I must say, I wish that I had read the reviews for this place prior to visiting. It is my second time visiting, but my first time ever getting my nails done. Before, I only went for pedicure services and they did well. I went for dip powder last week and my nails began chipping a week later. This has never happened. It is also by far the most expensive dip/pedi I have ever gotten ($150). While the service and massage at the end were good, chipping within a week, on multiple nails, is completely unacceptable. Will not be returning.
Very clean and they did a nice job on my nails (received powder tips), but requested round and they are square with rounded edges. Prices are competitive. Nice ambiance Pedicure could have been better, but they give longer massages than any other places Ive been to. Also, they give a short shoulder massage after receiving any nail service which is a plus. Customer service was not horrible, but not the best. The staff arent rude, but most speak limited English, which doesnt bother me in the least, but for those who are looking for a very welcoming atmosphere, they will not receive it here (could be due to cultural differences?). I would definitely go back, but maybe request a different nail tech. The job he did was nice, but I felt he couldve listened more to my requests regarding the shape I wanted.Again, nice, modern, clean atmosphere with a relaxing ambiance (with Kenny G music in the background). Overall, a positive experience, but wished the tech wouldve been more sensitive to my requests. I will be returning.
Always consistent, professional, and above par service. The technician gave me the best foot massage ever and I truly appreciate it!
My first time visiting the salon. Was hesitant bc of the reviews but needed my nails and feet done ASAP. Overall the level of service is very inconsistent from each nail tech. I was not handled with care. I felt rushed my entire service. Would not even allow nails to dry for full 60sec in between each coat of gel, hence why I have wrinkled polish. Will return to see another nail tech Peter, whom was giving the type of service/experience I’d expect from a nail salon at this price point.
Right on time, great gel manicure, same price as everywhere else. Clean and quick.
I was talked into getting dip powder on long tops instead of my regular acrylic and gel. I was assured they would be durable. My thumb nail broke in half less than 24 hours later. I have never had a nail break and bleed ever in my life. I’ve been getting acrylics for 7 years. I went back the next day to get my thumb fixed and was tossed around to two different people. Then someone sitting around finally got up and redid it. The guy did a poor job. The nails were cracked and shatter right away and not the same size or shape. A week later, 4 out of 10 nails are cracked and bending. I’m never coming here again and advise others to do the same. Avoid the poor and sloppy work and go somewhere that cares.
I went on a Tuesday to get powder dip and on Saturday three nails have cracks with chip. This will be my first and last time visiting for services. Also they claim to give you a discount to use cash but the atm in the place charge a fee of $1.00 and then another $2.50 for service charge. I do not recommend if your not a regular customer
I’ve been to this place 4 times now and thought I had found my new spot. I’ve never had a bad looking manicure or pedicure from here but the service is what turned me off. The last 2 times I’ve went to get a mani pedi I’ve had a nail tech who is extremely grumpy and unwelcoming despite my efforts to be somewhat conversational and polite. She does a great job as far as the results but after today I will not return to this place because there was a very obvious discrepancy in her effort compared to the last time. The part that really put me off was that they completely ignored my request for a pedicure which I had established initially from walking in. At first I thought they were just busy but I was sitting in the chair with my polish I picked out and no one approached me or seemed to notice that my requested service was not completed. I waited patiently but the nail tech that did my manicure started on another persons pedicure who had just walked in. I wanted to speak up but I was still under the impression that I should just be patient. I waited with my friend but once his pedicure was done I no longer wanted to wait. I try to be understanding in these situations but there were nail techs sitting on their phones and people who had walked in after me were being helped first. I found this to be very irritating because I was more than happy to pay for everything and tip generously. I just wanted what I initially asked for and it felt like I had to advocate for myself just to get it. Will not be returning.
Love this nail spa! The environment is very calming. The music played is super soothing and my foot massage was immaculate. The young male nail technician made my experience everything.
This was 2 firsts for me:The most expensive Mani/Pedi for me and by far the worst. The Women was rude. Even pushing my 27 year old Daughter who was treating me. Pretty much everything was bad. Room temperature water to soak my feet in. Pumice stone was used. Took off too much skin on the side of my toe, which was infected and painful by the next day. The gel polish has drips at the tips making my nail shape uneven. The drip is chipping on my thumb and jagged. Left with dirt on the bottom of my feet and dirty nails...$118 and I didnt even get my hands soaked. Still trying to figure out what I was charged for? I did notice some of the other ladies charging customers for massages (if you can call them that) that the customer didnt ask for. BTW, a massage is not rubbing the lotion in. I dont even want to go back for them to fix. I will have to go somewhere else and pay again. Not happy at all.
