I recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon and I found this one here on google and I’ve been twice now. I got a pedicure and full acrylic nails and this last time I got a fill in for my nails. They are so amazing my nails have never looked better and everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend them! You will not regret it! I do recommend you make an appointment though. Great prices and the quality is a amazing!

Today was my first day visiting this salon and it was amazing! The staff is very professional and they consistently sanitize their tools and work area. The design on me and my daughters nails looked great. Not to mention the top notch deluxe pedicure I received. It felt amazing. We were highly satisfied and will definitely return!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and for the past few months service has not been up to par. Either the tech isn’t available, they rushing or something. On my last visit they waited to I’m 90% done and tell me I can’t get a design because the tech needs to leave and could I come back. They do good work but customer service sucks

I have been coming here since 2018 and I love it! I never leave disappointed! The techs are nice, patient and actually let you decide what you want and they deliver! Haley is great at eyebrow waxes and eyelash extensions! She also does my regular nails with dip powder! V & P are great as well with full sets and they’re mom does a wonderful job and takes her time on your pedicures! I haven’t been anywhere else since coming here! I love it! I recently found this nail salon through a friend and I must say this will be my forever home. It is very clean and well organized. Jasmine who does my pedicures always takes her time and does a really nice job. Everyone here is very nice.

This was my fist time visiting MV nails and I can truly say I left very satisfied! I got a pedi with gel polish and I got my nails done with the dip! They look amazing! I’ve been getting my nails done for a couple months at Trendy Nail and they have never looked like this. My nails were always lumpy and thick and I would always argue with the lady about how they didn’t look good! She don’t have to worry about me arguing with her because my new spot is MV Nails! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are the BEST!

Her name is Vee and she is absolutely amazing.I have probably been to every nail salon in Rock Hill and my nails have never looked as good as they do now. 2 of my co- workers have made comments as to how good my nails look !!!I took a picture of a French Manicure that I wanted with the acrylic nails and Vee said I can do better than that, just sit an relax, I did and oh my she really did do better then the picture, she also hand painted the tips !!!!I will forever go to Vee for my nail care .Tamara Walden

I would suggest not using booking app. Even walking in they will have you sitting while people come in and say they have an appointment and go before you.I BOOKED an appointment and they didn’t have anyone available to do my nails. Was told to wait and 30 minutes later I was still waiting. I get up to leave and the only thing the manager said to me is thank you very much.I received a text message to call the store and all he said was, “that was an automated text message,thank you” and hangs up on me. Unfortunately, as much as I tried to give them a shot they are not very concerned with there customer satisfaction or customers time. They are concerned with making money and that is it.The shop doesn’t look like the pictures... they said improvements are coming. Hopefully they can make improvements all around. I would say if you can it’s probably best to go to Fort Mill or Charlotte for quality and better customer service.If you do go call ahead and book with Haley

I went into MV Nails the other day to have a full set with gel polish applied. I showed a reference picture to Vee and she replicated it perfectly. I love my nails and they came out so beautifully. I definitely recommend you check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

I had been going to this salon regularly for a few months. The technician I saw was great and never had an issue. I booked mine and 2 other appointments here about a month in advance for the day before my wedding. We show up about 10-15 minutes late on a Friday at 945 am. Four employees and 1 customer were there and we were told we were late and they couldnt do our nails... I guess it takes 4 technicians to do one service now. The poor guy was trying to fit us in but this woman, hopefully not the manager, kept talking over me and the other employee stating they were busy and we were late. She spoke to me so poorly I turned and walked out the door. If you enjoy being talked to like a child, this is your place. If you like good quality and professionalism, try out pro nails in Fort Mill. Thats where I went and I think it ended up being even better.

Took the wife there for her birthday and results werent great. She had a picture of what she wanted (acrylics) and ended up with a set the wrong shape, and all were different lengths. The language barrier was quite large. Were off to a second place soon to see if they can modify or straight up replace the acrylics.

I came here for the first time with damaged, thin nails from a previous overlay and they did a GREAT JOB fixing that mess. I was worried that nothing could be done to make them look nice watching the process unfold but I was very pleased with the results. Thanks. I have had lash extensions done at least 5 or more times and they always look great. She always ask me what I want and gives me exactly what I asked for. Very Professional and clean environment!!

Good pedicure and the staff is nice. That being said, the price for gel polish is ridiculous. A basic pedicure with regular polish is $27 and gel polish is an additional $14! 😳 The average difference is $10, so 40% higher is excessive. Also, most salons give a price break for getting both a manicure and pedicure at the same visit, but not MV. If the prices were better I would have given MV Nail 5 🌟s.

This is not a place I would go back to. First, my appointment was at 9:30am but it seems the person doing my nails cant make it to work on time. It was 10am before I sat in a chair to have someone at least get started. I finally sat with the technician who does pink and white at 10:23am. $75 dollars later and a closer look at home, my nails look horrible. They are bumpy, not shaped evenly and not even similar in size/shape to each other. Its my own fault for not speaking up. Lesson learned.

My nails were rushed the entire time and the nail tech Mike was very rude and disrespectful to my nail tech. She was the last one to finish and he kept rushing her the whole time. Two of my nails broke within days which is completely unacceptable. I spent $83 in there and the least they could have done was give me QUALITY NAILS!! This is why.... this is why...

The second time I went, one of the Techs broke one of my nails (my nails are natural by the way) then had me switch to another tech who completed my nails. The end result: my nails are bulky, uneven and chipped. Not to mention they charged me over $50 for this service!!! I will not be back!!
