DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I came to this location on Saturday December 22, 2018. I would give a “0” but the manager tried to fix the big girl mistake. The nail technician is horrible. My toes were the only thing that were done correctly. But now my toes are chipped. They are expensive for a service horribly done. The last 2 pictures were what I asked for but definitely didn’t get. I asked for a sweater design and a glitter outline. They are horrible. I don’t know how they still receive business. My friend already lost a whole nail and she came with me the same day. And they had the audacity to charge me $90 and my friend $75. Expensive for no reason.

I was usually going to a place in Kissimmee, however I was in a rush and this place is closer! They nail tech did my nails super fast and even spotted a little bit of dirt under my nails, he took the time to remove the nail and deep clean my real nails. Free of Charge!!

I got a mani/pedi for $70. Staff was nice enough, but my nails arent super great. The girl who did mine made 4 of my nails bleed and the layers arent even. Not a huge fan, really. I was told the color changing nails were white to pink, but the white is more of a baby pink. Ehhh... My toes are okay but are also a bit uneven in the polish. Probably wont go back.

The workers were very nice but I had trouble with my nails. I paid for gel polish on my regular fingernails. The person doing my nails had to redo most of my nails about 3 times each (apparently they wouldn’t dry). Also, within a few days my polish began to chip on 7 fingers and on my thumb it made a bubble and lifted by itself. My pedicure was okay until one of my toes were not fully dry and messed up but I had no time to go back. This is how my nails look after one week... I won’t be back. (For the thumb I attempted to pull off the gel that was lifted up but it pulled of more of the polish with it)

Im a regular here, been coming here for about a year... They are super nice and respectful... The place is always clean and is a drama free nail salon... The owner and his staff are always having conversation and they like to include their customers in the conversation I enjoy coming here....

He cut under my eyebrows and refused to give me a refund and said. “I had no intentions of doing that” Then said next time I can come back and he’ll take care of me. As if I would ever let him touch my face again. Don’t go to this place they are awful and don’t care about customers.

This comments I was reading are from years ago I actually went today and I had a really good experience the place closed at 7:30 I was there at 7 and they took me and my friend. I love how they did my pedicure and I was looking at other girls nails and they looked really good. Definitely going again .

Horrible unfortunately I have to give a one star i wish I could give zero stars... 25$ for pedicure and it was horrible... tech didn’t even file even after i asked her too... nothing came with this pedicure except paint and a-little oil... Even after asking tech she did whatever she wanted.. so i gave up... Nails were horrible 25$ for manicure- never even did cuticles.. you got 50$ and tip from me because i am too nice but never again.. People work hard for their money and what a waste... 🙁 Don’t waste your time or money...

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is absolutely disgusting!! I’ve never had a worst experience in my life. The nail tech was super unsanitary. She did not clean her work table from the previous customer she had before I sat down. The whole table was disgusting and full of debris. None of the tools were sanitized, she was trying to juggle 3 people at once and even touched someone else’s feet with her bare hands and then continued to do my nails without even washing her hands. She also peeled off my old gel manicure with her finger nails 🤢. She also left a bowl of water with chipped nails pieces in it from a previous customer on her table and tried to dip the brush she was going to do my nails with!!!! I can’t tell you how disgusted I am. If I get an infection they will be hearing from me. I will never come back again even if they paid me!!!

Nope. Find somewhere else to go.....came here for an eyebrow and lip wax. While doing my eyebrows the girl said my eyebrows were bleeding. I get waxes FREQUENTLY and my eyebrows never bleed?? Hope their materials were clean because if anything happens to me I will be back. Oh, and chick that was doing my eyebrows tipped herself an extra $2. Will not go back here. Save yourself. Go somewhere else.

First Try: I had my eyebrows waxed quickly and well. Everything was clean and the people were beautiful.Their prices are unbeatable!

I like my nail color and the water marble she did. The girl was nice. But left nail polish on my skin. No cuticle oil. When i asked for some the girl at the front put top coat on. Idk if id go again tbh.

I had a very good experience at this nail shop yesterday. The custmer service given by Joslyn was excellent. The shop was very clean. The sanitation measures in place are very good. The atmosphere was very tranquil.My family and I will definitely return.

