This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I must say I felt very comfortable here. The atmosphere in the salon is a whole vibe 🙌🏾 the guy that did my nails was great I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he was really sweet and nice he also engaged in a conversation with me. I will be putting a picture of my nails down below. I will differently come back to this nail salon 💅🏾.

The staff is very nice, they need more help. Too long of a wait and my dip powder nails shouldnt peel so easily.

Ive been faithfully searching for a nail technician that I can trust!!! I was been reading reviews through Google, and came across some reviews for ... Well, those reviews didnt let me down!!! Quality nail products at a reasonable price... She assessed my nails, the damage, and made a Solid decision. But quality comes with a sacrifice, so call ahead for an appointment!!! Ive tried a pedicure here a few times and someone different each time, and the service is standard... I call it a fancy foot washing... I dont think that they address issues like ingrown toe nails, but most nail shops dont... They also offer drinks and its a really relaxed environment!!!

As the previous reviews stated, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We were visiting and my daughter and I walked in for pedicures at 6pm. We called two places and the women who answered the phone was so nice, and the reviews were good, we gave them a try. She also offered us a bottle of water as soon as we sat down. Highly recommend if youre in the area!💝

I have FINALLY found the best nail spa ! The staff is unbelievable. So warm and friendly. They are not there to just heard you in like cattle and take your money. This nail salon/lounge is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. They have a lot of colors to choose from, including gel polishes .They are friendly and professional. I was 110% satisfied with the work they did on my nails today and cant wait to go back!!

BEWARE! I walked in to this nail salon for a full acrylic ombré set. On their price sign it indicates an acrylic full set is $30. The gentleman that did my nails did an okay job. The shape isn’t great, and the ombré isn’t the best but it wasn’t really anything worth complaining about. However, when I went to check out I was told the bill was $75 ($30 for a full acrylic set, and another $45 for it being ombré). This is by far the most expensive set of nails I have ever paid for. I believe I was double charged as it would make more sense for it to be $45 for being a full set with an ombré style. I told them this and they simple handed me my receipt and said that’s that it was. Please, if nothing else, ask for the price before sitting down to their mediocre service! 7/15/2020

Nail Tech, Mary, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave a super Pedicure. My nail polish was very artistic.. She painted a pretty freehand design on my ring finger right and left hand. Everyone that has seen it wants to know who does my nails. Very excited and will definitely be returning as long as she is there.

**Visiting from out of town and decided all the girls would get pedicures. We had two small children who had never had pedicures. They treated them so special. The salon was clean and the people working there were awesome.**

I must give it to Sofie. She did a great job on my pedi. She took care of me with firm hands and my busted feet came out great lol. We didnt talk much not all people do, but I dont mind a little chit chat. Nonetheless, I will be a regular customer of Sofies. Thank you for a job well done!

I have been coming in for 2 years now and keep coming back because Sofie has never let me leave disappointed with my nail! I get SNS and it lasts me a minimum of 4 weeks each time!

I have went to this place twice. I would give them a 2.7 at the most. The 1st time I was pleased with color (got gel), however the shape of the nail (coffin) was off. Decided to give them another try. This time in less than a week I have had 3 nails break! They all broke in the same spot .Now Im pretty seasoned when its comes to nails. I know how to take care of them & all. This is how I know 3 nails SHOULD NOT break. I doing my hair (lightly) & 2 broke. Now Im at another nail salon waiting to get them fix. SMH. My cousin also went to the same place & is not pleased either. Dont waste your money.

This establishment does horrible work and has horrible customer service!!!!!!! First off, one star means I hated it! They dont even deserve 1/2 star but had to pick one. I had gone to this salon for years (off and on). I was never happy with the customer service and had a problem one time with Mary when I called for an appt. She not only hung up on me one time but hung up on me several times for no reason! Very rude person!!!! I tried contacting the elderly Asian that owned the business but got the runaround trying to get up with him. The only reason I ever went back to this place is because they were a little bit cheaper, and I liked the work of one of the male technicians at one time even though he did sloppy work the last two times I went there. The last time I visited this store, my friend went with me. I signed us both in, and Mary completely overlooked my friend and never waited on him. She saw us walk in together so not sure why she assumed (which is the wrong thing to do) that he was not there for service. My friend was very upset but would not say anything so I told the technician that did my pedicure. I told him to speak to the manager about it who is Mary. He did and all she said is that he could get his service done then after he had waiting and others had been taken before him. I asked him if he could do his service at least at a discount or something for being overlooked, and they said no. She never even apologized for overlooking him!!!!! That is not acceptable at all!!!!! I will never step foot in that business again! All the years I went there and they treat me this way! Not to mention, they are very unfriendly. They just look at you when you walk in and dont even speak. This store should be shut down! It deserves no stars and no business. I am sorry I gave the technician a good tip as he did not deserve it! When I left, that was the second time I had left with a terrible pedicure. My toenails were filed at an angle and were crooked. It looked as if a drunk had filed my nails! This place is a HORRIBLE place to get nails done! Extremely rude technicians and horrible service and work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are not friendly and the guy over charged me to polish my daughter toes and nails....I will never return here again......the sign cleary states 12 and under polish change $5. I will call the health inspector while they had a baby here in the work place

