Be very cautious living here - I would not let anyone I know live here. Apartment was dirty upon move in. Cockroaches and NEVER received pest control! We had broken heat for 2 months and a/c for a month in the middle of summer. They never fixed the a/c which was leaking freon, instead they made us wait until apartment was too hot to call them and wait another day or so and they would just recharge the unit instead of fixing it. Our water unit flooded the living room several times. All the maintenance quit the last month we lived there because of how bad it is there. The neighbors are nice and thats the only good thing. We had so many maintenance issues, little maintenance help because of understaffing, and when we moved out that are attempting to charge us $500 for stains underneath the carpet that we did not cause. They are trying to steal as much money from us after move in as possible. If you choose to live here, expect to fix and deep clean the whole apartment yourself, and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING - they will try to charge you excessively. We would of our calls ignored for months. No working dryer for over a month. The list could go on even more - please be very cautious!!
So far so good. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Apartment is spacious and love the way it’s set up.
I enjoy living in this community. Neighbors are friendly. The block is a safe place to walk to your mailbox or to take your trash. We respect each others space.
There is no Maintenance Support! Ive been waiting for two months to have my shower in master bedroom repaired. Im sure if the apartment was empty, it would have been repaired by now.Im a retired disable veteran and I would only recommend this place if you knew you were never going to need any Maintenance Support!!!Ive been here 5yrs, 3 under current Rental Company and Im praying its last one.
Jan 13,2021 I have had the best experience with maintenance John and Joel. They fixed everything I had issues with. If this community could get a maintenance team like them for good we all would be very happy here. Thanks again guys.My neighbor is filthy. They have piled up on their back patio Crushed soda and juices cans, and now I have roaches. I have lived here for 4 years and never had this problem. UGH!!!Jan 13,2021 I have had the best experience with maintenance John and Joel. They fixed everything I had issues with. If this community could get a maintenance team like them for good we all would be very happy here. Thanks again guys.
We had good experience compare to the resident that we lived before, online problem is the cockroaches in the apartment, the pest control are coming but it still here, i do not know what to do anymore. but i like the maintenance services they are fast.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. Office staff worried more for their commission than your satisfaction. Was shown one apartment signed that lease, given another apartment not up to our standards. Chewed baseboards from prior tenants, why did I pay a non-refundable pet deposit for my dog then? Paid $100 for amenities and havent gotten to use them Due to Covid Oh and factor in the $25 credit card fee when paying your rent because they dont tell you about that. Our move into date was pushed off a week due to inspection but we figured out on our own the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Cockroaches run wild outside, and try to get inside. Our porch was covered in mold when we moved in. I spent an entire day trying to clean in. Tracy who helped us throughout this terrible process called us weeks after move in and instructed we needed to call their third party to prove renters insurance or we would be charged $10 more a month for insurance. She had our insurance, that shouldnt have been my job. Trash is constantly laying around the property. Oh and that $13 for trash pick up is one dumpster for their entire complex. Maybe if you get there on a good day you wont walk up on trash laying beside the dumpster because its full almost all the time. Truly so disappointed and sad to think I spend so much for so little. Save your time and money.
Just signed my lease at falls creek. Tasha is very helpful and went out of her way to help us with the application and the tour. Great service and nice apartments. Definitely looking forward to living here!
We had the pleasure of being sent to Raleigh for a work assignment. We have spent several months here and I have to say, of all of our stays out of town this has been one of the most pleasant and memorable ones. We are in a two bedroom two and one half bath town homes. This has been an absolute joy; quiet and amazing friendly neighbors that we could have ever asked for. We have grilled out with them, chatted about life in general and just felt so at home here. The staff is bar none the most attentive we have experienced. We recommend this property to call your home if given the chance. It truly is and has been our home away from home!!
I ve had a few issues but managements has been very proactive in handling them. Overall my experience has been good. I hope the days ahead are better and I can really enjoy all Falls Creek has to offer.
Neighborhood is so quite no disturbance at all. Apartments are quite spacious & quality of in house materials are good.Leasing office team is helpful.Roads are maintained very well & they keep cleaning the road.
The property itself has been wonderful! There is a wide variety of residents, but everyone Ive come into contact with has been extremely kind. Mark, the head of maintenance is phenomenal at his job!! He is quick to take care of your requests, and is always friendly!
This complex was great at first, but after the management change, everything has gone down drastically. The only bright spot is the one maintenance guy who knows what he’s doing and is very prompt and helpful. Amenity fees are a complete joke for what they give you. You definitely should spend your money elsewhere. Been here for a few years but definitely will not be renewing the lease.
