I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Worst pedicure ever mentally and physically. The owner clapped her hands together addressing us as dogs to let us know our chairs were ready. We were surprised as the tub nor chairs had been cleaned since the previous guests. Trying to make the best of it and not ruin my Moms birthday, I opted only to have polish change. Then she cut my nails without asking and did not cut them straight, cut them curved, got polish on my skin and didnt remove it, yet managed to not completely cover the actual nail. Do not waste your money here and if you do take a chance, try asking for a receipt, they refused to give us one.

Not only do they give a great pedicure, their leg and neck massages included in the service are great. Enjoy a glass of wine while youre there if you want! The chairs arent too close, the space is clean and bright, and the staff are friendly.

Stay away from this nail salon! The technician ruined my nails and broke three of them, so I had to go back the next day to have them glued. The same technician didn’t even glue my nails in the correct spots. The staff was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable while they talked and joked in their language. The technician was extremely forceful with my hands and brushed the dust off of my pants (upper and lower legs). Very inappropriate and zero personal space. On top of it all, my service was not listed on the price board and they definitely overcharged me. Never stepping foot in this salon again.

He was quite rude and when I arrived they said 60 (manicure with gel and pedicure) and when I paid it was 75 and I asked why and he was silent so I did not leave tips

As any business, you have to find the person that is right for you! I’ve gone a couple times, I recently got Angela and I will never go to anyone else for my dip nails!!! She does her craft 100%. I am so happy with my nails and will continue to go back. She is soooo sweet and SO talented.

Today my friend and I decided to get out feet done. I met her there. I decided I only wanted toe gel polish change. On the the price list it stated it would be $18 for polish change. My friend got a full pedicure without polish. Her total was $35 and my total was $45. How? I only got a polish change. I would’ve paid $25 but $45...no! The lady told me the pedicure is $65. She told me the charged me to take the gel off and apply the new gel polish. My issue was the price list never specifies if the $18 is for regular polish or gel polish. That’s bad business. Shady! False advertisement! I will never refer anyone to this place. It cost me more for a gel polish change than a full set of nails.

Hayes Barton Nails is very clean, has lots of energy, and a broad selection of colors. I would definitely recommend!

Waited an hour- had an appointment. No covid precautions. If you value yourself do not go here. Worst customer service and nail experience of my life. If I could give negative stars I would. Took hours. Had to go get my nails taken off at another salon directly after.

The folks are very nice but I’m disappointed that I made an appointment for 3 manicures and it didn’t seem like having an appointment mattered. Everyone was busy so instead of the 3 of us getting things done together it was one after another and the youngest got impatient. My rapid nail job (talking 2 minutes) didn’t hold up and cost $15.

Always Awesome!I love this place! The girls are the best around! I have had my nails done in North Hills at multiple places, and generally around town, but nowhere can match the service here. This is the only place that I have been able to get a gel manicure and keep it on my fingers, chipless, for 3 weeks! These girls do awesome work and the massage included in your manicure is such a treat!

Walked right it with a friend we had just got massage next door at Prana birth and body. They got both of us right in for a pedicure, they were awesome, courteous and friendly. I will definitely be going back. They have a hair place right next door, will be checking that out shortly great girls day, hair, nails/feet and massage right there together. Lilys pizza right down the road with great pizza and cold beer! A must try for all, I drove 35 minutes to this area and plan to make that at least a trip every other month. If you are close to the area you definitely want to check out all the facilities at 203 E Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh. I will drive the extra miles I live closer to Wilson, but I like one stop shopping!!

4/21/17. 3:30 pm. Called to ask about price. $27 for a pedicure. Okay. Sounded good so I go. How did I walk out of there paying double the price and I still have rough feet and even rougher heels? Not happy and out $30 extra dollars. If I wanted SPA prices thats where I would have gone. Do not say yes to anything there but EXACTLY what you want. I do not recommend.

My mom, sister and I have been customers at Hayes Barton for as long as I can remember and we have always been treated like royalty! The first time I went I was probably around age ten and they treated me like any other customer; I could not imagine going anywhere besides Hayes Barton. On top of the excellent service, my nails always look pristine! My new favorite thing is getting a gel manicure-it stays on for up to a month! Hayes Barton is the best nail salon in the area BY FAR.

Everyone was very attentive. My manicure was great! My gal even gave me a neck massage as my nails were drying. I will go back for all my mani/pedi needs. Side note: also the cutest salon I’ve been to!Edit: my gel nail polish ended up chipping off or falling off within the first 3 days of having them painted. I still agree that their customer service was great, but in terms of my gel mani, they may have done something wrong since all of my nails were starting to pop off by the next day. I still want to go back and give them a second chance!

I go to Tammy she is the best! The salon is pretty and clean the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Tammy.

Finally, a salon that does SNS the right way (i.e. proper SNS base coat, official SNS top coat)! $40 for an SNS manicure is right in line with the market. Angela was fantastic. She was gentle, efficient, and paid attention to the details. The polish itself turned out great - no gaps on the edges (!!), smooth texture, no air bubbles or rough edges.The salon itself was clean, bright, and spacious. Overall, a pleasant experience. Ill be back for another exceptional SNS manicure!

I wouldnt return here. Expensive without the customer service. The regulars are treated well but not a new client like myself. Big turn off.

I have never left a salon feeling cheated until today. Rude. Horrible pedicure. I paid for my pedi but I refused to risk getting a full gel set if they could not even do a pedicure well.

I scheduled a pedicure with Tea. When I got there, I was treated very rudely and told that I didnt have an appotment. I have never been treated so poorly by a service agency. I left and will not return.

Ive been here twice and the first time was so bad I swore I wouldnt come back. The first time someone drilled into my nail bed. This time they didnt ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed, they just went at it.Their french manicure is sloppy and rushed, and the staff, a favorite to some, is just too chaotic and not focused on their jobs.I didnt ever make a fuss, but when you have to heal from a nail appt, its time to not give it a 3rd chance. Id avoid this place.
