Great spot to take some me-time and relax. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They serve water, soda, and wine. I’ve been going here for years and never had any bad experiences. I’ve gotten regular polish change, gel, dip, tips, you name it. My mother gets her eyebrows waxed, and they offer so many other services as well!

Owner was very rude. Prices too high for quality of work. My daughters nails were not neat and 2 have broken and she only had them a day. I got the deluxe pedicure and it definitely was not what Im used to getting at other places. I will never go back. A waste of my money.

I absolutely love this place ! I recently took about a two year break from getting my nails and toes done went back the other day and they still knew exactly how I wanted everything. The staff is always really nice and timely. Their massage chairs are EVERYTHING and they serve wine. I highly recommend.

1st time there, awesome place! They have a nail bar, and the nail techs take their time and you actually get to enjoy yourself. Wine and other drinks are offered. Prices were pretty cheap! I think I found my new spot!

Shared nail files.. rushed nails.. stopped what they were doing and went to start another person and then came back.. really pushing gel nail polish on people.. asked them to fix toe nail and she left it messed up..absolutely terrible experience. Will never go again.

They are different sizes and shapes and they are very thin. These were $60 which is insane if you ask me.

Not happy with my nails. My first time going there. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my nails looked nothing like the picture. I showed the man the picture he acted like he was not concern.

Horrible!!! I sat and waited longer than it took her to fill my nails. The fill was horrible my nails were all ridged and crooked, finally when I told her about it she semi fixed them, then comes the paint job OMG horrendous!!! Uneven, globs in the gel polish!!! Never again!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR $$$

I LOVE what Snow did for me today. Sorry if I spelled it wrong! She suggested everything I got and Im in love. Havent gotten my nails done in YEARS and she knew just how to help me. Awesome conversation the whole time too.

I went get a manicure and pedi and when the person was doing my nails he hurt me and did not even say sorry. The pedicure water was COLD . I am a child

2nd time going and my pedicure was rushed also I got over charged❗️❗️❗️❗️ Mixed feelings about this place because it’s not a bad place just don’t price change per customer

Omg what and exotic experience to have a pedi....this is the best place to come and relax, have a glass of wine, and get nails done. Soothing music...dim lights. So rellaxing...great message to my legs and feet...love this place will Def be back!!😍 hot coals for massages of feet and legs!!! I almost forgot the Customer service is very personable...

Will not be back to this salon extremely rude and rushy, was trying to pick my color and she kept telling me to hurry up and told me they didn’t have time to wait on me when there was no one else behind me in line. I had to ask for another coat on my powder dip because they were still see through !! And after they finished my top coat they walked away without even telling me if I was done or not . Extremely disappointed and not worth the money at all . This place should be shut down due to rudeness

Always a pleasant experience at VIP Nails! The owner has been doing my nails for years. Ive followed her until she opened her own place. Everyone is so friendly and happy. The quality of work is great and atmosphere is very relaxing. The option of a glass of wine, soda, or bottle if water when you sit down for your service of choice. I love this place and will refer anyone here!!

I got a new, stiletto set yesterday and I love it! Every time I go, they do quality work and for a very reasonable price. Even when its busy, the wait is worth it. Best in town.

I have always loved this place until today. My mother, my grandmother and I went to get our nails painted. My grandmother got acrylics (they are beautiful), my mother got a pedicure (they messed up the design and didnt do anything about it) and I got a Manipedi (the lady cut my cuticle) yes I was bleeding. I dont know if we would go back again...

I have gotten a gel manicure from Maya about 6 times now. Great experience every time; clean and friendly atmosphere. All I have to do is show Maya a picture of the design I had in mind; she’s matched it perfectly every time. She is a true artist!! I will continue to give VIP Nails my business.

The service was rushed and they are short of staff, doing 4 people’s nails at one time is very unprofessional, that’s suppose to be a place of relaxation. Had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get my nails taken off which is $10, I feel should’ve got them off for free !

I went to VIP Nails today next to Ollies and the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. My nails were ugly, and why pay for something that you dont like ? Just wasting money, they were BIG and BULKY. I asked her to fix them and she ignored me and I asked her again and she yelled at me and mind you shes the manager . Then as she was taking them off she was being so rough, I have the video . On my way out she threw a alcohol towel at me . She also took a picture of me without my consent and she didnt want to give me corporates number so I DONT recommend going there at all 0 stars . So unprofessional.

My daughter and I went to get pedicures today. Not my usual spot, last minute thing. This was thee worst experience ever!!! We have only been home 30 minutes and her polish is already coming off!! Not only that I payed for her to get the spa treatment and the lady who did it was don’t literally in 10 minutes. My pedicure was horrible as well I have polish all over my feet, it look like used a expired polish . I could go on.... I will never step foot in this place again!

I asked for a classic pedicure and the young man attempted to massage my feet for only 2 minutes when it states 10 minutes. I then told them that it wasnt 10 minutes and he massaged for another 4 minutes. I then got my eyebrow waxed in a little 2 minutes! The fastest I have ever seen. I was very unsatisfactief. First and last time here.

Just want to say how rude they treated my daughter and her cousin. They didnt inform them how long their wait time was and when they started browsing they were told not to rush them and had to wait with a nasty attitude!? I can tell you this, my family will not be doing business there again.

Atmosphere is relaxing; however the services were rushed. Two days later my toe nail polish was peeling. The female owner must have been on her cycle her pants were stained front and back and she had a terrible odor which totally turned me off and question the facility cleanliness. I stayed because my sister was already seated for her pedicure which was also rushed. The only good thing about this salon is the complimentary drink both alcoholic and non, treats for children waiting with their parents and the younger female who held a nice conversation with me as she was being rushed to finish. Would I go back? No! Also be aware of the prices Larry totally tried to over charge my card. I had to show him how much it should have been with the 20%. He made the changes after speaking with the female owner.

