Rented a bucket lift for 2 weeks. Rented on a Monday morning brought it back on the following Wednesday afternoon with 4 full days left and they couldnt give me any discount. Pretty sure they didnt wait till Monday to rent it again. Just thought they would be a little more understanding.

Well yall, all I can say is that I will happily return to Sun Rental! There was a problem with the machine and they were right on it and as helpful as they could possibly be.I had seen some negative reviews before I rented from them and want to comment on that. Machines can develop issues. This isnt done intensionally. And if people dont go somewhere with the intent of giving an earful, they will usually find a staff willing to make things right. Treat employees (people) the way you want to be treated, ya know?!Again Sun Rental is a place I would happily rent from again.

I have been renting here for over 10 years and they are the best rental place I have been to. Between construction and real estate I rent around 30 times a year and the equipment is always clean and maintained and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

The crew at Sun Rental is great to work with. They even came in early after a wind storm so we could get equipment to remove the tree that had fallen on our house. They have always been approachable and knowledgeable. Theyll always get my business!

I rented a drain snake late on Saturday afternoon. The cashier loaded it in my truck for me. When I got home, I realized this snake was to large to use in the drains in the house. I went back to the shop right away, and was charged the full four-hour rental. I was gone less than 20 minutes with equipment I did not use. I contacted the owner about a refund and was refused.

Got charged 70.00 for a tool that wouldnt work for our job. Less than 1 min of use, returned immediately. Rude and not willing to reimburse payment. Charged me a full half day for nothing. Was a steady customer. Will be going to A-Z from now on.

These guys are a joke I rented a backhoe from them it broke down like six times it pushed my project out an extra week and a half and then came and got it off my property charge me to bring it back to their shop said it was toast then sent it out on another job where it is broke down right now charged me full price for the machine never finished my project now I have to go rent another machine trying to do this project on a budget but this company put the screws to me I have been renting from this company for the last eight years unfortunately this is not the first time they have done this to me this is The last time though I will never rent from this company again the owners are complete a holes
