Courtney hickey is GREAT! This location goes above and beyond to help the people who come in to find work. I have had a bit of a checkered past as of recently and she has done all that she can to place me in places to fit my needs and get me right into work. I appreciate them and what they do.

I’ve only been with surge for almost a week and I’ve had a good experience so far. I’ve worked with amber since I’ve walked in the door and she’s been awesome. She has worked with me and made sure to tell me she’ll find me a job I’m comfortable with and what works best for me. She’s made sure I’ve understand everything since I’ve been their, not a lot of temp service do that didn’t have to ask her she help herself to make sure I get everything. Amber just been the best help someone could ask for since I’ve been with surge and it makes me wanna work threw surge for awhile exspecially after I have my baby and she give the job a warm feeling .

Autumn worked with me to find a job! I definitely recommend going to her. She was very kind and professional!

Like this location better than most. They take the time to find something that works for you. Easy to communicate with and explain things throughly. Amber was great, super easy to talked to and really tried to help as much as she could. If youre looking for work I would give them a try.

I went into Surge Staffing in desperate need of a job due to Covid. I Went in with 2 forms of I.D filled out a 30min application and had a new job within a hour. I’m very pleased with my experience I was helped by Amber S, she made me feel very comfortable with her upbeat and kind personality I would highly recommend them if your looking to start work ASAP!

So if you have worked for a temp agency, then you know that the initial meeting and job placement is emotionally nerve wracking. Thankfully this wasnt the case.I walked into this location and chatted with a woman named Amber. She was polite, respectful, and calm.She was super friendly as well, and made the overall experience feel alot less overwhelming.Her patience and resources helped me find a really great job.If you are in need of some temporary work assistance, I would highly recommend going to see Amber at this location.

Im still waiting for pay that was owed to me when I picked up my work assignment it was for 13.50 an hour and Iforce/surge is paying me 10 Ive tried contacting everyone no one will get back with me. Ive even heard someone in their payroll Dept is stealing ..... Wish someone would respond before I call BBB and Department of wages.

Not sure what their issue is. They ended my husband last assignment claiming he missed too many days. Hadn’t even been at this place a week and his pay stub shows he didn’t miss a single day. When he called to ask what was going on, the person he talked to pretended he couldn’t hear him and then did nothing but pull an attitude and tell him to man up about it. Then continued to tell him he could no longer work there without giving a reason. They are very unprofessional at this location.

Beware if youre initially signing up with them they will take $30 out of your first check for a background check without letting you know that it costs you. Not very happy with my experience I had with this temp agency.