Came here because the Salon across the street was booked, NEVER AGAIN.. Should have known when I was able to walk right in on a Saturday.. The overall appearance of my nails was nice, but the VERY NEXT DAY I had a nail break. 1 week later my 2nd nail broke.. When I told a co-worker she said she would have warned me NOT to go there because when she went, the VERY next day she had 2 nails break... Thats what I get for rushing...

Got a pedi done there. They did a good job...no complaints on the pedicure. I prefer Nail 1st salons pedicures though because you get more for your money. Nail 1st gives you a pedi menu to pick what you want and they offer paraffin wax, hot towel steam, and they offer you a drink. I would like to see more pedi options at best nails.

This place shouldn’t even be able to recieve one star. The customer service skills are horrible. I waited almost two hours to get my nails done and still never got them done. Two workers just walked around talking and laughing, as if I weren’t even sitting there. Then after me saying something about the long wait, I was told by the manager that he thought I had just came in with someone else. And still didn’t offer any services. This place is very unprofessional and disorganized. If I could I would give them a negative five stars!

I went to get a pedicure and this lady didnt know how to trim the cuticles she did my nails cricket and let my nails with pain on the next day! She was trying her best but she didnt have experience! Next day I get up with pain in my nails ! I hate the fact that I gave them a good tip I would like to get my money refunded ! The charge very expensive and they arent professional at all! The guy the nail technician did my gels nails so so and too short and when I ask him to paint them better he got his actitud and ask rude for payment! this guy keeps smoking between services! This place have horrible work and pessimism people working! I used to go when had a different owner, the service was better! Now their job terrible! is the worst place to go to get nails done! I want my money back!

This place was by far the worst place ive been to. The service was SLOW and I didnt like it, the nail technician I had smoked. he would pause every 10 mins. to go smoke, I mean how many times do you smoke a day? I wouldnt recommend going there. He had a very bad attitude and seemed like he did not wanna be there.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

I had to wait 45 min. Even then he shaped my nails bad. He glued them on crooked. He got nail polish on my cuticles and on the side and didnt clean up.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. My nails look terrible. The woman drilled my full set uneven and it is very noticeable with the polish. The shape of the nail is uneven. There was polish left on my fingers and not just on my nail. This was the worst place ive ever got my nails done. I VERY disappointed.

Horrible. The guy butchered my nails after taking my acrylics off. My nails are so sore, and it kind of smells weird. It doesnt feel as clean as other places

Walked in and there was only one lady there working, and there was no customers on a Sunday afternoon. That should have been my 1st clue. Told her I needed a french shellac manicure and that I needed my nails short for work. She said okay sit down. I sat down and noticed she was wearing a bluetooth ear attatchment and she was talking with someone on the phone. She talked loudly in another language. It was very non-relaxing to say the least. She proceeded to file my nails and when she was done I told her that I needed them shorter. She yelled at me and rolled her eyes about the fact that I wanted them shorter. I said yes i do. I need them short for work. She then said I wish you would have told me. I said I did, You were obviously more concerned with your phone conversation than to pay attention to your paying customer. She then took then clippers to my ring finger and clipped the entire nail off. There was noting left. I told her that I wanted them shorter not completely gone. She then got up and threw the clippers at me towards the table and picked up my purse and slammed it on the station behind me and yelled SOMEONE ELSE WILL TAKE YOU I asked for the manager and she took her arms and patted her chest like a gorilla saying she was. This is on a Sunday which is typically a busy day for most nail spas. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never been treated this way, and if your looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience keep driving. I ended up going to Lee Spa Nails a couple miles down the road. Every single station had a customer in the chair and every pedicure chair was also filled. There was a ten minute wait, but t it was worth it. They were so nice and dressed professionally. Completely different atmosphere from Nail 1st. I showed the girl what that lady (the manager) at Nail 1st did to my ring finger nail, and she was so apologetic, and I laughed when she said your lucky you didnt loose your entire finger. Nail 1st just had BEYOND bad customer service (taking on a blue tooth loudly the ENTIRE time) (Not listening to the fact that I needed them short for work.. but not non existent) and what she did to my nail was just unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this post and addresses this situation. Every station on a Sunday should be filled. You clearly need new management.********* This Place Deserves NO STARS***********
