Top notch hand car wash. Best around in my honest opinion. These guys move just as fast and just as diligently in the final minutes of the day than they do in the first hour of the day. Detail oriented, quick, pleasant and friendly. Every nook and cranny with no mat left unturned. I love driving my car off the lot after a ‘mini detail’ at The Puddle. Highly recommend this car wash!

This car washed has wash 3 of my cars within the last few years. They do excellent service. They do get busy Fridays and Saturdays, so on those days, I avoid going and take my car on weekdays only. When they are not busy, they will take that extra time cleaning your car.

I hate to leave this review because ive been using this carwash for a very long time but they are always Rushing this is not the first time they leave a few dirty sections of the interior of my car I paid $40 for a mini detail and this is how my car looks after the service was done.

Really good car wash, they pay attention to detail, use microfiber towels and have a big crew working on multiple parts of the car both inside and out.The quick detail is probably their best package, keep in mind that it is pricier than a standard wash.Your car will leave this place looking spotless.The only drawback is how long it takes to get a car wash, they average about 10 minutes per car. And they only wash/detail one car at a time due to the layout of the garage. Therefore if there are 3 cars ahead and 2 being worked on. You will wait about half an hour before you can go.If time is not an issue, this place is phenomenal and you won’t be disappointed.

Went there today for the first time. I wanted to check them out for myself since a few had negative things to say. The experience was a good one. Owner told his guys to use new wash mitts and to rinse car off good before washing. Which is key to not scratching the paint, especially on my black car. He also jumped right in with his crew and was the last person off. That in itself says alot about service and attention to detail. Some of these reviews were for water spots when arriving home. Well news flash people, i dont care who washes your car. You will always have water spots coming from areas that a towel cant reach. Its no big deal in having to go over it when you get home. And did i mention the price is considerably fair for the work done.

Totally satisfied with the final work.I searched almost all the car wash and detailing around 1hr driving distance and this place had the best rate.Its been 4 yrs and you can imagine the stains. Also, Ive been living in FL so the bugs on front bumper was so annoying because you will never clean it completely. It took pretty long time but the result was stunning! My car looks like brand new!I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Went to the Puddle for a car wash and ended up getting a full clay bar session done! Car came out spotless and smooth as butter thanks to the Owner taking his time to help his own employees get the job done fast and right. The price was very competitive considering some detail places would like almost $200 for just a clay!! Definitely won me over and will make this my new spot. All the guys bust their butts to get the cars cleaned right. Thank you guys!

Super cheap mini detail gets the job done, but they missed a few spots. I drive a Volkswagen, but it seems they spend more time on the more expensive cars. Ill come back.

They do great work. Just be prepared to WAIT upwards of 30 minutes from the line that forms to the time it gets dried up. The owner is very involved in making sure your car leaves to your satisfaction.This is a place that puts much attention to detail... it just hurts if you got somewhere to be or impatient kids.

Even during busy moments, these guys work hard on every car that goes through their garage and do not cut corners to make the lines go faster. They just simply go faster. The staff is nice and the owner is professional and detail oriented.

Was impressive with the wash but got disappointed with the price, the flyer said $6.99, but after wash had to pay $20 with armor, later found out car has no armor at all.not happy with the clean based on the price paid, ppsted the pic of my cars tire after i went home.

Excelente work.I want to talk about a special employee that was vacuuming up my car and found a 50 bucks that I thought I was lost.His name is Ricardo, he hand the 50 bucks to me, I gave him 10 dollars for his honesty and another 10 for their whole crew to follow his example.Really appreciate the care, honesty and great job that they offered to their clients.

Pretty much the only car wash I take my car. Hand washing places are becoming more rarer by the day. Slow down a bit, enjoy a better wash and better overall service compared to one of the brushless track based auto washes.

Deleted previous review!!!March 29, 2017, Brand new Shelby GT350, 500 miles on the on it... took it to puddle and not sure why but heard a lot of banging and loud knocks on the car while they were washing it. It was disturbing how many of these bangs and loud noises I heard while they were washing it. Theyve done a great job in the past with my other cars. Oh well I noticed a 1 ding at the rear drivers side wheel well...brand new car... now I have to take it to the body shop... I have pictures of the car before and after puddle...ding was not there before.... Thanks a lot puddle I wont be back!!!! Owner is a real nice guy and accidents will happen but you would think that these guys understand that they need to be careful and rushing can lead to problems.

I drive 33 minutes to get my mini detail done by these ppl lol they do an amazing job!

Good when good but inconsistent. Half the time they forget to do something. Couple of times they foam gunned only half the car, and last time they only prewashed half the car. If its busy I understand but it was on a weekday with 1 car behind me. I wish the owner would talk to workers about providing consistent service. Owner seems very professional and cares deeply about providing a good service. Will definitely update this review in future.

Best place in Ridgefield Park/Hackensack for luxury cars. My bf brings his Ferrari and Jag there and they do the best job and are the same price as anyone else. Everything is by hand. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!!! Puddle car wash saved my sanity! There was an awful smell in my car, took it to dealership and they couldn’t tell me what it was! The second I showed up the owner told me water got into my car! They not only did an amazing detail but the smell is gone!!! Will return over and over!!!

Good price for external car wash. Hand wash so minimum damage to the car paint over time. Line can be long on the weekends but worth the wait.

Went there for the 1st time, these guys get busy no BS...they take care of your car as if its their own...Ive been to many fancy big car washes and this small unassuming space trumps them all...their tire silicone lasted about a week an half through rain and dirt. Have told all my friends about this place...needless to say I will be going back...

Ive been taking my car to this place almost bi-weekly for about 6 months now and was very satisfied with the result until they hired new washers. Might have been due to the inexperienced employees, the left side of my car has not been washed properly than the right side for the last couple months I visited, and it finally got to the point where I had to post this review. I was really disappointed with a noticeable scratch on my alloy wheel which I found as soon as I got off the car that I didnt have in prior the wash. Not sure if I will be continuing to visit here.

Its a hole in the wall, for the price I paid for mini detail service of $25.00 my rear window is still dirty, my rearview mirror was left dirty as well. The interior is not up to par either, I have a 2017 that I just purchased and I just wasted my money. I will never go back to the Puddle, ever!
