I wanted to get my nails done but I’ve never tried dip powder nails before my first time, I called the nail salon was put in for 12:30 and went in at 12:00 and they took me right away and I absolutely love this place I well be coming back for sure!! 😊

They done a great job on my nails I love them but the staff didnt speak engilsh??

The elder woman that works there is amazing!! She was the only nail tech there that day and even though she was busy and rightfully exhausted, she still took the time to do a full set for myself and one of my daughters. She doesnt skip steps and she does amazing work. Along with everything else she is so incredibly kind and patient. It may be a drive for me, but I will take the drive gladly for the outstanding service and care she gives every time.

The sweet older lady took me in as a walk in. I only waited a few minutes. Very busy salon. She gets the 5 star rating.

Lumps in my nails, chipped off paint .. just overall ugly .

As a walk in they had me seated immediately and the price is good. Friendly as well.

I came 30 minutes after they open. I was told to sign in and come back in 25 minutes. When I came back I was asked to come back in another 30 to 40 minutes. And they had nail techs available. I have tried twice getting into this location. But they lack professionalism. Never again

I love Regal Nails the entire staff is fantastic!!!!!! My two favorite nail techs that only do my nails and waxing are owner Laura and sister in law Vicki! Vicki and her husband Michael only does my pedicures, Ive been going to them for years now and dare allow any other nail tech to service me. Thanks Vicki, Laura, & Michael for being the best! I came for a fill-in, however I needed my gel polish removed. I paid an extra $5 to have it removed and it was not fully removed there were many of spots still visible after changing the color of my polish. I could still see my previous color, which shouldnt have been. Also my new polish has air bubbles in it and lint. I spoke with the manager of the salon and was told the tech had done the best that she could. Which was clearly not true! I asked if they could just removed the gel polish spots from the previous color and to reapply another coat of polish to smooth out the finish color on my nails but nothing was done. Tech totally ignored my request and the manager was no better. The services I requested were very simple and to a minimum. Techs are moving too fast to concentrate on their clients needs. Im a very unhappy customer. I feel as though Ive overpaid for some tacky nails. I would never recommend someone to use this place of business. Customer service skills are very poor at this salon.

When there yesterday and had my nails Shape and gel polish . At 11: o’clock and before 5: o’clock it was coming off and I paid 30 dollars

Absolutely ADORE this place! Best service SO FAR, I had been going to them a little over a year! I stopped going for a few months, AND she still REMEMBERED ME even asked about my baby whom I was still pregnant with the last time I visited made my visit with her feel more personal!

Went here because it was conveniently located near my house and was pleased to have my nails done so nicely . They came out PERFECT ! Thank you Laura, you guys go ask for her .

I have been going there for a year now and I love the boss lady and she is the only one that does my nails and she does a really good job.

I have been going to Laura since she was on South Blvd in Charlotte. Shes the only one that waxes my eyebrows correctly and does a great job with my manicures.

Love this place! I have 3 jobs that are extremely hard on my nails and they hardly ever break!! Vickys husband doesnt speak much English but gives the BEST pedicures!!

My appointment was at 10 as soon as they opened. They didnt open until 15 minutes after 10. And there was only one nail tech who serviced another customer with out an appointment before me.

I went to get a gel polish service. Prior to the application of my polish, I needed my previous gel polish removed. A technician began to fill a container with what I assume was acetone to aid in removing my gel polish. It was littered with flakes of what I assuming was old polish. I informed the tech....he walked off with container....went to back and then went to new customer. Another tech came over, i explained to him what happened...he didnt really reply; instead he too went to go assist another customer. Afterwards he came back and began to fill container again. The bottle from which he poured the container began to spew out liquid with flakes of nail polish again. I informed him of this. He replied if I didnt like I didnt have to get. After this rude proclamation from him, I was stunned. I didnt reply. I quietly left. It is my hope the business makes an attempt to work on their customer service skills and presentation/sanitation. The thought of me putting my hands in a liquid with the old flakes of polish from someone elses old paint job completely grossed me out!

Was told there was a 20 minute wait.... that was little over 2 hours ago and still havent started on my mani/pedi. Guess Im leaving without service

I am not coming back to this placeI went in last week I got the Ombre done on my nails they didnt last a week and they started falling off so I went back the following day and tell her whats going and the manager told me it was because my nails were too long and that was going to happen and if I wanted to get them fixed she was going to charge me $3 for every nail

For 8 consecutive months, I am not going back until today, they are not the only ones who make nails. Payment for a good sevice not half. They just lost a client.