Walked in 20 minutes before close to get a pedicure. They didnt rush thru the pedicure, toe nails were done nicely and they didnt rush me out when I was done. They allowed me to sit and dry plus 10% discount for paying cash. Definitely going back.
After getting a rushed pedicure (literally 15 min), I stood in line to pay and was pushed to the back of the time of the line for a white woman who also explained that I was next to pay! So I asked him why did he take her over me who was standing their waiting and he had nothing to say but “oh sorry”. Black people beware! We don’t have to tolerate this from any business.
I love the convenient location of Maniluxe, and the fantastic array of nail polish colors, however I don’t think I will be returning. I visited with my friend and we each got pedicures. The positive was the actual paint job, lovely and as noted the nail polish color selection. Sadly, the service is another story. Our nail artists were not professional. One was very quick to finish, and didn’t provide a massage at all, the other seemed to think that shouting at me to move my feet and change positions was appropriate. The pedicures came out well, but the experience was less than savory. There was no attention paid to providing respectful customer service and creating a welcoming and calming atmosphere. Also, the interior could use some attention. Our view from the pedicure area showcased an extremely rusty and leaking towel warmer. Maniluxe if you’re reading, please take care of to make your customers feel valued and well taken care of.
Great service even though they were busy still was waited on quickly and enjoyed every minute
This place gel polish is TRASH!!! my nails started changing colors after 2 days . The gel actually started peeling off I’ve never had this experience before at any other nail salon. I do not recommend
Prices and services are not up for display for you to see what you want. They give you a pamphlet of the services they offer but upon leaving it was taken from me. Also I would say make sure you know what you want and ask them of pricing and exactly the what comes with the service you want. First time getting a foot massage and I never knew they lightly punch your heels and smack your legs. I didn’t care for that.
Today I got a luxury pedicure and manicure plus a exta massage.. The service was so refreshing
I got my nails done there twice. I cant remember the persons name, but she sits at the first table as soon as you walk in. She did my nails both times. The first time my nails started coming up in a week. The second time. The gel nail polish and a piece of my nail chipped right off the corner of my thumb the next day.. The day after that my other thumb chipped. Then my nail polish peeled off my other fingers, and my nails started coming up. I will never go there again. The other place I go to my nails last for 3 weeks. My nails didnt even last a week. I dont know if it was the person who did my nails, or they just use cheap stuff so u can come back quick.
My new favorite place. I highly recommend Apple, shes great. Im always in and out in a timely fashion. Its simply lovely here. 5 stars!
Ask for HELEN!! This has always been my nail salon, but I used to go and whoever was available would do my nails. One day Helen did my nails and from then on, I have always asked for her.She is thorough, takes her time, and really gives you a GOOD mani pedi. I also make appointments with her for massages. She is an angel.
Not so good on communication. Not good on making choices/suggestions per the customers request. If I ask you do u think I need callus remover and the techs reply Should Not be IDk. It should of been yes or simply no. Especially since they are the one working on my pedicure. Other than that nice atmosphere. Alot of colors and services to choose from, like a shoulder massage while getting a mani. Other than that its cool.
I paid $40 to have my feet done they did not cut my toenails they wanted to charge me $40 for gel now because I wanted two different colors the lady did not get allthat dry skin off my feet when I left I had to go to a different place to have my feet done all over again I would never recommend this place to anyone
Enjoyed my Deluxe Pedicure!!! Will definitely be using them for all my spa needs!!!
I came in today to a get gel manicure and a pedicure for my wedding tomorrow. The pedicure was fine, but after being talked up to the $45 Deluxe package I would have liked to not have polish on my skin. The gel manicure news awful. I had blue polish on my nails and when the nail tech removed it she smudged blue polish around my nails, on my fingers and on my hands. She didnt attempt to remove it and I waited until she was done to ask her to. I still have blue nail polish around my fingers though. When she was cutting my cuticals she cut me twice and a bled. She applied some blue/green solution to my skin several times to try and make it stop. I still have visible blood under the clear gel top coat where see sealed it in. The nail tech didnt try to keep the gel off my skin, but did manage to miss the sides and ends of all my nails. She also managed to leave a lump in one. My cuticals are raw and sore and my nails for my wedding tomorrow look like I did them myself. She charged me $75 for that, and then told me the total was $78. I hadnt had a chance to inspect my nails because she whisked me to the checkout counter quickly. All in all I paid $90 for a pedicure and manicure I could have done myself, I will be fixing for tomorrow.
