Li does a fantastic mani/pedi and is so friendly and pleasant. Ann is hilarious, keeps us laughing.Brilliance has talented hair stylists who do great work! They offer waxing, spray tans, lash extensions, etc.

I love this salon! My stylist is friendly and always does a fantastic job cutting my hair. Like everyone says, the sinks are comfortable which is rare for me since I’m so tall. The prices are great for the quality of service. I took my mother in law for a Mother’s Day gift to get highlights and they went above and beyond. Overall a fantastic place.

LOVE my hair color and my stylist. I have been seeing Amber for almost 2 years now, and when she moved to Brilliance Beauty, I followed. She did not disappoint and the whole salon and fantastic. Great service all around, comfortable chairs, many drink options to choose from, and the rinse sinks are also comfortable to lay back in. Amber nailed the look I was going for! I highly recommend this place and will be returning.

I love getting my eyebrows waxed with Georgia! She does an amazing job. I always get compliments on my eyebrows even weeks after I get them done. I cannot recommend her enough. She listens to what you want and then does the job professionally!

The design is so cute and relaxing. My nails look amazing and last until my 3 week appointment. I know this place is fairly new, my only hope is that they keep this same service over time. They have the nicest receptionist and they are always kind when you call them. Also the. Nail Techs are great. The atmosphere is upbeat and just relaxing at the same time. I enjoy every time I get my nails done or eyebrows or hair.

I went for a eyebrow tint and wax with Faith and a classic facial with Ella! they are the BEST♥️ seriously. my eyebrows stayed for a month and i received so many compliments. my facial was perfect and so relaxing. i will definitely be coming back!!

I had a VERY long over due facial. It was amazing, I was educated on what my skin needs. I was also directed on how to use my current skin care products effectively. I WAS NOT pressured into dropping a ton of money into a new line of products, which is something that has ALWAYS happened anywhere else I go. Im always told I need to buy the products sold at the spa Im at. I loved my experience and loved the environment and how friendly everyone was. I would recommend this place 100 times over!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very friendly smile on top of that I am a nailbiter so my nails are pretty bad most of the time the woman who did my nails was very friendly and very nice and very accommodating and the lady who did my hair was very very exceptional she made me feel very relaxed and welcomed and they ask several times throughout my visit if I would like something to drink their very professional and they are very well sorted throughout their business

I moved to Rock Hill from Uptown Charlotte and for the past 2 years I have continued to drive back to Charlotte because I couldnt find good service in Rock Hill for my tanning, hair and nails but NOT ANYMORE!I received the BEST service on my nails (Keisha), hair (Amber) and tan (Ella) - everyone there is great and the salon is very nice. 10/10 recommend!!!

I have enjoyed her professionalism and her caring demeanor when it comes to her facials. She is wonderful and cares about my concerns. I look forward to her facial every month, and I have never been disappointed in her service.

I was referred to this nail salon by a client. I called to make a same day appointment & then the salon called back & stated their was a scheduling conflict. I feel as though someone should have done my nails based on the fact that I was a new client. Even after I stated I wanted my nails done that day, it didnt change the fact of the reschedule. This salon never even earned the right to a new client.

First visit here today and it was amazing. The atmosphere was great, the staff was top notch, and they honestly cared. I showed a picture of what i wanted and when it was done i was not too sure if i liked it. Jeorjia could tell I wasn’t sure and even when i said no it was fine she was like no we are going to make sure you love it. Took the extra time to add more highlights even though that was not what I showed her originally and it turned out fantastic. I will only go visit this place and her from now on.

NailsI want to start this out by saying that I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to tell people about my family’s experience. I am very sad to say that I did not enjoy my experience at Brilliance, seeing the rating of the salon was so high (4.9). Me, my mom, and my sister all got our nails done and we felt rushed and ignored. Gave us no time to pick a color, when my sister tried to change her color she was told “no”, and when my mom & sister asked to get gel done instead of dip - they was ignored. The employee who was doing my nails sneezed into her mask and did not turn her face away from me - DURING A PANDEMIC. The employee who did my moms nails made my mom bleed multiple times from filing too hard. Each one of the employees were constantly on their phones and checking their schedules while doing our nails. All 3 of us went home and filed our nails because of how sharp our nails were, I nearly sliced my cheek open trying to scratch my face! Oh and lastly, trying to have a conversation with any of them was like pulling teeth. I don’t expect full on conversations, but at least some warm & friendly small talk. Hopefully it was just an off day... but after a $140 bill it’s hard to justify bad service. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very impressed with the attention to detail here. The interior is sleek,clean, and polished without being pretentious. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted warmly and treated like a VIP. Amber, my hairstylist is amazing, so attentive and talented. I will be back for sure!

