I do love Savvy and have used them for years. The color choices are amazing! They have some talented employees who can create any design you show them and the prices are reasonable. With any great business it tends to get very busy because they are recommended so much. I think they don’t want to turn away customers so it looks like they hired a couple more technicians. With that said sometimes (not all the time) it seems like they rush so they can accommodate all customers which can then take away from the quality they are known for. The newer technicians I think should be trained a bit better because they use the slightest smidge of acrylic then buff it with the drill so it’s extremely thin. My acrylic gel I got almost 2 weeks ago that usually lasts me 3 weeks has chipped and acrylic really shouldn’t chip unless you’re rough with it or it’s old. Also I get gel on my toes and they take the color off with the nail drill because it’s faster but it has now caused my nail bed to soften and I read it should never be taken off that way so they should definitely reconsider that. Otherwise they are awesome!!

First, make an appt.! Second, I loved the warm stones they use on my legs when you get a pedicure but now my toe cuticle is seriously sore. Hope its not infected. Third, Julie, thank you for a great job you did on my fingernails. Pics are from a few days after getting my nails done!

I live an hour away and I will gladly drive that far for a refill after this. I never write reviews but this place is 10/10, first design on my nails I actually like. Looks exactly like the picture I showed and price was way lower than I expected.

Two weeks old and still perfect. I have CONSISTENTLY had dip manicures last upwards of 4 weeks and still look fresh. They play relaxing ASMR videos while you enjoy your pedicure. Always quick clean and efficient. I occasionally stray to other places but always end back up here.

I would get my nails done all the time here they did a great job but I started having problems recently. For starters I would make an appointment get there and they would make me wait awhile. Really unfair because if I’m making an appointment why would you make me wait so long. Then I would make an appointment with an specific person and end up with someone else and not satisfied with my nails. Which once again unfair because I’m paying for a service and I would leave a good tip. Today I asked to schedule an appointment for Sunday they asked what my name was and what I was getting done. When I told them what I was getting done and also expressed to them that I want to get them done with a certain person and also told them I wasn’t satisfied with my nails last time they had an issue with it so they said “sorry we are fully booked this Sunday”.

Love this salon! I wont go anywhere else. They always do an amazing job and the prices are always great. Highly recommend

I LOVE SAVVY NAILS! BEST NAIL SALON EVER! My mother and I go together to get our nails done, and every single time we are just blown away with how amazing they each are at their job. So professional, clean, nice, always on time, and so much more I could go on! If you are thinking about going here, DO IT!!! :)

Unfortunately, after 3 days, two nails of my gel manicure came clean off. I called, and they very nicely repaired it for free. However, that next day, 2 different nails came off. So 4 of my nails were completely ruined within a week. While I appreciate them fixing it for free, they should have done it right the first time, as gel manicures are supposed to last 2-3 weeks minimum. Very upset.

Came here for a team activity and we had a great time! They were able to accommodate our group and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend the Savvy pedicure. So worth it! We are already planning another team event to do this again.

Usually I have a good experience here, although I’ve only gotten manicures twice before this. I had a relatively thick layer of gel on my nails from a previous manicure, and the nail tech I had tried to remove it with PLIERS. I’ve never had this happen to me before and I’ve had plenty of gel manicures. I had to tell my nail tech that she was hurting me three times, and asked if she could remove the gel in a different way before she buffed it off (would have rather she used nail polish remover like most salons would, but it was better than the pliers). I noticed that, from the pliers, she broke my pinky nail down the nail bed, which she told me she could fix when I mentioned it. She put some sort of solution on it and did my manicure. It looked great when first done (see photos), but soon after my nails started breaking (4 total have broken this far), the polish started chipping and cracking, and now, not even 2 weeks later, I’m left with the ugliest looking manicure I’ve ever had. Gel manicures usually last me two weeks, but this one started deteriorating after only about 3 days. Probably won’t be back.

I NEVER leave reviews but this place deserves it. I moved to this area leaving my nail tech of 15 years. Im very picky and had many bad experiences until I found this gem. Its clean, has great variety/skill set, and has awesome prices. Its almost unheard of to walk into a shop and get the same level of service from every tech but today was my 4th visit with my 4th tech and the quality and precision has been remarkable EVERYTIME!