Personality I did not enjoy my experience here. I got an acrylic refill for 40 bucks which is very expensive for a refill. This morning I woke up with my nails chipping and my gel coming off the nails. Not even 24 hours later and the polish is off. I would not recommend this place. Also the people are rude and rush through doing your nails. 1/10
I saw Candy. She was very professional and kind, explained the different pedicure services and was very attentive. My nails look great and the salon looked very clean. Very pleased with my visit!
Love the care they give.
Candy does a great job 👏
I’ve tried giving this place a 3rd chance however every time my nails has lifted which had never happened to me before going to this place. I’ve also noticed that my nails are extremely weak and brittle. And to top it off the service has gone down Drastically the women are so rude they barely want to give you any conversation or eye contact. I will not be returning save your money!!!!!
I first came to this salon because I was in a bit of a time crunch and it’s close toHome. This place exceeded my expectations. It is so clean and wonderfully decorated inside. Try play great music and offer a complimentary glass of wine too. I am always pleased with my gel manicures + pedicures. I would highly recommend this salon.
Horrible service, long wait time, untrained staff. Was lied to about a nail techs knowledge on SNS “dip nails” who didn’t know how to do my nail service after I questioned the caked up powder on my nails. Had to have someone else assist. My nail snapped after 3 days, they tried to use nail glue to repair a fully damaged nail. I’ve tried this place 3 different times for 3 different services out of convenience on location near work. I would never recommend them. They are clean the only positive of this shop.
They are great, and are social distancing. Because of covid, as of today (6/21/20) they are only taking appointments only so its not too crowded.
I went to get a nail repaired and thought I would be in and out in 15 minutes. However, everyone that came in before we was taken to a technician. When I told the gentleman that I was there before at least four people that was taken to the back, his response was because I just was getting a repair. I stayed for about 20 minutes before leaving. If I would have stayed, the ones who went before me would have been out before me. This to me is a form of racism, you won’t get the opportunity to do that again. When will this stop!
Great service. Get the extended chair massage
This place its completely overpriced. I paid $35 for a full set with no gel no accessories on the nail and in less than a week all of my nails lifted up at the cuticle. My mother received a manicure with gel however they cut her cuticles up really bad and a basic manicure on real nails with gel cost $40. Completely overpriced for room service. However I must agree the atmosphere is extremely nice and quiet for the most part. And most of the people act like they dont speak English there which is extremely frustrating
I have been to the salon many times, and since it was close to my mother’s hospice facility, I thought it would be a perfect stress reliever. I made an appointment, and on my early arrival, I was rushed to select a gel polish and ushered to a station. There was no care given to my nails from that point on; my gel polish was filed off, new polish applied with lumps, and I even had to ask for lotion. I repeatedly asked the young woman to take time on my nails and notice towards the end that she had another client waiting. I wish I spoke up, but I had already made up my mind that it would be my last visit. I was dissatisfied with my experience and my nails and wanted to help the next person looking for a peaceful escape from reality.
Always get great treatment at ManiLuxe and Tony did such a nice job!
The tips of my nails are barely painted along with the sides and bottoms. Worst gel manicure Ive ever received. My pedicure was fine but I paid $43 for 40 minutes and it was less than 20. I went to this salon for convenience sake and will not be going back.
This place was amazing! I came in for a full set but was recommended to get a gel manicure so that my natural nail would get messed up. I appericate there concern and I am happy that it is really close from where I live.
Amazing service! You even can get a massage while your nails dry! Good prices!!
Been going here for over 6 months. Started off with Candy being a friendly very detailed tech. My last 3 visits with her were rushed and she seemed bothered each time. I went in for a dip powder manicure but after her showing a nasty attitude and her not wanting to change my color from what I originally chose, I just told her to give me a basic manicure so I could get the hell out of there. I tip too well to receive less than the best. I will be searching a new salon. Candy needs to get her attitude together. One bad apple can spoil the bunch
Very nice inside & service was great! I even got a neck massage!
Walked in and was able to get a deluxe pedicure right away, no wait. The space is clean and relaxing. Lots of great nail polish colors to choose from, and some of the pedicures come with a quick leg, foot and even shoulder chair massage.
Walked in for a pedicure today. I was matched with Candy - when I tell you it was the best; it was!Candys attention to detail and wonderful massage skills were just what I needed - to the point I was falling asleep in the chair!I instantly shared the information with my friend who is super picky about her pedicures - hopefully she loves ManiLuxe and Candy as much as I do!
