First they are so welcoming, and truly make you feel like you are a valued customer.. Mimi did my fill and pedicures and it was BEAUTIFUL.. she even got my ingrown out without hurting me! Lisa did my daughters Mani/pedi.. and she was conscientious, from the appropriate color and shine to reinforcing the health of her nails was more important than the opinions of others! We had a bit of a time crunch 90 min and we were out perfectly on time! Truly an enjoyable experience. We are glad we found this gem.

Loved the quick appointment for my gel mani, neat job, and fair prices. They dont have prices listed online nor an online appointment scheduler but only a minor inconvenience. I felt comfortable in my mask though they werent mandatory if vaccinated. Overall Id go back and recommend them.

I and my friend have deluxe pedicures here today. I recommend Mary, the manicurist did my toes. I have hard skins on the side of big toes and asked her to get them off, she did carefully and well done. Another manicurist finished my friend’s pedicure in 15-20 minutes, Mary took time to finish the deluxe pedicure and I like the way she did all processes. I didn’t ask her to put more pressure with massage, I am still happy with her work, she deserved to have $20 tips. I told her that I didn’t need polish on my toes because I let her have more break time and get another customer. I don’t like people to skip the service to jump to another customer. Everything has a price. I rate 5 stars for Mary. Goodluck Mary !

Ive been coming here for a while. Ive seen other nail techs and while theyre all really great, I only see Amy now! She does an immaculate job always on my hands and feet. She takes her time and my nails last me a month! The salon has a relaxing environment with chill classical and jazz music. The equipment is sanitized. My nails have hardened and importantly, have grown in length :D No other salon Id go to.

IMPORTANT EDITDO NOT GO HEREAfter my first wonderful experience (see original review) I came back expecting a similar experience.The 2nd time I came to the salon, the elderly women working on my hands was so invested in the conversation she was having with her co-worker who was working on my friend’s nails- she repeatedly rubbed my nail bed with the nail buffer- so badly that I had bleeding. Fingers! I said several times “ouch” to no recognition of the nail artist. When I tried to explain the pain she was inflicting on me she looked confused. I don’t think she understood what I was saying. The paint job was no good. It chipped very quickly and I sported bleeding fingers on my vacation.The third (and final time) I returned to this establishment- I told the gentleman working on my nails about the prior incident and he just laughed it off. When I started to get nervous as he brought the nail buffer to my hands he just kept laughing. I asked for a regular pedicure- he insisted I got gel. This nail job was very important as I was heading to a very big competition that week. I told him of the importance of this. My nails were chipping and cracked my the next day. To no fault of my own. My nails are usually very strong and a trip to the nail salon can last me 6-8 weeks.This gentleman thinned my nails so badly my actual nail started to peel away. You can see in the photo how badly he scraped my nail.DO NOT GO HERE. It has taken my nails months to regrow.Original review:Probably the best nail service I have ever experienced. I came in for a gel mani and regular pedi. My total was $55“T” was detailed and efficient, yet I was given full service and beautiful results. She checked her work several times and was very kind to let me change my color choice after she started painting and I decided it was too bright.I cannot wait to come back here!

Terrible service.. I got a gel manicure and when I got home realized they forgot to put a top clear coat.. my mom’s pedicure was done in literally 10 minutes and completely rushed. My sisters toes look like a 5 year old did them.. trust me and don’t waste your money here!!

Posh nails is the best nail salon in the UCF area hands down. The prices are all the same everywhere around here but this salon is the BEST. Very clean, very nice and friendly staff, I got the basic pedicure and it included the best massage I’ve ever gotten, seriously. No wait at all either. Will definitely be making this my new salon to go to. :-)

I really wanted to like this place. The technicians were not very friendly. One of the big draws is the frozen margaritas, but the machine was broken - appeared to have been out of service for a while. Fun choice of polish, but nails were left ragged and I had to fix them when I got home.

