My boyfriend just got a haircut from there. He said the lady spent close to 20 minutes on his bangs and left the rest of his hair basically the same. He now looks like he tried cutting his own bangs. She didn’t even use any clippers on him. He asked to leave it slightly long on top and to shave the sides a bit. It’s still long on the sides and his bangs are chopped! Why hire hairdressers that literally have NO BUSINESS cutting hair! He just wasted $20!

My five-year-old daughter was absolutely over the moon about her haircut. She was hesitant to cut her hair at all but needed a trim. I wanted it shorter for the summer and hoped with the help of the stylist I could convince her that was the best way to go. After chatting and looking at pictures, we managed to get her to agree. I was worried that she would be upset at how short her hair was after the first snip, but she was made so comfortable and kept so entertained that she barely noticed and then celebrated with her stylist when it was all over. Great experience!

Went in to this place just wanting to get a 3 on the sides and cleaned up... the length on top didnt need any work....this is what I end up with smh.... How do you not catch this? How? Its longer than the hair halfway up my head... Never going to a Supercuts again. Burn me once.

This is one of the worst run businesses you will ever encounter. Employees complain, bad haircuts, huge turnover. I went there once and it was closed. Just drive across the bridge and go to the one on Riverside. Way better

Showed up on Sunday at noon. Door was locked and employee was inside. Stood outside with children to wait for employee to open shop. Ended up leaving and going to Great Clips down the road. We were helped immediately there.

This salon is always clean, warm and friendly greeting when you come in the salon..it is always clean and smells good.. there are 3 stylist usually working on the weekend and there is not very long wait time. stylist always make sure we are both on the same page before cutting my hair. the hot towel is a great touch! stylist here are very knowledgeable on what product is needed for your hair and always give me a great deal on product.

Website and sign on door state that it closes at 6pm on Sundays. Paper sign on door states that temporary hours for Sundays are 12-6 pm. So why are you closed at 5:07 pm on Sunday?Would love to rate at zero stars since we werent even served.Dont waste your time going here. Huge inconvenience. We were just going for a mens haircut that takes about 8 minutes from start to finish.

I have been supporting this location since my stylist, Jackie, moved from Broken Arrow a couple of years ago. I drive past several other locations to get to this one. I think Jackie is top notch and the others in the salon are following her leadership with their customer service. Jackie was out for an extended period of time and the stylist who helped me (Dez) was just as competent, friendly, and eager to please. She was complimentary of Jackie and was trying her best to do things to make her happy. They seem to have a great sense of teamwork and dedication to each other and the customers who walk through the doors. Ill keep driving from Broken Arrow as long as they keep up the great work/service.

Just had an AMAZING experience here! I never leave reviews but Dezzi was SO helpful with questions I had about different products and nice! “Super” great cut too! I mean it! I’ll be back if she is there!

Hello to whom it may concern, I would like to inform any one who would be willing to try us out again that we have 3 stylist cutting hair and 1 who will soon be on the floor..I know this location has had some staffing problems in the past but our store is open for regular hours 9-8 mon-fri 9-7 Sat and 11-6 sun..we have a mobile app that is very helpful in letting you know when we have multiple stylists working and makes it easy to check in so you have less wait time..I appreciate all the feedback and would like to make a difference. we will be happy to help with any of your hair needs 😊

I dont have hair, but something seemed off while getting my daughters hair trimmed. It wasnt dirty inside and is in a good location. Based on others reviews, seems like it may need some fresh staff.

As a senior on a limited income, I thought I would try them out. They seemed nice, until I got a receipt on may phone that said I had made 3 payments . One for the actural amount I owed 37.02, then two additional cash payments . one for 20 dollars the other for 50 dollars. I realized that when I had paid some bills were stick together, but was sure the people would return my money. well they did not. Instead they put it in their pockets. As far as I am concerned, that is the same as stealing. I. Have called their District Leader Karla, but she doesnt return phone calls. I will never deal with the Supercuts in Jenks or the stylist named Katherine, aka Kate.I will make sure that all of my friends who live in that area are aware of this, Hopefully this will never happen to anyone else.

Showed up at this location one stylist was in she told us it would be 20 min we said ok no problem we went to sit down she said if you all dont want to wait the other location has openings and we said no thats fine we will wait so we were going to wait then she was rude about us waiting and huffed about it.she just acted like she did not want to work or be there this is not good customer service at all.

Worst place. Haircut was ok. I spent 2 hours waiting. And as the person in front of me finished, the woman cut all the people behind me. Then, one of the workers just looked at me and went on break. Terrible service

They will do your haircut while treating their employees terrible. They had/have a guy working here who performs extra services at work after hours. Found out and didnt fire him.

Haircuts here are good, service is terrible. No matter what time you go in, they only ever have one stylist working. Ive gone by more than an hour and half after their opening time to find the location still closed. Save yourself time, go elsewhere.
