This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Raleigh so far. They’re quick, do a really nice job, and are very kind. I asked for Christmas nails and they did exactly what I wanted and even did snowflake designs, thank you!!

Will never return - Horrible customer service and one of the worst quality manicures I have gotten. After less than 24 hours, my nail chipped, and the top coat peeled off every nail but one. When I called to explain, the employee was rude, dismissive, and told me they can fix it but not sure if they will have time. And said that it is only free of charge to fix if the same employee who initially served me is available to fix it. How does that make sense?

I have been getting my nails done here for years. I just read some of these reviews and they could not be farther from the truth. My nails never look better than when I come here. Anywhere else, the quality pales in comparison. They ask how my family is, remember details about me, costumer service is tip top from them. Do yourself a favor, ignore the bad reviews as I have been a costumer twice a month for 7+ years and they are just untrue. You won’t be sorry!!

I decided to go to Lee Spa nails because its close to my job and my coworker recommended them. First time I went it was amazing my nails were done exactly how I asked her too. I was working alot and went over 2 weeks so I decided I wanted a new set, the lady put all my tips on crooked and then 2 ladies came in and they switched my nail tech 2 times after that. Total of 3 people did my nails, each time leaving me for woman who walked In the door. I spoke with the last lady about how my nails looked like claws, super thick and werent coffin shaped at all. She went on to tell me she couldnt do it like that and kept doing them not to mention she was standing up the entire time ready to run to everyone who walked in. I told her I didnt like them but didnt have time to get them fixed because I had to pick my daughter up and had already been handed off 2 times. I was told to come back after I picked her up. After paying 56 dollars I said I was definitely coming back and once I got there she made comments to my 5 year old about her needing to be quiet so she could do my nails and so I wouldnt come back, I really thought that was inappropriate to be honest. She basically made my nails extremely thin and the paint job was awful!!!!!!! I broke a nail the next day and went to a different salon where the lady asked if I needed to get my fill or polish change she couldnt tell I had gotten a full set the day before. That was sad, it will be 2 weeks this coming up Thursday and Ive had 6 out 10 nails fixed since then. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, I PAID 56 BUCKS FOR TRASH NAILS AND DIDNT CARE BECAUSE I ALWAYS GET MY NAILS DONE. Ill stick with my usual place and pay 45 for what I like.

I arrived shortly before 5pm on Sunday and asked for a mani/pedi. I assumed they closed at 6 pm. Come to find out that they closed at 5 (according to the website) and two ladies stayed late for me. My pedicure and manicure were done beautifully and I never felt rushed. They were professional and thorough. I was extremely pleased and will definitely return (way before closing time next time!). I do not know why there are so many bad reviews, I love this place, I am always seated right away, never ever rushed, offered wine, water or a soda. I love this place and have always been treated with respect. This place is a higher end nail salon so if you come in thinking 30 dollars is a lot for a pedicure then you dont belong here.

Literally so bad. took my acrylics off by using another plastic acrylic bye ripping it off of my nail while i was flinching every 5 seconds cause of the pain not once did they stop or ask if i was okay. i then got a gel manicure, came home and it was already chipped on 3 nails and my nails feel so weak from having my acrylics ripped off. go to any of the other nails place in north hills do not go to this one.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I’m very easy to satisfy and I’m not a picky person, but the quality of service I received was absolutely inadequate. I came in and asked for a basic manicure with gel polish and I kid you not, the entire service took a total of FOUR MINUTES! I even asked to talk to the manager and she was no help. I do not recommend this place and I’m curious of why such a low quality nail salon is in a very high end location.

I enjoy this place. They are expensive but I go here pretty often. I get acrylic with gel polish or a pedicure and they always last a long time. I’m pretty tough on my nails and they never break. I would recommend them.

I was impatient for my regular salon to open so I decided to try this place instead. Big Mistake. I went in for a gel manicure and I had to ask for my nails to be trimmed and cuticles to be cleaned up during the manicure. My nails were not filed properly and they look lopsided. I was the only one in the salon and the whole experience felt very rushed. I also question the cleanliness of the place. Im used to technicians using nail equipment from a fresh pouch so you know it has been sanitized. This technician was using tools from a plastic basket and they were put back into the basket after she was done. Just because a salon is in a nice shopping center does not mean its good. I will not be returning.***Update***Its been less than 12 hrs since my visit and my gel manicure is already peeling. Downgraded the rating from 2 stars to 1.

