Please note that the main office will hardly pick up the phone and maintenance requests will take a while to get the issues resolved. Also be prepared for loud mufflers, crack head truck drivers blasting through at all hours, and paper thin walls. Great work, guys. Oh, and those loud and constant (literally everyday) landscaping work? Oh boy! Got me some nice, noise canceling ear buds to try to get rid of the added noise and can still hear everything going on outside. What a great dwelling for the pricy rent. Oh, shoot. I forgot. That gym they claim to have? Yeah, equipment gets stolen, broken, and never repaired or replaced. The tennis courts? Now gone to hold materials for their loud landscaping and maintenance staff. Wonderful place, just swell.
I have been fortunate to have met and worked with Jessica at the Residences. She is the sweetest, most genuine and most caring employee out there! All the stars are for her work alone. She goes above and beyond for people and makes you feel incredibly welcomed and at home. She is patient, reliable, carries a positive mind set and overall fantastic. Cannot stress enough how important first impressions are on the people associated with your potential future home and Jessica made a lovely impression of positivity!
I absolutely love living here. Staff is amazing - lisette always responds promptly. My unit is amazing and just over all enjoy the property. Highly recommended!
I have now been with Bell Wakefield for two years, and upgraded to a two bedroom on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and stainless steel appliances. I absolutely love it here. The pool and rec area is beautiful and always well taken care of. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They are always available and will go above and beyond for you!____________________________________________________________________My boyfriend and I moved in Jan 6th and so far its been great. I read previous reviews which were mostly negative but I dont personally have any complaints! Stephanie was very kind, and she is very attentive. I chose the Maple apartment and I have no neighbors above or below me which is awesome. Just a garage underneath me which we never really hear! they are currently understaffed so I understand when maintenance takes a day or two for my issues. But they are still very quick, we had an oil leak in our washer and they replaced it with an upgraded one within 24 hours! As far as my apartment, its absolutely beautiful! Tall ceilings, new appliances, a fireplace! I am thoroughly impressed with this community!Other than that, I highly recommend Bell wakefield!
This community is more than just an apartment complex. It’s like a secret garden as it’s location is so quaint and cherish able, you can’t even believe it exists. The leasing office work diligently to resolve issues and disputes. The Work order Crew, Chuck especially, are very informative and never hesitate to any questions you have for them. Then the association generates efforts to build community with their many events, food trucks and social opportunities—even during a Global pandemic! I felt special to have found this place for the price and proximity to my job (15mins 😝) but wasn’t aware it would be just one of many positive feelings. I feel blessed to have received a call from them for a viewing. Best decision I have made since the start of 2020. Thanks for all you do!
Enjoy your $1400+ a month stay at The Residences! Theyll even waive the application fee for the cockroaches. You can find them roaming around your apartment throughout the night and even the stairwells to get to your apartment. And if that doesnt attract you to these luxurious apartments, maybe Stuart Little and his friends will! Oh, and I hope you like parking wars.
I really enjoyed living there for two years! Everything is near by. We only moved out because it was time for us to buy a home. But if we ever were to move back to an apt it would definitely be there. Anytime we had any issues they worked quickly to fix them. The only other thing was the parking when we had guests over.Thank you for everything!
Overall, we enjoyed our time at Bell Wakefield. Having a washer/dryer, pool, fitness center, basketball court, and trash services were all great features of this complex. The value here was amazing. Any repairs was done fast and done well. Neighbors were so great and staff was helpfulMy only advice to any new renters would be to either upgrade for additional parking or be sure to lease an apartment near Spruce Tree Way. I cant stress this enough. We were in the very back of the complex and parking was almost always a nightmare. There just isnt enough parking near the back of the complex. We have friends who rent here but live closer to the road. They have a much easier time parking since the walk from the road is so short for then. For us, having to park and walk from Spruce Tree Way to the back of the complex is such a long distance and its not worth your hassle and headache. We have since moved to a new apartment with plenty of parking and we have realized its such a priceless thing. If you only have one car, live near the street, or pay extra for additional parking, you will have a fantastic experience at Bell Wakefield
I would say the staff we have now are very pleasant and helpful to your needs. I have been a resident here for quite some time now.I can reach out to any of the staff members with a question or concern and they take the time to listen. Sarah has definitely been a great person and friend to me and my family. It has to be a good place to be if we have renewed our lease several times. Thanks!