I get my nails done often. I try new places sometimes and its not always the best. Its never been so bad I had to leave a review. Not even a week after having my feet and nails done they look terrible. My feet are all chipped up. I get dip powder on my natural nails and four have cracked in the middle and one broke off. Now I have to go to another salon and have them completely redone and have a artificial nail put on. I will never set foot back in this place I didnt even bother calling them to fix it because I dont want them to touch me again.

Holly is outstanding and she truly takes care of her clients. She took her time making sure I was happy with the results of my nails and made sure all my nails were even and shaped the way I wanted them to be. 5 stars for the pleasant experience but they are a little pricey. With the exceptional customer service though, I didn’t mind. I definitely recommend Holly at Posh nails. Will be going back to her again and again!

The only place i will go for my nails!! I have had 3 different nail techs since i started going and they all did amazing jobs with my acrylics. the nails stay on and don’t break off like other places, and they don’t pressure you to buy a million things like other places. It’s clean and relaxing and I always feel pretty when I leave!! They also offer a wide variety of stamps/decals if you ask to see the book. Kim is really great at intricate designs.

I went here for a nail repair and got a brazilian..the wait was short for a walk in and they also gave me a free margarita which was nice. They also had snacks and the man at the front desk was very polite. I went to get the repair and they insisted the holographic chrome wouldn’t look any different with a base color under it and that chrome is chrome which was not true. I had purple under my chrome powder at a different salon and it definitely makes a different in the color of your nail whether you put a color under it or not. I went in for my wax which was fine the lady was very polite. Realized my repaired nail was way longer than the rest so they filed it down but filed it way too much.. so now it’s shorter than the rest. Seriously not that hard to fix one single nail... And my chrome looks different than all my other nails because they didn’t want to do the base color under it. A day later the area that was waxed is completely swollen and irritated and has been for 3+ hours now.... I only went to this salon because of the convenience of the location from where I was and would not recommend going here

Acrylic nails, although gorgeous, broke off before two weeks of wear. My nails underneath were pretty destroyed (filed down too much, but this could possibly do with my personal nail integrity). Paid $50+ for the set.

Best nail place in the area! Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and theyve never failed me. They have great customer service, relaxing vibe and they provide a wide variety of services. Would Definitely recommend.

My first time there I got a pedicure and it was the best I have ever had. The place is very clean and decorated so beautifully. I highly suggest going here. The women who work there are so kind and considerate, always asking if this is okay temperature of water, good pressure for the massage, how the polish looks and, how my experience is. The have refreshments and snacks. Go in and ask for T, she is an amazing and funny lady and did a lovely job with a french manicure, which is difficult to do on toes most times because they are so small. I will defiantly be going back!

This is the only place I go to get my nails done in Orlando, it is excellent and the service is fantastic. Ask for Jessica or Amy, they are incredible and their attention to detail is second to none! Seriously, go here. Get your nails done. Get the dip powder. Its worth every penny. 😘

The services provided were great. Everyone was really nice and very attentive. The prices are a little higher than others but offer snacks and drinks, including frozen margaritas! Never had a place that offered frozen margaritas, which is refreshing with this hot weather. This place is beautiful and spacious, everything is brand new. Awesome massage chairs.

The French polish came out nice. Thats about it. If you want to leave with your nails thin as paper, this is the place!! I had to tell the woman (the older one) enough with the drill. Not to mention that she cut my thumb nail right down the middle! She fixed it by painting the gel polish over it. By the next day it split open. My manicure was half add and no massage. I MIGHT go back and try Kelly as many recommends. Major language barrier as well.

So, when I first walked in, I felt like a princess. I was greeted and right away offered some margaritas. I thought wow, my favorite new nail place. Until I got the tech I got. She was okay. I paid for the deluxe pedicure that cost $65 so I expected top of the line pedicure. Nope. I didn’t extra massages and she missed doing one foot a second rub. I know it sounds silly, but I did pay for the most expensive service. And it’s a shame that I’ve had better service in other places at a lower price. But that wasn’t all, midway my service, the tech started like moaning out loud, like tired moan. I get it, you work hard and probably having a bad, hard day, but suck it up at least while I’m there. I felt so uncomfortable. And the massage chair was okay, the but massager felt like it was pushing me out of the chair. Because of this experience I don’t recommend it and will not be coming back.