First time here, I got a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was great not rushed at all. I was 1 of 3 people there. When it was time for my manicure they became busy. There was only 3 nail tech. I sat down beside another women getting a manicure. The nail tech did both of our nails at the same. I was a bit confused. When it came to me she didnt cut away the dead skin or push cuticles back, nothing. She is still running between me and the other lady. She just put the glue on the nail and the false nail. Cut and filed one hand. I had to remind her that she did not file the other hand. While Im sitting there waiting for her to come back to me the lady hand she was working on was not satisfied with the work so she had to do it over. Apparently the guy who was doing another clients nails said something and she heard him. They got into an argument. She got mad and left. The nail tech came back to RUSHED polish on my fingers. Told me wash. My nails look ok. Not the best of work. I left within having my hand massaged in lotion, nothing. As I am writing this I am looking at the glue that is stuck to my fingers. Will I go back? NO and not for the price i paid. $90.00

They always do a great job with my nails. Ask for Larry he great with nails.

Asked for *thick* Sns nails. She didnt put them on thick enough. Told her I was unhappy, she did not fix it. She was in a rush to get me out and get her next customer. It is not smooth, I asked her to make it smooth. She told me to come back in two weeks to get a new set instead of fixing it. Will nor go back again. .

I have been to a lot of nail salons and this one is my absolute favorite. They have the best pedicure around. The owners are friendly and Larry will even sing for you. : )

I come to this salon often. Especially when my main salon is busy. This past Sunday 10/21/18 I came in requesting a fill in and a color change. I WAS THE ONLY ONE WAITING!!! I sat for about 15-20min before a group of 4 came in. Two adult women and 2 small girls. Immediately they one for her toe polish change and the other one for her fill in. And I know what youre thinking maybe they had an appointment. NOPE. Because he asked were all of them getting serviced and what each wanted. They never once said they had a appointment. So I marked my name off and walked out. I will say all the race walked in were white and I was black. For a fill in and a gel polish change would have cost more from me than any service they were getting. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!! And the owner smokes and doesnt wash his hands when hes doing your nails after his smoke breaks! 🤢

They do good work but they charge you whatever price comes to their mind and you cant accuse them of charging you the wrong price because they dont have prices up in their place of business for you to know what youre paying for. So if you go to this place just ask for the price before they start on you.

So I go in and get my gel nails filled driving grom Charlotte. Ive been going for awhile cause im pleased with the service but sadly i will not be returning. Mya did my nails but after she was done rushing through my nails and always drilling my cuticle which i never said anything about. I go to pay the $27.00 and she got mad cause i didnt leave her a 3 dollar tip she says loudly you always give me 27 everybody give me 30. Its been long time since u give me 30. First off im not everybody and you dont know what someone is going through and for you to say that loudly in front of customers. I didnt appreciate it. You dont get mad or beg me for a tip that is very unprofessional and she is wrong. So i will be no longer be returning to Vip.

I am new to the area. Someone gave me a giftcard to Blush. I called several times no one answered. So after work at 6p.m. I walked into VI P. It was full and they were closing in an hour. They asked if they can help. I said, Is it possible to get a pedi? To my amazment they said yes, pick out your color. Within 5min. I was in chair and they said, do you want nails done too? Immeditaly I replied, can you dip them? Again all I had to do was pick out my color. As she was finishing my nails, she said, what about your eyebrows? It was past closing and I know ppl do add ons. But I was thrilled to get such great service even past their closing time. I would highly recomend Tracy to anyone!!! Great customer service. 😊

At first service was phenomenal now it has gotten worse Maya is the rudest person in the building today I paid 28 for a fillin and a repair regardless of the length that’s the price for a full set. I told them they make up there own prices bc every time my daughter and I went it was a different charge from the brochure. Then I looked at the license they have 2 people working with expired licenses they only do pedicures. I’m reporting them as of tomorrow Larry is wonderful but Maya makes his business horrible she rush and have a attitude she got loud with me after telling me about my nails NOBODY should pay 28.00 for a fillin and repair

Everyone is very friendly and my mani/ pedi was the best I have had in a long time.

Had gel mani and regular pedi on Thursday 4/11 in the afternoon. By the following Wednesday the gel started to pleel of by the edges, by Thursday 4/18 they peeled right off! My pedicure started to come off by Monday 4/22! What a waste of money and time!This is the 6th nail salon I have tried here on Rock Hill since I moved from Charlotte. When I get my gel nails done in Charlotte they last for almost 3 weeks!

I’m giving them 2 stars because the work they do was always a fantastic job, although their pricing is a bit sketchy. My third visit was my last one due to the fact that every time I came here the prices kept going up. The kicker though, is every visit, I would get less things done. For example the first visit I got a pedi, FULL NEW set of pink and whites, French manicure on my toes with gel, came out to $76 (I thought this price was great for all the work I got done). The second visit I got a FILL of pink and white, NO PEDICURE, just a gel polish change on my toes with the French manicure came out to $84. My third time I got a pink and white fill in with NO PEDI and NOOO gel French on my toes just regular polish and it came out to $86!?!?!? Really come on now??????? I thought I was going crazy but by the third time I got it.

I brought my uncle in for a pedicure and the service was terrible they wanted him to pay extra for a basic pedicure they left dead skin on his feet and when he told them he was satisfied they said they didnt care that you dont have to come back here and want hin to pay full price and aruge with him about not fixing his feet and when time to pay my uncle was going to the car to get his money and the lady worker put her hands on him. This is a very unprofessional place and do not care about customers service whatsoever it was true terrible!!!!!