If I could give this place negative reviews I would. This place is going down fast. They charge to much money to get the type of service you get from this community and not to mention Tasha White in the office has a very disgusting attitude about herself. I have never seen this lack of professionalism come from someone that claims to be the assistant property manager. They keep going from and to worse with every personnel change. Also you would think that something as simple as having a place to dump trash would not be a problem but dont believe the marketing picture the grounds and trash area is by far the worse i have ever seen on any property.
I have been living.in this community for about 7yrs and things have really changed for the worse. Since the new management took over I feel like they have been taking away things that made me love this community. Not only has the rent ballooned to ridiculous prices but they are taking away conveniences of living here. The most ridiculous so far is the fact that we cannot have grills anymore. I contacted the corporate office to discuss my concerns and I am still waiting for a callback. Parking has gotten ridiculous. There is only 1 trash compactor for the whole community and you have to literally get in your car and drive there. If you leave your trash out for a day they send you a nasty letter. You pay that amenity fee for nothing. Trust me you can get more bang for your buck somewhere else. Everyone is moving out. No one is barley moving in. Your marketing department should definitely look into ways of keeping your residents.I wish there was a negative star to give.
Work order request and email inquiries have never been resolved in a timely manner, lots of internal staff turnover to include manager, the feeling of tenants not feeling safe around their environment due to rowdiness outside constantly around my building and HUGE odors both inside my home and out in the breezeway of marijuana constantly has been my experience here since 9/1/18. Working in this industry I know that reviews can often time be one sided and incorrect. However, unfortunately every negative review on this community is for the most part spot on! I have place a work order 2/14 that has not been resolved and sent email from the weekend and not receive any follow up as I try and wait with patience. My only positive is I love my floor plan and my apartment yet still I do not recommend this community to reside to anyone and wish the star can lower less to 1.7/5/20 - I wish I could place a new post by each occurance but for some reason I cant. Maintenance continues to disappoint and provide horrible after hour emergency service for a A/C leak. Did not call back on the first call placed. I had to place a second call one hour later to be told by the tech when he returned that call that it will take another hour. Meanwhile water RUNNING over drip pan on to the floor and rug. Because of my lack of faith at this point and because I had to renew another year here I am sure there possibly may be more edits. This deserves lower than 1 star as well.7/7/20 - UPDATE - Maintenance came out 7/5/20 and discovered it was a water tank issue not an A/C issue and repaired. Never received a call from maintenance that it was fixed. When I returned home that evening the floor was soaking wet in an even larger area than when I left and a/c was not turned back on to help possibly dry the area. Community manager phone later that afternoon to inform of my issue resolved and I would receive a follow up call the next day and I never received. I called the office two times to receive the voicemail and not a live agent. My carpet is still wet as of this morning and this is what I have had to be inconvenienced and send to the property this morning.....DAY 2 since the water tank flooded the carpet in my apartment. I have never received such poor service living in an apartment community like this. Shannon informed she was going to follow up yesterday to see if my rug was wet never got a call. I called the office twice no answer. I sent a email to the leasing office NO RESPONSE.I have woken up this morning and the CARPET near the utility closet where the tank is located leading into my bathroom is still WET! By now isnt that a concern for mildew possibility? This scenario still gets 0 but because you can not rate lower than 1 star that is what has to be entered.
Wow is all I can say!!! Falls creek is a joke!!! They only care about collecting rent!!! On the website you see beautiful landscaping, bushes and flowers, yea ok now it looks like Raleigh north!!!As for the front office staff besides Rebecca who always keep a calm demeanor and try to be helpful the other two, Tasha (attitude horrible) and Tracy (power trip problem) need a class in customer service and an attitude adjustment and quick!!!Maintenance was great until they fired Mark (the best maintenance man ever). Mark firing was not called for but they needed a fall guy for the chemical burns children sustained from the now shut down pool (Raleigh shut them down)! He was only doing the job Morgan properties made him do because they were to cheap (despite 100.00 amenity fee per unit @250+ units) to hire professional pool company to properly care for the pool! The current maintenance men only ride around on golf carts picking up trash!A fee of 13.00 is charged for trash and we have one trash compactor for over 250 units!!! Yet we pay a fee monthly for trash!!! All I can say is run and run fast!! Morgan is owed by investors that don’t care how they treat people yet gross over 96 million a year with almost 4 million just from falls creek!!!
