Finally found a nail salon that I absolutely love! I love art on my nails and I can show them what I want and they do exactly what I asked for. If you want beautifully shaped nails and beautiful designs PLEASE COME HERE! They are also super sweet and easy to have conversations with while getting pampered. The prices are really good too. Feels like family. The owner Mai and her husband work very hard and are great people. Every time I come they remember things I have talked with them in the past.One time I had to come with my 2 kids because I had an appointment and last minute didn’t have anyone to look after them. They pulled some chairs closed to my seat and gave them water bottles. They were friendly and helpful.Their nail service is always super professional. Price is affordable and you always get the best service

The lady who did my nails waited until she had done the acrylics and had painted each nail before telling me she couldn’t do the design I had asked for. She then told me I could come back another day so another nail tech could do the design. Would have been nice to be told she couldn’t do the design before I sat down, I definitely would not have stayed nor would I have paid $50 for what she gave me.

I needed my nails done in preparation for my Sissies wedding. When I checked into the hotel nearby, I asked the front desk attendant about nearby nail salons. He recommended this place based off of feedback from the guests. I did look them up online and decided so would check them out the following morning. The following morning I went. Omg, I am so glad that I went. I was able to get both a manicure and pedicure with the gel polish done. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Needless to say, I was relaxed and now ready for my Sissies wedding. I will be back there to visit anytime I am in town again.

Terrible service... I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I asked for a full acrylic set and manicure and the nail tech completely botched my nails. They charged $13 extra dollars for the manicure, which would have been fine if they actually gave me a full manicure. All they did was proceed to cut my cuticles to the point of pain, all the while leaving jagged edges. After an hour and a half, the acrylics were finally on and ALL over my finger tips which I had to peel off myself. I asked for a coffin shape, which cost me an additional $5 as well. The next morning I noticed that my real nails were pulling away from the tips, which could potentially lead to serious problems with my nail beds.When I returned to speak with a manager and ask for a refund I was told there was no manager or owner available and they would only fix my nails, which I do not want and refused to get me in contact with the manager. I proceeded to ask another person when the manager would be in and she informed me that the man I was speaking to was the manager.Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT COME HERE. The services are NOT worth the price.

I came here today to get my nails painted and there were only 3 people working. i made an appointment for 3:30 and didn’t get helped until 4:00. a lady came in and asked for a manicure and pedicure but the staff refused to help her and made her leave. i don’t remember the lady’s name who did my nails but she was very rude. i do not recommend this place to anybody

I’m from out of town and decided to make a spur of the moment trip to get my nails and eyebrows down. I called in and made an appointment for about a half hour later. I was a bit hesitant to go in due to the current pandemic but the staff was very professional and careful about who entered the shop. Once I got in I was provided with a face mask and hand sanitizer before being seen and I was serviced immediately. The staff was very friendly and the two ladies who worked on my nails did an amazing job and my brows came out great as well! Would definitely go back anytime

I wanted a pedicure kind of last minute. I called the Nail Spot and they could accommodate me within 15 minutes. I ended up waiting about 3 minutes to get a chair. My pedicure was so good. I felt like the gentleman gave me excellent care and consideration. I felt very relaxed and taken care of. I would highly recommend this salon.

My husband and I needed pedicures and I needed a fill. We are from out of town and staying near by. We were so impressed by their attention to detail. They took time to massage my husband’s feet and calves as they have been giving him problems for years. We can’t say enough good things. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I walked in and was warmly greeted. The nail stylist told me where the nail color selection was as well as the available designs. Once I finished making my selections, she was ready to start. I needed a fill and color. She worked very quickly and efficiently. As you can see from the picture, she did a beautiful job with my nails. She was very friendly. I was even offered a cold beverage while she was working on my nails. As she was working on my nails, it started to rain and she told me just to relax and wait till the rain was over but I opted to leave. I enjoy walking in the rain. While you are in Orlando, I highly recommend getting your nails done for a relaxing girls afternoon or evening.

I made an appointment in advance because I was unsure of how busy they would be. It was my first time ever coming to this place and Sajiyah (spelling?) was the one who made the WHOLE experience. She truly cares about the clients she takes care of and it REALLY shows. We talked the whole time and she made suggestions on what she thought would be best for my needs. She went above and beyond for me even an hour and a half after they were already closed and she was finishing up my nails. I don’t feel I tipped her enough so I’ll certainly be back to make sure she’s rewarded for her efforts. I had gotten a hot stone pedicure and regular manicure with a French tip and through the whole thing she was patient, understanding, and very personable. 5 stars way up just because of her and her fabulous work! Instead of just having my nails done, I had an experience.

