I visited exquisite nails and the service was very quick!! My only issue with the place is that it does not seem very sterile and many tools looked like they had not been cleaned. This is very sad because my nails were done so well! I was served by an older lady, I didn’t get her name, she was so so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted and did so well.

New to area and i was a bit nervous based off of reviews. I have No complaints! Loved the energy and Service was great and they gave exactly what I wanted. Will be back. Was pricey but I loved them so didn’t mind paying.

There is nice decor, and they offer a number of spa packages. Its a descent simple pedicure.And the massage chairs dont have They do not know how to do designs including when i asked if they could do a blending of colors, and did not offer much of a good massage even though i paid extra for it.

Do Not Go Here.. they are so rude and money hungry. The owner literally cursed me out be I was inquiring about prices. Not to mention I got foot fungus from getting a pedicure. I will never go back there.

After paying $84 for gel polish on fingernails and regular polish on toenails, manicure pedicures that consisted of trimming dead skin, having 3 tips added to broken nails that werent trimmed down being left thick wide and uneven. Also I asked for a specific magnet polish and was not given the correct color or magnet style. The ladies were hateful and spoke rude comments about me in Vietnamese language. I just happened to have known some of the language.The pictures posted are the results that I paid so much money for. The 1st picture is what I asked for and I know it can be done exactly as the picture because its been done before at other salons.I gave 2 stars because my toenails looked good.I do not recommend this nail salon.

I requested a nail dip manicure but received acrylic. When i expressed that what not what I wanted or asked for was told it was the same thing which is incorrect. I looked it up and found...Dip powder manicures are better than acrylic but theyre still damaging.This business needs to do a better job of providing the services they are asked to provide and NOT do what they want...,acting like you dont understand to do what you want IS NOT good service.

This place is way overpriced. $110 dollars for a pedicure and manicure using gel. They provided the most expensive pedicure and didn’t ask if I wanted. It took over two hours because the technician doing my nails had to redo the nails.and even after redoing them…they don’t look good. It was just a simple gel manicure and took for ever. And the pedicure was painful. The staff is also pretty rude.Also, this place did not appear to be very clean. It seemed dirty and just not sanitized.

Absolute TRASH. FAKE PICTURES, APPALLING SERVICE. I usually never leave reviews like this but my experience, my sisters experience and even my HAIRSTYLISTS experience was so terrible here it made absolutely no sense! And we ALL WENT AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND DAYS. They are known for being nasty and overcharging a client without even giving them what we asked for. And then they have the nerve to demand a Tip?! Me and my daughter got our eye brows waxed at this place and I am not sure if it was the quality of the wax or if it was too hot but we are still full of blisters!!!! My other daughter had her acrylic nails done and 1 was left cracked!!

It took 3 hours to get a pedicure and manicure in this establishment. At a cost of $105!!!! After the technician repainted my toenails for the second time, the nails looked like a first grader had done them.... and yes I stayed under the light and dryer for 30 minutes. This was not my first time in a salon, but it will be the last time I will visit this shop. I wasted my money but more importantly I wasted my time. The frustrating part was I was trying to treat myself and ended up spoiling my day. I left the shop with my nails in a mess!!!!! I will have to go buy polish and supplies to fix it on my own.

They are very professional and did a great job on my husbands and my pedicures. They offer complimentary wine (which my husband loved!) I also had my legs waxed. We will be going back once a month every month!

They do decent work but it is kind of pricey considering what youd pay at other nail salons in the area.

My nails look HORRIBLE, some of my nails look half painted because i guess they just didn’t wanna paint that part??? Idk. Also I was passed off to three different people, in turn, leaving me in the nail place for over 2+ hours. I would’ve said something but i was so over being in there, i just wanted to leave. Oh, and my nails were $60. Like okay miss girl, that ain’t right but I’m so sick of being in here—I’m gonna just pay and be done.

I’m laughing at how awful this place is! My nails are not even, polish ALL OVER my fingers. The guy that did my nails was man handling me and I came so close to slapping the guy. All together 4 different people were doing my nails cause they kept moving around. This place is a joke and deserves to be shut down or fire everyone there and get a new staff!! Do me and yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from this place.

