Very happy I found. a clean place to wash my clothes. Everything works great. The owner was very nice. I couldnt be more exciyed to do laundry. I wish the owner would open another location in the Clayton area. Happy to be a new customer!!!

Mr. Laundromat did a pristine job cleaning and folding our comforters and sheets. I am very pleased with the courteous service, cleanliness of the facility, and the end result. This was my first time using their drop off service, and I will highly recommend Mr. Laundromat to other people.

Im trying to understand how this place has such great reviews. I guess only because its convenient and the only one available on HWY 42. This Laundry doesnt abide by their policies and standards to meet customer satisfaction. My family was turned away at 8:30 pm when the sign states that last wash isnt until 9:30 pm and with this being said this place with never have my service again. The owner closed the door in my face and stated I have things I have to do. If I had the option to rate 0 stars, I wouldve. Im going to report them to BBB as well.

Its an ok place to wash. They just need to keep it more clean... The washers have green stuff on them and the dryers dont dry that well!

Im new to the area and my household belongings havent arrived yet. This place was clean, the equipment was well maintained, and there is an attendant on, on site, who was super nice. I felt safe. Thankful to have found this place.

One of the best laundromats I have been to. Very clean, staff is great. Love the arcade games to keep the kids busy. They have later hours than most in the area which makes it convenient for me.

My dryer @home now not working :( so looking for laundromat @last minute, found 40/42 Laundry via Google! Sandra was WONDERFUL @ letting me dry my 3 loads of clothes at last minute! Great customer service! Very neat & Clean looking, would come back! Thank you Sandra :)

This is the nicest laundromat Ive ever been in. It has an employee on site. The biggest washer and dryer Ive ever seen. Theres plenty of comfortable seating and toys for kids. I wish there were more like it.

I go to this laundry mat perhaps 2 or 3 times a month. Customer service is outstanding and everything you need to have your laundry needs met is there! It’s the only one I go too and the only one I would recommend

Have never been here before. It wasnt too pricey at $7 to wash clothes. What I had a problem was was the dryers. Theyre 25¢ for 6 minutes of heat. I had to run 2 dryers 8 times for my clothes to be almost all dry. They were still a little damp when I left, I got fed up. They need either better dryers or charge more than 25¢ and get a longer run time than 6 minutes. Gonna look for a different laundromat.

Great, Great Place!!! I had a fire and have been out of my home since August so I drop my laundry off every week. They do a GREAT job washing and folding! Even after I get my home back and have my own washer and dryer, I intend on using these guys for large items and for dry cleaning!

Good place, the owner is super friendly and helpful. hate not having my own washer/dryer, but at least this place makes it more pleasant to have to go out. the customers are also nice and polite. very kid friendly, the crane machine is the cherry on top.i wish the illegal immigrants didnt have to bring their entire families of eight with them to do a single load, but thats a different complaint entirely, and not the establishments fault.just know that during the crop season, these hard-working folk cant conceive of not filling the place up with living beings to wash two mid-sized baskets of laundry, so no seats will be available, and it will be inordinately crowded, regardless of whether their presence is a necessity to complete the task.

CLEAN, AFFORDABLE IN GREAT LOCATION. ( Walmart, Cook Out, grocery shopping)Sandra was so totally awesome. I had a cold and was a wreck! She helped to make the experience so much better. This IS my laundry destination from now on. One of the great things is ever time Ive gone in the patrons were so friendly with each other. That kind of commardarie only can exist when your running a good business. Great job guys.

This is a very clean and well supplied laundry with top of the line equipment and drop off service for dry cleaning and they will even wash, dry, and fold your laundry for you with same day service.

I really like this place. I was going to downtown Smithfield to wash but after going here today I wont go to the other place. My kids were occupied with reading books so I was able to get my clothes washed with no hassle. I also like that they will wash and dry for you.

This place is awesome, and much needed in the community. Personal and friendly service everytime i go for the wash and fold! This is a great time saver. You should try it! The washing machnine worked great! It clean my old comforter, and made it look new again! The place is clean and safe and has wifi too! Go check it out!

Went with the wife and my very young son. The quarters are weighed buy not accurately. Make sure you count because I was missing almost 4 dollars in quarters. Then the washers dont spin well so you spend more money in drying. The kids section is dark and dirty. The super dryer works well but a regular dryer on 60 minutes wont dry your larger load of clothes. Stay away!