Had an amazing experience here. Nail artist made sure to practice good hygiene with her tools, made sure my hands were sanitized and washed. She made great conversation. Gel polish was quick and looked perfect. I believe nail artist name was Troug Hung, she was sweet, talented and made my whole experience wonderful. Very reasonable price, 30 for gel mani and 8 for eyebrows. I will def be back soon for mani/ Pedi.

Everyone was so nice here!!!! I can’t remember what my nail tech’s name was but he was super nice and did an AMAZING job on my pedicure!!!! And the prices are super reasonable/good! I defiantly will be returning and highly recommend!

First time at this place and the staff was amazing!! The guy who did my pedi was gentle and polite. The woman who did my nails went above and beyond to do my designs just how I liked them!! She was very attentive, detail-oriented, and she got my design and color perfect!!! I highly recommend this place - it is very clean and the service is great!

I live in Orlando! Ive been here three times, and each time I do nail extension and coloring glue, its between 35 and 45. Today I went to the store to inquire about the hot color on the ins. They didnt help me find it. I had no choice but to find a color instead, but which lady told me that I needed to pay $ 55, and I did n’t know why she charged me such a high fee. I asked her the price in the menu, and she said that each case was not Same, so the price of their menu cannot be taken! Im not a tourist guest, I hope that everyone who comes here can look at the price comparison of nail shops around before coming here! scary! So his shop is deserted, no one even! Charge fees randomly! Of course I wont come back here, nor will I recommend my friend to this kind of nail shop with local price shop

In Orlando on vacation with my sister and wanted a pedicure. We stopped at The nail spot on Monday afternoon. Staff very welcoming the minute we walked through the door. Service was fantastic, amazing pedicure. Never felt rushed. Several local regulars having services during our visits. Highly recommend. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the area, hopefully in March. Thank you.

Personal service very laid back staff

I had wanted to try having my nails redone with dip polish. However I had to first have the acrylic removed. My technician was Will and he patiently removed all of the layers of acrylic before applying the dip polish to my nails. I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

Just left the Nail Spot and was extremely impressed. I normally dont prefer men to do my nails, but I have to say this was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. My nails are even, he took the time to remove the excess polish, and made sure they were dry prior to my leaving. Great massage also!

I made an appointment ahead of time and wanted acrylics done. The acrylics are bumpy and uneven, some have bubbles and others are leaning/crooked. I asked for rhinestones and although most turned out alright, one was placed upside down so the jewel wasn’t showing. My nail tech (I don’t know her name) looked at the finger with the upside down rhinestone many times and never fixed it. My cuticles were also not taken care of. If you want acrylics done I don’t recommend coming here.Two of my friends came with me and had their natural nails done and they turned out great. It was very disappointing to see such a difference in quality between mine and theirs.

I read the reviews and it was conveniently close to the villa I am staying in. I strongly dislike going to oriental nail spa cause of that uncomfortable feeling that theyre talking about you and the only way you can be certain is to pay attention to their body language. I was passed off to 4 different employees. And one employee in particular kept looking at what the guy who finally finished my polish and overlay was doing. And, at one moment she came over and stood there and laughed. Very rude! Was very very satisfied with the pedicure and the lady doing it. The Polish and overlay was also done well... was not happy about the experience of being passed off... if I state what I want from the beginning, the person that can do it all should have dealt with me! Hate feeling like a problem especially when Im paying. Wouldve given a 5 if I wasnt laughed at and passed off.

Absolutely disgraceful. I called ahead to request an appointment 45 minutes prior to. When I spoke to the rep on the phone he advised me that the accept walk ins as well as appointments. He then asked which I preferred. I gave him my requested time and he confirmed. Upon arrival we told to have a seat in the waiting area. I expressed we had an appointment and was told to pick out my nail color. When I asked how long the wait would be the told me we had to wait until the finished the two customers that they were just beginning to work on. I reminded them that I had called ahead an scheduled an appointment and was there on time. The lady working there told me to have a seat. My husband and I decided to leave because of the circumstances which we deemed unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude.

