When I go to Cost Cutters, I always have Shannah do my haircut! She is absolutely fantastic and she always does a great job! I love this particular Cost Cutters. Its always clean, they play music in the background and Shannah is always kind and friendly with me. I love getting my hair cut here. :)

I have been a loyal customer of this hair salon for years. I have two young children who Ive only ever taken to this salon for their haircuts. However, I just had an experience there that nearly left me in tears. I have been trying to carve out a couple of hours to take the time to get my hair cut and all over highlights. At this point, being a busy working mom of two little kids, it has been well over a year since Ive been able to take the time for myself to get my hair done. I made an appointment for two weeks ago. I had to cancel it because I had an important meeting pop up for work unexpectedly. So I reschedule for a couple of days later. Well, that got messed up too (I had the appointment marked down for 1pm and the salon had me marked down for 10am. I was called at 10:15am and told that I missed my appointment. I apologized for the miscommunication, but the lady sounded very annoyed with me. No apologies on their end for the mix up.) So, again, I rescheduled my appointment, for today. It is Spring Break for my kids, but I had made babysitting arrangements for my hair appointment. Well this morning my babysitting arrangements fell through. I called the salon, apologized, and explained the situation. The girl who I spoke to on the phone (I believe her name was Sarah) chuckled and said Well since this is like the third time that youve done this to us, so I dont think that well be taking any other appointments from you. After a brief pause I told her that I understand and hung up. Ive had some time to think about it and realize that I feel completely shamed. I was not purposely missing my appointments, nor did I intentionally stand up any of my appointment. Ive loyally taken my children to this salon for 6+ years and was a client their myself prior to that (when I actually had the time and money to get my hair cut and colored every 6-8 weeks). Ive always kept my appointments and tipped very well. Treating customers like this is not okay and, unfortunately, I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I am beyond satisfied! Shannah did such a wonderful job highlighting, trimming, and styling my hair. Will be back on a regular for rhat level of professionalism and quality service! Thank you so much 💓

I have always had a good experience with the ladies there. Today my husband had a hair cut and beard trim. I had eye brow wax. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes

Ive been going here for years. The ladies that work here are great & feel like old friends. I prefer the appointment scheduling they do now due to covid & hope they continue this process. My haircut seems very basic & simple to me but others have screwed it up. All the the girls at Cost Cutters have gotten it right, every time, for several years.

First time back in a long while and it was GREAT! Cleaning between patrons, super cautious in all they do and excellent results for our haircuts! Masks were not an issue at all, worn without any interfere of the wash or cut. Glad to be able to come back and enjoy a relaxing time without worrying about life for an hour. Thanks!!

Haircut was great - but why can you not leave the tip on the bill- they make you use a different app (Tippy) and it charges a fee to do so. I understand them not wanting to take paper money but to make you use a separate app for your tip then to charge you for it - Ill go elsewhere next time.

Not great with kids

I went in to get my split ends trimmed. The lady said I will get you checked in in just a couple minutes. Ten minutes later she is not around. I spoke to another beautician which was very nice and she apologized and said that the lady is on an important phone call with a manager. I am thinking your customers may be more important. Or at least let me know that it is going to be awhile.

This was probably one of the worst haircuts I have received in a while. The staff member that gave me this haircut cut my sides unevenly for the first part which would have been reasonable but she also shaved the back of my neck (which I did not ask for). After telling her not to continue with the back of my neck she ignored me and continued to take an inch or two off the back of my neck. Then before I could say anything she shaved off my side burns (which I also did not ask for). This made me irritated because now she was just doing as she pleased. So when I fixed up my sides after leaving I found out she left a lot of hair on one side because she left a bald spot towards the top. Worst haircut experience ever.

I went back for a 2nd time to make sure they werent as bad as I thought... 1st time it was a rush cut and the left line hair by my ears (I trimmed it myself).

Went to get a brow waxEnded up going some where else to get then fixed.The girl had no idea what she was doing.You shouldnt allow people to do waxing when they have no clue what they are doing.

They do good work but their prices are getting a little high.

It all depends on who styles your hair. I have had one of the worst cuts here. Once I found the stylist who knows her profession, I have been extremely satisfied!
