Came in for a simple cut, she didnt even try and wipe the piles of cut hair off my face and neck area. She left tons of stray hairs everywhere needed to be pointed out on several basic things you would assume a 20 dollar hair cut would include. Overall poor experience, probably wont be back

Frances butchered my sons hair. We asked for a fade and design. She messed up the design she had to go lower on fade so much it didnt look like a fade.

Made an appointment online and checked in about 15 minutes early. Sat in there for an hour and then they took my sons name off the board saying we canceled. Went and talked to the manager and she said she had to boot us off but the next person available would take my son. The next person came out and took another client. We just got up and left and went to the one across town.

The staff is very experienced about how they cut hair and give me help when I did it.

This place closes at 6pm but hours online say 7pm. Very frustrating to drive into town and they are already closed.

Perhaps it’s poor management or a badly designed system. I’ve been going here for a few years now (both before and during COVID) with my son and we use the online check in to save time. Now it appears walk in’s go ahead of any attempt to plan your visit. I check in online and it says gives me a time to wait and estimated arrival time. We arrived 10 minutes prior, my name is on the wait list as not in store yet, and there are 3 people ahead and I have the same wait time shown before. Thanks for wasting my time.

The manager, (tall black lady) is horrible at her job. She seems to think she decides how much hair to take off, not the customer and you shouldn’t question her judgement. I’ll never go here again.

It really was a bad experience. I shouldve walked out when I had a bad feeling about the stylist. Haircut was messed up and going to have to go to someone else to fix the mess. Left weird part of my hair longer than the rest.When she took off the sheet she had on me she didnt blow dry the hair off. Just pulled it off and hair got all over me. Glad I had a mask on because I didnt make a happy face.Imo just get very simple haircuts there. A fade is just about all they seem comfortable with

Went in for a haircut after 2 months away out of town at work, and Randy did a fantastic job with my hair and did a magnificent job trimming my beard too!!! Have never been one for hair products, but she showed me how to use someStyling gel which I enjoyed and ended up purchasing some at a great price! The MVP experience is worth every penny and couldn’t ask for a better stylist / place to get my hair cut!

I have looked for a long time and I really like coming here to get my hair cut. The stylist I go to is Jax and she is very nice and does a great job with attention to detail. The phone app that allows you to check-in ahead of time is awesome. I would highly recommend this sports clips location.

I had come in and asked for a low fade. My hair “stylist professional” was Deborah. She cut my hair and used 1 guard the whole time, and when I say whole time I mean all of 10 minutes. Once the haircut was complete there was NO FADE, and it was just like taking a 1 guard and going over everything but the top hair. Manager was nice and comped the haircut but the hair stylist was too quick for any kind of professional quality, and too rough for comfort. I do not recommend this place if you want a FADE.

Ive had several different stylists cut/ style my hair at the Pavilion Sport Clip and Jax is the best of them all. She knows exactly what I want and expect from my hair cut and she nails it every single time. Besides her styling talents, shes very personable and makes the whole experience very enjoyable.

Always a great cut

Used to be a good quick place to get a haircut. The past 2 times I have waited 30- 45 minutes . This last time, I waited over 30 minutes and was never called back even though a stylist was free and there was no one in front of me on the waiting list. Two people left pissed off waiting to get haircuts. I will never go to this Sport Clips again!

I’m fairly new to sports clips but I wish I’d tried it sooner. The vip treatment that they did made me feel first class and then I found out that it was a complimentary upgrade if you are a veteran! My stylist Jax was top notch and did a great job and then I found out that they save notes to my profile like what guard I used and style I liked to make it that much easier when I return. She told me I could come in between cuts to get lined up and stay fresh which sounds really great. This company really seems to have men’s haircuts figured out.

This is my go-to spot for fast, friendly service. The store is always clean and whomever is on staff always greets you as you walk-in. The staff here do request for the MVP which is their premier experience, but are very respectful if you decline the offer. As of this review the store offers a SEASON TICKET for the MVP which gets you six MVP haircuts for the price of a Varsity haircut. At the moment the MVP is $24 and the Varsity is $18. That is a phenomenal deal and I highly encourage taking adavantage of it. I absolutely love the fact that they keep an active profile on my previous haircut so we know what was used on my last visit. In addition the store has an updated self-check in service so you no longer need to have the staff ask for your information to get you checked in. It also displays an estimated wait time for the next available stylist on the monitor near the register and check-in kiosk. If you want friendly and efficient service, SportClips at the Fort Smith Pavilion is a place you want to go.

I got my hair cut by Jax at the Phoenix location. If I could give 0 stars and still give the review, I would. Not only did she not line my beard up like I asked her, and I got charged for it, she put the 5 dollars they charge to do beards on as a tip instead of charging me regularly for it so she can pocket the 5 for doing my beard, which she didnt even do. She literally spent less than 10 seconds, LITERALLY less than 10 seconds, on my beard. The line was not just uneven, but the thickness on the sides was COMPLETELY off from one another on each side of my face. The hair cut was done fairly well, but she acted like I was wasting her time when I asked her to cut the top shorter. I didnt have my glasses with me, so I couldnt really see much of the unevenness until I got home. I tipped her $5 not knowing she charged me for a beard trim that didnt even happen. She STOLE the money from Sport Clips for the $5 that was suppose to be for my beard. How I know this happened is that after I got home, I checked the total amount that I was charged by them, after seeing the horrible job on my beard, I was charged $28 dollars EXACTLY for all this nonsense. No change at all. So that tells me she rounded the change up when she put herself the $5 tip in for doing my beard, which she didnt do. Everytime I have got my haircut by Sport Clips, it ALWAYS has change because of tax. This is also the first time I have ever paid with a card. And this will also be the last time that I get my haircut at Sport Clips. Jax has ruined this company from any future business of mine, my family and all the friends that I tell, for her STEALING from me and the company!*2/15/19 Update* I actually got an email from the owner/GM and they asked for my address to send me a voucher for a free cut. She also sent me the $5 I was charged for my beard that didnt get cut. Im still disappointed in how everything happened, but at least they tried to make things right.

I really love this place everytime I come. My son is obsessed with all things sports at the age of 2. The TVs really help him be still and focus! The stylists are always friendly and listen to exactly how you want things.

Chasidy has to be the worst stylist if you can even call her that. She butchered my sons hair while having conversations and even walking away from him while he was in the middle of his haircut. I have had three boys for the past 13 years and have never seen a haircut this bad. This woman needs to loose her license as well as her job. It is not right to have a 14 year old boy in high school walking around with a hair cut like this. Thank you to Rhonda for fixing it.