Came to the area for a family reunion but my nails and toes were in dire need of some TLC. All the staff here are friendly and very helpful. The gentlemen standing at the front desk was quick to great me and answered all my questions regarding their services. I went in there praying I made a great choice and walked out super happy I picked this place! If I could take you back to MD with me. I have yet to find a place like this there. I love designs and specific colors which they’ve always been able to do. Happy to have found a reliable salon in this area. Highly recommend.

Ive been coming to Savvy Nails for a very long time. The staff is professional and courteous....always offers something to drink. The wait time is limited. My nail technician is awesome! She always asks me if I like the color and if Im satisfied. Shes very knowledgeable and answers any questions I may have. I am also very hard on my nails and they often crack (due to my own negligence) and theyre always willing to fix them with no complaints. I highly recommend Savvy Nails!

Unprofessional and RUDE! Dont ever come here! I specifically called to make an appointment for a gel fil after already getting one done, I asked for the same nail tech and they told me her real name and said she didnt want to do my nails and because I was a bit picky. I personally liked filing the shape to the way I liked it which I personally do not think is anything to be offended about. I asked if there was someone else because the color matched my toes. And they said noone here wants to do your nails and to go find another salon. Absolutely unprofessional and rude! They didnt even want to repair my 2 nails that I broke when I came in 1 week ago! There are much better salons out there.

The guy, I guess he’s the owner, was rushing on my nails and when I asked him to fix them, he tried to use an excuse, and told somebody else to do them instead. Eventually, and luckily someone stepped in and fixed them for me, Annie or Anna, not sure which one, she fixed them for me and knew exactly what I was saying. Def recommend her! Also, when you book an appointment you still have to wait a very long time.

First let me say this, there are some very good and talented women that work here and I think thats the only reason this business savior as long as it did but when you have a appointment that you are one time for you dont expect to wait 15 to 20 min after your schedule time. The owner is very nasty and rude towards women. He doesnt appreciate people spending their money at this business. He is not professional and lacks customer service. When you pay in cash Instead of him putting your money in your hand he slammed it on the counter and he offered some people discount that pays in cash and other he dont. Also the owner and two of the workers did not have a mask on while services clients. Everyone in here rush the service which cause them to skip necessary steps. Because of the owner nasty attitude I will not be going back I rather spend my money elsewhere. I also will be encouraging everyone I know thats spend money here to go elsewhere.

I asked for an opaque color but i got sheer, the lady nipped my finger with the nail cutter several times which made my finger bleed obviously and then didn’t even apologise for it ?!? I paid for a gel mani and pedi and exactly 1 week later, the polish is chipping away. I would never go back.

Decided to give them a try on a Friday night. Not busy at all, was able to be taken right away! The nail tech was so nice and helpful. Was getting a powder dip color change and toe polish change. Was in and out in an hour. She worked super fast but was diligent and did an excellent job! Will definitely be going back as a regular customer! Inside the salon was super spacious and clean. Everyone there was nice.

I’ve been coming to Savvy for about six months. They have a wonderful staff and deliver fantastic services. My nails always look great and last a long time. They work quickly and are top-quality.Wide selection of SNS and gel colors. Pedicures are heavenly. Very clean and comfortable salon. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Savvy Nails and I promise, it will not be my last. From the moment I walked in, the service was great. The owner and nail tech are friendly, and inviting. There is a wide variety of gel polish and SNS powder. The nail tech (her name escapes me) was excellent, didnt hurt me at all. Some techs get too close to my cuticles, but she didnt. There isnt anything negative I have to say about Savvy Nails, the tech or the owners. I will definitely be back.

I am completely sadden by their poor customer service and after spending so $110 nails falls off within a week. I didn’t even ask for my money back when I came to get them fix one of the workers starts to argue with me she didn’t even let me explain what the actual problem was which is the nails are done to thin and not enough glue maybe if you guys where more focus instead of rushing to the next person they would last longer.