Super fast and helpful! They even give you a little massage while your nails are drying! Love this place :)
Pedicure was done nicely. However Ear brow wax burnt me. Way to hot.
I was worried about trying this salon because of the reviews. I decided to give it a try since I was in a time crunch and couldn’t make it to my normal salon. Cindy was the nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful! She took her time and my nails are perfect. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Cindy 😊
Have always had a good experience here. Quiet and clean, no blaring TV.The technicians have always been attentive and responsive to any requests/suggestions. They do a very nice basic pedicure and, when I can splurge, deluxe version.
This has been my go-to nails shop for over a year. Ever single time I get a flawless job. My repairs they do for free. I am a committed customer! Candy and Vivi are both great!
Very nice salon... Much better than many others Ive visited... Nail techs are not consistant though... What they do to one leg.. Arm.. Hand or foot, they do not do the same to the other... No attention to detail.. Lack of active engagement with customers... BUT... when you go under the fans to dry nails... They give you a complimentary shoulder massage!!! Some just rub, but some sctually give a worth while minute massage!
I was excited to get dip powder nails for the 1st time because I heard they last longer than gel polish. Not even a week after I got them they cracked and started lifting from the base. I was really dissapointed.
Lauren was awesome!!
Went here for a pedicure a couple weeks ago with two friends. They only spent about 10 minutes on me. My friends got leg massages with their pedicures but the guy who did service skipped that part on me. Neither me or my friends shave our legs. They are blonde with very thin almost indivisible leg hair. I have brown hair so mine is a bit more visible. They did not seem like they wanted to touch my legs (but gave the guy sitting next to me a full leg massage even though his hair was longer and thicker than mine!). I am not too upset about that because most people who give me pedicures seem off-put by my body hair, but the way they acted towards me compared to my lighter hair friends and the man next to me made feel bad about myself. They really didnt put any effort into my service. What Im really unsatisfied with is that they hardly scraped my feet. Its been 2 weeks since I got the pedicure and my feet are peeling so badly. They look even worse than before I came in!! The techs seemed rushed. They were all rushing and jumping from station to station. The guy that did my pedicure was doing mine and the guy next to me at the same time. They rushed me out and I ended up messing up my toes on the way out of the door because they were hardly dried. I would not recommend this salon to anybody.
Great nail shop. They massaged my feet and legs and when feet drying they massaged my neck and shoulders. Best nail shop ever.
I read the reviews before i came here and was hesitant to come but i’m happy i did decide to come. the environment was very relaxing (music, massages, etc.) i got the paraffin pedi which is like $10 more than the regular and it was worth it. i definitely will be coming back here when i’m in baltimore.
The quality of work is inconsistent, sometimes really good and never awful for me. BUT the customer service has gone downhill drastically in the last 6 months. It’s never been great, but these women are downright rude now. The hostility from most of the technicians is palpable. I always tip generously and have never complained, I just don’t get it. Will not be going back.
Great manicure and pedicure - so happy they are back!
Inconsistent work. And the woman who did my nails seemed to care less about what she was doing. The shop looks nice but that is deceiving. The polish job was so sloppy and I have polish on my hand and in my cuticles. Rarely saw a smile here and feels depressing.
Not a good experience. As soon as a new customer came in my nail tech started to rush working on me. Even standing at one point to do my top coat. Leaving me to dry with polish stuck to my skin
Worst nail experience in my whole entire life. My bf had his first pedicure and they literally put lotion on his foot and put his feet in warm water. Charged $40 when I could of done that at home myself. The lady repeatedly asked me if I wanted gel after telling her no and got very nasty with me. Was so sloppy the design was a ugly flower. Polished so horribly my 6year old sister would of honestly done a better job. They kept on switching up prices after telling me a different number when I first asked. Will never ever go there again. I recommend other people dont waste their money or time going here! What a shame and waste of space that salon is!
I had a really nice and relaxing pedicure with Kevin last week. This week, I returned for a gel manicure and was happy to be with Kevin again. My nails are beautifully shaped and my polish is perfection.Manilux is clean, modern, and has a chill vibe.I am a very happy with my experience 💜
I’ve had powder gel twice at this location. I tried to ignore the fact that the technicians talk to and laugh with each other in their language the entire time. The last time she didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nails, and assumed square. Each time the manicure began to pop off (entire nail) in the second week although it’s promised for 3 weeks. The first time I went back and they begrudgingly fixed the nails. I totally expected the second time would be better. It wasn’t. I don’t usually take the time to do this, but I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Quiet atmosphere, great service, peaceful ambiance! I get catered to during my lunch its amazing!