A year ago I relocated from Pennsylvania to the Raleigh area. Prior to moving I reviewed multiple apartments online and selected Bell Wakefield as my home. I must say, it was an great decision. The staff was helpful during the entire moving process, and very warm and welcoming once I finally moved in. There were a few things that needed to be fixed during my first year here and the staff, led by Lindsay, were extremely accommodating. They made the repairs quickly and followed up with me after, to insure my satisfaction. The office staff and maintenance crew here are great. The residents are very pleasant and really create a community feel. I am very pleased with my decision to live at Bell Wakefield.
I have been here 3 weeks now and I still have not been able to use my washing machine that they provide because it wont spin my clothes they keep telling me they are waiting on maintenance to check it in the meantime I have to go to the laundry when I have one in the house not cool
As an Community Manager and renter it can be very difficult to not notice certain things. Since I have moved to this community, my experience with the on-site management team has been exceptional! When I moved in I read the reviews and understood the challenges the community had in the past. Luckily, I was able to move in with this caring group of people that listens and is ready to assist. The grounds are very well maintained and noticeably improving.
Lived here for 2 years and it was great. Good area and good location. Every once in a while, riff raff neighbors will move in, weed smokers with open warrants. Law Enforcement / SWAT will remove them and all is calm again. Building is made of wood and everything is heard. From love making moans to scary domestic violence. To sum it all up, living here was like being part of a soap opera. Every day was a new experience. Management is staffed by empowered women. Some days they were nice, quick to help and enjoyed their job, yet other days they were aggressive, sluggish and about to abandon ship... it was Russian Roulette. A piece of advice.... keep track of all payments (Rent and Water).
Bell Wakefield is a wonderful community in which to live. The friendly and caring staff is wonderful and very responsive to any maintenance issues that arise. The apartments and the apartment community offers lots of amenities and the grounds are beautifully kept. I have lived at Bell Wakefield for the past 3 years and have very much enjoyed being a resident. All in all, Bell Wakefield is a wonderful place to live.
I have resided at Residences at Wakefield formerly known as Bell Wakefield for two years now. The area is really beautiful and quiet, but the property itself (basic amenities, pool area, apartment features -including this cheap carpet) are outdated.Pinnacle Properties retained management about 1 year ago. Since then, the quality of living here has drastically declined. There were no updates on the property and the new leasing agents were not helpful at all.I do commend Amber and Brittany (who were still in the office under the old property management) for continously being so courteous and kind. Two months ago, late at night I was startled by a mice in my room! I live alone, with no pets or children and Im a complete neat freak. I promptly contacted and emailed the leasing office that same night.I never received a call back from the leasing office, instead it was Chuck (Maintaince Supervisor) who quickly followed up. He did come out and inspect entry points and sealed open holes (which were a lot!). I had to contact the office AGAIN and try to follow up with getting pest control to come out to inspect further. Both Chuck and pest control recommended using sticky pads throughout the apartment.I still believe the mice (or more) are still in here.Three weeks ago, my garbage disposal severely clogged up. When I contacted the leasing office, I was told that due to COVID-19, only emergency maintenance requests would be top priority.I did indicate (twice) that filty water and sewage was just sitting in my sink and my dishwasher due to the clog. For weeks, I had to endure this horrid smell from the sink and I could not run my dishwasher. After several more complaints about the sewage in my sink and this issue now being a health hazard (along with the mice) I decided to find another residence. My apartment is listed for lease availability in August, (mind you, its now June) So, I dont see why itll be a whole month to lease.Ill be stuck with paying a whole month of rent in a place that Im ready to be done with. This property needs major improvements.
Loved our time here. Moved to NC from out of state and took a chance on renting at Bell Wakefield sight unseen. Very happy with our choice and no regrets. Staff very helpful, respectful and friendly. Excellent response and follow through to any requests for assistance or maintenance issues. Community is clean, tidy and nicely landscaped with lots of trees. Great location and easy access to other amenities, schools, shops, library, gyms, main roads etc., Definitely recommend!
