I love this place. Not only are they one of the only places that has gotten me in and out at a very god time, they do excellent work. These gel nails stayed on SO long. She spent so much time on me and I really appreciated their work. 10/10!!!

I’ve been here many times both before and after covid hit and every time had been amazing. They take cleanliness very seriously and I’ve always felt very safe and clean. Will be coming here many more times!

I booked my mom and I an appointment at this establishment. There was a late start to the appointment, however the lady that did the pedicure was really kind and did an awesome job. The issue came with the nails. I asked for a full set and my mom needed a fill in. There is a one young lady that was quite rude about me choosing the colors that I wanted for my full set. I assumed that since I showed the picture, they would obviously see the colors. She then says to me, hurry up I have an appointment. Huh?? I reminded her that I also had an appointment at 4 (that was started late). She then advised that she refuse to do my nails until I have chosen my colors and walked off. She spoke in her native language to a coworker, in a nasty tone, and another lady said that she will do my nails. Fine. I didnt care and it was probably for the best. I asked for ombre nails, which is $45 according to their price list. She advised that it would be $60. Interesting, I thought, but I came in peace so I didnt press the issue. I noticed that the lady was putting the powder on rather thick, however, it was my first time getting ombre so I thought it was part of the process. When I realized that the intentions were to leave my nails looking like animal claws, I asked the lady to thin them out. She advised that I should have said something at the beginning, before she started. I kindly, but firmly advised that I would like to have them as thin as my mothers and out of the blue, the smart mouthed one begin saying something in her native language and it seemed as if they were chastising the fact that I wanted my nails as thin as my mothers (who usually gets her manicure done at another shop). (BTW, Mama is universal in any language, so I am pretty confident that she was speaking nasty about my mom and myself)My mom received gel nails and they began peeling the following day.To conclude this experience, I will not be going to that nail shop again and I recommend that anyone that has any respect for themselves or expectations on how their nails should look to go elsewhere. The attitude of that one young lady was really unnecessary. She really needs to be honest with herself and consider another line of employment, as it seemed blatantly obvious that she is not happy there and taking it out on the customers. I did tip the kind young lady that did the pedicure, she was truly sweet and she is the only reason why I am giving this establishment 1 star.

I have been going to Star nails for over 5 years for dip and pedis. They are the best! I moved to the other side of town and still drive almost 30 minutes to go to them! Love everyone and they do a fantastic job!!!

My first time going there everyone had an attitude and nobody seemed to want to do my nails due to me coming in at 6:20ish and they close at 7. I got a full set with gel powder for $65 2 days later 2 nails had broke off. I went there and after having a delt with the same rudeness I did the first time she continues to tell me its $5 a nail to fix.. will not be returning. Also when she told me 1 hour wait for the repairs on the nails that should have been free I tell her Ill wait and go to the beauty store a few stores down she tells me If I leave I forfit my place in line. Ive never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism and poor quality work and Ive been getting my nails done for YEARS. This pic is ONE week after.

I started going here because it is a convenient location to my house but I keep coming back for a lot more! They did a great job on my nails and toes. They made sure everything was clean before I arrived for my appointments and followed the cleaning procedures for the COVID-19. It was very safe and clean.

Visited Star Nails for the first time with my daughter and found the whole experience very nice. Everyone was very nice. This will become a special treat my daughter and I will do on a regular basis!

I absolutely love the people that working here. It’s always a great experience getting my nails done and their prices are fair for the quality of service they deliver. My mom, sister and I refuse to go anywhere else to get our nails done and eyebrows waxed!

I had a great experience here! My sister came 1st and i absolutely loved her nails so i went and had mine done and i told my best friend about it and she went the next day and had hers done... My sister did the gel and me && my friend did the ombre power. They also painted our toes.... Everyone there was so nice and also made conversation... All around great experience I will be back!😁😁💅💅

I rarely get my nails done but this place was really awesome. They didnt rush through my pedicure or manicure. The atmosphere is very nice and everything seems very clean. I had a great experience.

When I first went to star nails when I didn’t know any other nail places they was Great,but now it seem like they have fallen off.My nails seem not to be up to part.all my nails don’t be even some be thicker then others and they comes off easy.

My first time going in yesterday to get my nails done for Memorial Day I went in there I had two or three people in front of me Ill be back u going to take awhile mind you before I went and get my food I went to the hair salon next door to buy my hair I went back to the nail salon to see how far she was in with the other girls and she still was doing the same girl so I left it on my food. I was exactly 35 minutes and when I went back to the shop she still had the same girl in the chair doing her feet now and I said okay how many people there and one right she said no Im sorry you laugh you lose your seat and you didnt sign the book I said I dont know nothing about a book Im new here I dont even have a country accent Im from New York new customer you can help me I told you I was coming back you never said dont go anywhere long story short I left but I getting my nails done never again

I wish I could give less than one star. The staff were disgustingly rude. Not to mention they had me waiting 2 hours just to not even finish the job they started. I will never go here again, nor would I recommend to anyone. Save your time & money.

