The people ready in Macon are awesome, the guys in the office were very polite and professional.

The Macon, Ga location was very easy to find along First Street. Staff was also very nice and helpful and provided the quickest service and as much help as they could. Got a work ticket first thing. Highly recommend this place if you are homeless or at a loss for work.

I visited this office today and was pleasantly surprised. Saketha(sp?) was in the office and she was wonderful. She promptly updated my information in the system and had a job lined up for me in under 15 minutes. She was courteous, professional and most of all, very friendly. If you are looking for temporary work, stop in and talk with her!

Great place to find work

The staff is NEVER in the office! Ive heard and talk to several people who have said that they take breaks from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. This is so not appropriate. How is anyone supposed to be able to come in and apply for employment or go out for employment. I have been trying to get employment there for TWO WEEKS NOW and NO one is ever in the office and Ive left multiple message and havent received one call back.

Could be much better if Kim was the Manager.

Needs some professional staffing to run that place. . Need a camera inside & outside. Especially on the desk behind the wall.

I have a son at the Macon branch trying to get work. He keeps telling the woman there he’s applied for a job and doesn’t know what to do next. Her response do an application. Well lady he’s already told you he did. Not very helpful at Macon Georgia branch.

Have been trying to work work them for months now. Theyve not once picked the phone up. AT ALL!! Ive done my online app and also onboarding they sent to my email. Completed. A while back ago!! Going to get in touch with their home office to report them and BBB as well. They should hand their jobs to the ones trying to get work thru them bc i guarantee we would be willing to actuallydo work amd answer thr phones.
