Before I went in I called to make sure the nail tech I wanted was available. When I got there he was not busy with a client but busy talking to another nail tech who didn’t have a client either. After about 20Mins of pointless waiting The phone began to ring and they both ignored it. It wasn’t until the lady noticed that I was getting aggravated about waiting when my nail tech decided to start. They also have a issue with rushing work. It’s almost like they don’t really care about the quality of work but more so how many people they can get in. If you want good quality work it’s best to get there right when they open on weekends or when their slow during the week. If not you will have poor quality. Also when a nail tech is busy there is a bad habbit of other techs causing distraction when they have nothing to do. This place has really changed.

The ladies who work here are very friendly, very gentle, and professional. I felt truly pampered and welcomed and their work is amazing.

Me and my Best friend went and got our nails done and the customer service was so rude. They man yelled at me because I accidentally moved. The nails weren’t even done correctly and the nail polish started to come off within 2 days.

Got a full set, they aren’t the shape I wanted & didn’t get the color/design I wanted even after showing them a picture. Told them I wanted jewels & apparently they couldn’t do that either. My polish is already messed up not even 12 hrs later. The chairs were uncomfortable & the table wasn’t sanitized. The files they use are the same nasty files that have been used on somebody else’s fingernails🤢 Not friendly & felt very unwelcome. I won’t be back.

Just visiting and wanted a quick pedicure. Instead I got a 90 minute basic beginner pedicure. Probably could have done a lot better at a nail school honestly...and nail art was just impossible. I asked for a two tone french manicure, but instead got just go one color and we dont have time. Definitely wont be back!!!

Went to get SNS nails. HORRIBLE. Dont go here if you want SNS. The price was $45 which is more expensive then anywhere Ive been. Then they gave me only about 15 colors to pick from. & now, my nails look horrible. Wasted money. The nails look translucent and splotchy. Very disappointed and wont go back.Now 1 day later. Top coat is already peeling. Nails are chipping. So mad I paid money for this...😑

People come here cause it is convenient. But let me tell you. Dont waste your time or money. They only do grandma looking nails. If you ask them to do your nails a certain way they refuse you. And lastly they are so rude. Talk about you in there non-English speaking language. The ownee lady stays on her phone and helps no one. I found a nail place up the street from them and they treat you so well and they do not overprice you. Check out amazing nails.

Was in mall...Hubby decided to treat me to pedicure ... let me say I am a melanated being and we should support our own and not go to these places. They dont respect us. This is a constant theme and the culture. So it was typical trying to get you to purchase additional servies while rushing and having conversations in native tongue and very mediocre work..We can take that money, provide better service especially in creativity, help our communities and other talented Ladies that look like us!

I got my nails done on a Saturday and on Monday the color started to peel. It looks horrible but when you call they act like it’s your fault and I wish I read the reviews before going! Never Again You guys suck!

I am extremely excited to have found this place because its literally a minute or less away from home. They also seem to always give me the best service. I had a mani and pedi and an amazing massage! I had a wonderful experience.

The experience was terrible! I had a couple nails still on and just yanked them off. Then, he used the nail file on high on my natural nail. I told him it burned and he completely ignored me. I didnt even get the shape I asked for. The length varies throughout my full set. I came here because im on vacation. I am a nail stylist and I thought why not give it a try. These nails are the worst that ive ever had on myself. Never again will I go to a nail salon!

Awesome Mani/pedi and GREAT Massage chairs

There wasn’t anything professional about this place. I have all crooked nails with polish stuck to the side of my skin. The pumice stone was placed on the floor. They could’ve at least put a towel down or something! That’s just gross and unsanitary! My pedicure literally lasted no more than 10 minutes. Very disappointed I wasted my money here.

They were rushed but careful. I like this location as my back up because they are open later than most. Because its located inside of the mall. But the customer service, friendliness, and atmosphere is bland and boring. But its convienent!

Went to get a fill in and repair on my nails at 8:25pm when I walk in the lady says how can I help I said yes I would like a repair and a fill and she states that they are closed I said well your sign says you guys dont close until 9pm she looks at me strange and says like we take our last walk in at 8pm I said okay and walked out she talking about see you tomorrow no you wont how dare you when you run a business its about professionalism! You cant post a sign and say you close at specific time and do whatever you want!!!!! I will not be returning!!!! Very shady!!!!!They will not get my hard earn cash!!!

They are always the best!!! Theey make sure you are happy but if youre not, they will fix it for sure before you leave. The store is up on the second floor right at Dillards. Park where you ser the Barnes & Noble entrance and go into the main entra ce to the left and they are right as you go in. Calling ahead is a good idea because they do get busy at times. They have other special artists in the shpp as well...come and see one of them soon. Its Springtime and the toesies need to come out but need a pedicure first. ;))

I asked for acrylics for my daughter and the lady was doing our nails and the nails did not look professional at all

The business has no professionalism, I was told I would receive my full fill in and toe gel change service and after the lady finish my feet I was told I couldnt get my nails done due to them being busy. I ended up walking out with blue toes and nothing done to my finger nails smh. Also they are quick to call the police on black females if black customers arent pleased with their service. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone, they are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and racist.

They are very nice and have a wide array of options. Always willing to squeeze me in after work.

This place is not professional at all. They are highly unorganized and very unprofessional. I’ve even seen them run after a customer and blame her for not paying when the customer had already paid. They did not apologize to her afterwards either. There is no order when taking customers. I was skipped over for people who walked in 15 minutes after me. Based off the interaction between the nail lady and the two girls who walked in, I believe they were acquaintances (which is irrelevant in this case just giving insight). Their work is subpar; my gel nails were lifting after a week; and one of my nails was put on crooked. Overall in a nutshell, customer service is poor, quality of work mediocre on their best day but subpar mostly. The only reason they get the traffic they do is because of the traffic from being placed in the mall. If 0 stars was possible, that’s what they’d get from me. Save your money and keep it moving.

