So far I love it here. Air conditioning went out but Steve from maintenance was quick to take care of it!

We scheduled a tour last weekend and this place is amazing! Super clean and modern with a shopping center in a walking distance. The leasing office were friendly and helpful thank you so much Ginger for giving us the tour and for answering all our questions!

Adara is a wonderful apartment community. My husband and I recently relocated from NY and made the decision to move to Adara based on the virtual tour and the knowledgeable staff in the office. Namely Chelsea at the time. Once we moved in we knew we had made the right decision. The apartment is extremely comfortable and just what we wanted. They have made the transition from house to apartment very easy for us by all of the luxuries including the stainless steel appliances, the granite countertops, the walk in shower and the spacious walk in closets. We are enjoying all of the amenities including the two story fitness center and the convenience of the business center. Steve and Zaire have responded quickly and efficiently to our minor maintenance requests. The location has turned out perfect for us by being so close to any type of shopping we would need and many options for restaurants. We would recommend Adara to anyone looking in the Brier Creek area.

If you looking for a location that is close to everything in Brier Creek, look no further. A short walk to shops; Ale House, Wild Wings and many more restaurants. My wife and I are here for a year while our home is being built and have not lived in an apartment complex in years. This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic and very dog friendly. There is a dog park and place to wash your dog. Amazing pool and two story clubhouse, no smoking in the entire complex, which I like, inside and out clean and fresh and residences are really nice and friendly. I honestly cant say enough about Adara and its staff.

Has roaches!! :) Friendly staff but they dont clean the place up much, and theres now a trash in the hallway vallet option, which as you can guess means roaches. Ive been seeing dead roaches in the hallways on every floor, and now my apartment, for months. Not sure why something hasnt been done about it but yeah, this place has cockroaches everywhere.

I have lived at Adara for 3 years and so far management has been horrible. They never respond to emails or requests. They are never able to assist with unit issues and you have to send multiple emails just for them to potentially even respond. Some units are infested with bugs, some units have people smoking weed and the smell is horrible and overall it has been a major frustration to live here. The staff and management change every few months. I think there has been a total of 3 or 4 different managers since I’ve moved in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one in management cares to assist the resident and it clearly shows. Don’t waste your money here!

LOVE IT HERE! I have been here a few weeks and not looking back! The staff, my apartment, the location- ALL have been wonderful. There is not one bad thing I can say about living here. Much happier here, compared to any other apartment complex. The Interior and exterior are gorgeous. Color scheme is upscale and design- all high quality, including the appliances. I feel like I am living in a upscale town home, this makes working from home with the quarantine so comfortable!

We have loved living at the Adara so far! Its a quiet community, clean, well-maintained. Lots of shopping within walking distance or a short drive. Our unit came in great condition, no issues at all. Jaid has been exceptional in her communication with us- professional, quick to respond, and very helpful. Highly recommend this community.

Noticing some improvement after speaking with management about my concerns regarding kids pulling fire alarms and spammy community emails. Still a long way to go towards earning back my trust and recommendation.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Adara for one year now and we have had a great experience at this complex! The location is very convenient for both of our commutes as well as proximity to stores and restaurants. Our unit has new and beautiful features and appliances. We also love the pool area, which is very well maintained. The staff is very pleasant to work with, and all maintenance requests have been handled promptly (however we have had very few issues at all). Jaid has especially been helpful whenever we have specific questions!

Toured Adara. The amenities are beautiful. Jade spent over an hour with me answering all my questions (its my 1st apt) and was patient and helpful. I cant wait to move in and use the huge clubhouse they have.

I am very pleased with all the help we have gotten from Chelsea has been amazing. We stopped by to check the apartments out randomly and she gave us a tour and told us all about the complex and with her description we fell in love and decided not to look at any other apartments. She stayed in constant contact with me and my wife prior to moving in always asking if we needed any help. We now have a great view of the tree line and are not to far from work and shops. Chelsea made the complex feel like home before we even moved in!!

Adara Alexander Place is a great place to live. We toured almost all of the apartments in the Brier Creek area and it was no competition. We knew immediately when we walked in that this was home. Unfortunately, most of the amenities are closed due to COVID. The two story gym is top notch. We have been here for over a year and we love it. We hosted our school aged child’s birthday party in the clubhouse because out of all the places she could have had her party(Marbles, Pump it Up, Frankie’s Fun Park and Galaxy) she chose the Adara Clubhouse. Steve is amazing. He fixes things very promptly and precisely. Everyone is friendly.

