My daughter was looking for her first place to live out of the home. We found it in VOP. Stacey, Sara and Linda were always responsive, friendly and upright with us. The apartment fit our needs at a particular point in time. Believe that management does do their best to make it a safe livable community and the pool is terrific. Thanks Stacey, Sara and Linda.

The atmosphere here is great but the parking issue is way out of hand. Requested for paid parking and haven’t heard anything. If I come hone after work and it’s past 11 I have to park in visitor. Which is frustrating with rain. Maintenance is a 5 stars ! The maintenance guy is beyond. Nicest man on the property.

I’ve waited to post a review after I’ve lived here for a month or so, and now I can say that this is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with renting an apartment. Having a decent, clean, safe place to live shouldn’t be difficult, and the management here makes it so easy. Stacy and Linda went above and beyond to accommodate me while I was applying for a unit, when they definitely didn’t need to— it would have surely gotten rented out to someone else, but they went the extra mile just because they cared. I’ve filed two maintenance requests, and both were completed satisfactorily the very same day. It’s very easy to get in touch with anyone or make a payment online. The valet trash service is great, as well. The area itself just feels very calm, and I’m looking forward to making this apartment my home for the foreseeable future!

Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Management is helpful and always concerned about residents happiness. The townhouses are okay and if anybody would want to move here I would recommended it.

It has been impossible to get anyone one the phone. My apartment has been at least 80+ degrees for over a week. When I finally got a maintenance person on the phone the response was Ill get to it when I get to it. That doesnt seem like an emergency and I have other things to do

The staff here are terrible. Granted the apartment itself is nice, the complex is so disorganized. People are able to use the pool that don’t even live in the property without even having an actual resident to invite them as guests. The maintenance is terrible, my first night I moved in the door would not open with the key they gave me, so I contacted the “emergency maintenance” and nobody answered and this is late at night and I’m standing outside my own apartment by myself. Also, had guests visiting and there were no visitor parking spot anywhere and they got towed for parking in an unmarked parking spot and the staff had the nerve to lie and say they had cones there when I literally took a picture of it the night of the towing and there were no cones blocking the parking spots. Also, had leakage to my floor from the toilet and the HVAC system that I’ve alerted them 2 months ago and they’ve ignored, now I’ve got floorings coming up and off. Linda and the new woman (not Stacy) that they hired were terrible when you came to the office and explained your issues, they didn’t even listen to you and they were so concerned about defending themselves rather than hearing your problems with the apartment and fixing it. Would never ever ever live here again because of the poor choices of their staffing.

The place looks nice, and the staff seems friendly. But the critters, parking situation and fees, and the mandatory trash service are frustrating enough to not make it worth it.

Ive enjoyed staying here. Going on my 4th year. Only complaint I really have is not being informed when the maintenance guy will enter my apartment. Ive had a couple surprise visits and its been very irritating but thats all I can say. Peaceful, nice staff. Just recently changed the manager, I have yet to meet her but seems very organized and friendly. Now we get a monthly calendar of what to expect and when they will come in your apartment. I really like that. Ive lived in both the townhouse and apartment complex. Other than that parking is BRUTAL when living in the apartments so we reserved a space. Sooo worth it ! Theyve been awesome with us.

Since coming under new management, this place has gone down hill. They do not care about the tenants, and will look to get every dollar they can out of you. I would stay away from this place.Edit* No one has reached out to me, or my fiance, about any remedy. There response below is a false. We also reach out to management, and offer a death certificate, to explain our situation and personal turmoil, upper management stated that nothing mattered and we would need to pay an extra month on out lease.PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.

Great older neighborhood with well built homes on decent sized lots.
