Great nail salon as close to NY as you can get.

Wonderful and family like. Within just 3 visits they all knew my name and their craft is 2nd to none. They have such attention to detail and care about what they do. I have seen 3 different stylist and all three have done beautiful work all while listening and encouraging me as Mom.

Horrible place to go. My tech was a total jerk and my full set of nails lifted and fell off with 6 days.. I will never go back and wouldnt recommend anyone ever going to this place.Not sure how they have stayed in business for so long

This has been my go to nail salon in Raleigh. Van always takes her time in doing my nails and it is quality work. Everyone is friendly and they recognize and acknowledge by name regular customers. The prices are very reasonable, just $17 for a fill-in. Try them out. You wont be disappointed.

Great nail salon near the Best Buy in Brier Creek. Helen did an amazing job on my natural nails. Normally I get a gel manicure and I tried the Nail Dipping manicure this time. She did an awesome job shaping my nails and love the way the Nail Dip came out. Love the look of my nails!

Every since Ive been referred by a co-worker I havent been anywhere else since then. Love my experience and I love how Van takes her time to do my nails! The staff is very friendly as well!

Started off well. 2 days later my gel coat top paint ended up chipped on more than a few nails and my rhinestone came off. My nails grow fast,i admit,yet ended up needing a fill in 2 days later also. When I got my original set what was suppose to be a 5 min drying process turned into 30 and it was suppose to be gel polish???! Went back to have a polish change and touch up I was told that I had to wait 1 hr before anyone could fix my nails and there was only 1 client in the salon at the time. Terrible techs and the polish is terrible. I can tell they do not invest in their skill nor the products!

The lady that did my pedicure cut my nails too short, she did awful when painting them. She did not take her time at all, she rushed and hurried me out the door.

Went for tips, two nails were put on crooked. Wanted Gel polish, which the tech polished 4 nails put polishall over the outside on my skin. Gel polish finally dried after being under florescent light 4 mins each nail. Then tech wet paper towel with alcohol to proceed putting on the nail to see if gel dried. This left dull nails with streaks from the alcohol and paper towel...ugh!!!Never again!!

Guy charged me 15 for a manicure +45 for a full set Bc I didn’t say “full set from the beginning” and with the manicure he did the same thing to my nails as he would to prep for a full set. & the clientele I noticed that came there was ghetto and loud. Not to mention my nails were all thick and lumpy..hated them. Won’t be coming back.

Horrible service! My daughter has been coming here for at least a year. I brought her today (her birthday)and they started her nails and got up and walked away once another customer came in. They told her the other customer was a 14 year client so she was priority. Then the nails were all slanted and not straight. They cut my daughter fingers while trying to take the nails off. This is the last time I bring her here!!! And then the nail tech proceeds to talk about me to her client like I couldnt hear them. Im trying to be civil and not curse them out while they finish my daughters nails! They are very unprofessional

Came in for gel manicure. First time, it took a few minutes for each hand to dry under fluorescent light. Decided to try them a second time, however when the nail tech took off my nails with the shaving like tool, he hit my nail beds leaving scratch marks. I started to get upset and was about to get up and leave after that incident and when he started filing my nails all wrong. The nail tech ended up getting frustrated himself because after asking me if i liked the way he filed my nails and i told him no and told him how and even showed him, he ended up having his manager finish my manicure. The manager fixed them and shaped my nails exactly how i wanted them. Then came the gel polish. I was not put under the florescent light as long as the last time.....a week goes by and my polish starts coming off! I went back hoping they would offer a refund - instead, they said they would fix. The manager also explainedto to me how some gel,polish will come off depending on the color i chose.....and how it could just be my nails....b.s. I decided to at least go back for them to fix it up on the house and asked for the nail tech lady who did my nails my very first visit. she fixed my nails, did not use the tool that scratched my nail beds, just soaked them.....but I wont ever go back again. Ugh. People need to post more recent reviews on this shop. Awful experience. Fake people, thats for sure. The owner needs to stop by more often and see how their employees are treating the customers.

I usually get gel on my toes done with gel but didnt here bc they charge 20 extra ( most places charge 10) got the pedicure done and it was the worst ever. Barely scrubbed my feet. Only filed toes and clipped a little. Didnt even use hot towel until i was about to leave. Then my french tip is ugly and the polish doesnt look fresh. Im actually about to get them done over tomorrow. Im so annoyed

Came in to get a pedicure and the lady did a b.s job. She did more talking and laughing akwardly than working on my feet. That pedicure was weak af and should have cost $5!