My nail broke the next day. Ive lose 3 so far and it’s only been a week. I called and told them he said maybe they’re old. I’ve had them for 2 weeks prior to going here. Definitely not old. The lady who did my nails were rough and was rushing, didn’t want to change nail bit and never received my receipt when asked for it. Wasn’t greeted as i entered, shouldve been a ⚠️ Warning!! Never again

I got seen immediately as a walk in. They listened to what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. However, my nail technician did not hold a conversation with me. Perhaps had a bad day or something was on her mind.

Recently visited this salon for a full set. Years ago when going I always requested Anne (she is phenomenal) to service me however this time I went to the next available tech due to it being close to their closing time. My nails are a lot shorter than I desired, multiple nails are crooked, nails are too wide, he lacked all customer service. I did inform him of my complaints and he still did nothing about it. I recommend an appointment because they (except Anne) move very slowly and even though you sign in they will not go according to the book.

Super friendly. The prices are also lower with great quality. Be aware to wait a good bit on Friday/Saturday.

Went to a nail salon I’m lancaster to have them fix it because the lady glued my nails on crooked and didn’t file them right and the polish was awful, I explained to one of the ladies there (I wish I would’ve gotten her name) but she filed my nails properly, and the polish look amazing and she was so nice... literally can’t wait to go back

I got a fill-in and 2 days later 2 of my nails broke on it’s own. I didn’t realize it until I looked at my hand. I didn’t do anything to damage my nails and the owner insisted that i did. They still was going to charge me to fix my nails. I never encountered anything like this and I have my receipt to prove I was just in the nail salon. I find this nail salon to be rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to this nail salon. Very disappointing!

Went in for a full in got a soak off . Im truly disappointed the owner did my nails too thick, short and not shape I wanted. She was rude and didnt listen . I like the salon overall...will definitely stay away from owner. Going back in the morning to have nails redone I cant go thru next 2 weeks looking bad.

So yesterday i went in for an eyebrow wax, I told them i need an wax and they said nothing. I sat for 25 minutes waiting when no one said anything whether it will be a few minutes or just something. So i ask a young girl. Why she say it will 30 minutes. Are u kidding me.on top of the 25 min ive been sitting there. Ive already sat for 25 min they could of said that in the beginning. Those people make me sick so rude and unprofessional all they care about is money.

Clean place and didnt have to wait. But was not satisfied with my nails. I got a fill in and I like my nails short. The guy made my nails look super thick and not natural. my nails look like I had club nails. The polish wasnt even either.

Second time being in this salon within 1 year and each time was great👍. I think I found my new nail place😁!!! Ann is awesome!!!

Most horrible experience before I even sat in The chair to get my nails done! No one greeted me, no one wanted to do my nails! Im a manager at a salon, so we are in the beauty industry! Im about customer service and so are my employees! She didnt ask me how I wanted them, so I proceeded to tell her and she got very rude to me! I wanted to walk out! I WILL NEVER RETURN! EVER! Ann did mine so I think whomever owns this salon, needs to put her threw some social classes! Also an older lady was turning people away ad I was there, just awful! No one was friendly and seemed to not want there job!

Absolutely rude.Walked in with my daughter so she could get her nails painted. The lady looked aggravated with the fact that I was there for my daughter to get her nails done. We sat there for 20+ minutes. No one said anything to us. So we walked out. Will not be coming back.

I was looking for a great Nail salon and I stumbled upon Star Nails. Let me say that the place is VERY CLEAN. Ann who maybe the owner(not sure) is kind of rude and so is Kim. I received a fill-in, eyebrow wax and Pedicure. Kim did my nails and Im actually impressed that they turned out so well! She also did my eyebrows and Im not so impressed. They still look bushy and not cleaned up. CAM did my Pedicure and she was very sweet and she did an amazing job on my toes. I really like her personality, very customer service oriented! I will be back because they do good work but if Annes and Kims attitude dont improve, I will have to change salons yet again! BAD ATTITUDES = NO LOYALTY! Ask for CAM for a PEDI!

The tech did not do as I asked regarding cutting my toe nails near the side cuticles. The polish was a sloppy job and he did not put lotion on my feet and lower legs. My feet were dry and ashy when I got to my car. I will not return. Their service needs work!

Not a good business to spend your money.. One of the associates did a rush job on my nails so I chose not to go back to her. The other associates knew that I didnt want her doing my nails and still forced me to sit at her booth. Once I stated my disapproval they claimed that no one could do my nails bc of appointments but I was the only one waiting in the salon. You still had two people just standing around and refused to do my nails.

Well i didnt get anything done because they had no additional helpers to even start a pedicure, this was my first time and i wont be coming back again.

Wont let no other place do my nails.
