Everyone is so friendly. Maya is perfection when it comes to artistry and always up for the challenge! They always know your name and take the time to learn you as a person and what you like on your nails.

The absolute best nail salon, can’t recommend enough. I went here for 6 years until I moved and I have yet to find a place like Lucky’s. Their customer service is fantastic, the place is always clean, and they get to know you on a personal level. My nails were always perfect- never chipped or lifted. Request one of the Mayas, theyre both wonderful! Highly, highly recommend!

Just an awesome and very clean place! The staff are so sweet and professional. I travel almost 30 minutes to get here and will not go anywhere else because they are that great with nail care.

I came in here with an appointment! They were quick,& attentive. Tim was the person who did my feet and nails he did a great job and I am so happy with the services here’! Looking forward to bringing my daughter in law and granddaughter!

A businesss that is not diverse is not a business i want to support. Alll oriental workers. Not one person can barely speak English. Perhaps hiring a diverse employess instead of being discriminatory against races i suggest.

My girlfriend went here to try and get her nails done, the people there were disrespectful and video taped her cause she defended herself. The main guy is very rude and extremly unprofessional. And never sanitized any areas or supplies. Do not recommend.

I have been going to lucky nails for years. I always go to Tree who is amazing. He and Tin always makes me feel like theyre happy to see me. I can be particular and Tree always honors my requests. We have had a birthday party there and the entire staff was fabulous they decorated the place with birthday balloons and went above and beyond! Highly recommend this place.

I went on a Sunday as I came to find out the place I usually go is not open on Sundays as I thought. I had gone to two places right before but they didnt do acrylic. I called this place and they said they did so I went right over. I didnt have to wait long, but the gentleman attending to everything and taking money was very nice and funny. The girl who did my nails was fast and they look wonderful, did exactly as I asked. I also wanted an eyebrow wax and she did awesome with that as well. The best part was I had to bring my 4 year old daughter with me and the staff were all super sweet to her and didnt mind her playing with all the toys in the corner. Very friendly experience. And now Im torn on where to go next time, my usual (which I still love) or here.

I went to another shop for gel full set and had a bad experience. I took a chance based on the reviews they already had to have a gel fill. I am glad I did. I walked in there and I felt good. The atmosphere, the technicians, the choices were great. I enjoyed the ability to have things done the way I wanted and asked questions. I want to go back. I look forward to it. I cant wait to try their pedicures! I drove over 30mins and I didnt mind. Go check this place out.

I got my nails done today by a man who was VERY aggressive with my hands. in the end the color was terrible, my nails were wonky, and too thick! he never asked the shape just filled them. my friends got theirs done by women and they looked beautiful.

So clean and everyone is so welcoming! Excellent place. Health inspector gave them an A and I do too

Went in to get pink gel polish taken off for a sudden funeral to attend. I could tell the second I stepped through the door the man behind the counter was beyond irritated. He asked what I needed and I said that I just needed gel polish taken off please and thank you. He replied back ‘that’s it?’ in a very irritated tone of voice. I replied with yes please and thank you. I sat where I was told. He came over and angerly started the process of removing the gel polish while being extremely rough with my fingers and my nails. He barely spoke to me other than trying to get me to purchase a manicure too, which I continued to kindly decline stating no thank you, thanks for offering. It was so uncomfortable sitting there.After laying I apologized he was having a bad day and for coming in at the wrong time. I won’t be back.

I’ve been 3 times over the last year my nails have come out crooked and bumpy every single time, they look HORRIBLE. I gave them the third and final try yesterday and I could not regret it more.

I will never go back there! Last week I switched from acrylic to gel and when cashing out the guy says any problem with your nails you come back and we fix for free. Well 3 days later the gel lifted from the nail tops and I go back and he says, ya we will put some glue on them. Glue is not a fix! As soon as the glue loosens, water will get in and fungus grows! They dont care! All the gel needs to come off and it be done right! They lost a customer!!

Very kid friendly. We did a girls day and had a great time.

Clean facility. Efficient and competent staff. If not satisfied, they will make it right! Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes without an appointment, but I try not to go on Saturdays.

Had pedicure 3 hours ago! After sitting at the drying table noticed polish was messed up. Thought it was my fault. The nail person graciously mended the problem. After drying another 2O mins I headed home. All was well until I sat down and put the feet up. Some of the polish had been pushed off the toes and was wrinkled up like cellophane. Something must be wrong with the polish and or top coat. Headed to a wedding in Boston tomorrow. No time to re-do and no email available to discuss issue. Im disappointed.

I went in the morning when it was quiet - the guy who did my nails kept hitting on me!!! Soooo creepy. I have thick skin but it actually made me super UNCOMFORTABLE! And he was so obvious and uncaring about it! His name was trey or something along those lines. Id hate to see what goes on in the back room with his female coworkers!Somebody stop this guy!

I only got a gel color, and they managed to mess that up. She didnt clean around the cuticle so it looks messy and also didnt paint the whole nail so it looks like I had the polish on for a while and my nails are growing back. Oh, and I payed $20 for just color, no mani. NEVER AGAIN.

Love how they do my nails Michelle and Mya are the best! They make you feel like family. They also try new techniques if your nails dont hold well onto certain products. For example I have flat nail beds and acrylic never lasted more than a week and gel powder at my 2 week mark I was putting bandaids so it would last until my appointment for a fill. They tried the dip powder and that didnt work for long and finally gel liquid and I can go 3-4 weeks without a fill. Its a hole in the wall place but inside it is beautiful. I lived in Ellington for 2 yrs and found them during my last 3 months before I moved about 20 mins away and i still take the drive because their prices are reasonable and the service is the best Ive seen yet and Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 years. You are lucky if you get your nails done here. 😉
