Very happy with their service! Had a couch and chair cleaned (first time since I bought it 8 years ago). They essentially look like new. Got out all the food, pet and kid stains it had accumulated. Also dried pretty quickly as we were able to sit on them that evening (about 6hrs afterwards). They were also able to work us in more quickly than I had thought! I definitely recommend.

This is our second time using Chem-Dry and Blake did an excellent job. With other companies they use tons of water which can cause mold growth and is not safe for our kiddos. Chem-Dry does not soak your carpet and the stains they removed did not come back as we have experienced with other companies. Dry time was much quicker. It may be a little bit pricer (very little) than the other guys, but worth it for cleanliness and good results. The free deodorizer was a nice touch.

I used Chem-Dry of Savannah to clean a sofa I bought, which was a floor model at a local shop. James was amazing he not only cleaned the sofa, but he went went a step further to recommend an oxygen bleaching service that I will definitely use in the future. He also cleaned the rug where the sofa was placed, which I have to say is above and beyond my expectations. James was extremely helpful, professional and personable.I highly recommend this company and will tell everyone I know how it truly transformed a dingy sofa to looking almost brand new. They did a good job cleaning our ducts. They were on time, quick, and efficient.

Long story short I used this company after reading the reviews. It had been in storage for a few months so it definitely needed to be cleaned and sanitized. My tech was very friendly and funny. Now that my sectional is completely dry I’m definitely not satisfied with the finish look. Just purchased some cleaning items from Target to do the arm of the chair and the bottom half of the smaller piece of the sectional. Definitely not worth $180. Friendly staff was a plus!

My home shampooer die at 6 PM and I called Chem Dry in a panic, as I had a house sale in 2 days. They were friendly and quite sympathetic, promising to send a cleaner out the next day. We have used Chem-Dry of Savannah in the past to clean carpets of two homes and had a good experience on both occasions. So, when we recently had a WATER mishap midday before Thanksgiving, we immediately Called Chem-Dry of Savannah. I initially spoke to Justin and he explained he would check to see what options were available to help given the Holiday weekend. Justin and Keith called me several times to gather information about the extent of our mess. Later that afternoon Mike (Technician) arrived prepared to address our issues. We had fans and dehumidifiers operating all Thanksgiving weekend. We did need to replace carpet padding in a closet but fortunately - no other damage! We truly appreciated the quick response and professional service the team at Chem-Dry of Savannah provided.

James showed up exactly on time. The primary thing he worked on for me was cleaning my leather upholstery. I did not realize how labor intensive this job would be for him, but he stuck with it hand cleaning every crack and crevice. He was very pleasant to work with and WOW what a difference! Between the products used and the diligence of James, my sofas practically glow! I will definitely be using them again and requesting James.

We used Chem-Dry of Savannah to check our dryer vent. While they were doing this, they discovered a small roof leak near where the dryer vent was originally installed. They not only cleaned my vent but they went a step further to hang a bucket and cover the attic floor with plastic until we are able to get a roof repair scheduled. The 2 men were extremely helpful, professional and thorough and went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this company!

Thinking I would need to wait a week or more, I called Chem-Dry early this morning for an appointment to clean my home carpets. To my amazement, the duo of Justin & Justin arrived at my home later the same afternoon. Such efficiency! .Both young men were extremely polite and friendly and demonstrated confidence in their work. We were not disappointed. Our carpets look as nice as the day they were laid! When it comes time to have them cleaned again, Chem-Dry of Savannah is definitely where I will call. (And yes, I will ask for Justin & Justin!) Also, if it is important to you to deal with local companies that support local causes, you will be hard-pressed to find one that gives as much back to others. Please support this business. I have used Chemdry for many years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have always been pleased with the results and their staff. I most recently had them acid wash and seal the grout in my bathroom shower and floors. He also cleaned the carpets in my dads room. My husband and I are absolutely amazed at the outcome. Our shower looks as good as it was 10 years ago. The technician, Justin, was meticulous and spent a lot of time on the job. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasant individual. Bringing my dad home from Mayo Clinic after a bone marrow transplant to a clean and sterile environment was relayed to Keith and Justin prior to the job. We have a house on Tybee Island, and we needed the carpet cleaned. After checking Google for carpet cleaners, I came across ChemDry of Savannah. According to Google, they had 5 stars and were open longer than most of the others. I called at 11:32 AM and spoke to a gentlemen named Charles* (dont quote me) and asked when they could send someone down. He told me Monday, but I asked if it could be done today if all possible. He gets my contact information and tells me to give him an hour. 14 minutes later, he calls back. Since they had a technician already working on Wilmington Island, he would arrive at our house between 2:30 and 3:30 PM.Our technician was named James Kay, and he came to help us after working on 3 or 4 hours on a Saturday. Our carpets look phenomenal for our guests!If you want someone to clean your carpets, please give these people your business!