DO NOT GO HERE OMG DO NOT!!!!! Wish I could give it no stars. Went to relax after an extremely stressful past few days. First the guy was BEYOND rough. Pulling my feet out of the water, banging the file while he was attempting to file. Was too lazy to save a broken nail when I asked him to. Completely butchered my toe nails after I got up from the dryer. Had to ask to have another coat because of the streaks. Had to borrow the bottle a second time. Went back in after an appointment and didn’t even fix it again. The lady and the man who did they just stood facing a mirror complaining as I heard the whole thing. All I asked was for my two first toes to be the SAME LENGTH not even to repaint them. I cannot believe I even paid.

I went to Lee Spa & Nails yesterday to get a fill in & pedicure. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON. I go in and sit down to get my fill in (by the owner) who is not friendly nor did he take his time with my nails and did a horrible polish job that literally ruined my ENTIRE MOOD THAT EVENING. As he was finishing my nails he told me to come back tomorrow for my pedicure. I was in a good mood so I said sure no problem (since they were closing) while he was finishing my nails a couple walked in and the girl wanted a gel refill & a pedicure and her boyfriend wanted a pedicure and they were not turned down service!!!!! I WAS SHOCKED THAT they were able to get service while I was told to go home. Thats not even the end of it.Instead of putting my under the dryer in the back like he should of he put this little fan on his nail desk to dry my nails which blew little black particles in my super light pink nail polish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE!!! ITS A WAIST OF MONEY & TIME!!!!!

I just moved to the area and I was looking for a new salon, but I wish I had read reviews first! They were over half empty, but I still had to wait awhile to have my manicure. She soaked my gel manicure in acetone, but then she scraped it off WITH HER NAILS. So disgusting and unsanitary. The manicure turned out fine, but it was overpriced. Also, the woman who did my nails kept trying to talk about weird and inappropriate things

I went with a groupon somebody gave me and they forced me to tip. It is alone 24/7, you figure out why... never again!

The nail tech Vickie was nice. The nail color selection is HORRIBLE. PLEASE INVEST IN SOME NAIL POLISH!!!

Bad service and very rude. Employees give you dirty looks and talk in their language which is very disrespectful. My wife went in there to get her nail replaced which fell off the very next day!! Only to be told it wasnt their fault it came off. Terrible service. Bad quality material. We wont be coming here ever again.

The manager in this place thinks he is the holy grail of nail techs. He is the most stuck up person I have ever met. Worst place to get nails eyebrows and pedicure. I suggest you go across the street to the millenia nail salon.Lost a customer because of arrogance a person curses at his customers does not deserve to be in business. He thinks the public need him whwe the Fact is that he need us. Word of mouth is the most important business card.

This place is horrible. The guy rushed doing my nails. They were so uneven & the shape of every nail was not consistent. Very amateur place. Waste of $55.

Horrible service. I got a regular manicure and my nails didnt last not even 1 hour their nail polish is cheap. The person doing my nails was on her phone half the time while doing my nails. Extremely unprofessional.

Never again! I went in for a full set after work. Before getting started I asked the price, and was told $25. The lady rushed on my nails, they were clumpy, uneven, horribly filed, the acrylic was all around and under my nails. She then continues to ask what color, I chose a gray and asked that one nail be sparkles. Before she began painting she says my total is $35. She tried charging me $5 for the shape ( which is a normal shape, I dont like my nails long or fancy) and five for using two different colors ( which has never happened anywhere else! Im going somewhere today to get these things off, Ive never had them done this poorly!

It was horrible experience. I couldnt relax, the guy who did my nails was in rush, because another customer came as walk-in...I felt like Im in the airport, staff was talking to each other on their language so laud from different spots of the room, very annoying!!!! Very poor nail polish color choices, cheap products....they dont have Sally Hanson, OPI brands. poor customer service=( I DONT RECOMMEND anybody to go there.

Horrific experience. The place is ghetto and dirty. Manicure was rushed and more expensive than the fancy place across the street. My nail polish chipped off multiple nails not even 24 hours later. My friend got a pedicure and the perimeter around her toenails were bleeding on every toe due to the cuticle tool the guy used. The owner is very stuck up and rude. The salon was where his friends seem to go to pregame for their Friday night. I would not recommend to my worst enemy and will never return.

I went there four weeks ago and the lady had the flu and was breathing on me and she was using reusing nails and I got a fungus on my nail never go there.

Horrible Place the manager or owner offer himself to do eyebrows .... He does not or have an idea how to do it !!!! He is a mess on the top of that place is dirty and outdated I wont be back there ! Plus its expensive !!