Asked for gel polish change on my natural nail- she proceeded to trim my cuticles. I didn’t ask for that. Then when I said no to clippers, she proceeded to file my length off. Now, due to how short she filed them, there isn’t any reason to have them painted. All I asked for was them only to be shaped. Then said it was going to be $55. A while fake set isn’t even $55.Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and like the lady below says they make up the pricing as they go along. They do services you didn’t ask for and then charge you for them afterwards.I will never go back. Magnolia down the street provide far better services and pricing.I wish I didn’t even have to select a star in order to write a review.

I have been going here for a few months and everytime I go I spend 100-200 dollars but lately I have been having to return not even a week later to get my nails replaced from them lifting due to their products do not recommend go somewhere else very rude

I lost a nail after one week not to mention the guy who did my nails gave me an infection in my fingernail. So with it being in so much pain I go 2 take the nail off n blood n pus comes out of my nail. N he didnt even put on a protector before he did the gel. Horrible service. N painful.

Got a gel manicure. The manicure consisted of filing, nothing else, which was very disappointing. The gel lasted over 3 weeks and was done well. Thats the only reason why I give 2 starts instead of 1. While face masks are required for all guests,the technicians often wear theirs under the chin instead of covering their face. Also, there is absolutely no social distancing. Guests sit directly next to each other in the waiting area and when theyre getting their nails done. Also, didnt see any desinfection of the chairs or work stations while I was there.

Only gave 1 star because u gotta choose a score. I took my teenaged daughters (1 for a full set, the other to have her toes polished). Full set came out messy, acrylic was uneven, polish didnt go all the way to the edge of the nail. My daughters toes came out lumpy from all the polish lumped on, & her nails werent buffed before polishing. And they were priced higher than other nail salons in the area. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Its been a week and I still love my nails. This place is amazing, you guys treated me so kind and with such warms smiles. The nail tech listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and how I normally get my sails done and she did just that!! Every time I have come my nails look great. No complaints. Great price too, I definitely recommended!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I am NEVER a person to write bad reviews or not tip. But please read this before going here!!!!When I walked in it was packed. I start signing in the lady approaches me and doesn’t greet me just signals with her head to go back to the room. I go back the room was so DISGUSTING. I mean gross. Nothing was sanitized. I can’t even begin to explain how nasty it was. (Knowing how implements used on the face should be kept) .... I try to explain to her what I want and she didn’t even listen. She just grabbed my head (still hasn’t even said hello)....She didn’t even clean off my makeup, she used a dry cotton ball. I asked her if she was going to clean the skin and do the normal steps EVERYONE is supposed to do before putting wax on the skin. Rudely she said “did you not see me just take off your makeup” At this point I think she got frustrated with the question and starts roughly waxing and pressing on my head. She waxed my eyebrows in literally two minutes.My eyebrows are now super thin, have no shape, and the right one has a hole in it. (This is exactly what I said I didn’t want)Needless to say the girl was so rude, place was unsanitary, and she messed up my brows. DO NOT GO! I called them after my visit bc I didn’t want to make a scene. The “manager” said “so what’s the problem?” After explaining ALL of this.

I come here all the time and that have really disappointed me this time. Smh. Not very professional and very very rude to other customers. They don’t got by the list and skip people some people have been sitting here for 2.5 hrs and they are skipping them. It’s a shame and it is very sad to see that they have lost a long time customer. I have been coming here for almost 2 years since I moved to SC. My nail techs have always been caring asking me what I need and making sure I am satisfied before I leave. Always recommending things to enhance my experience. They have become like family, showing the upmost respect and caring customer service I have ever recd. I would recommend anytime.

My nail Specialist was Nancy and she was extremely awesome she made my 1st experience great...And the shop was exquisitely decorated and so very very clean...I will return for nancy to fix my nails...and the other nail Specialist they were excellent as well...

I use to always go to this salon when I got my nails or toes done and stopped due to saving money but I never had a problem with them. I recently went back a few times for pedicures and or toe polish change and the work has been terrible. The last pedicures I received were very basic as if they did not know the steps of a pedicure. I have received many pedicures to know what should be done during my service. My feet were not lotion or oiled I did not receive any type of foot massage. The cuticles were not really cut like they normally do to pull the loose skin very basic. The nail tech only added oil to my legs after she polished my toes I did not receive a leg massage either. Two days later my toe has now chipped which means she did not properly cut or file my toe nails. I will no longer go to this shop this has been the third time where the work did not exceed my expectations. If you do go here make an appointment with Kim for a pedicure she  may be the only one that does it correctly everyone else fails in the pedicure section

Worst nail salon!!!! Made me leave and pay and refused to fix after didn’t like unless I paid again! Not to mention she cut the sides of my fingers until they were bleeding. Not recommended. Very nasty salon. Rude customer service. Not caring about guest price is never the same! If u do decide to come please only see Andy! Everyone else is awful!

