Im in love and have found my new nail spot! Very clean, very organized. Soft cover music playing in the background. Majority of the technician speak English so there are no language barriers. My nails are spot on and never looked this amazing. Jenny is awesome and they offer lots of designs. This is a must go!

I had such a good experience at the new West Broadway location! I got a dip mani and the signature pedicure. The staff is super friendly and professional! They even touched up my nail the next day when I realized it had smudged. I had Van as my technician and she did amazing. Highly recommend!

Very clean and pretty inside, with plenty of pedicure chairs and nail stations. I had regular pedicure and gel removal which was done in a reasonable period of time. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians was very nice.

Excellent and quality service, Nancy and other staff went beyond to call duty. Best place in Boston to go!

Not the best but I have also had worse. Went here 10 times before writing a review, because I wanted to average all the experiences. Honestly some were perfect and others were so bad it should have been free - hence the 3 stars. I ALWAYS make appointments a week in advance and nothing bothers me more than showing up and being taken late. On 3 occasions in a row (the most recent times I have been) I have been taken 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Very unacceptable with a staff their size. I think they have a problem with turning people away, which makes the regulars/appointment makers upset, because we are loyal and think ahead and get the annoying treatment. I think the younger girl who works the desk/phones knows this because last time I was there she was so apologetic and I could tell she was telling the older women they shouldn’t have taken certain people. Maybe they want to take the dip appointments/more $$$ services, rather than those who make appointments? Maybe the new salon they opened will help with this and the rush of people will be more 50/50? Last time I was there 2 other girls had appointments and were waiting there as well for 45 -60 minutes being taken late! I was shocked one of the girls said she took and Uber from the south end and she ended up having to leave because after waiting an hour she was over it. Moral of the story your experience is either going to be a 10/10 or a 1/10 no in between - it’s the luck of the day!

Hated it here!!! Worst receptionist ever!! Nails were messy and workers were rude. No parking what so ever and waited forever for someone to help me. Never coming back here again and don’t recommend it at all. I would recommend any other place in Boston than this place. -10/10 would definitely not recommend. (Also roach on the wall yikes!!)

Was kinda busy when I went in, made an appointment beforehand so thankfully I didnt wait long on a Friday afternoon. I usually get a manicure with my natural long nails but theyve been breaking lately so I decided to do tips and dip powder for a special weekend Gala. I didnt get the gentlemans name who did my nails but I was kinda rough handled and my cuticles were cut with the buffing machine not once but a few times. Average place to do nails, nothing special. I didnt get a hand massage like menu advertised online, no lotion, no paraffin wax, no conversation. Was told one price ($45) initially then they turned around and told me it would be ($50) instead. I didnt ask why so Im not sure what it was for but I didnt say anything. Your average talk amongst themselves in their language salon and didnt get the friendly vibe from anybody do wont be doing my nails here just based on a first impression. To me, little things go a long way.

I’ve been coming to DLUXE Nail Bar since 2018 and I’ve yet to be dissatisfied with my services. I’ve never had anyone in particular do my pedicure and each time it was the same, never disappoints. Tiffanie does my dip each visit and she’s very meticulous and neat. Every has always been so nice and welcoming. It’s a beautiful salon environment and a good pampering well worth the prices. I look forward to each visit.

It’s hard to find a place in Boston that does a good job with SNS aka “dip”, but this is it. I went in a recommendation and the customers before and after me were there because they had the same service done elsewhere and it wasn’t right. For some reason my color was not exactly what I picked (maybe the lids got mixed up?) and unfortunately I had a nail chip the first day, but the rest were all good. See Ron if you want it done right. This photo is 10 days after they were done.

Honestly just OK for the price. Signature Pedicure was absolutely amazing, however after reading all of the great dip powder reviews I decided to splurge and get it for myself, but Jenny the nail technician was kind of sloppy as you can see from the bubbles and stains in the pic. She didn’t even clean the residue polish afterwards. For the price tag, you would think they would massage or give you some moisturizer too for your hands but they told me it wasn’t included with dip.

A normal jell would last at least 2weeksWent on Thursday by Sunday nails were chippedNever had this happen at any other salon will definitely not be returning here Waste of $30

I’ve always loved D Luxe, but have a brand new appreciation for the salon and team now that they’ve reopened post-COVID. They’ve always been attentive, meticulously clean and talented, but they’ve truly gone above and beyond to make it work with the new restrictions/safety measures the state has put in place. My first pedicure back after 3+ months was amazing — thorough, relaxing and extremely well-done, all within a totally safe and sanitary environment.

Very courteous and professional. They were super busy (but still maintaining COVID19 precautions) and I had to wait a few minutes because I didnt have an appointment, but in the end they did a beautiful job.

Excellent service every time! I’ve started getting dip manicures recently and all 3 times I had a different nail tech and they all turned out fantastic. My last one lasted 4 weeks! Also got a great pedicure there. Definitely call ahead to make an apt if you’re going during popular hours or during the weekend.

Place is such a hit or miss. Nails either look incredable or like a kid did them. Pedicure either amazing or why did I soak me feet just for you to paint my nails? It really depends on which person you get. Clean and everyone is incredibly friendly, which is why I keep going back.

Ive come here for about a year and ive never had a bad experience. the atmosphere is very inviting and it looks and feels like it would be a lot more expensive than it is (its pricing is exactly as i would expect for a salon in Boston).

If you think making an appointment secures you a spot within an hour of your appointment time you’ll be sadly mistaken. Good nail salon in the area so definitely busy because of need, location, convenience. Recently decided this was my last time here because of the constant waits and unorganized system of appointments vs walk ins. Won’t recommend to any friends.

Went yesterday and got the worst dip manicure of my life. The nail technician didnt even fully clean off my old polish. My nails look dirty and were poorly done. The front desk woman was extremely rude and you can tell them just wanted to rush everyone out the door

They don’t want or need the black dollar!!! In plain terminology - African Americans are not welcomed here!!!Came into the salon to do a pedi and manicure and was completely ignored and when someone FINALLY decided to acknowledge my presence, I was quickly told that they were too busy to do my nails. Mind you, there’s at least 10-15 techs there. It’s funny, prior to my entry into the salon, a Caucasian woman with her two little girls went in and was immediately taken care of. This was my first and LAST time I ever venture to this salon.Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Very clean. Nicely decorated and had comfortable chairs. I have had mani-pedis here and my eyebrows dine and all came out great. Gel manicures last almost 2 weeks (probably longer if you dont work with your hands a lot). Appointments available but also takes walk ins.

Making an appt does not matter here. Good service once you get someone but you will not be getting anything done within an hour of your scheduled time.

Was pressured into getting a dip manicure, and it was the worst manicure I have ever received along with the most expensive. It was just messy, and the sides of my nails have no color on them... I am going to a wedding this week, and this is just so unacceptable.

I love this nail place . My girl Tiffany is one of the owners . She’s knows what she’s doing . This place keeps up with the quality and I get beautiful nails all the time . Customer service and the place itself are on point .

Def schedule at least 2 hours when getting your nails done here (gel mani). This place is ok but are always SO busy and exclaim they are down a person. Also having an appointment is pointless and walking in is pointless too as they don’t go in order but by “price” of what you’ll get. I’ve been going here for a year and a half and always had high hopes for change but it just gets worse.

Very rushed and sloppy. She had the next person standing over me before my hand was even out of the UV light.
