Found this place on the way from getting my hair done on a time crunch I pulled in. I have to say I love this place I bring my mom and daughter. There’s even a little spa chair for my daughter to get her nails done. The price is good and the service is amazing. They always make us feel comfortable not like strangers/ awkward. I will return

The sweet lady who did my nails walked me out to my car with an umbrella so my freshly blow dried hair wouldnt get messed. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!. Will definitely be back!!

Loved my experience here! Just decided to try it out while driving by and didn’t expect much. But I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere isn’t glam but homey and welcoming. The staff were very kind and warm and they took their time with your requests. Would definitely recommend and plan on returning!

I am SOOOO picky when getting my nails done and Julie was the first person who did my nails perfectly. And she’s so consistent every time. I can’t say much about the other people but if you go, go to Julie! She is the best.

Simply said....disappointing. I couldve done better job at home. The white line is way too thick and looks ridiculous compared to my natural line. The side are all dirty and not cleaned. White line is not straight in places. Cheap place with cheap manicure. Not worth the time or money.Oh and not to mention they dont sanitize their metal utensils... gross. And they recycle paraffin wax (thats what they said)!!!! So, imagine how many hands get in that tub.

Kim is so friendly and honestly gave me the most perfect manicure I have ever had. All my nails are perfectly filed and painted and it is rare to get such good attention to detail.

Ive been goin here for months now and its my favorite place to go. No place like it. Julie is wonderful and always accommodating. Very reasonable prices and they always do a good job! I love the wax hand thing! So different :) definitely recommend this place!

Tech julie is very sweet and patient and does a wonderful job at this place i dont feel rushed and undone dont sleep on the small business they have a lot to offer.

Have been going here since 2009 and 7/10 the service is horrible. Starting with Julie. They pick and choose who to give good service to. Even if you tip well. Dont go there. Great nail spa just down the street with better, personable service.

Gave this place a try, first time wasnt bad, not amazing but not bad. Second time was a disaster, the tech wouldnt listen to me, had to tell her three times what I needed then the lady who came to take care of it was mean and nasty. Decided to try one last time, another nightmare; was in such a hurry to go home for the day they literally pushed me out the door so the nail polish wasnt dry and Im going to have to go back for them to fix three toes, my feet are still rough and at some point removing callouses became an extra charge? After the polish fix, I definitely wont be back.

I love going here and bringing my girlfriends. This salon has such a homey feel. And the prices make it even better!

Not too content with this place could be cleaner and organized. Got a full set my cuticles didnt get cleaned or nothing. I will not be back.

I dont know about the others but the one who did my nails was not good

The first time I went they did a good job it was downhill from there. I have bacteria growing under the gel acrylic for a few weeks I didnt know what it was at first and NO ONE at that place even acknowledged it or said anything about it....youre suppose to be nail technicians right? WRONG!!!!! I had find out myself. The only thing Id go back to do is a pedi I figure theres no way you can mess that up.

My nails look really nice but I got nicked twice because my technician was rushing. I think she took on too much at once.

Used a groupon for gel manicure. Service was quick but my cuticles were torn up and bloody after manicure, which has never happened to me before.

My and my fiance stopped here because of the traffic on the way home to Jacksonville. Great prices and service.

I find it hard to believe that a business phone is busy for 30+ minutes. Wanted to try them out but never mind!

Dont go here, horrible service!!!!!!!! Lazy techs and extremely rude. Even if you make a reservation you still arent seen at reservation time. They are sloppy and make it seem like it is your fault. They talk about the customers in a negative way to each other and to other customers.