I found this nail salon on Instagram @thenailspotorlando ... they had a variety of designs and nail lengths and that is why I ultimately decided to go. I typically get simple nails, so I didn’t take advantage of their designs. I was taken care of by Mai and could not be any happier with my service. I barely had to wait for my fill in. I was done in less than an hour, the lady who sat behind Mai was very talkative and really funny. Made it fun to be there!!

My first time there and the detox pedicure is amazing! I will now be a regular customer 🤩

This is the absolutely worst nail salon I have ever encountered. I tried a new place near work for convenience and it was a huge mistake. My nail stylist made me physically bleed by cutting my cuticles too close to the skin line. She also filed one of my natural nails so hard that it snapped. She proceeded to give me the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever seen. There was polish on my fingers and cuticles and file dust under my nails. She left a thick top coat over the corners of my nails so that it dried against my fingers and proceeded to peel up half the nails the same night. The next day, I went back to speak with a manager and I was told that there was none available, however the man that spoke to me was wildly rude. He said that I should call the number on the card to speak with a manager, but would definitely not refund us. He said that he would fix the nails, but couldnt let me speak with anyone else. When I approached the other woman in the salon, she informed me that the man i was speaking with was in fact the manager! He then said he was too busy to deal with this and went back to work. DO NOT COME HERE!

When you first walk in the friendly atmosphere is really appreciated. Then when you get your nails done youre amazed at the talent and the quality of the product. I really enjoyed what Paul did for me as my nails look amazing! I also brought my 11 year old daughter with me and she was very pleased as well! Thank you The Nail Spot-Shallon and Shanon :-)

I’ve know Ken, the new owner of The Nail Spot for about 5 years. He’s done my mani/pedi, every other week for the entire time. AMAZING! I’m thrilled he’s gotten his own shop now!! I would drive anywhere for him to provide my service! My family and I also love Mai and Helen on Ken’s team. You can’t go wrong here! Just completed my first service at his new shop! Great! I’m booked to be back in 2 weeks!

I walked in this evening for an impromptu mani / pedi. The staff greeted me kindly & promptly had me in the chair for my pedi. The woman who worked with me was an absolute delight. She was so kind & did a great job. The environment was very relaxing. The prices were more than reasonable. The attention to detail & work was exceptional. I only wish I wasn’t just visiting Orlando because I would make this spot my go-to if I could! I will be visiting every time I’m in the area.

Very dedicated and nice staff. They clarify the service desired before starting to have everything clear and the price is reasonable. They are my go to place for gel polish nails.

After being in town for a conference, my friend and I were in search of a great nail spot that had great service. After researching the reviews, we headed to the Nail Spot. (30 min drive from hotel) When walking in, we were NOT created with a smile, the nail tech was rushing us to only sit down for 15 more minutes and he kept changing the prices for our services. So it felt like he did not want to help us. A gel nail republish went from $25 to $35 dollars WITHOUT a manicure. Then, I asked for something to drink and he told me they only had water and it didnt come with my service so it would be another charge. After feeling like I was unwanted because of the price increases, I decided to leave. After I left and sat in the car, I saw him leave..so maybe he was about to get off of work. Either way, thats no way to treat your customers. Tired or not.

Close to my hotel! Was in search of a nail salon for a manicure and pedicure because the hotels spa was overly priced. My brother and i were greeted and escorted to a very lovely pedicure chair in under 3 minutes. I was seen by Kelly who was very very professional and very very friendly. The place is very clean and the tools they used were in sterilization pouches that looked processed to me so thats a plus. My toes and fingers are very happy and pretty.Thanks

He is friendly & makes you very comfortable.I have taken friends from Out of town & purchased a gift certificate for my grand daughter.

Said they take walk-ins. When we arrived was told it would be a while. I asked What is a while? He said noon. That was a 2 hour wait. Really? A pedicure doesnt even take one hour. I have no plans to return to that particular location EVER.

