First time customer and I will keep coming back. Linda did my nails and she was AMAZING! Super meticulous. She took her time and wasnt stingy with the gel like some places. She put on 5 layers of gel. My nails, and more importantly my cuticles, look perfect! Love it!

I could not be any happier with the outcome of my gel manicure and pedicure. Linda was the gal that did my nails. She truly provided a great nail salon experience and did an amazing job! I love the salon decor and setting. It has a modern, sleek look to it which I think draws attention. Also, there was a variety of colors to choose from! Youll have fun picking out yours! Their services are worth it! Definitely looking forward to coming again!

I have had a fairly good experience every time at this place. My best one yet was with Lynn though. She took the time to look at the shape of my nails and make them look and feel nicer. She cut them short just like I wanted them and she kept the conversation going the throughout my appointment with her. I liked her work and Ill be back to see her.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

The Best!! Everyone here takes time when doing your nails. I have went other places for SNS and the top coat always chips away and makes the nails look dirty. I have never had that happened here. Ive been going for 4 years now. I have had my nails done by everyone at some point and have never had any issues. I miss Jessie though!! Place is always clean, and especially with COVID they are taking extra precautions. Definitely make an appointment, when they tell you they cant do your nails when you just walk in it isnt because they are being rude. They are booked whether you think they look busy or not. Sometimes there are only two techs.

I walked in and she didn’t even greet me! All she did was look at me and then she finally said you need help with something as if I’m there just to stare at the wall. she acted as if she didn’t want to do my nails and tried to shoot me off. No welcoming at all!

Took my friend their for her first pedicure and we had a great time. Reasonably priced and they were polite and professional.

Always a great experience here. Customer service is awesome, considerate of what the customer really wants and not solely money focused. Linda and Lynn are thoughtful, creative nail artists. This salon refuses to use drills, which isnt the best for your nails so this is a huge plus.

This place is by far my favorite nail spa, thus far. Im very picky and particular as it is a costly luxury but going to Linda twice now has truly proven the talent of her team.I initially went to Linda due to the reviews and I was not disappointed. 6 weeks later, my nails did NOT raise and was still in tact. My second visit proved even more that this place is one to recommend.The staff is extremely friendly and funny

Ive been going there for years. Best nail salon ever. Staff are all friendly the place is always clean and they have the best selection of colors. My go to girl is Darlyns she is great but everyone in the salon is great. Yes I do always make an appointment but thats what I like to I know when and at what time. I highly recommend this salon.

I was directed to a nail tech named Lynn - very sweet - I described what I wanted & she started right away - my nails came out beautifully- I’ll definitely be coming backMy only request - you need more techs & please find those who do more nail art! This area is craving a nail salon who are also artists !

Very happy with my experience here. They had a variety of shades and plenty of neutral colors to choose from. Tina was my pedicurist and Lynn my manicurist. Everyone was so friendly, they fit me into their busy schedule and even did my manicure pedicure at the same time as I was limited on time. Love my nails!

Linda is a great technician, shes good at massaging. She also really kind and I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

My 10 yr old daughter loves loves Linda. Shes friendly and she does an amazing mani pedi. We go there at least twice a month. They all treat my daughter like a princess.

The worse Customer Service by these rude ladies. Donna the owner and Dalenis, just leave you waiting for a long time, without any consideration for your valuable time.Donna She is just rude. Today I went, to get my regular SNS and without notice, priced hiked to $10.00. It used to be $35.00 now its $45.00 just like that. She left an older Lady next to me just sitting there and left without explanation, instead was speaking in her language to other employees. If you ask for anything special like a sparkle or bling it is ALWAYS an excuse. Avoid this place at every cost!! Pay for service and quality NOT FOR THIS KIND OF TREATMENT!! DONNA PLEASE LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.

So I came to the spot for the first time just to get my eyebrows done and that only takes 3 min. The ladies started talking amongst themselves and said they don’t have time. How unprofessional is that? Never have I ever went to a nail salon to get my eyebrows done and been told they don’t have time to do somebody’s eyebrows that’s their job. Worst place I’ve ever experienced and they were rude.

Came here again and it was great as last time. Linda made my nails as I visioned. Would come back again.

Every time I come here the service is always great! Even if I dont come for months at a time, they always remember me and my name. I never have any problems and I always leave satisfied!