Warning - bring cash to this nail salon.I came here a few times when they first opened and I thought they were fabulous but on my last visit I went to pay and I was told I can only pay in cash if my total was below $20... which I thought was very odd. I told the front desk I was unaware of this and had no cash on me, So he said they have an ATM at the salon that I can withdraw money from to pay. I was pretty annoyed because now I have to pay a withdrawal fee on my debit card for a $13 total.When I attempted to withdraw money, the ATM machine was not even functioning properly, it was a mess.If you are a proper running business, I do not believe it’s acceptable to not accept credit cards for all transactions. For this reason I will not be coming back.( Also, their prices have recently increased )

Really disappointed, poor job on my nails done by a new tech with no supervision. Offered nothing to drink or wasn’t given any form of massage. First time out doing my nails in a while and expected more.

My family and I were visiting my daughter for the weekend and we decided last minute to have a girls day at the the spa. All four of us were assisted immediately with great service and attention to detail. They pampered us with Margaritas and all the comfort for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

WONDERFUL SALON!! They werent hesitant to taking in walk in clients. A clean and almost lavish place. They even offer a variety of snacks and drinks. This is the spooootttt 🙌

The location and overall look is nice, but the service was horrible!!!! I went for a quick soak off and regular mani and it was QUICK. They did not use new equipment on my nails (the equipment was old and rusty) the nail polish job was sloppy I will not go back!!! Dont waste your time or money.

Nice environment and clean but really over priced! My daughter is 10 and they charged her the same as me kinda crazy!! Will not go back, when you can go across the street and get a nail tech that is more experienced (my guy was a college student and rough) and pay way less! They charge 25 for basic pedi but dont even shave your callous thats 5 dollars more! Just cant get over they dont have kids prices!!

Very friendly staff but the dip mani I received lasted 3 days before multiple nails started chipping, a 2 finger re touch is all they offered to fix free of charge. Will not be returning.

No prices on display I always pay $18-$25 for full set so I sat inside and got my nails done and the lady told me my total was $45!!!I was like wow I didnt get anything special done to my nails just regular full set.This place is over priced and they are aware of the display not being shown.

I am so glad I found this place. I came during the daytime after feeling under the weather. I am pregnant and in my first trimester. My feet were hurting, I felt frumpy, and I just needed a spa day so bad. As soon as I walked in I thought the place was going to be expensive because of how beautiful it is inside - Its all brand new equipment, clean and airy, huge crystal chandelier in the center - yet the prices are pretty standard and they even gave me 25% discount since they recently opened! The ladies were so sweet and attentive. They offered me refreshments including a Virgin Margherita! Yes, they have Margherita machines there!!! It was very relaxing and chic. I just got a basic gel manicure and pedicure but it came out lovely and Im sure that anyone getting a full set would be happy with the results. There are soo many pedicure chairs, you could have a birthday party here and they would still probably have extra chairs!

Aweful experience! The basic pedicure was terrible. There was a lot of pressure to upgrade to the deluxe pedicure which cost $20 more than basic. I should have just walked out. I will never go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. They had horrible customer service. We made an appointment and were treated as if we did not exist and our money were not green. Go anywhere else. Also the manicures they were doing looked as horrible as their customer service. Do not give them your business.

The volcano pedi is a must. My SnS chippwd on vacay after four days. To me it was nit wirth 70 dollors.

I made an appointment ahead of time and told the lady on the phone that I would be wanting a design on my nail. Evidently not a single tech in the salon could draw a flower on my nail. Disappointing. I was not offered a drink or food which I saw others had. Over all I felt very pushed under the rug. Not pleased at all.