I am a very busy woman from pa. Went here for a pedicure so embarrassed of my ugly feet, I didnt get the guys name who did my pedicure but he was fantastic and my feet look and feel like new, a must do if you are in the area. A big hats off to the nail spot, thanks for the happy feet 😄😅😉

My roommate and I went to get our nails done, she picked out this place and said something about some beauty pageant winner swearing by this place, so I figured sure. We were walk ins so we did have a little bit of a wait, once we were seen is where it started to go downhill. As others have said it is a little pricey, especially when you get gel polish (an extra charge) and a french manicure (another charge), but that wasnt the part that bothered me. The absolute most unacceptable part of this visit is that both I and my roommate left with multiple cuts on multiple fingers. Nowhere did I see them sterilize the drill bits they used to cut up our fingers, so after they drew blood from around our nails Im sure they went on to do the same to another paying customer. It took almost a week for all the little nicks around my nails to clear up, and I have never been back since, because that is disgusting and unsanitary.

I was told to sit down as were others. The manicurist went from person to person to do about 3 mins of work and would then move on to someone else. He just went in circles to do just enough that it would be hard to walk out. A few people did leave because they would always say they could take them right away bUT would be working on 3 to 4 people at the same time.The man was very rough with me and it has only been 4 days and my nails are already chipping and they were gel.. Normally they last for two weeks. This is the absolute worst salon I have ever been to and I go every two weeks. I decided to try it as it is close but I would rather drive the extra 5 mins..Sassy nails is the best in Hunters Creek. One more thing I wanted to add is that the man never changed his gloves in between working on other peoples feet and hands. Also. This man is the manager.. most likely the owner so dont let him tell u the manager is not available. It is him and his wife that run it.. DISGUSTED and dirty is how I would describe the way I felt when I left.

I came in for a gel manicure. The work was shotty, but it was near closing time and I just didnt feel like complaining. Within 2 days the paint was chipping. Its been a week and its chipped to the point that I need to get them completely redone already. Will not return.

Horrible! Do not come to this place. Customer service is horrible and their nail technique is horrendous. I was waited forever to get my nails done and was very disappointed in the result. Not to mention that the prices were extremely high.

I had an appointment to make feel myself after Irma. I am pregnant and I I was frustrated.. I wish I would not gone to the the nail spot..I was like the irmas ..When I saw the first time him who is Kan Lavson, he stretching his feet and answered to me as he played him phone cell..He was so glum. After my pedicure was done by Laura, I sit his table to make me manicure. Firstly he used the nail knife which had been used before me.. I did not tell him anything because she was my mom but it was not safe..In that time another customer came to the place. He used same gloves with me only to protect himself not to customers . He was dirty and helpless . He injured my finger then. I was very upset. It was really so dangerous for customers..same gloves, injury.. I asked him to apply iodin or antiseptic .But neither he applied nor accept my opinion about infenction risk about tendency pregnancy unfortunately. He told me a pregnant women has stronger immun system. I told him it is not true so I am a doctor . You are wrong and still dont insist this opinion.. he was starting kidding me unfortunately ..He repeated a few times ask me again and again are you a doctor????Then turned his head to my mom is she a doctor????? I told him please speechless so my heart was increasing but he continued rude manner. I was worried my twin babies then I preferred spechless instead of him. He was starting scary otherwise..My eyes full..She who was Loura? tried to make me relief thanks God..He took too much many my other hand did not start of course I was sorry and did not ask anymore..He took my unfinished manicure more many though regular one..Did not tell me any apologies .. he preferred to tell lie to the customers about their health..As a result of he has remained ignorant about his profession and rough, scary, away from humanity..dirty for your health..I dont want to any customer is made harm because of him.. That is why I written as detailed.Be safe!!!Dont go there! My nails are bad than before and I am nervous about my babies and virus infection diseas..Be safe!

The firts time i went it was awesome. The experience was super cool, pedicure and manicure were done so well that lasted long and people were friendly. However, my second experience was a different. I went with a guest hoping to share a great day and convince my family starting a new tradition but it was very bad idea. The friendliness i experienced the firts time was gone. The nail work of my manicure was rough, i had to finished at home and few days later i had to keep fixing it. My pedicure was ok. One of the ladies try to charge twice for my cousings work even though she new i was gonna pay for both. When i said somenthing, another lady just brush me away stating the money was returned. I dont think i will return nor recomend this place again.

I was looking for a nail place online near me an I found several places but the nail spot got my attention I was there today Kevin and his staff are wonderful they was always checking on me Kevin help me to pick up the colors I also put two tones on my fingers that I never though of doing I was so relax and the place is peaceful clean and freinly I lieve in Miami and if I come back to Orlando I will go to the nail spot such of good services thanks Kevin for making me feel welcome and my nails and toes look awesome..ivette
