I lost an unusually shaped gemstone from a vintage cluster ring and took it into Ingrams to see if they could help. Im from California and was visiting Idaho with my sister. We came across this jewelry store and I was looking for white gold black onyx stud earrings for my daughter. They did not have them at the store, however, Ron assured me he could find what I was looking for. He researched the earrings and was able to find the studs similar to what my daughter wanted. He told me he could have them shipped within days to a week. I received in California in no time. My daughter absolutely loved them. I am thinking of getting a pair myself. After seeing the great reviews and needing my daughters ring resized I thought I should call them. I was shocked at the way I was treated and decided I should let others know this place gives very poor customer service! I just called to get my daughters ring sized down at the most half a size. (Her ring was bought through Costco for a great price!) He immediately acted like he didnt want my business as soon as he asked if Id bought the ring there. He said it would take him a half hour of work but he couldnt get to it for 5 days! We are his last priority since my ring was not purchased at his shop! He would put it behind anyone that bought their ring from him! Wow, a customer is a customer and I told him I wouldnt be telling people that over the phone! If I could give no stars I would!

Love this place! I wanted to have my 2 rings sized....went to a different jewelry store & they qouted me $35 each ring. I wondered if I could get it done any cheaper....why not, right? So I found Ingrams and they qouted me $45 for both rings! I decided to call the other place & told them I wanted my rings back. The lady was so rude about it, I will never go back. So all in all...Ingrams did a fantastic job on sizing my rings....they are all very real & down to earth people. They even found turquoise for my bracelet & fixed it, when nobody else could.