I have lived at this property for 4 years. The reviews posted does not reflect what I have experienced here. The office staff has been very helpful and promptly handle any concerns I may have. I recently got married and my husband and I renewed our lease for another 12 months so we can properly secure our new home purchase. Thanks for all you guys do. Dealing with folks is a stressful job in it self. Stay positive and keep making this community beautiful.
Best place ever. I moved in 4 months ago and was really skeptical after reading all the negative reviews. I can honestly say my experience has been wonderful. Carmela was friendly from day one and communication was great. We chose Falls Creek because of the location. Eddie the maintenance guy is awesome. The apartment next door to us had a water leak while the guy was not there. Eddie came out to see what was wrong and acted quickly. The manager Syliva was also out trying to help. She assured me that every thing would be fixed in a timely manner. I heard her even offer the guy next door a new apartment until his apartment was fixed. If you are looking for a great apartment and friendly staff than this is a good choice
I am only giving the front office 1-star, maintenance gets 5 stars because they are accountable. Things were much better when the old owners were here and affordable. We werent just commissions, we were residents. The new owners they keep boasting of these new improvements but all at the cost of the residents and from what I see, they are only responsive on review sites but not to residents. Note to the new property owners, you have been here since 6/2016, its time for you to stop placing blame on the old owners and be accountable!
Dont let the poor reviews fool you! When shopping for an apartment I quickly wrote off Falls Creek as an option because of the reviews. After talking to a few friends I was able to get in touch with 2 different residents who had been there for 3 years and 7 years. Both had nothing but great things to say about the staff, community, and overall quality of the apartments. Im so glad I decided to give them a second chance because my experience so far has been nothing but pleasant! Its a shame more people that are happy living at Falls Creek dont share because all the miserable people leaving reviews for this place are really misrepresenting the facts!
Move any where else but here. I lived here for a full 12 months and this is what I can say. The property manager changed several times and the entire office staff has changed multiple times in my 1 year of living here. Dont worry about learning anyones name in the office because before you know it theyll be gone.- They dont keep the property clean at all. Ive literally watched from my apartment as the staff rides by piles of junk in a golf cart; meanwhile, they threaten to fine anyone who has a bag of trash outside the door for a few hours.- The maintenance people will enter your home without your knowledge and not leave a note or even reach out to inform you as to why, thanks to my wifi camera in my living room, I found that out. When you do have a maintenance issue, all they want to do is put a band-aid on the issue and leave which leaves appliances in the home in a constant rotation of breaking.-The Pamela Mann look a like in the office has the most lackluster customer service skills in the entire place and evidently shes an assistant manager now? If you need a job with no experience or skills, this is probably the place for you.- The whole complex is just terrible. Dont be lured by the photos of the property online, for the same price you can move to a much nicer, much more organized development. Visit at night and on the weekends before you sign a lease here. You will see what all the complaints are about.
With all honesty do yourself the favor and avoid this place your car will be broken into they hired a tow company in which you see the guy walking the neighborhood question is is he the one breaking in the cars I read the tow company reviews and they are crooks vehicles are being towed how do you put your residents during this time in financially situations I’ve been here less then a month and I regret the decision to move to this place they are giving the criminals all access to your vehicle giving them the right to come on the property as a tow company to touch your vehicle how do you live in fear where you live to wake up to your car totally gone no nothing left to know where your vehicle went they do not care about their residents allowing these crocks access to our vehicles
No complaints so far! I moved in about 3 months ago and the staff have been fairly knowledgeable (there was a small amount of confusion due to a recent rule change) but everyone stayed in contact once new information surfaced. The location is convenient to shopping and one of the major highways of the area. Great for the low key individual that doesnt like too much hustle and bustle.
Beware of Amenity fee. everyone is moving out!!!! Barely anyone is moving in. I i dont use the gym, only a treadmill inside, I dont have a pet, so i dont use the pet area, and the park has only a slide. LOL. I dont ever see any kids at that less than basic park. What a joke. definitely wont be renewing next year. $100 dollar amenity fee for what? People you could be paying a Mortgage for this price!!
This is the worst complex. They towed my car twice, even after I fixed the registration; but they allow gun fights across the street... Their website always messes up my automatic drafts so I have to pay late fees. The place is disgusting, and the management is terrible. Save your money because the location, community, and workers are awful for minimum 1k a month.