I been twice within both visits I experienced rude/unprofessional customer service. I never feel the need to write reviews, but how rudely I was treated is unacceptable. I’ve never been turned away HOURS before closing especially if they accept walk ins. The lady said “they don’t have time” because of an appointment, the shop was practically empty not to mention I only wanted a color change which isn’t very time consuming as is, and if that was the case that should’ve been addressed as soon as I walked through the door not while I was looking at nail polishes!

Polish colors are limited. Very dark inside so you have to take the bottles up to the front windows. Conversations going on over your head while getting my nails done, makes me think there talking about me. Did not like this place. Left before I had nails polished.

Im so glad my friend recommended this place because if I saw the reviews first I may have missed out on one of Orlandos gems. I love this place. Do not allow the experiences of others stop you from going to this salon.

Like 4 days ago I went to go get my nails done (sns) since a friend recommended me to go here, with a nail tech named Yatzy, she was so nice and greeted me right away when I entered the door. Btw her pedicures are the best she is so detailed!! I recommend her 💅🏻

I was turned away a Friday evening around 6pm from Delight Nails bc the tech “forgot” to book my 2 wk follow up appt. Wilshire Nails took me in! My first experience wasn’t so good, I didn’t like the male tech who did my SNS, but the nails came up very good. I booked my second visit with Lyn who is wonderful!!! I’ve been going every 2 weeks only with Lyn. She’s detailed and very perfectionist. Strongly recommend!

Make and appointment and show up on time! If you do that you will have a lovely experience at Whilshire. The do accept walk-ins but its usually a long wait. Whilshire specializes in SNS (dip powder). If you havent heard of it, look it up. I absolutely LOVE it. Usually my nail polish chips or peels off but with SNS Im only getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks and thats only because of growth. The colors is still shiny and no chips weeks later. The process takes about 2 hours so expect to be there for awhile.

Amazing place, when you go here ask for tam! He is very kind! The ladies that come here are nice as well. They only do SNS but it is worth it! You will pay more but they last forever! I recommend this shop and procedure! Bye bye to acrylics for ever, hello SNS! Make sure you make an appointment before you go.

I went in to get my nails done at 3:30 and they told me since there was only 2 people working they didn’t have time to do my nails... they close at 7:30 and only 2 people were getting their nails done at that time.

They charge way too much for an SNS treatment! I wish the owner would hire more employees!!! It is so hard to get in there due to lack of employment. Its always best to set an appointment if you want to go there. Ive witnessed the staff talk badly about customers. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. Unfriendly and too expensive

Ive been going here for years and absolutely love this place.

Wow! I have never left a review in my life, but this was crazy, first no customer service or whatsoever, I got my nails and I was being very late to work as it took 2 hours to get them done and I didnt like the length ( I showed him a picture of the length I wanted), so I came back next day and the lady that greeted me was eating a FRUIT IN FRONT OF ME AND WHILE CHEWING IT SHE ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED, when I said I just want them shorter she rolled her eyes and said : you wait mumbling and chewing her fruit, it looked like a supplier was bringing Asian fruit to Walmart and I wasnt at the salon! Then the other lady that actually made my nails shorter asked me why I didnt tell him yesterday I wanted them shorter, WHICH I DID! Why you asking me ? You being lazy to spend your 5 minutes to cut them? I usually tip people over 30% and I expect minimum from them, but this was very annoying!

Wilshire Nails Spa is a shop runs by appointments only. So, even when you see there are no clients at the shop at the moment doesn’t mean that they could take you right away, their next customer will show up in the next 5 or 10 Mins. Usually Wilshire Nails already have customers on schedule for every hour for the entire day from opening to closing. They are a small shop with limited staff memebers.With that being said, stop being a little petty human and complaining for no reason. Don’t you ever feel exhausted or guilty from insulting others over little thing?Just call and make your appointment before planning a visit. Be specific on what type of service would you like (such as SNS new set, polish changed, pedicure...etc) so the staffs will schedule enough time to serve your need.Also be on time so you won’t make the tech running late on their next customer. Think about it, would you like to be running late on when it comes to your own appointment? If it is possible, arrive a little bit early to pick out the color you love since they have more than 400 colors SNS to choose from.If you can’t make it to your appointment, simply call to cancel your appointment and respect people time. Don’t forget to tips if you are happy with the service 😉Also they are specialized in SNS dipping powder only. They don’t do gel powder or acrylics nails. You won’t ever have to smell the strong acrylic odor at Wilshire.If you follow my advance above, I am sure that you will have a pleasure experience at Wilshire Nails.