This is my second time going here - I work in the Rotunda so its super convenient, however, this place is terrible! I just paid $35 for ALL of my cuticles to be bleeding, none of the gel polish is painted down to my cuticles and they are already starting to bubble up.Driving across the street to the Salon by the Giant next time!
I’ve been several times for a basic pedicure and after trying to aggressively upsell a more expensive option they have been openly agitated when I decline. It isn’t a big deal but it sets the tone and the environment is rather negative. It hasn’t been a relaxing experience but I think they do a fine job.
Nice nice nice
I have been going to Maniluxe for the past two years. At first, it was great. The service not rushed, people listened, the pedicures were good. The last three times were rushed and sloppy. Last evening was my last visit. I have joint pain and asked the woman to be gentle. She was rough and caused me to cry out several times and just shrugged. She cut one of my toes. Didnt seem to care. I asked for rounded not square and theyre square. I asked to have the toes separated with tissue as is normal with a pedicure so they dont smear on the other toes. She wouldnt do that either and eventually another woman was sent over to repair her work. The squared toe is already cracked and others are already peeling. Terrible work.
Beautiful location. But no amount of ambiance can make up for the worst pedicure ever! I had the paraffin pedicure with a callous remover. The young lady was very sweet, but not at all thorough. I had to keep pointing out mistakes. Also, they were under staffed and it seemed low on supplies. I didnt feel for a $40 pedicure that the utensils they were using were sterile. I wouldnt recommend this place. I cannot comment on their other services.
I felt like the technician rushed through my manicure. I have air bubbles in my nails and she didnt even use cuticle oil. The environment is very nice and clean, I will give them a second try but, with a different technician.
So relaxed! I got a legs massaged with my pedicure and the nail artist was so kind and did a beautiful job.
Excellent work & a clean, amazing atmosphere. They also have staff who can do some pretty cool designs.
This place completely destroyed my nails. I came to get a simple mani pedi and he filed the top of my nail so it was extremely brittle and my pinkie cracked in the middle of the nail and it’s been extremely painful. Additionally, my manicure was very poorly done. He barely removed any of my cuticles and there were bubbles in most of the nails. When I asked him to fix one nail which was particularly bad he rolled his eyes and hastily applied polish on it which ended up being even worse than the original set. It was a terrible experience and I will not be going back.
This is the worst place. I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I have thick eyebrows and wanted them to just have some shape. Needless to say, they are thin and one is thinner thank the other! To top it off they are nasty. Steer CLEAR!!!
I went in with two people who had never had manicures. One was a man who didnt want polish, but after telling me they did a quick shoulder rub with every manicure never offered him one and charged the same price. (Dont get too excited about the shoulder rubs. They were about 30 seconds). The woman who did my nails, Apple, rushed through the manicure, did not adequately clean up the dead skin around my nails, left my polish streaky, and scratched me with her nails multiple times. We also waited for 10-15 minutes at the nail stations with no one updating us on why there werent any techs with us or an approximate wait time.I regretted going there with first timers as I had to spend the next 15 minutes after we left explaining what a manicure SHOULD be. Needless to say, I wont be going back.
Update to previous review: i tried the dip powder. It cracked within about 10 days. I do not think the nail tech i was paired with had any training on this technique. It is thickly applied and more importantly, after reading about the technique, I realized they did it VERY unsanitarily. They dipped my hand IN the pot instead of painting it on.Last review: It great for a quick stop. They do a decent job. Customer service is a little lacking and they rush you in and out (which can be ok depending on what youre looking for). Tips are cash only.
Had OK experience twice before. Today NOT - extra charge for buffing instead of polish, badly shaped nails, tech wouldnt use remover until manager was called. Not trying again!
This place is awesome! Clean, quick and efficient- thats all I can ask for in a nail salon. Ive been 3 times now and my nails look great!
They are getting busier and busier. Which means they are good. I have found I want to schedule appt now so I can get in.