Lady that did my nails seemed to have an attitude. They were done horribly. My nails were not prepared before they were done. I got acrylic with French tips and you could clearly see my natural nails which were not cut nor filed under the nail. I was also given gel polish which I didnt ask for but was charged for. Due to time restrictions I was unable to fight to have it corrected. Oh and a couple of my nails were crooked. All over...poor experience and I will not be returning.

Best nail place around. I went there a couple weeks after being turned down twice in a month at one nail salon and being told I need a appointment at another. I googled and called and they had a full staff unlike the others and they were so sweet and did a amazing job on me and my daughters feet. They are my new favorite nail salon. I will be back.

Went in for a pedicure and a fill in with repair. Fill in from male staff was great. Time for my fill in and the female staff clearly doesnt know what shes doing. She starts clipping off my nails without asking me what I want. When I tell her shes hurting me, she disregards what Im saying. Im questioning her as to why shes taking off my nails and telling her I need a repair not a full set, she called me stupid! Needless to say, I walked out. Never again will I step foot in exquisite nail salon. It was the first and last time.

Very friendly and quality service

I had a great experience here over this last weekend. Terrific service, technically great pedicure and they were very accommodating with my request to just file my finger nails and trim my cuticles - less than a full mani. And...I had a nice chat with my technician, Andy, I believe (apologies if I got his name wrong). The salon is nice and clean. I will definitely go back when I am in town again.

This place has really gone down hill in the past few years. There are always different people working, but Andy is the only one that consistently does a good job... but everybody wants Andy, so it is hard to have him do my nails. The past two times that I have gotten pedicures, I have developed a horrible itch between my toes, and the last time I had a pedicure the lady cut my big toe, which was very painful, and she acted like it was no big deal.

JOY, CORY AND TONY HAVE ALL DONE MY NAILS. THEY ARE AWESOME. JOY THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY NICE! I LOVE THIS PLACE. Rushed service for $40 dollars. Not what I expected for a pedicure.

They were very professional. I didnt get a single cut and I never felt uncomfortable during the process. It usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. Make sure to call for next an appointment & healthy looking when I leave here!

Rude as hell!!! Poor customer service! Did not listen to what customer asked of her to do. Was extremely disrespectful towards myself and a close friend who was with me about our eyebrows.Telling me I would look more beautiful if I let her clean my eyebrows up. My eyebrows are not bad! Then she continued to complain about my cuticles and skin being dry. Well when you work a job where you have to wear gloves a lot your hands arent exactly gonna be the smoothest. I will never go back here ever again. I have never felt so disrespected. Dont go here!

My go to place. Service is always quick and I love that they are open on Sundays. Just had a full set by Andy and I couldnt be happier. Had my nails ruined a few weeks back in Tennessee on vacation and Andy made it right. Love this place!

I went there for the 1st time because it was Saturday and I needed my nails done b4 Monday. I gooled places in my area and found this place. I fell on love..everything and everyone was nice. And the price amazing. Cant wait til fill in time to go back.

This is the WORST place to have your nails done. Went today to have my real nails, which were long and nice, just wanted them painted and trimmed down. Well they cut them down and asked if I wanted dipped nails. I asked what that was and they explained. I told them about 15 times I wanted them to look natural, and not artificial looking. She assured me they would look natural. I told her multiple times, as she was doing them, they look to thick and I didn’t like them. She kept saying I will file them down when I’m done and they will look natural. Well, they don’t. They look like fake nails. As I was paying, I was in tears. They just got really rude and nasty and charged me anyway. By far the VERY WORST experience I have ever had.

The best nail salon in Rock Hill. Joy does an awesome job with acrylics and gel nails. She also is amazing with nail designs. I never hesitate to let her pick a design for me. Love the place!!

I wish I could do -5 star! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went for a fill in and the first nail the young guy started on he sliced my finger and blamed it on my nail lifting. My nails are NOT lifting! Then he got a nasty attitude with me like I was in the wrong. I have NEVER in ALL my years of having my nails done been cut like this! Avoid them!