We are making our move from Colorado and have been super impresses with the support and professionalism of the entire staff at Bell Wakefield. From the beginning of our visit, Saige was super informative and the property was clean and well groomed. The application process was simple and the staff made sure we knew exactly what to expect once we were approved. They have continued to communicate with us and they have made a not so fun process much easier. We are excited to be out there soon!
I live here currently and have had a MICE issue since April of this year. They barely wanted to help. Told me the exterminator only comes once a week, and that it’s wasn’t an emergency to take care of. We found and disposed of the first mouse two weeks after it’s first sight. Exterminator only came out once, out glue traps and never came back. Here it is the middle of July and there is not one but two more just found. One dead, and the other alive. So we shall see how they handle this one. Hopefully with better care. When they tell you they are going to fix your issues that don’t do so in a timely manner. I have water stains on my ceiling and under my sink that were supposed to be repainted in April. July and nothing has been painted. But paint doesn’t matter. It’s the negligence and lack of care over this pest issue. So if your like your loving home with a side of mice dropping please come visit.
Looks are deceiving. This place looks good on the outside, but these are terrible apartments. First of all, this place has almost NO visitor parking. It is horrendous! If you have a guest, they will have to park very far away out on the main street. They started paving my street, did not notify residents, and they towed my car. On top of this, they are closing the guest parking street for an entire month and did not notify residents until the day before. Therefore not only can I not park in my assigned parking spot but nor can I park in the guest parking on the road. Therefore I’m left parking at the nearest shopping center. When I contacted the office about this issue, the only response I received was yeah its a bit difficult. There are no joke, 10 guest parking spots for 12 apartment buildings. However, if you are a single person that has no friends or family ever visiting you, this complex could possibly be manageable for you. From the day I moved in, I had an ongoing battle with cockroaches and bugs in my apartment. I am a very clean and ocd, no matter what I did they could not get rid of it. Not to mention- I have found mold on my appliances! If you put in a maintenance request, forget about it being filled any time soon. You will have to follow up several times before anything is done. When I moved in, my key to my storage closet didn’t work and about a year later I’m still without being able to lock my closet.I don’t see how this place got so many positive recent reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay clear from this apartment complex!
Overall weve had a positive experience living in Bell Wakefield Apartments. It seems a lot of people are upset with the pet policy here, but I have found that it is very similar to most any pet policies in the area for apartments. My wife and I really enjoy the pool and gym. No apartment living experience is perfect, but the Bell Wakefield staff have taken care of any issues. Were pretty happy to have found a nice community close to Raleigh.
Weve only lived at Bell Wakefield a short time, but the staff has gone out of their way to make us feel at home. During our first full week, I put in several work order requests - none of which were urgent. The maintenance team came over within a day of making the request to resolve the issues.Beyond that, so far, it seems as if this is a quiet community and we are enjoying our time here.
I am so pleased by living at Bell Wakefield in Raleigh. We have been here almost a year and are impressed every month with the facility and grounds. Recently the streets and parking lots were resealed and woodwork all has been painted and the the unusual wonderful landscaping the place could not look better. Trimming and grass cutting is on a very short schedule which makes the place look pristine. The office staff and maintenance staff are right on top of our needs and very cooperative in helping us feel very comfortable. The choice to move to Bell Wakefield could not have been better. Every morning sitting on the patio listening to the tnatural sounds of birds, we are so thankful we move to this place.if you are looking for a luxury apartment to enjoy with all the benefits, do as we have done with little knowledge, and visit Bell Wakefield with many floor plans that may easily fit your needs. That worked for us
I have made Bell Wakefield my home for three years now. This is a wonderful community in that all staff from the Property manager to the maintenance personnel are extremely professional, knowledgeable and put the residents first and foremost. Everyone is quick to respond to concerns and come up with a plan to ensure the comfort of the Resident.