Absolutely felt rushed from start to finished. Was not given time to pick a color that I actually liked. Was not asked what nail shape I wanted and when I asked for gel polish instead of dip I was ignored. To make matters worse, my sister and mom both had the same experience and the cherry on top was that my sister was sneezed on by an employee. Will not be going back.

Ann is the best nail tech I have ever had. She gets me in a out in 30 mins for a fill in and I am blown away! My life is too crazy to sit for hours to get my nails done and she is by far the fastest and best I have ever had!! I would give her 20 stars if I could!!

I love Brilliance Beauty! Jeorjia has been doing my hair for years and she and Jenny went above and beyond with this new endeavor! It is absolutely gorgeous inside and they provide a range of services unlike any provider in Rock Hill. And they take walk-ins! You will not regret visiting for any of their services.

First time visit yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic! Top notch delivery of service! It is a wonderful atmosphere- very modern and warm! Everyone is very welcoming! Bailee worked her magic on my hair with a stellar cut and color! Ill happily make the drive from Charlotte going forward!

I LOVE this beauty parlor! My hairstylist is Amber (funny we have the same name, so it’s always fun setting up appointments over the phone lol). I always get my nails and toes done here as well. I just go with whoever they have available because everyone is so good at what they do! The receptionists are great and pretty much know who I am every time I go in! I’m there at least once a month lol If that tells you anything! They also have great products you can purchase like hair masks to rejuvenate your hair and so much more. I haven’t tried their facials yet with their certified esthetician but that is definitely on my list!! You can’t go wrong with this company! Great people, great work and great atmosphere!! Oh and it doesn’t hurt that you get greeted with happy hour anytime you come in 😉

(He had been asking that question for some time)I asked a friend who was in my Bible Study who did her hair because it was current and her look was consistent month after month. My friend highly recommended that I contact Jeorjia at her new Salon, Brilliance Beauty for an appointment. I did and, I am a new VERY happy customer.The Salon is beautiful, clean, the team is professional and welcoming. The ability to book on line and the proposed time I would be there was spot on! Jeorjia took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for. First of all I am not a Stylist so my only request was to get the color the same each time, and she has done just that! Also her recommendations were perfect! Recently I visited my parents and my Mother said, your hair color is better than I have seen it in a long time, so natural! I could share many other things but, I think this pretty much sums it up. Thank you Jeorjia, I respect your professionalism and appreciate you very much, already!

Brillance beauty is a very nice establishment. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The customer service from the receptionist and everyone on the hair salon side was outstanding, but the nail techs have no customer service skills and are very unprofessional. Not all of them but the majority.None of them greeted me or acknowledged me when I walked in the door. I wasn’t even greeted by my nail tech when I got to the chair. Her first words were “ do you know what color you want on your toes”! She didn’t greet me, nor did she engage in conversation and then she acted like any questions asked was a inconvenience to her. My nail design was pretty but nails were slanted upwards like a airplane about to take off. The nail tech that did it was very rude When I showed her the problem, but that wasn’t surprising because she wasn’t polite from the beginning. The manager scheduled me the next day to get them done over by a different nail tech which was very polite and she corrected the previous problem but she gave me almond shaped nails instead of stiletto and her art work was not good at all. Although she was very polite I definitely was not wasting anymore of my time in there so I settled for what I had and tipped her. I was just out done. Kudos to all the beauticians! You guys rock but I’m sure this won’t be the last complaint about customer issues with the nail techs customer service or performance. Also one of the nail techs was complaining about a beautician(fellow co worker) complimenting her on her outfit and the way she looked that day and was curious as to why she repeatedly complimented her. I’m sure it was because she usually doesn’t dress professionally or presentable and she wanted to make sure she told her she looked nice so she could continue to do so. I didn’t want to give a review but I’m hoping this review brings about a change for the good because I will not be returning for any nail services again. I paid $95 for a pedicure and a full set and if I’m spending that type of money I should be satisfied when I walk out the door.
