Came here as a walk in and was pleasantly surprised. Clean. Quiet. Professional. Went in for a pedicure but had a consult on what could ve done with my nails, which were splitting lengthwise. My go back and give their recommendation a try.

By far the worst pedicure and manicure I’ve had in my life. The polish on my toes started peeling off on it own in 5 days. The powder dipping polish on my nails was thick, uneven, bumpy and rough. It lasted one week before it started lifting on the edges. Never having had a powder dip polish I thought that’swhat they were supposed to look like until I went to a different salon today to have it re-done. I should have known that the place was not any good when I walked in on a Friday afternoon and there wasn’t a soul in there. Zero attention to detail and bad quality products.

Gina does a great job! She’s very experienced and professional, and I recommend her highly.

I am typically not one to write reviews but I have to say... I felt compelled to let others know that my particular experience here was less than satisfactory. The salon was not clean and I received the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. I will not be revisiting and recommend this establishment invests in training their employees and cleaning better between patrons.

The nail salon was clean and staff was very friendly and kind. I moved here from out of town and have been getting dip nails for years before coming here. The nails looked pretty decent but it has not even been a week and they are already all off. They chipped, popped off, you name it. This is the first time my dip has done this. I’m very upset after paying that much money for them not to even last.

I visited this nail salon on Thursday, I got a full set as well as a pedicure. Im posting this review two days later. My nails look like they already need a fill in. My first and last visit. I dont have 88.00 to throw away

Very disappointed. I got a gel manicure and the next day they were already starting to peel. 5 days later all my nails are completely peeled off. A gel manicure is supposed to last two weeks. My pedicure left paint all over my skin, multiple nails chipped within two days and one of the nails the paint came off entirely. Not impressed and definitely not worth the money.

Had a great experience here today. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and my pedicure was great. Would come back!

Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Acted like I was bothering her when I said hello. Some customers are offered something to drink others are not, I wasn’t. She rushed and did an awful job from start to finish!! She cut too close/low and then kept trying to cut more, OUCH!!! all with a very unpleasant attitude. Do yourself a favor and take your $$ elsewhere!!! I wish I’d read the reviews before as you can see lots of 1 star reviews....believe them all!!

I got the worst dip nails of my life. The manicurist had earbuds in the entire time, used a nail file that had pink around the edges that got all over my fingers and in the dip. When my previous color wouldn’t come off all the way, she told me that I needed to find a different color because the one I picked was too light. Instead of trying to get it off, she cut down my nails so I required tips. She left nail glue all over my fingers, my nails are uneven and bumpy. I tried to correct her numerous times and eventually I just got tired of it. My nails have never looked worse and I just wasted $52. I definitely didn’t tip her and I will never be going back. Now I’m going to spend my night filing down my nails so they at least have a similar shape. Please do not go here, you will regret it.

I rarely write reviews but this was hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had. The man who did my pedicure kept digging his long dirty fingernails under my toenails when painting them. I asked him several times to stop bc it hurt. I had to ask for a top coat and my nails we so jagged I had to redo them when I got home. Would not recommend!!!

I called and I was told they are working by appointments only so luckily the guy that did my pedicure was available right then. This was my first time getting a pedicure so I loved it 💕. David who was the guy who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing not only he was courteous but his hands are on point 😍🙌🏼. I recommend this place and of course Mr. David. I will be back soon on a more consistent basis. Thanks David for everything and for the tip on how to do pedicures. Your the best ‼️✊🏼

There was no wait for this place, which was nice, but the reason was most likely due to the poor service. When I went in I asked for a SNS manicure, instantly the woman who was taking care of me was rude and when I tried to make conversation was blunt or ignored me. I was being 100% polite, but was treated with a cold attitude. The worst part was that I was expecting to get an actual manicure because it was $50. I did not get a manicure, all the lady did was grab my hands and put the polish on. I did not receive any other treatment whatsoever and at the end she put lotion in my hands and told me to rub it in myself while she grabbed a cigarette and walked outside. I was completely uncomfortable and paid $50 for something I could have done better myself. My nails were also uneven and polish was on my skin. The other workers here were nice, which is unfortunate because this one woman gave such horrible service. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is cordial and I never felt as though the manicure/pedicure was rushed. I have used Danny, David and Linda and can recommend each one of them.