Zero stars. I live at the Alexan and this salon should be voted out and replaced with a new salon. Been 3 times in my 5 years of living here (I get my nails done every 2 weeks, but bc of the following experiences, I go to Midtown Nail across from another broken egg in north hills—and they are excellent!)The three times I’ve been it was:A filthy establishment.Rushed and painful.Terrible quality - My gel pedicure came OFF when I took my sock off.Rude manicurists.Was charged more than quoted.

It is imperative with any company to find like minded interest to increase a life long experience; and, Lee Spa Nails provides me with this experience!

This is the only place that I get my nails done. My nails always look gorgeous when I leave here & they never looked healthier! I get treated with respect and courtesy here. Great selection of shellac polish. Sometimes service can take a little while to complete, but theyll rush if you let them know youre in a hurry. I dont mind the extra time because my nails end up looking so great.

We had appointments for a bridal party at a different salon. Things didn’t go so well overt there so I called Lee Nails, which was in the same area, to see if they could fit us all in. They could so we went over and they got us right in and even offered wine. Great place & our nails looked awesome.

Lee is the absolutely best hands down in the area! He is so meticulous and castes admit his craftsmanship.

Let others be serviced first even other customers walked in AFTER. When I went to go sit down the people who had come in 45 seconds to a minute behind me were seated and the seats were then full and was told someone would be with me in a minute. No one ever came, I left. If theyre accepting walk-ins, it should be first come first serve basis. I felt like because I didnt pick my color fast enough the 2 seats left were taken. Never again.

My nails look awful. Way too expensive for the quality service I got. Charged for a manicure when all my lady did was do my nails (and she barely did that). A complete waste of money— go somewhere else.

Came down from DC for a wedding and needed to get a mani/pedi. The service was amazing. Ly (the pregnant nail tech) did such a great job on my hands and feet she took her time and asked me if everything was to my liking throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this place and Ly to anyone looking to get quality service and if Im ever back in this area I would definitely visit again.

Normally pleased with the quality of work however I came in today for a fill-in and 3 people that came in after me were all seated before me who were also walk-ins. Very disappointed. I just left because this is suppose to be a pleasant experience and not a frustrating one.

Best price ever. I love the service and the comfort level in this mom and pop establishment. Everyone is very accommodating and kind.

I was in town from Myrtle Beach for a concert, so my friend and I decided to get our nails done. I forgot who did mine but she did an amazing job. I got them done a week ago and they still look like I just got them done. I definitely plan to go back next time im in town!

I came back to get a broken pinky nail fixed, this is after paying $45 for a FILL IN. To begin, she just started doing the nail and disnt even compare it to the other pinky. Needless to say the nail came out way longer and way off shape, when I asked her to fix it, she says a nail and a new tip cannot match, but my nails were done LESS than a week ago. She tries to match the nails with an attitude on her face and doesnt even clean the nail dust off my hand before painting it. I left the salon with nail dust all over my hand and mismatched nails.Will not be back. Waste of time and money.A

I have been coming to this Lee Spa Nails for about 2 years now. Li normally takes care of me and she does a great job and remembers my preferences. I can normally just text her and she lets me know when she is free. Even if one of the other attendants does my pedi/mani the service is always great. Ive never had a complaint and am satisfied every time.

Worked here for 2 weeks and I had to quit due to the owner not respecting me when I told him that I can only do women and married couples not single men he agreed to my terms when I started and than later told me to do a pedicure on a single men and told me that my man won’t see me and that I’ll be fine which caused problems in my house hold . He complained to me that I was slow worker because I wasn’t rushing on my clients like the rest of the employees were doing . The salon it self is not clean at all THEY NEVER sanitize the tools properly like state board regulation, and the owner (Dinh) is very rude and don’t even care about his customers just the MONEY he just want you in and out even if you didn’t get what you paid for . And what kind of business man calls his employees 3 in the morning causing more problems in my household . And than wants to hold my check because I quit so I had to call the police to come out and all of a sudden they had my check ready Unprofessional and ridiculous to waste my time !!! And let’s not forget about BRENDA aka the MANGER her work is not great due to rushing on her clients all the time and her attitude is not respectful and she lied to me about not knowing where my check was but had it the whole time till I had the police comeOut just because the salon is located in a nice plaza don’t mean it’s great or clean !!!

The worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life!!! The girl finished the pedicure in 10mins. She left cuticles untouched all over toes. Ive never felt so rushed by a person giving a paid service in my life!!! Charged me $30!!! Biggest waste of money ever!!!!! Do not go to this place!!!!!!

Ive been going there for years. Any time I try out a new place for a pedicure I regret it, feel like Ive wasted money, and go right back to Lee spa the next time. I really like that there are several indulant pedicure options, all of the chair work and the place is very clean.

The nails came out good but the people were horrible. I was rushed and yelled at by one of the staff members. Although the nails came out good I would never go back again.

I was injured by a manicurist during a hand massage and may need physical therapy. The techniques used was interlocking of the fingers and she roughly slid her fingers against mine aggressively. The owner assured me his insurance would take care of it. He now has called me multiple times calling me a liar, telling me that I was laughed at, then he said it was my fault and I was asking for it for not using common sense and telling her to stop. He is still disputing it happened and the insurance company stepped in to stop him from continuing to harass me. He does not deserve to have women coming to their salon that are asking to be injured. It was an accident and I was fine with letting insurance take care of it but the owner is behaving horribly.

It was my first time going there; had a male technician do my acrylic and polish change and a lady named lee painted my nail on top of my acrylic. No listing of prices of service but a sign was written up stating they would rather cash for tip than credit. I did acrylic fill in with two nail repair which I was charged $20 for acrylic fill in with a $3 a piece nail repair which was $26, I then got my polish change on my feet which were $12 plus my eyebrows which was $12, my eyebrows werent the best waxed eyebrows. It was the worst $50 I spent, plus I tipped $10 and the moment I tipped them they started speaking their dialect. They have a rewards program that each $35 and more of service you spend you get a card punched out and at your 10th punch you get a free pedicure. After paying $50 I never receive that but the shop was clean but better customer service is needed🤷🏾‍♀️ !

Great service but overpriced

Poor customer service. Switched my nail tech and made me wait each time until finally I was seated perminately, one of the times the lady stopped to service someone else and said someone else will be with you after seating me and was about to start!. I took my niece with me whose gel nails fell off two days later.my actual tech was pleaseant but that was why I gave at least the 1 star.

Horrible service the manager/owner was the lady that gave me my pedicure. It looked terrible! She rushed the whole time kept staring at me with a rude look on her face.

Trash nails, don’t get acrylics by them.***UPDATE:When I say their acrylics are trash, I mean the quality is ridiculously cheap. I broke my first nail after literally a week whilst wiping down a table at work. Popped right off! After calling and informing them, they still charged me to get a repair even though it’d only been a week. I popped the second nail WHILST SCRATCHING THE BACK OF MY HEAD. I came in 8 days after the original set. Their nails bend very easily, and the glue might as well be Elmers because after the 5th nail came off it took me less than five minutes to just pop the rest off. A COMPLETE waste of money. Unless you’re looking to spend nearly $50 for a set that only lasts a week, I highly suggest you refrain from this particular salon.

Got a full on my acrylic nails and it took this guy sooooo long to do them. On top of that he didnt even do them right. Once he was done putting the acrylic on you can still see the old acrylic and where he had cut a piece off. When I had called later on that day about thisome, they told me to come and the next day so I did and I had shown the guy that I was talking about and he said that is normal. I know for a fact that its not normal because Ive gotten my nails done plenty of times and Ive never once seen the old acrylic when they had filled my nails. Needless to say they never fixed my nails so I will not be going there ever again.

Worse service ever...never again!! I was constantly asked to get my nails done when all i wanted was a pedicure and staff sitting around laughing and pointing is so unprofessional.So disappointed in service and staff.