Shout out to the new management and all the much needed improvements theyve been working hard on accomplishing ! We moved in three years ago and were not too pleased with a few things. But, it is very obvious Lindsay is on top of making things happen around here ! She and her team have accomplished quite a bit in a short time !! Thank you Lindsay, Sarah & Team !! Stop by her office, shes always happy to see a resident and help them resolve their issues!!
I cant say enough good things about the staff and community. They have been responsive since we moved in and were very easy to work with during the leasing process. After having lived in the same home for 15 years, we can now call Bell Apartments Wakefield home proudly. A great place for family and kids.
The staff at Bell Wakefield ( Stephanie, Lindsay & Sage ) are very helpful and concerned about their tenants being happy, comfortable and satisfied living at Bell Wakefield Apartment homes. The go above and beyond to make sure that everything is ok in a timely manner. I enjoy living here thanks to them. I appreciate having them in the rental office to work with, they make you really feel at home . Thanks guys
I moved into the community in February 2018 and couldnt be any happier with my decision. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The entire Bell Wakefield Team have been extremely responsive and go out of their way to help me at every opportunity.Stephanie and Sage in the office always stop what they are doing, no matter how busy they are, to answer any of my questions and help in anyway they can. If you are considering apartment options, be sure to ask for their assistance.Al and his maintenance team are fantastic as well. There were a couple minor issues in my apartment and they were all over it. Extremely responsive and polite. The entire Team has gone above and beyond several times and I have greatly appreciated it.
Since the new management staff, and maintenance team have taken over, exterior upgrades are being done quickly, and maintenance requests are being handled with the Maintenance managers expertise. The exterior needed some updates and glad the new management is making strides. I actually have 2 really large bathrooms in my two bedroom unit, but with any property where each unique floor plan is different you have to know what youre renting before you move in. Ask the right questions, and make sure you request an apartment away from the main road if you care, or one that is on a certain spot in the property before signing your lease. For the price, this space is perfect. Prices on housing in this area have risen greatly just within two years and this property makes a nice comfortable home with updated interiors.
Elizabeth and staff have been fantastic, have never had any issues with the apartment or other residents. leased here twice and both times have been great experiences.Very nice place to be at an affordable price.
We loved the property and came three times, the first two times we came we met the same blonde lady with glasses but not the manager another lady not sure what her name was(as stated below )she was so unwelcoming didnt even care to welcome us or show us any of the models which was so disappointing, unlike other bell properties we visited she was a turnoff. but on our third visit we met the manager who was amazing and kind enough to take us to the models and actually showed us the amenities that we never got to see on our first two times.
The ladies at Bell Wakefield are amazing. I had an issue with a tenet and they resolved it in a professional manner. Thank you ladies ( best office staff)😊
Honestly, this is a great complex. We are going to renew again this year for the 2nd time! Stephanie is always a great help and nice to talk to! It’s quiet, beautiful, nice scenery. Our neighbors are friendly and always checking in.
The place is beautiful, the grounds are tended to daily. The office workers especially Saige are extremely helpful. My only complaint is something that is throughout Raleigh and this is pet RENT! I think its silly to charge me for rescuing two cats. Other than that, I love it here!!
The current staff at Bell Wakefield are professional, kind, and resourceful! The knowledge we received about the apartment was accurate and living conditions are pleasant! I would recommend my friends to reside at Bell Wakefield!
Weve been here for a few months now. Office staff/maintenance are very nice, along with our neighbors. It seems to be a quiet community, which we like.
Our experience on this community has being great. The staff provides a high quality customer service. Lindsay and Saige have being very responsive and caring when dealing and solving maintenance issues and everyday questions.
Update:There is a carpet cleaner here at 9:50 PM on a Sunday night. The entire building is awake and upset and the management here doesn’t do anything. This is in a long list of bs that has happened here.Every time the same answer: “we’re under new management, we got a new mantinence manager, etc...”highly recommend finding ANYWHERE else to live.Literally under a bridge would be preferable.
We had such a wonderful move in experience here at Bell Wakefield! We have only been in our new apartment for a week & we are so in love!! Thanks Bell Wakefield !!!
