This place are amazing near shopping, restaurants and special I 540.The leasing staff are so amazing and make my move in a breeze.Thank you Wynslow Park staff to make me feel part of the family.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff seemed pretty nice at first but the African American woman in the front is very rude and one sour apple ruins the whole bunch! Every encounter I have had with this particular member was not pleasant and left a bad taste in my mouth!! I can tell she does not want to work there and has poor customer service to say the very least!!!! I also noticed cracks in the foundations, which bugs can easily crawl through. I have previously asked maintenance to fix my dishwasher and it still doesn’t get the dishes clean and the washer barely works. Save your money!!!! It is not worth it. If I could move today, I would.
Cesar is my favorite maintenance guy & I truly wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Today, he responded promptly to an issue we were having with one of the bedroom doors. He was very polite as usual & got the job done quickly! I’m always happy to see that he’s the guy knocking on the door! His smile alone will brighten up anyone’s day!
When we toured the property we were really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the management, Jacob and Tracy. They were both knowledgeable and helpful unllike so many other residential management folks - we all know the type. The apartment we toured was spacious and well appointed. The ground were very well manicured and cared for.
Everyone has different experiences when renting but when you read on trends theres a good chance youll experience it too. The layout of the unit is nice and great location. Close to everything. Price is too high for what you get specially when your paying for everything. Since new management in 2020 customer service plummeted. Dirty area and smelled like weed and cigarettes. A notice was given stating those who were found leaving chicken bones, yes chicken bones, and garbage would be fined. Good luck sleeping on the weekend. Had no problem with parking.
Cesar was timely, professional, courteous and apologetic, even though the issue I was having was created by the previous maintenance technician. Did I mention the issue was resolved? I appreciate that kind of service.
The apartment itself is nice and the size is great for the price of rent. HOWEVER, the noise from the neighbors is unbearable. I’ve made several complaints about the noise from neighbors and nothing seems to be done about it. Very loud music playing for HOURS from the apartment next door makes it super hard to actually enjoy the apartment. I can’t even sit in my living room because my neighbors music drowns out the sound of my tv and even in my room with the door closed the music is still loud. The apartment rules say the “quiet hours” start after 10pm but the people who live here do not follow that at all. When my lease is up in June I’m definitely considering moving.
I loved living at Wynslow Park! Anytime I needed anything, the office staff and maintenance staff were diligent and helpful! Great location and fun atmosphere at Wynslow Park!

In my personal experience I think they should change the office staff, especially the maniller, I think they do not care about the problems of the apartments, it does nothing to improve the bad conditions in which they are inside, they should do something to end the humidity

Initially I filled out a rental application in June. However later that month I had became ill with the covid 19. So I informed management that I couldnt continue the process at that time because I was very ill and hospitalized. It took me longer than expected to recover and with the lack of informing me that after 30 days I would have to redo the application and pay another 200 plus dollars for the application process. When initially I was told my app would only be placed on hold. So when I was able to function after being sick I wanted to open the application again. After I had already been dinged on my credit from this complex now they are saying I need to take another inquiry on my credit a second time. However I had been out of work the entire summer. And management had gotten a little too personal. And the lack of empathy for my situation really pushed me over the edge. And also when I told them to cancel the app they still did a credit inquiry upon themselves. I am very displeased with how this was handled. And I will not consider them in the near future. Or recommend to anyone.
Just moved in 2 weeks and I love the apartment, it really feels like home. Maetenance fixed what all needed to be fixed in a timely manner. Cesar was very helpful and nice. So far so good, I would recommend!
Just moved here recently and I love this place honestly! The manager and staff are the bomb! Its very quiet, they enforce cleaning policies everyone can or should appreciate, the maintenance are always on point! So far i Would definitely recommend. They stay on top of everything and listen! Love it.
The new workers and manager of this year are the worst, i don’t recommend you to go to this place, there’s a lot of humidity, all of the appliances are very old, there’s a lot of roaches and spiders, and when i call the office becuase i have a problem and they don’t do anything about it, the manager they had before was very nice and very kind, she would even come to check out your problem, this manager barely even cares.
I’ve lived at Wynslow Park for four years, and the current staff is very good. I’m very comfortable calling the office staff for any concerns either in my apartment or the community. The pool area was recently redone, and it looks amazing. All new furniture and landscaping has made it a really nice place to be. Good job, Wynslow Park!!