I’ve been getting massages for the past 20 years and this by far was the worst experience EVER!A male friend and I went together. We got an hour massage (together). He also got a manicure and pedicure at MY suggestion. So you can imagine my dismay when we get into the massage room and there is no ambiance - NO massage robes, no candles, no dimmed lights, no tranquility. Thankfully, there’s a divider for privacy. We were given flimsy wraps to put on. The two technicians who gave us massages were CLEARLY inexperienced. We both were so disappointed we almost asked them to stop 15 minutes into the torture. My friend’s technician massages on one spot for 30 minutes and kept applying a gooey solution on his back that smelled badly. He had to ask her to stop after the third application. I, on the other hand, was greesy from top to bottom. (haha)The pedicure was even worse for my friend. He was probed in one area too deep and for too long until he began to bleed around his cuticle on one of his big toes. Days later he was still in discomfort. The location is fantastic! But our experience at this nail salon was the worst! Is there a rating less than one? 😪
I went and got my eyebrows waxed here. I usually get my brows waxed once every few weeks and decided to change things up and try out a new salon. The place was packed when I first got in and I was told to come back in 30 minutes. Since I didnt have an appointment when I first got in, I didnt mind - I just chilled out at SB for a bit. But when I came back, I was told that I would have to wait again. One hour later, I finally am next to get my brows done.I am taken to the back to get my brows done by an esthetician. She put *blazing* hot wax on my upper brows. When I told her it was too hot, she said ok, but then continued to put the same super hot wax on my lower brows. I am not sure if she understood what I was trying to say. Also, she put the wax on my *eyelids* as well - this is a BIG no-no place to wax. Anyone who was actually experienced in waxing would know this.Needless to say, 4 hours later, my brows are puffy and inflamed - STILL- and I am sitting with a bag of frozen peas trying to cool it down. This was definitely not an experience I would ever repeat. I want my review to serve as a warning for others who want to get waxed at ManiLuxe.
I usually like coming here due to the sanitary measures they take. But today was awful. I was the first customer with an appointment. I was supposed to get a pedi and full set I was told I would have to wsith 20. Min then the designs that they did were awful now I have to wait even longer to remove the gel and get them redone I w been here forc2 hours. I will not be returning. They lack patience and are not competent in basic designs. If you are looking for a classic pedi then this is your place. Beyond that go somewhere else.
The door says walk-ins welcome but its really only if youre getting the most expensive item they offer. I went in and looked at their menu of services and decided on a full set of acrylics. They kept saying gel set back to me as if they couldnt understand me even though gel and acrylic sound nothing alike. I pointed to the menu and showed her - ACRYLIC FULL SET $35. She disappeared around a corner for a second to chat with the other women there and came back and said oh Im sorry .We can do that for another two hours but if you want gel we can do now. I laughed and rolled my eyes and walked right out of there. I understand upselling but this was downright ridiculous and a terrible way to blow off a potential loyal customer. Ill never go back there or recommend it. Not even for gel!!!
Ive been there a few times however the last time I visited my nails were filled down to no return. I have never experienced this in my life. Will never return.
The Worst full set I’ve ever gotten. She cut me several times and the nails were uneven, bumpy, sloppy, and dull I did get a refund though. Great place for dip and gel but definitely not full sets.
Excellent service. A free massage after my nail was done. Great.
I asked for the coffin shape acrylics and they are so wonky looking, and every nail is a different thickness because she just globbed acrylic on top, my cuticles weren’t cut back so there’s huge spacing that looks like my nails need to be filled in AFTER 4 DAYS, the polish is transparent in multiple spots because she refused to do a third coat, and she used the power tool to file my nail beds down on top high of a power and for too long, so painful. the shoulder massage was the only redeemable part of this. i’m so upset
The setup is really nice and quiet but, the customer service is horrible. The wait was about an hour long and then when I was finally waited on the nail tech stopped and went did someone elses nails. I then, went to a new nail tech and she burned my cuticle multiple times. The prices are extremely high for the customer service to be the way it is.
Love this place. Nancy is great
If you want to experience a mini-vacation, this is the place to go to get away--while staying at home. Maniluxe is a beautifully designed nail salon. Even when crowded, there are plenty of stations, lots of skillful technicians, a wide variety of quality products, and a friendly atmosphere. My favorite technician is Julie (the owner) and she is a wizard when it comes to mani-pedis. The prices are competitive, and a hand and neck massage is complementary with every manicure. Your fingers and feet will thank you.
Girlfriend dragged me here to get her nails done. She was happy with the end result and they have really great service.
Always professional and comfortable atmosphere. Great job on mania and pedis every single time.
Everyones experience are different but my sister and Is experience was great and we will be back often(bringing other gals with us). Eyebrows, nails and chair massage.
One of the best manicures Ive ever had!! They did an amazing job and it was very affordable.
Didnt like my lash job at all. Spacing between the lashes was too big. I had the girl re-do it 3 2 times and still wasnt satisfied.