If youre young and looking for an Apartment to live, then Bell Wakefield Apartments is not for you. Your neighbors will complain late at night for you walking around the apartment. The parking here is insane! If you get a roommate. You and your roommate will have to share the gym key and pool pass key. If you get a garage that is attached to the apartment you still wont get an assigned parking spot because you have to share the parking garage. So if you want to go out somewhere late at night and your roommate is parked in front of you. You will have to get your roommate to move their car for you to get out. Rent is going up and the price we pay a month doesnt feel like were getting our money worth. The designs of the apartment is Obnoxious. The dryer takes about 2 or more hours to completely dry somebody cloths. I can type a documentary about this place but Im not. Just find somewhere else to live. The only reason why Im giving this place a three star is because the staff is extremely nice and if something break they will fix it in a timely manner.
From my very first contact with the leasing office, I have been thoroughly impressed with the community staff here. Stephanie, Lindsay, Sarah and Sage have continually gone above and beyond to help me identify the right apartment, assist in a difficult transfer process from another Bell property and making sure my move in went flawlessly. They are all extremely compassionate, kind and professional and go the extra mile. They exemplify the meaning of customer service and truly care about the residents happiness here. I have an amazing Myrtlewood floorplan, which is a large one-bed and garage. Its like having your own townhome in an apt community. My unit has a garage, balcony and fireplace, nook for a home office. The grounds are well-maintained and parking has never been an issue for me or my guests. Plenty of street parking near my building, too. Rents here a so great for what you get --and I love going to office with my dog to grab a treat for him and some coffee for me and to say hello to the staff. Seriously, you wont find a better management team here. It is a very diverse community and its a pleasure to live here. Neighborhood is very upscale and lots of places within a short walk or drive. Great area for running, biking and walking with our without your dog.
This apartments dog policy does not even allow pit bulls or pit mixes on the premises. This policy is ignorant and discriminates based on breed and not temperament. My friend was threatened with a letter of eviction when I unknowingly brought my friendly pit bull Dallas over for an hour to help celebrate her birthday. Its shameful in this day and age when information is so readily available that an apartment community would have such an ignorant pet policy. I encourage you to live elsewhere, there are many other apartments in the area that are truly pet friendly. Thank you.
On a cool Sunday morn in October, I woke up from my sleep in my Bell Wakefield apartment, when I glanced out of my Bell Wakefield window to see a sight that disturbed me greatly. There were many rumors and murmurs that echoed throughout the Bell Wakefield complex about abominable things that were borderline unbelievable. My roommates and I had lodged at the Bell Wakefield for over 5 months at this point so surely these were lies told by management to scare naughty tenants. Alas, on this particular morn in my particular Bell Wakefield apartment glancing out of my particular Bell Wakefield window, I saw that my roommates car had a parking boot. My heart raced as my eyes shot to the other cars parked on our street. Like one-legged pirates, each one had one boot. Of course, all of these cars were parked in fire lanes, and anywhere else I would rejoice at the sight of justice being served, but this was Bell Wakefield. At Bell Wakefield, parking spots are harder to come by than a moist piece of cornbread. It is common practice to park in the abundant fire lanes outside of ones apartment without consequence. But not on this particular Bell Wakefield morn. It was only a matter of minutes before they came. Those cursed trucks, towing-off the gimped vehicles of the latter nights massacre. The tenants of Bell Wakefield were shocked, and for a time, people stopped parking in the fire lanes. But old habits die hard, and through the flames of betrayal and distrust, a hero was born.On a chilly February night, I was awakened once again by a loud blaring car horn. Surely, this was someones car alarm, I thought as I laid back to sleep. However, as I tried to fall asleep, the sound got increasingly louder as if it was moving towards me. I finally decided to peek through my Bell Wakefield blinds on my Bell Wakefield window to see utter chaos. Five tow trucks shot up and down the street trying to tow the illegally parked cars, as dozens of tenants shot from their apartments to the streets fleeing to their cars and escaping from the clutches of terror. Tow trucks honked and blocked off evading cars trying to grab as many as they can. For this chaos, one man stands responsible. A blue Sebring sat honking continuously outside of my window, as two tow trucks chased him down and tried to block him off. The Sebring outmaneuvered them and ended up parking diagonally in the middle of the street, trapping the trucks in a cul-de-sac. The vigilante jumped from his car with only a pair of boxers on, leaving his enemies trapped in his wake as he helped other tenants to their vehicles. Our hero finally approached the drivers in what appeared to be the final battle. I readied myself to call the police because I thought fisticuffs would ensue. But having a level head, the boxer-shod protagonist used his charisma and persuasion to force our enemies to flee. Many cars and citizens were saved that night for what would have proved to be a horrendous onslaught. But our hero, our watcher on the wall, sounded the horn and roused the neighborhood to action, risking his own car and his life. The tow trucks still circle every now and then, but they live in fear, knowing that our protector does not sleep but sits perched atop his balcony watching over us, ensuring our safety and protection from the unfair parking rules of Bell Wakefield Apartments. As for Bell Wakefield, the parking situation is still horrendous, but as long as my heros watch ensues, I would live here again.