I got my nails done and i fell like the over charged me but besides that my gel polish peeled off after 4 days of wearing it then 2 nails are loose and ready to come off and one broke... I can tell the acrylic was old becuase the nail fidnt breal it was bent in one direction and wouldnt break becuase the arlcrylic become gummy... I will never go back

Called yesterday to see if I could make an appt. with Mia realizing today is July4th and they would probably be busy. She stated to me she wouldn’t be taken appointments only walk ins, but never mentioned they would only be open until 6pm. I drive 45mins from Fuquay-Varina to raleigh to get my nails done calling the entire while and no one answers but then someone picked up the phone and hung up. Only for me to arrive at 5pm and Mia told me she wasn’t taking anymore customers cause they close at 6. It’s 5pm it doesn’t take 1hr to do a fill in. So she proceeds to tell me to come back tomorrow. I told her “u know I live in Fuquay-Varina I drove because when I called u told me u would be open but u wasn’t taking appointments. You can’t take me?” When replied no, we closed, while she played on her phone... Outraged I am at the level they lack in regards to customer service. I will NEVER go back their and I was a faithful client for 4yrs who always tipped. I stopped coming recently cause I moved to Fuquay-Varina but I came back when I was in town and today I drove here only to be disappointed! I don’t recommend this salon to anyone who needs nail service. Customer service is a must and they need a lot of work on how to truly treat customers! Especially when you r closing a hour earlier then the mall closes which is against the contract with the mall. I will be contacting them as well. I’m going to a family reunion and this was a major inconvenience at this time and shouldn’t ever happen to anyone!!! I rate them minus a star!! -⭐️

My friend and I both went here for pedicures. The service was rushed and not up to my standards. After the guy finished my pedicure he directed me to the drying station. After 5 minutes of waiting the guy returns and ask me was i ready to pay. I stated yes. He then proceeded to ask me if i was using cash or card. I said card. He then said oh our machine is broken, Can you go downstairs to the atm? I looked at him and said why didnt you tell me this before i sat down in your chair. He then said are you going in a rude manner. I said yes when my nails dry. He then proceeded to say take your time. Just come back and pay. He did this to me and my friend. The lady doing my friends pedicure accidently stabbed her with an instrument. When i came back to pay with cash, i witnessed two customers use there debit card to pay. The people who run this place are very shady. Also the paint has already began to chip and its only been 3 days and they totally skipped the leg massage. I will never comeback.

I came in an hour before closing, they were busy, and unfortunatley they said I could only do one, pedi or mani. They are quite popular seeing how theyre in the mall, so if you come late dont expect them to accomodate both. So I chose the pedi. Amazing job!! She was efficient, though it was rushed in a way, she executed it with perfection and the job done. I ended up leaving after 9pm, because they will finish the job they started but, there are places Ive been to, who take their time mid day and its still a so-so job. Wish I knew her name, I didnt ask.

I would not recommend ... they make comments about your choice of how u wants your nails or toes cut .. the choi CD e of nail color or design .. then they aiming themselves about you in their language ... dont care about ur comfort ... sometimes let other cut before you ... just not my thing ... maybe for other yes but not for me ... its kind of like going to a nail sweat shop...

I hate this place, they just want your money because they rush doing your nails, they dont take the adequate time to check the size or if the nails are put on straight. Also i got rhimstomes on my nails and they were a hot mess glue wass all on top of the rhimstones which made them not shine . Im very disappointed ! I wont be going back .

I had my eyelashes done here and they were ripped off by the woman who does them by her making a mistake and it being rushed. It was poorly done. My eyelashes ended up looking like two bird wings in my face.

I will never go back. The workers are rude and forces you to pay with cash instead of debit or credit. After going to a different salon for a refill I noticed I had caught a nail fungus from their unsanitary tools.

Went here as a treat from my husband...BAD DECISION. My nail technician sliced open my cuticle. A manicure should NOT draw blood but this one did.After putting a little antiseptic on it the technician assured me all was well..WRONG..my cuticle has gotten progressively worse and take a look at it currently a week later and the damage is still apparent. I called and informed them of this injury and they advised for me to come by so they could take a look. I did that and spoke with the manager Lin/Lynn looked at and basically downplayed the damage to the point where she refused to refund me $15 for the manicure. SOOO for $15 and perhaps a continuing long term customer who potentially could spend hundreds of dollars here this establishment lost me forever. TERRIBLE business decision on their part ..again for $15 AVOID. AT. ALL.COSTS .

Cheap products used nails broke on a new set after 2 days. When I went back to ask for a repair they told me I waited to long and I would have to pay. Very rude and unprofessional

Refused service an hour prior to closing. All I wanted was a fill in. Not sure what kind of false entitlement they have from being in the mall with no competition, but I have never been turned away from getting my nails done even 30 mins prior to closing, whether I went to a shop in the mall or not.

Worst experience I have ever had I just paid 50 dollars to simply get my nails painted....first of all the manager was not even working today what kind of business runs with no management official on site at all time to handle situations like this....not only was the manager not there the person that does eyebrows was just it there and the only 2 people that work there that know how to do designs were not there...all the workers keeps telling me they could do was 2 simple line...so out of all 8 employees that were here none can do design and all were dude when asked why no one was there that could perform the simple nail techniques they said if I did not like it next time not to come back...it goes with our saying I will never go back!!