So many things in our apartment keeps breaking and maintenance is not fixing it. Our kitchen light has a short and they replaced the bulb but it is still broken. Our dishwasher was clogged and they just fixed the button/nob, but the dishwasher was still full of water. Our bathroom tub kept getting clogged and they never came to fix it because it is still getting clogged. The office staff is NOT helpful when dealing with leasing information and/or customer service. My wife and I literally waited nearly an hour for the manager to arrive back from her lunch break. Instead of calling and letting her know we needed to speak with her, the staff just let us wait. The clubhouse is not an open space you can use or rent out. The only thing useful about the clubhouse is the gym which is HORRIBLE and just sucks! Ive literally seen less than 5 people use it.My wife and I are being charged for an extra month since we failed to renew our lease in 60 days even though they only gave us a notice in the last 30 days. SMHDont come here unless you absolutely have to.
Do not move here we are going through hard times and this company is contracting a towing company to tow vehicles you can’t even feel secure when you are sleep DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
Edit: There is a new maintenance supervisor James who is courteous and professional. He is also prompt and gets the job done well. Also I must mention that Morgan Properties handling of COVID was rather impressive when it came to rent payments and following state guidelines. I havent had issues with pests in quite some time either. My experience has improved significantly.First, I actually like my apartment unit. Its cute and I suppose its competitively priced for the area. No issues with safety and Ive lived here a year. Online rent payment option is convenient especially since the complex doesnt have a drop box. I just renewed because moving is an expensive hassle and I LOVE the school district, but I dont intend to renew again. One because I know I can definitely rent a house with much more space for less than or equal to the amount of my monthly rent. But also mostly because of the extreme slow and sometimes even non existent response for maintenance. I have put in countless requests that have just flat out went without a response. In fairness there has been maybe twice I got swift responses, but otherwise the response time is ridiculously slow (or not at all). I even got emails that said requests were completed that had never been addressed. Completely unacceptable. Then there are pests. Idk why or where they come from but they were here ever since I moved in. Literally day one. Sometimes requests for pest control were responded to, other times not. Again, maintenance is completely unreliable in addressing this. For me thats a major deal breaker especially when Im leasing at the cost of a mortgage. A/C unit is really loud and rattled all summer, kind of distracting with guests. Again really the apartment isnt horrible, very pretty, kind of modern looking, always received compliments on the look of my place so thats nice, but for the money I expect a responsive maintenance staff, no roaches, and an updated a/c unit. Another nuisance is the last day to submit late payments changes every month. Sometimes its the 12th, sometimes the 11th, never the 15th, and always different. You literally have to wait until you get your notice to know when the last day is. Ive never experienced this kind of inconsisteny in renting. Last thing, if youre going to rent here DO NOT take a unit by the trash compactor. Ill give it to the office staff its much better than before when they used to just let trash pile up, it looked like the projects very unsightly and unkempt (which again these units are going for upwards of 1100 monthly, unacceptable). They have addressed this and its MUCH better. The only thing is every day the city comes to remove the trash you can hear it at 4 am, the removing of the compactor and all the noise that comes with it. I would recommend getting a unit at the back so that your window views are the pool area and not a parking lot. Its a decent place if you want a cute no fuss apartment with just enough space for one or two (I have a two bedroom). Utilities are relatively low and its conveniently located to 540. Rent increase was only about $25 for a renewal, that was a plus. But for long term staying, I dont recommend. I am not renewing again.
Ok I have been here for years love it until recent and I did want to add this has been a wonderful place but I honestly feel like I’m in a upper ghetto now from cars with loud music to all types of individuals walking through here at night now the office has been great but my question would be why is just anyone being able to live here now I really wish it could go back to when I first moved here I will have to say this will be my last year make falls creek what it use to be but I do have to add new office individuals are working their hardest to make it better hopefully they will succeed and oh yeah we need the pool open lol everyone’s is open in the area except ours 😩
I want to thank Tasha white and Rebecca Hages for everything that they have done to help me out at Falls Creek Apartments and townhomes. Great service and very professional thank you ladies.
Really fast response thanks guys.