The one star is generous to this establishment. Staff are very unhelpful and whenever an issue arises which is often all they say is new management / new staff. It took forever to get our dryer replaced after having it put out horrible electrical burn smells and finally when it did get replaced they damaged the wall and they said we will be back to fix it tomorrow. Yeah 6months later the wall is still screwed up. There is a carpet cleaner here at 10pm on a Sunday night when i go into work at 4am. Just please do not come here.
We have opened a new wakeboard boat dealership in the Raleigh area named Southtown Watersports, and Bell Wakefield has made my transition for moving the easiest process ever! Moving sight unseen can be nerve racking, but the employees at Bell have made me feel that my decision in my busy schedule was the perfect pick! With the online applications, amenities they offer and exceptional customer service I felt confident joining Bell Wakefields community and would recommend them to others!
I have lived here for over 2 years and the place has really improved since i first moved in. When i first looked at renting here I really did not want too based on the lack of customer service and attitude i got from my first and second visit but because of the location i signed anyways. There have been some new faces join the staff here and i think that has been a major key. Saige has been an awesome improvement to the team and actually presents a smile and great customer service that doesnt make you annoyed to walk in and ask a question. Lindsay was also great working with us on a lease renewal to help convince us to stay in the community, and a recent change in maintenance seems to have improved service request speeds a lot. As an honest review i will say there are still some hiccups in the community. Some of which can and cannot be improved but compared to every other apartment complex Ive lived in, this one is pretty alright. If you think about renting here, my advice is to specifically ask for Saige.

So I moved into this community and from the outside it looked really nice. The pool area is nice the clubhouse is really nice as well. I was all set to love it here and then I heard my heavy footed neighbor. That could have been ignored if he didnt have 3 kids who run around the house like they are on a speedway. This place markets itself as some place where neighbors are supposed to be respectful of each other. Well that may be the idea but the community managers will totally not back you up when you tell them about your noisy inconsiderate neighbors. They answer is well you live in an apartment noise is to be expected. They are wrong I lived on a SEC champion college town for 5 years and lived in several different apartments I never had to file a noise complaint against my neighbors. Terrible terrible I hate my neighbors.
Stay away from this community. The pet policy is ignorant in that it doesnt allow pit bulls or pit-mixes. i got threatened multiple times for eviction because of my 4 month old pit bull Bo, Bo is a great dog and is not aggressive at all, we even brought him up to the front office to show his temperament! the front management is a joke and multiple times tossed racial slurs at me. STAY AWAY
The staff are extremely helpful and sincerely interested in you being happy to be a member of the community.
Omg not sure where to start!!! I just love my apartment home. Its soooo spacious and cute!! Maintenance is awesome! Ive never waited more than 24 hours for an issue to be fixed. The amenities are super sweet!!!! And then theres the staff....ah the staff!! Saige moved me in and has taken care of me from day one. She never lets me down!! Theres another super jazzy lady that sits behind her thats pretty awesome too. They take the upkeep of community and the tenants very serious. I never want to move!!!
