membership and want it to wash the car before going to work. Mostly likely I will be canceling my membership. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up.

Brand new car wash near Winco / Costco Moreno Valley Day Street.. amazing new technology.. my car was almost dry as I drove out.. different from Gas stations and not the cheapest but they have monthly plans for people that likes the cars washed every few days ..

I love my quick quack car wash membership. My dad and I pay $45 per month for both cars. They offer unlimited car washes per month and the workers always give a free dash wipe. There are also complimentary vacuums for use to keep your car looking nice. I go there at least once a week to keep my car looking clean and new. I highly recommend this car wash membership. Ive tried out other memberships but they only let you get 1 car wash per day whereas at quick quack it really is unlimited....

Really cool car wash! Got the job done, BUT I think this car wash damaged my wipers :( I didn’t notice right after the wash.Initially I thought this car wash was really cool because they have rainbow LED lights throughout the wash so as your car gets washed, you basically get a color show at the same time (it changes colors very slowly so don’t worry about getting any headaches from it).I’m bummed out about my wipers.

I would give it a 3 but their machine works well and bumper it up to a 4. Service is slow, the pay for car wash system is strange.

Perfect for a woman on the go. They also provide a monthly membership. Staff was informative about details pertaining the membership. Not to mention friendly and professional.

Its a good maintained wash. I wash once or twice weekly, so the $30 monthly cost is minimal. Tire shine doesnt always work, but they will do it by hand whenever that happens. Very powerful vacuums with crevice tool, and compressed air gun for getting water out of nooks and crannies. Dryer works well, but bring a towel for thorough wipe down, drips, etc.

Crazy value, theres so much wax in the wash you can smell it inside (good thing). Attendant Rychard was super cool and explained everything. Saw my kids in the car and gave them toy ducks ... Now thats great customer service.

Went there the bottom of my car on the right side was damaged. They took a report promised someone would call me regarding the damage never did had to turn it into my insurance company see the photos. Ruined one of the tires as well as the hubcaps. Customer service was called also gave them the report and was told someone would call me. NEVER DID! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Way overpriced...the vacuums dont have any suction. My car came out with a ton of water spots, despite paying for the most expensive wash. The tires and undercarriage also did not get clean at all. Would not return it recommend. Only good thing is the cool light show during the wash.

I was with a friend, helped her dry her car and noticed that the lower part of car wasnt cleaned all the way. She has pays for unlimited so I kind of figured she would have a better wash. This is why I prefer to wash my car myself. Drive through washes will never do the job as well as a person can do on their own.

I started a promotional car wash subscription for the “Best” wash, which cleaned my car and tires very well. I decided that for the following month, I will cancel my current subscription and switch to the “Better” subscription, which was a little cheaper.I left a 1 star review because of the misinformation about my current subscription from the Quick Quack representatives.1.) I was misinformed about the days my subscription was active, even after speaking to 2 different quick quack representatives to confirm my Quick Quack subscription dates.2.) I was billed for the “Best” cycle again for the following month ($29.99) a day early3.) I was not initially told about the 10 day cancellation grace period when I signed up (I was told by Quick Quack phone representative: Lisa, that subscriptions have to be canceled 10 days early).4.) I was not informed of the $5 cancellation fee (also told by the Quick Quack phone representative: Lisa, on the day I tried to cancel my subscription)Quick Quack representative Lisa was of no help, and now I am stuck with another month of the “Best” Car wash ($29.99) and a $5 cancellation fee.

My car was squeaky clean after visiting this carwash. Free vacuums and greeted by a sweet employee who handed me a complimentary wipe for the interior. Quick, convenient and really leave your car clean.. plus going through the wash is kinda fun.. very colorful suds... totally going back!

If you are planning to signup with them then please be careful and check your account every month they charge you twice for monthly membership fee and when you call them they dont return your money so stop being robbed by this Moreno Valley Quick Quack car wash and wash your car somewhere else

Quick Quack Car Wash offers good people, nice locations, good vacuums and air dryers, in and out about 3 minutes, very clean car. Get the membership its well worth it and youll have a clean car all the time ! Use them twice a week, and youll get 2-3 times the monthly value of the membership, Im glad I did . If you choose to GPS it to this location, I would recommend that you put in 12830 GATEWAY, Moreno Valley, since technically it is East of Day Street, and not physically on Day St.Quick Quack Car Wash is a. bit hidden too find, its next to Costco !!!!

I visited this car wash place yesterday since I had heard so much about it. It was easy and trouble free. The only thing I thought was it was a little pricey for a drive through car wash but I understand the employees need to be paid. I advise to get a package deal to get the best for your money.

I was very excited to try this car wash, loved the design and all the marketing. Prices are higher than any of the surrounding car washes, and the top one is 20 dollars. I opted for the lower option, which was 9 dollars I believe and still felt like I would of been better served by taking it to a gas station car wash.

Staff is always great, they keep their operation simple and straightforward.Only issue is vacuums occasionally gunked up but usually fixed daily. Monthly deals are a bargain if youre OCD like me.Again, the employees are always professional and well-trained.