I really enjoy how fast the Maintenance team responds to my requests. My shelf fell down unexpectedly and the Maintenance crew were here to fix it the next day.I also enjoy how quiet and pretty is the community....Definitely in the cut!Lol And Im okay with that!!
The new staff has really turned this place around. I’d like to thank Wesley for fixing the shelf in my closet. He was quick, professional, and great maintenance man. Keep up the good work. Everyone has started to make this place a better place to live.
I have lived here for 5 years now. I have been very pleased with the staff, maintenance and neighbors. It is clean and well maintained, not a lot of noise issues and maintenance issues are routinely handled within two days. I am in a 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit and for the price, it is huge compared to others I have seen for the same price. I have only one issue-and it is a minor one-which is about the parking. I occasionally have problems finding a parking space at my building.As a side note, when I received my notice to renew my lease, the renewal rate went up by $55/month. Although this was not unheard of (and it is well worth it), I went to the office to ask about it, as most every time I renewed, including prior complexes that I lived in, the rent never went up more than $35/month.The person I spoke with said she would contact Corporate to see if they would negotiate the amount. To be honest, I really did not expect anything from that, and I informed them of my intention to renew regardless of the increase.Turns out, I was WRONG. They not only called me back, but they indeed negotiated the lease and knocked off $15/month, so the increase was only $40/month. Hows that for service!!
I would love to give a shout out to Cesar for completely my last work order. Everything is so different now that I forgot to do this review. Give me the classroom any day :-) Again, thanks to all the maintenance crew here at Wynslow Parks.
My husband and I have lived at this community for almost 2 years, we have had a great experience. Every time we call or have any issues, all have been handle by Melissa (assistant manager) and maintenance team on a timely and attentive manner. We are very pleased with the service we have had by her and feel very comfortable living at Wynslow Park.
Had a heating problem with my unit and Cesar answered the call. Had a tough time figuring out the problem but came through till the issue was solved. Great guy and worked hard till the problem was fixed. Cesar was friendly and worked diligently.
Lived here for about 9 months, every issue we have had has been taken care of quickly by the office. The outside is cleaned every single morning. All workworders or always done on time thanks to the maintenance team! (Wesley) specifically always asks in the morning when Im on the way to work if everything is good to go in the apartment! Really starting to grow into this place. Big plus is security roaming around all through the night and always stationed by the office.

I’ve been a resident for 3 years now ! I absolutely love it here . The spacious floor plan and enormous windows sets these apartments from the rest . Maintenance is very urgent and efficient in what they do . If I could stay forever I would 😁 . Shout out to Caesar the maintenance tech who saved the day at moments notice .

DON’T EVEN APPLY TO THIS HELL HOLE. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CHEATS!!!! I can’t wait for my lease to end in May so that I can move far away from this place, They made me pay my water bill twice, after paying this bill before (this is not the first time they are doing this to me). They didn’t include the last payment on my record so maybe the money went into to the employee who was there at the moment. They didn’t care about me or anything I had to say. Honestly run away from this place. There appliances are TRASH. TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX 🙏🏾🙏🏾
This place is a total mess. Everything in this apartment is bad, the appliances are bad and gets stained easily. They washer and dryer are not good quality. Don’t apply to this place ever. Go somewhere else. I wish I could give 0 stars
THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 star, they’re was a mice found in my apartment and nothing was done about it! I have a 1 year old daughter that no one seems to care about. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving to these dump of apartments. They have spiders and bugs throughout the entire apartment, my daughter was bitten by one. To pay close to $900 a month is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re considering living here at least don’t choose the first floor apartments!
I have lived here for 3 years now and will be renewing my lease in February. Wynslow Park is a nice place to live, and all of my neighbors are very friendly. I really like the dog park - I have 2 labs and there is plenty of room for them to play off leash. (It is an acre I think?) +++ The office people are always really nice and helpful, and any time I call for maintenance they come almost immediately. My apartment is really big (1,075 square feet) and I was worried when I moved here that my electricity bill would be high, but it has not been. Even during the extreme heat of summer! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone moving to the Raleigh, NC area!!
I have lived here getting close to 2yrs now, and mennnnnn....i love it.i live in a one bedroom apartment which is very spacious and comfortable and nice .Ulike other apartments, I have never seen a roach in my apartment because the maintenance crews are really doing a great job to maintain the buildings. My only problem is the rate at which they raise their rent every year. In my other previous apartments the rate will be like around $25 to $30 but here its like $50 and over which is too much.the cooperates needs to work on that.I want to continue living at wynslow park but if it gets too expensive then i would have to move out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have no idea how they have a 3.9. I recently applied for this community because they were running a special on Craigslist for only $25 app fee Only problem is when you call they will tell you its a $25 application fee and a $74 administrative fee which is non refundable! Yes, you read right $99 that will not be returned if youre denied! They also collect $100 deposit at the time of application( I should have left then like my gut was telling me to do) What apartment complex charges you a deposit before youre actually approved? But the icing on the cake was when I called to tell them I was approved somewhere else and I just wanted my money back after days of them trying to contact my old apartment complex for rental verification . They told me a they had already cashed the check and that it would be mailed and take 2-3 weeks. What!??? Why would you even cash a check for a deposit if I was never approved in the first place? They are scam artist and if youre even thinking about applying, please consider this a warning DONT!