Well, what can I say, Morgan Properties won this battle. After 3 years we got our third renewal letter in the mail and a 13 month lease is $1016 a month for a 788 sq. ft one br apt, it was $795 when we moved in 10/15.On top of that is a $75-100 amenity fee (unsure of which one, since different tenants are charged different prices), a $13.00 monthly trash pick up fee, and want a guaranteed convenient parking spot? Great! Add on another $20-35 per month per tenant to that amount too!!This was our first apartment in Raleigh, I loved the convenience to the 540, but now it seems we will join those whove had to move. Sadly, wed almost considered upgrading to one of the townhomes here because wed outgrown the one br we are in, but at a minimum rate of $1215 per month I think we will pass on that too and close this chapter, albeit begrudgingly.Im not sure where all this money is going, it doesnt go to replace parts, they just leave it up to maintenance to be creative with scraps from abandoned apartments I suppose. The bad reviews you see arent from people who didnt get their way, its from families like mine, who wanted a decent place to live without breaking the bank. Perhaps because we remember a time when we had that and now its gone all for the sake of market rates. So I guess our reviews are more from a place of disappointment when you are forced out not by choice, but because you can no longer afford to stay here.So if you are okay with ballooning rent, inconsistent amenity fees, 1 trash compactor for over 200 tenants to share, newly created Neighborhood Watch programs where even tenants look suspicious at 9:05pm getting out of their vehicles, and Hunger Games parking wars, this is the spot for you! If not, do yourself a favor and as much as you can, research what steps you need to take to be a homeowner.
MICE!!! MICE!!! MICE!!! Stay away from this apartment complex!! Staff (Cynthia) is completely rude and unprofessional and so is her Regional Manager Kelly. I had not even moved into my apartment and found evidence of mice throughout the apartment. When I went to report this, they said they would called out Orkin. That was it. That was their solution and ONLY solution. I informed them I did not want the apartment and they told me too bad you already signed the lease and took possession of the apartment, we did our part and called the exterminator. So I should be comfortable moving into an apartment that knowingly has a mice problem. I think not!! They will not give me back my security deposit stating I broke the terms of the lease. Stay far away from this clearly money hungry establishment. Shame on you Morgan Properties. Update - Since Morgan Properties is sure to be professional they are now trying to sue me for early termination. Yes VERY professional.
DONT DO IT!!! THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! And then they will tell you they are seasonal. Huh? This is the worst place ever. You will pay upscale prices to live in the hood. Spare yourself.
I wish it was possible to give zero stars. It’s been a month and I still do not have a working Microwave! I’ve reported this several times but the management don’t care about their residents. The office manager Cynthia said she was going to call the people to have my microwave fixed and give me a call back but ofcourse I still haven’t received that call back. If you’re thinking about moving here please don’t! Because even with the beautiful apartments/townhomes management makes it impossible for you to live here........update- now we can’t have grills outside our homes!!! People are paying an arm an a leg and cannot even live the way they want to. You can’t even have a grill!!!!!! Smh I was thinking about renewing my lease but I will definitely not be doing that now. And I’m sure most people will be moving out due to this new grill policy.
Morgan properties horrible!!!! Falls Creek was a wonderful place to live until Morgan properties took over the apartments. They try to charge me fees that wasnt on my lease, they tried going 7 months back on my lease and say these are fees they forget to include on your lease and the fees total up to $508. Multiple residents complain about the same problem when I was still living there. After my lease end I moved out, they kept my deposit saying I damaged the carpet charging me $609 for carpet repairs. I have pictures of the apartment and the carpet that I took when I move out so I can have proof that nothing was damaged or messed up in the apartment.
I have lived in this community for almost 10 years and with the new management Morgan Properties they are making it almost impossible to continue living here, their only focus is collecting rent. The office staff are extremely rude and can resolve nothing, attitude checks needed.Noisy and questionable neighbors, I lived next to a drug dealer and complained for 2 months about the daily nauseating smell, took a while but they were eventually evicted.Filthy trash area, there is a collection fee of 13.00 monthly and trash is always strewed every where.Pet feces are everywhere, so taking a walk around the neighborhood is impossible at times, because of the smell.Unwarranted Amenity fees and more are being added monthly with no explanation. The outsides of the apartments has moss growing on the walls. It’s also a haven for roaches and ants.I wish I can just up and move out, but circumstances are preventing me from doing so, I hope the authorities of The Fair Housing Act can help the tenants who live here.
Best thing i was recommended by my family daycare Star Mind Learning Center which is on perry creek.
