Allen was fantastic! Our pickup was 7:00 am and he was there at 6:45 am. Very prompt and helped us with our luggage. He gave us some information about the island which was very interesting since I hadnt been there for 16 years. Lots of changes! We used Ferguson for two trips two days in a row for our group. They were on time and friendly. Very nice to work with. Alan was a very friendly and efficient driver. He also shared some island history. Please note that are very informal with bookings. Advise you to confirm a couple of times and they will take care of you.

Not sure why this company gets anything but 5-stars. For me they answered the phone, gave me an estimated pick-up time, and showed up 10-minutes early! The driver AJ was awesome- He helpful load our luggage, was super friendly, and cranked the AC when I asked! Definitely calling them and not a Lyft or Uber next time I’m on the island!

Used the service when we arrived at the airport. It was ok. Called to schedule a ride back and the lady who answered couldn’t have been ruder. She actually hung up on me. Twice. Told me she didn’t have time to talk - that’s fine by me, but next time either let it go to voicemail or let me know a good time to talk. Awful.

The company confirmed our reservation and the driver picked us up on time. Drove a little fast on the highway, but all in all, a good experience.

I scheduled a taxi to take me to the airport two hours before my flight. They didn’t show up and when I called to asked if they were coming they had no record of my reservation, but said they would be there in 15 minutes without asking for my name, building number, gate code, etc. One of the security guards gave me a ride when they still hadn’t arrived 15 minutes later - I missed my flight anyway.

Driver thinks he owns the taxi lane. We were the only ones at airport and he acted like a sick to this man! Shifty character...

They answered the phone at 10:00 on a Sunday night and took a reservation for 5:30 am the next day! Arrived early and got me to the airport early for my flight. Friendly driver, clean vehicle, great service. Other companies recommended by Sea Pines resort either didn’t answer their phone or said they couldn’t do it on such short notice. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely horrible experience. Called to confirm pickup time with the company and the driver never showed. Called the office several times and was told that the driver was on the way. Ultimately, a half and hour after the driver was scheduled to come to take me to the airport, a good Samaritan neighbor offered to take me to the airport. Luckily, we made our flight with the gate closing, but if it had been up to these folks, we never would have arrived at all.

Our family used them 3 different times after our vehicle broke down. They came quickly when called, on time when scheduled and very courteous! Rate was very reasonable.

Ive lived on the island for four years and my ride with Ferguson today was hands down the worst island experience Ive ever had. I got charged $14 for less than a mile drive. When I only had $10 (because I never dreamed I would be charged that much, in the past other cab companies have given me that ride for FREE because its such a short distance), the driver would not accept it and took me to an ATM to get the extra four bucks--but he didnt bother charging me for that drive time.... makes no sense if youre going to be such a stickler for four bucks. When people dont understand that business is about relationships not just dollars and cents, they are not successful. I will NEVER use that cab company again I dont care if Im in dire straights. That driver could have bent the rules and let me go with just paying $10, and that company would have kept my business. But because he was so heartless and nonsensical I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Locals on the island are supposed to watch out for each other and help each other out. Every other company gives discounted rates to locals on the island, I got treated like a tourist, and I got treated with zero sense or respect. Honestly the most disrespectful business experience Ive had on the island since I moved here in 2011.

Very unprofessional. Told them the day before I needed a taxi at 7am. I called at 8 am to see what the hold up is. He said he was just getting ready to wash up. Its 841, no one is here yet. I called Beeline. They arrived promptly and charged me less money.

Disrespectful

I dont know quite where to start. This experience was just that bad. Driver arrived later that quoted, was totally unprofessional. She spent the entire time on her cell phone, louldly cackling; while listening to urban rap. The van had a weird smell, and I could tell hadnt been cleaned that day. While the fare was a reasonable price, the experience was beyond sub par. I hope I never have to use this company again. Id rather walk.

Very slow to pick up. Rates changed for every raise we took even though we went to same location. Not very friendly. We used another company after 3 rides.