This is a clean, large nail spa. They can accommodate a lot of friends at once and if its just you, you can usually get in pretty quickly without an appointment. Nice staff and pedicures turn out great.

Noticed this place when I was at the gym and took the chance on a walk in appointment for wax. Got in right away. Exceeded expectations and price was very reasonable.

Customer service is everything in the SERVICE industry. I went today to get a simple eyebrow cleanup - not even a full wax. I loved the shape of my brows when I went it and told her so, saying very specifically that I only wanted her to clean up the fine hairs underneath the brow. She handed me a mirror when she finished and I was shocked to see that one brow is now significantly thinner than the other and the shape is even different now. She argued with me - pointedly - that my eyebrow was already like that when I came in and that she barely did anything at all. The mirror says otherwise and Ill be honest - I know my own face. No apologies, just argument. This will be my last visit to Valencia.

Very disappointed in my service. to have to pay 48 dollars and my feet were only in water for less than 5 minutes, lady unplugged my chair to where i couldn’t relax and enjoy the chair massage that i had on at the beginning. Final look is not Not worth the money!

Super nice salon, every inch was sparkling clean. And staff were all very professional and kind, also took their time to make sure my experience was awesome! They even taught me how to eat watermelon seeds! Lol!

This place is AMAZING! The best pedicure that Ive had. I took my sister from out of town and we absolutely loved it. The staff is so nice and so friendly and the place is gorgeous!!!

Have been using Julie for a few years and followed her here to Valencia. I love the look and the cleanliness of the pedicure chairs. Love teh ones for the kids too.The staff if knowledgable, professional and efficient, which is what is important to me.Julie is outstanding and also helps train some of the others in the best way to organize the pedicure and the manicure.They have a frequent buyer program also. Highly recommend this salon in Harvest Plaza.

Ended up with an infected toe after my first time there. I was in this past week. I’ve had many pedicures (elsewhere) before, and never had a problem.

I really liked this place the first couple of times that I visited but the last few experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth. I treat myself to the nail salon as a way to unwind, but the last few visits only made me more frustrated. Im probably going to look for a new salon.Pros:- beautiful decor and ambiance- best brow and face wax experience since Ive been in Raleigh- complimentary beverage (water, soda, wine, etc)Cons:- customer service is inconsistent(Sometimes the nail techs are very friendly and other times they act like zombies. They also do a very poor job of handling customer complaints. A nail tech sat and complained to me about another customer who complained about her experience. The manager then came over and joined in on the complaint. Both were very defensive even though the customer had a valid complaint. Very unprofessional.)- quality of nail services is inconsistent(Despite the fact that I get the same services each visit, my nails are always different. Sometimes they do a really good job, other times my nails are crooked. My gel polish has faded, Ive experienced discoloration, and my acrylics have broken within weeks of getting my nails done following past visits. I never know what Im going to get.)-PRICE AND HIDDEN COST(Prices are more expensive than any other salon Ive visited and covers the very basic. Ive gotten the same services and have been charged different prices. I inquired about the cost prior to service this last time as a result and they STILL charged me more than I was told initially. Then when I told her that I was never charged the additional cost before, she told me that I must have forgotten. 😒 NO, I did not. She totally made up the additional cost. It wasnt listed on the price sheet. )

Stop getting the SNS done here. They overcharge for the dip. If u go to revel nail it’s only 15 dollars per color not $45. And the whole starter kit is 50. You’re welcome.

I went for a pedicure and fill in. The pedicure was wonderful. While getting my nails done one of the ladies pushed me to get my eye brows done. When I left I noticed half of my eye brow was GONE!!! I will take forever for it to grow back! 2 weeks after getting my nails done, the gel acrylic has broken off of two nails causing me to go get them redone (somewhere else). Im not sure if the quality of the product is bad or what but either way it goes, Id never get my eye brows or nails done there AGAIN!

I got a gel mani and pedi and was so impressed with the experience. The salon was gorgeous, large and clean (none of that nail polish remover smell). The service was very prompt and they treated me like a queen. I will definitely be back to try their natural gel alternative called SNS.