We’ve lived here since Adara opened and can say it’s truly a nice community. Maintenance is always so quick to help and they keep the grounds looking nice. My only complaint is the stairways can get pretty dirty at times but maintenance gets to it eventually. The office staff is friendly too. Jaid’s been our go to to help us with anything we need the past 2 years we’ve lived here as she’s professional and the only one in the office that’s been here from the start.

I have lived at Adara for a few months now and absolutely love it! My apartment is very up to date and has everything I need. I LOVE how modern and well-designed the amenities are (business center, clubhouse, pool, movie theater, gym, dog spa, etc.) Seriously- the amenities here are incredible! The freight elevators make such a huge difference as moving in was a breeze and bringing up groceries is so much easier. The location is also great- there are so many stores and restaurants nearby and lots of sidewalks which makes it easier to exercise outside (since Covid has shut down gyms this has been major!) Everything is SO convenient- the staff is incredibly helpful and kind- I feel very comfortable here and I am proud to call Adara home!

We are going on 2 years and love it here! The included amenities are awesome & for the location the prices arent terrible! They really make an effort to make it feel more like a community by planning events and different incentives to keep you comfortable.Jaid is always super helpful/patient in making sure we are taken care of and is readily available to meet our needs. Love this apartment complex! I moved into a one bedroom A3 when I first moved to Raleigh and loved the large closet and being the first to live in the unit. After my boyfriend and I decided to move in together we decided to upgrade to a two bedroom and have been loving it here as well! Covid has unfortunately shut down a lot of the amenities; however, when everything was open it was always clean and in working order. We used to use both the gym and the dog spa frequently and they were great. Hoping they will be back open again soon!

Adara is a beautiful place to live. The amenities are awesome ! I have especially enjoyed the salt water pool. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and professional. Steve was awesome when completing my work requests, I put it in at 9am and by 10am they were completed. what a great team Adara has!!

Adara by far is the best apartment complex and community I have had the pleasure of living at. Not only are the amenities, apartments and property gorgeous but the office staff is so helpful and friendly and one of my best experience has come from the maintenance staff. I believe the maintenance supervisors name is Steve and he has always been such a pleasure to speak to and is so helpful with any questions I might have and has always token care of any and every problem in the apartment which has not been many so quickly and far past satisfaction. The maintenance and office staff has not only reached but surpassed any and all expectations I have ever had :)

Adara is a really nice complex. Jaid and Steve are the only ones left from the original staff when I moved in but they’ve always been very nice and helpful. I briefly met the new manager Chelsea on move out (bought a home) and she was nice as well. Definitely going to miss the gym and pool!

Great community, apartments like new, management super nice and helpful, amenities are great but because of Covid only the pool is open. Excellent location, only downside is the lack of security cameras and a gate to close the community as we had an attempt of robbery of our vehicle in the middle of the night. Jade, Steven, Chelsea, Aubry and Zaire Work very hard to make all the tenants feel at home

It has been a pleasure to live at Adara (1 year and counting). The amenities are beautifully done. The apartments have a wow factor but are still have that home-y feel that a lot of luxury apartments lack. The location cannot be beat. My only complaint would be that it appears some details were rushed in building (carpets, caulking) but nothing major.

My boyfriend and I just recently relocated to Raleigh from FL. It was tough finding a place to live being we couldn’t view them in person but we found Adara online and it had the next reviews. The rental application process was easy, we got a great deal and have been very satisfied with our unit thus far! We look forward to getting to use more of the amenities once we move past Covid! We got to experience the pool and it’s wonderful!

Adara is a great complex conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and transportation. It’s very pet friendly and there’s usually resident events every month, which is nice. Jaid is always willing to sit down with you to discuss any issues and resolve them quickly. The maintenance staff, Steve and Zaire, take care of work orders within hours of submitting them.

My boyfriend and I moved here looking for a place not right in downtown but still with a lot to do and this complex is perfect! There are more places than you can imagine in the plazas in the area. Aubry and the rest of the staff have been really helpful getting settled in. Highly recommend!

I have been a resident since November of 2019 and overall my experience has been awesome. The amenities are great (indoor ones closed due to Covid but that is understandable), the community is quiet and clean, close to the airport, shops on Brier Creek Parkway, Downtown Raleigh or Durham and the maintenance and apartment office staff are very quick to respond with anything that comes up. I highly recommend living here!