I just let after having my eye lashes removed because they burned my eyes with the glue and they burned for three days. I was told to have them remove them and not take them off myself so I went to have them removed and because the person who put them on wasnt there I was told me to come back the next day (really). I came back and I begged her to make sure I still had my own lashes left when finished, well when I looked in the mirror after the painful experience I had very little of my own eyelashes left. Very upset and do not recommend this place for lashes.

Overpriced and money hungry in my opinion. Tried to charge me $10 for 1 color acrylic repair. Told them I’ll just get a clear repair for $5 like I paid 2 weeks. Andy lied and said prices have been $7 for over 6 months forgetting that I just got a repair 2 weeks ago. I go here because they have more availability than York and their work is great for simple nails. however I will definitely continue going to York where the prices are better and the work is better and they can do EVERYTHING. Andy disgusted me so much I won’t even get my lashes done here anymore, I’ll wait until I can catch Vivian at her other shop. I dnt think he deserves my money just as he made me feel I dnt deserve his services. Everywhere I go people ask me who do my nails and I ALWAYS refer York or This shop but I have and will continue to tell everyone I’m no longer a fan of this shop. My Mom and I came here for her birthday. Staff was very welcoming and the male tech that done her pedicure sang Happy Birthday to her. The first time I got my nails done here I was very satisfied. However, this time was COMPLETELY different. Staff was rude and talked/texted while they did my nails. No wonder they came out horrible. They switched techs in the middle of my service so the shape was rather inconsistent. Also, when I pointed out that the color was blotchy on one of my nails, the tech caught an attitude and started speaking very aggressively to her co-worker. I work hard for my money and I dont deserve to be mistreated when I am paying for a service. I am never going back to that nail salon....

They never soaked my hands for the manicure. They didnt seem to want to clip my nails they used a well used nail file that had seen tons of use which didnt strike me as very hygienic.My nails were done ok but I ended up with lots of gel color over my hands which made it look like I had been painting. I was in a pinch needing a manicure due to having a chipped nail. I wouldnt go back there.On the plus side the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

How they have 5 stars is beyond me. Paid for deluxe pedicure for $35 and the lady spend all of maybe 8 mins physically doing my feet including massage. The rest of the time was me spent drying. Everything was fine the first few mins until a regular she favored came in and what I thought maybe she had an appt she forgot about she began to fly through my service telling the lady ten mins ten mins. Right after she started my service ohh so I have ten mins left ok. So when she wraps my legs in towels and starts the other lady the other lady only needed three nails fixed polish change so you rush through my service like a bat out of hell to get to the lady who is a favorite and tips very well. I will never be back in fact I will spend a good amount of my time telling others to avoid your salon because if they are like me and don’t ever do anything nice for themselves I don’t want them to waste their money as well. I don’t even know why the hell I paid let alone tip I guess part of me being a hairstylist just couldn’t be that mean but I hope y’all change your behavior.

Covid-19 During the social distancing, very unorganized.

Extremely overpriced and non-professional. Left yellow acrylic along the sides of my fingers. Cut my friend’s finger and claimed it was bleeding due to her “sensitive skin”. Won’t be going here again.

I was at this salon yesterday and they are a bit on the nasty side. Ive never been to a salon where I had to step on cut toenails on my way to the spa chair. Toenails crunching under my feet almost turned my stomach. Then when I get to the nail booth where you sit to dry your nails the trash can was practically running over. They werent that busy on a Sunday that they couldnt tidy up. Instead they chose to just chatter away and keep taking in patrons. Nails were done ok but I cant get over the toenails on the floor!!!!!

I went in for a Polish change...wont ever go back. The service was terrible. She asked where I had my nails done and proceeded to have a conversation about it with the girl sitting beside her about it. As if I wasnt there...I was charged $25 for a Polish change and a fill in is 30$.

I got a pedi and she did a fine job but when I asked for then to soak off my acrylic nails on my hands she said that she could take them off and made it seem like it would be better. My natural nails are hard and strong and I only had the acrylic on for 3 weeks. She basically ripped them off and now they are so damaged, soft, flimsy, brittle and break every time I try to do something. I basically have to wait until the grow all the way out to have healthy nails again