5/12 — I called on Thursday 5/9 asking if they were open this Sunday (since it was Mother’s Day) and to make an appointment. When I arrived, they said my name was not on the list. The lady who was at the desk asked another lady who was doing nails if I had an appointment. That lady said I never made an appointment I only called to ask if they were open. How do you remember that I called (lying) but didn’t make appointment?? I used to frequent them but now I can spend my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Savvy nails just lost a customer.*** response to owner reply ***5/14 — Who would come all the way out in the pouring down rain that took place on Sunday(Mother’s Day) to get a pedicure without an appointment???? You never said come back at 3pm, you told me I didn’t make one, when I asked could you still do it you said no which was why I left. I would have no reason to stay if you stated you could not do the service.You are lying in your response to make your business look good and to make it seem as though you tried to resolve the issue. Good customer service is NEVER allowing a valued customer to walk out the door unhappy!Because your of lack of customer service and unprofessionalism, I found a new nail salon who was able to take me as walk in and now earned my repeat business.

Recently noticed a new nail salon close to my place of employment and decided to try them out. Upon entering everyone was super friendly. The salon is large & very clean. Everything is brand new--which is always a plus. I have horribly thin nails and they recommended I try Dip Nails--which I never even heard of before--the nail salons I typically go to in the area dont carry it. Im excited to think I might actually get 2-3 wks out of a manicure! They have a large array of colors, and they are very well organized. Overall I had a wonderful 1st impression and definitely will be back. I highly recommend everyone try it out!Salon is easy to find right off 202--near Kabuki--parking is in the rear and the entrance is small so be careful if its your 1st time trying to find it.

Although it was not crowded the technician seem to be in such a rush she skipped many steps to complete a proper manicure and pedicure. To remove my gel polish should not have been painful. She painted my nails the wrong color then tried to grind that off with the buffer you use for acrylic nails. Note I have natural nails.... After all of that no apologies offered just full payment expected 😡

I am new to this kind of things,instead of explaining me how much and what is the difference between acrylic or dip they just forced me with full set acrylic which costed me more, second thing is i asked for a little longer extension than my original length of the nail instead she used acrylic as per my nail length, then whats the point in going for acrylic extensions when my nails are in good shape and the lady working on me made me feel like am wrong and the lady argued on nails length and shape, though they do not match with other hand at all she kept saying that they are same, i hated this place, they work as per there own wish, not according to the customers wish. Moreover through out the session the lady working on me kept talking about me to the other lady in her own language who kept giving me strange looks, felt really insulted and scared. i ended up looking my nails going each in different directions and lumpy (very ugly and so unnatural) ....never go to this place if you want to end up in losing money, getting insulted + pathetic nails......Looks like the owner replies to only positive reviews :)

Went in for a classic Pedi and mani. I was over satisfied with their service. Everyone was so friendly and professional throughout the whole time i was there. I wanted their opinion for my next service and got their opinion. They did not pressure me to get something that I did not asked for but made sure my decision came first. My boyfriend and I went to this nail salon and he was cut multiple times and had pus trapped in two of his fingers.Today his second finger pus pocket opened. They wouldn’t offer a refund or anything just goingto the doctors when he doesn’t have health insurance.

Not a fan of this place. My nail tech wasnt friendly at all acted like I was bothering her. They are horrible at acrylic. My nails were bulky and didnt fit my finger size. She didnt buff out the acrylic nail to make them thin to look somewhat natural. And on top of it one nail fell off 3 days after I got them done.

I am soo thrilled with this place!!! I have tried acrylics at many other salons and I am never happy with them. I am pretty particular about them I admit..but they always end up too thick and tacky looking for my tastes, lumpy, painful.. or otherwise weird. I was tired of my nails peeling and breaking and thought Id give acrylics another go @ this relatively new salon. Not sure how long theyve been here but everything is brand new, beautiful, clean & comfy.The pedis are great - though I will say I wish they had better product for the spa pedis, I will just stick to the basics there. However, like I said the acrylic services Ive received here are the best Ive come across! Started with tips that were well done enough to allow my natural nails to grow and now just getting overlays. Thin, even and beautifully shaped every time. I am so bad with names but Mimi I believe has done mine the last few times so perfectly. Everyone is warm & friendly and HGTV is usually on.... will not be going anywhere else.Thanks!! ❤️