Upon moving in the leasing office agent was extremely professional and helpful. Seems like once we signed our lease things went downhill.First weekDryer and garbage disposal stopped working. Please follow up with actual facts before responding. No disrespect intended I can only speak facts and I feel the same should be done on your end. Thank you
I agree with the person below who said Discrimination is high here. It definitely is as when my boyfriend and I went in, after looking at several other apartments, the same blonde woman with glasses questioned our incomes. She didnt even seem like she wanted to show us the place and offered the lowest listing price available. It left a terrible taste in our mouths and even if she was trying to sell us on it (she could not have cared less) we would never live here because of this experience. Ive told everyone at my work about this terrible experience and will warn anyone who asks.On another note, the apartments are mostly carpeted and have dim lighting. The bathrooms are small and the amenities are lackluster.
WORSE APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!! DO NOT BOTHER TO EVEN GO LOOK AT! I submitted a work order online for a jelly/moldy substance leaking behind the toilet and no one came and did anything about it, so I went in to tell them and they swear I only submitted the one work order. I submitted a work order for a leaky shower head that was producing pink bacteria in the shower. They changed the shower head to a worse one and did correct the problem. I put in a bad survey and then they came and fixed the shutoff handle. Whoever paints for them should be fired. Every room had paint on the flooring (carpet/fake laminate) from the painters.
Dallas is my grand-dog and is a very kind and friendly dog. I will ask him to never visit these humans again. I will also advise my other human friends to stay away from these premises.
Discrimination is high here...went twice to view the blonde woman with the glasses is very condescending and discriminatory. Both times same lady refused to show me an apt then questioned my income. Stay away if youre a minority or deal with discrimination!
Very nice and clean facility!
Maintenance is extreamly slow. Took 10 days for them to fix my toilet. We were told it wasnt an emergency so will take at least a week. After the first year the rent increased by a few hundred dollars a month.
I dont recommend anyone to live there the management is very bad and I lived there in one of the apartments for 2 years and when I moved in the carpet was not clean and the try to make me pay for it when I moved out also I am not the only one 2 of my other friends had the same problem and I am about to clam that to the court were careful when you move in my advice is take pictures of the damages and save them on your record
I like the floor plans, but parking sucks. You only get 1 space and they tell you there are unmarked spaces throughout the complex, but dont tell you you might have to walk half a mile there. Theres always empty spaces in front of my apartment, but cant park there because theyre Reserved
Stay away. I moved here a year and a half ago. When i first moved in this place was decently priced and the community members were respectful, clean and courteous.Well i guess they started letting anyone rent here to fill vacancy. Let me explain. About 4 months ago 3 very young people moved on the 3rd floor. They were extremely loud and had no respect for there neighbors to the point everyone in the building complained. Did i forget to mention im on first floor? So how loud do you think they were? Well they were yelling in the breezeway as they run up or down the stairs as hard as possible. So apparwntly they told them to stop. It hasnt. And i will say its mostly there visitors. Then i started noticing more people visiting that apartment, how many? About 8 a day that i noticed. And they are constantly throwinf trash in hallway or leave trash by there cars. They constantly park in tennants parking. I have my thoughts about what really goes on up there. I have had altercations with these disrespectful visitors going to that apartment to the point i was spit on by one of there tennage visitors.Keep in mind i pay alot of money and now i gotta feel like i live in the worst neighborhoodIn the area.My rent is now almost $1200 for a one bedroom and i do pay for a garage. I called them and asked if i decide to do a lease again since im month to month. They told me my rent would go up. Does that make sense? The management company only cares about filling vacancies and does not care about the community. I have called about issues like garbage and got a response that the tennants need to clean it up. Ok i can understand pick up after ourselves. But i shouldnt have to clean up for anyone else. Oh i forgot to mention the mattress that was left by the kids park for almost a month. And guess what they said. Oh we have asked someone to pick it up but they havent. How hard is it to go grab a mattress. This place is not worth it. If your a family and worry about community or even respectful tennants just avoid this place.
Par for the course, just received an email from the leasing office asking me to respond by the end of the business day...at 5:22 PM...Don’t move here. It sucks...
Great management and great location.
Ignorant pet policy no pit bulls or other restricted breeds on property. Even to visit. Complete ignorance!
I will never consider living here because the owners and management threaten you with canceling your lease if a friend brings a American Staffordshire Terrier on the premises.