This community and staff are all awesome. They make you feel at home the moment you walk into the leasing office. They love everyone’s pets and welcome you to bring them to the leasing office anytime just to say hi. Anything you need, they’re so willing to accommodate you. The units are very nice, spacious, modern and worth the price. The grounds are very well maintained and the amenities are very nice. You can reserve the theater room for yourself or a party, which is super nice. The best part is the location. EVERYTHING is within a few minutes walking distance. I lived in the building closest to ACC Blvd, which is a very busy street. I initially worried about the traffic noise being that I was in an end unit right next to the road. However, the moment my apartment door was shut, I didn’t hear it. And the sounds I did hear, from any loud planes or loud semi trucks were super muffled to a very low noise. Most of the planes that flew over, I didn’t hear at all. The neighbors are all friendly and great as well. If I hadn’t needed to move, I surely wouldn’t have because I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

We moved here a few weeks ago and everything has been great! The apartment is as advertised “Luxury Apartments”. It is modern updated and has great storage. The apartment is close to everything you need (restaurants, shopping, etc.). Thank you Jaid for all your assistance as we relocated from another city!

I was able to tour with Jaid. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. The property was well maintained and hidden from the brier creek traffic but close enough to walk to. The apartments were very pretty and modern. I really liked the gray in the apartments.

We’ve lived here over a year and would recommend to anyone looking to live in Brier Creek! The amenities are great and the staff/maintenance are responsive. The layout of the apartment is great and I appreciate the vinyl plank flooring and granite countertops, definitely a perk! I’ve seen reviews that complain about the noise from Glenwood Ave; I think the noise levels vary, but we’re in the building in the back and it’s quiet and not a lot of traffic noise. We’re moving, but only because we’ve purchased a house, and the staff has made move-out very easy.

Nice complex and the salt water pool looks so relaxing with the lounge chairs in the shallow end. Jaid took the time to get to know us past just what we were looking for in an apartment. Very welcoming.

Anyone considering moving into an apartment after being a homeowner can understand the related questions and concerns associated with making this type of change (noise, cleanliness, traffic). I am happy to say, that a year later, my experience here has been pleasant and that I have had no regrets about having made the decision to move here . The apartment itself is clean, modern, efficient and practically new. My biggest worry pre-move was about the noise, so it was an enormous relief to find that this place is extremely quiet. I never hear my neighbors and very little outside noise. The exterior grounds are really nice for walking pets, with plenty of well stocked pet-waste stations. The landscaping is really pretty and the common areas are kept exceptionally clean. Lastly, the location is awesome! The fact that there are sidewalks exiting the neighborhood, that enable you to walk safely to the closest shopping center and the ABC store is a huge bonus! If you have any questions I highly recommend reaching out to Jaid in the leasing office, she has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

I am moving down here from New York to the Raleigh-Durham area to be closer to my family. I had the privilege of working with Aubry. She made me feel like I was at home when she was giving me a beautiful tour of the apartment complex. She also spoke very highly of the Brier Creek area and how everything is in close proximity that you need and want. GIVE HER A RAISE. Who doesnt like a Walmart in their backyard? Also, I am huge outdoor junkie and having Umpstead Park in driving distance is a huge plus for me. I cant wait to make my final decision in the next two weeks.

I’ve been at Adara Alexander APT for about a month now. So far, it’s been a pleasant experience. The grounds crew are awesome. They are courteous and respond to all maintenance requests and a timely manner. Jaid from the front office has been awesome in helping us get settled in as well. I don’t know how traffic is outside of the summer season.Everything you need is nearby—that includes the main highway(s)! I have yet to check out the amenities (I.e., pool, gym and social/work areas). All in all, so far so good.

My wife and I have loved living here. Our corner unit apartment was perfect and being located right by the dog park for our pup was nice. Jaid is always helpful, even with our move out process (work relocation). Most places dont care about you after you give notice but Jaid is always professional and willing to assist you. If we ever end up back in NC, well definitely be back to this complex!

Adara is a beautiful property. The apartments have so much storage space with huge closets and I love that the units come with washer/dryers! The staff is so sweet and Steve and Zaire always take care of my work orders the same day. Lovely complex. The 3 bedroom is spacious and the closets are huge. Jaid and Chelsea are sweethearts and always willing to help. Beautiful complex with nice amenities. Jaid sold me when she mentioned the freight elevators big enough to fit furniture for an easy move in! I’m not looking to move for a few months but will definitely be back!

We have loved our time at Adara so far! The apartments themselves are updated and the staff is extremely friendly. Jaid always answers our emails and Steve is quick with our maintenance requests. We are located near the road so it can get a bit noisy. They also use Conservice for your water and they charge a $16 admin fee every month that you can’t get out of which kinda sucks. Other than that, we have enjoyed our time here.