Horrible!!!-When I noticed a dark spot on the wall they tried to tell me it was a stain on the wall. I expressed concerns about there being mold in the wall because it seemed wet and my son had been sick consistently and it was never addressed. Six months later the unit upstairs AC stopped working and there was a leak, while I was at work they cut huge holes in my ceiling and walls trying to find the leak and come to find out there was water leaking in the wall exactly where I had showed them previously coming from their AC unit.-One of the new maintenance men lost the key to my apartment somewhere on the grounds.-Termites eating the window cill in my dining room. Communication is horrible with management.-There is a kids 1 foot pool that has been sitting with nasty brown water in the bottom all summer so wear bug spray cuz the mosquitos are bad over there.-I am, for the third time trying to drop off my keys now that my lease is finally up and yet again the office is closed during office hours. Sign on the door says they will be back at 2:00, its now 2:15Only good things are eddy the maintenance guy is very nice and prompt and aside from the kids nasty pool, the grounds are niceAbout the owners response... I understand your frustration with the dark spot on the wall unfortunately we cant change how previous management responded yes this began with previous management but continued to be an issue with current management. When I asked the current Management to confirm if there was or was not mold, they forgot to get back to me. Also there were work orders in that still were not addressed when I moved out. On the weekends we operate with reduced staff. The 1st was a Friday. This does make it difficult to remain in the office when we have community tours. On the second attempt on Saturday the office staff arrived 20 minutes late from her lunch break and I know that because thats what she told me that after I had been sitting in the parking lot with my toddler waiting.accountability goes a long way in customer service, rather then a response for the people reading to see how about some accountability rather then making excuses.
We lived with Falls Creek Apartments for nearly two tears. Went month to month after our year lease was up to give us time to look for something better. The first month we lived there we had to have maintenance come and have our carpet looked at because it was fraying, carpet repair man said our carpet should have been replaced before we moved in. It was stained in multiple spots. Then we had to have the whole back of the house repaired because we had water coming in from outside. We had issues with the downstairs constanly being cold from poor insulation. A child got a hold of a gun in one of the units behind and shot themselve. The man who was living in the house with the child was revealed to be a convicted felon. Then we had the front windows leak, they called a carpenter instead of a mitigation company to handle the water loss. After we advised the office they didnt send anyone for the vinyl floor in the foyer to remove the vinyl for ensure mold wouldnt grow. That went weeks before it was replaced finally. Overall, the houses are old and outdated. Poorly built and will not consider the property in the future. The property manager seemed nice but the other office staff were very rude and arrogant. The maintenance employees were probably the friendliest of anyone who worked there.
Wasnt bad until new management. Then I just felt like everything was shoved under the rug for old residents or things werent handled. Rent was wrong on the web account for months in a row after asking for it to be looked at every month. People just put their garbage outside the dumpster. Impossible to get ahold of the front office it seems. Just unhappy with the time Ive spent at Falls Creek.
Sigh.....its almost exhausting thinking about these apartments. Dealing with the front office and the manager in South Carolina gives you the same feeling as when u call an automated number and you keep trying to get the right department but the robot keeps giving you the same prompt over and over again as if their not listening; so eventually either you hang up or the robot says Thank you, goodbye and disconnects you without EVER resolving your issue, that feeling of helpless frustration, yep, thats what its like living here.At first I thought maybe it was just me that was being ignored but after speaking with so many neighbors, the only conclusion I can come up with is that management really has no interest in residents and only do what looks good on paper (que the generic response to this review). Meanwhile, with all of these new fees and added costs they still havent figured out (well they have, they just dont care) that, we need two garbage locations not one, it looks so trashy (literally) around here now. Residents are more interested in keeping there costs down in a safe environment, not $20/month reserved parking spots, I mean really, rent is over $900 for a one bedroom, nickel and dimeing us is so classless!!I feel so bad for maintenance, they really do earn their check and I only see two of them that have to do EVERYTHING, when most of the problems could be solved if they spent these new fees wisely instead of frills that I never was asked if I wanted. Please listen to these reviews, they are spot on. We are moving soon and it will DEFINITELY NOT BE to a another Morgan Prop. hopefully this is their only complex in North Carolina.
Dont really do reviews but had to for falls creek. The apt was great great location great space. The only bad part is if something break your gonna have to wait 2 weeks before they even look at it. There apts are old and outdated.your gonna hear loud music all night. Last week a 7 month baby shot himself in my buildings and the parents were convict felonies. The lady golaira seems like she hate her job she very rude. I wont go back there at all.
Very ghetto the police does random visits at night to look in people cars with flashlights. The maintenance takes months to come and fix things and the pool has only been open for 2 months out the summer. And it’s never clean. They just implemented security at night because people property was getting vandalized ( cars being jumped on, you wake up with a body dent on your hood of ur vehicle ) random kids flashing lights in ur window when u sleep and banging on the window to scare you.
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Beautiful apartment but they have shown us time and again that they dont care about their residents.
Do not rent this apartment, take this advice from a current resident.
I liked it
Gr8 place
Worst apartment complex!!!!!