I toured this beautiful complex recently and was thrilled with not only the amenities but with the staff. Jaid was tour guide and was very sweet, patient, and answered any and all questions. She was also very attentive to safety measures by wearing a mask and even offering myself one and hand sanitizer. I was excited about the beautiful pool and other amenities the complex offers as well as being with in walking distance to shopping and restaurants

I virtually toured Adara a few weeks ago. The property is nice and clean and the apartments are spacious. The updated appliances are nice and the walk in closets are huge. Jaid made sure she knew all my preferences to try and find me the perfect apartment. My plans ended up changing due to covid but this is definitely my 1st choice once I’m ready to move.

Love the gym and the resident events. The office girls Chelsea, Jade, and Aubrey are very nice and welcoming. Overall a nice complex.

This Apartment is very nice, modern and quiet; I feel like the living space is well designed and has adequate room. The clubhouse area and the business center was quite nice and well above my exceptions. Any small maintenance issue was fixed within a few hours. I really love my stay here so far! If your looking for a nice place to live with great amienties and no mess you should really give Adara Alexander Place Apartments a try.

This is a great place to live. Our brand new 2-bedroom apartment is beautiful and stylish with a great view. It has an open design, full-size washer and dryer, and all the modern appliances you need.The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us settle in as we relocated all the way from Phoenix, AZ we were not able to actually visit and see the apartment beforehand.However, the staff members were so nice to take pictures for us from the outside, so we had a better idea of which apartment we were moving into and we love it! It is conveniently located with shops and restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoy living at Adara Alexander Place Apartments and like to thank all the Adara staff for their help with our smooth transition to Raleigh.

I love living on this property. Maintenance is always prompt I put in a work order yesterday about my toilet not flushing and a maintenance tech by the name of Zaire Kennedy was here within 5 minutes from the time I put it in!

I was looking for a place to live in Raleigh while I was staying with family in PA during the pandemic. I was referred to Adara Alexander Place apartments by my friend who also lives on the complex. After speaking to Jaid, I was hooked. They had a 2 bedroom apartment available that looked exactly like the model apartment, so although I was unable to view it in person, I knew what I was getting. The day I moved in, I couldnt have been happier! I was in a great location with easy access to everything! I feel as though I lucked out!Although I was still in PA when applying for the apartment, Jaid made it feel like I was right in front of her. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable!Ill recommend this place to anyone! Its a great complex, very friendly people, and in an amazing location to lots of shops and dining spots in the area.

Adara Alexander is in a great location if you work in RTP and close to a lot of amenities. The office staff is great to work with and are very responsive to questions and requests.

I’ve been here for two years. I love my beautiful and spacious apartment. The community is friendly. I’m within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Also, conveniently located to the airport and expressway. My favorite things are having coffee in the balcony in the morning and being able to open my door at night and watch the lights on the pool, it’s so relaxing.

Beautiful complex, great location, and friendly staff. I worked with Caroline to get my place and she was very accommodating to my situation. Everyone else in the leasing office including maintenance people are very nice and quick to respond to your need. If you are looking for an apartment near Brier Creek, I highly recommend this apartment. Not to mention it has a nice pool, gym, theater, and clubhouse. Its brand new and I have no complains so far since I moved in March.

Adara is awesome!! Beautiful, clean, modern, and super friendly! I’ve been here almost 2 years now, and Jaid along with all of the other staff have always been kind and helpful. Plus my dog gets treats every time she visits the office!:)... The events held are very fun and you can’t beat the pool, clubhouse and dog park. I definitely recommend living here! Brier creek is a great place right in between Raleigh and Durham— with Umstead right by to hike and shopping all around the area. You can walk to places like Walmart, Kohl’s, and Panera! 5/5!

Beautiful apts. Best office and maintenance staff Ive ever dealt with!

Great place to live! I really like the staff - they made it remarkably easy to lease the property, helped me during COVID with several admin activities, went above & beyond to collect my mail/packages, responsive to calls and emails and many more. The property itself is very beautiful, well-kept and well-monitored. Felt safe and homely being there. Highly recommended community in Raleigh/Durham at a great location - close to RTP, RDU Airport, Durham downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centre - Kohls, TJMax, Walgreens/CVS, Harris Teeter and even the interstate.

Apartments are nice and spacious. I like the stainless steel appliances and that w/d are provided.

Really good place to live. Good facility and nice assistants.
