Worst place to make your nails! You can look at my picture and see how they work. They dont have designs. If you tell them what to create, they are hesitant to do it. Also, I had to request to fix what the lady did 3 times and they didnt want to do it. Ah! They are rushing all the process....

Called around 11am and made a 2pm appointment. My friend made a booking for a fill in and repolish on her nails and i wanted a pedicure. We both had our own individual appointments. We were barely acknowledged upon arrival, and were told someone would be with us shortly. Half an hour later, we are both taken to the pedicure area. They get my water started but only hot water so it burns my feet. 5 minutes later i’m asked if i wanted hot water, but no my feet aren’t in the water because it burns so i ask for a little bit of cold to cool it off. My friend still has not been taken to a spot. When we ask someone, she is whisked away. Someone came to do my nails and she was on her phone and on facetime the whole time. My friend couldn’t get what she wanted on, just little flames on the nails, and she figured it was fine. she could go elsewhere. but then a male came up 3-4 times to her, touching her arm and profusely apologizing. and it’s nice to apologize and all but it’s okay for her to decide she doesn’t want to do anything at this salon. she asked multiple times for him to stop touching her and he continued to do so and then asked to speak to her privately after she asked to be left alone until i was done with the pedicure. honestly it’s just kind of unprofessional to make us wait 30+. minutes after making an appointment, and then be on the phone the whole time you’re servicing me, and it’s really uncomfortable to ask someone to leave you alone and to stop touching them, but you continue to do so. they did offer us water though!! 50 minutes into the appointment. i’d rethink coming here. the whole lot is unprofessional.

UNPROFESSIONAL!called at 11am to make a 2pm appointment. my friend and i wait half an hour and then i’m finally sat down and told the design i asked for can’t be done. i’m a little appalled because it seems simple enough it’s just painting little flames on my nails. so i’m like whatever at this point i’ll just go elsewhere. i go back to sir with my friend while she gets her pedicure and the woman doing her toes is on facetime while doing the service. i’m then told someone can do the design on my nails but i’ll have to wait longer when i originally had an appointment. ridiculous and unprofessional. i wont be coming back

This place is great! Very clean, and the staff was so nice. Brittany gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. She spent a good amount of time doing the foot massage, which was my favorite part. Highly recommend!!

Let me tell you - in all of Lake Buena Vista - this is the place to go. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Sam does a wonderful job - the cleanest acrylic sets Ive ever had. The pedicures are amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful. If youre going to get your nails done, whether youre a tourist looking for a treat - or a local looking for your new spot. This is the place.

We were able to drop in on our way to Disney World and the crew at I Love Nails took great care of us! They gave us fast, friendly customer service and did a wonderful (and hygienic) job! My wife and five daughters are Disney ready, thanks to I Love Nails!

Went here for the first time in a while, highly recommend. I had Hannah give me a pedicure and she was excellent. She had a wonderful conversation with me as well as made sure I was happy with the color. She made sure to give me three layers of polish without me even asking because she wants to give the greatest service (which means not seeing polish streaks). Definitely will be coming back soon!

I went here with my girls for a spa day. We each got Deluxe pedicures that were rushed and barely more than a soak and a polish change. The woman quickly and lightly rubbed my legs and feet during the massage portion of the service. My friends had similarly poor experiences. (1 friend had to wipe left over scrub off her legs because they didnt even bother to get it all.) They were literally just trying to get us out of there. Oh, and I have to note we were the only 3 in there and it was more than an hour before closing.Not only do I not recommend coming here, Ill never be back.

We are here on holidays and decided to give this salon a try. The staff were excellent, friendly and experienced. We met Kim and her husband who have been in the business for 31 years. We had pedicures, manicures and eyebrows done and were over the moon happy with our results. They really tried to go out of their way to make us feel at home. My husband had sprained his knee getting out of our hotel pool and Kim gave him the most wonderful foot, leg and knee massage ever. We will definitely be seeing these folks again!

This was my first and very last time coming to this salon. I was charged $30 for a set of nails that look like surfboards and not to mention the tech kept cutting my cuticles.. unfortunately, I do not recommend anyone pay for services here especially nails.. I wasted my money and my time.

Found this place when I was on the Disney College Program, out of all of the salons I have been to in the greater Orlando area in the last three years, this is by far my favorite. The salon is always beautiful and clean, the staff are kind and welcoming and my nails are always lovely. Even when I’ve lived far, I always make the trip to ILove Nails, because I know I’ll always love the result. Cannot recorded highly enough.

Absolutely not, so to start off it looks a little fancy when you get in with enough room to move customers in and out but does not seem to have to employees to keep up. So I got to my chair put my feet in the water and it was cold, the employee didnt take my old nail polish off before starting the process. Did very very little cuticle work (I will have to get them redone somewhere else). Scrub one heal and not the other. Tried to rise my feet off with cold water (thats wasnt happening). The employee didnt seem to know what he was doing or was extremely lazy. The massage was the only thing that was semi good. Other then that I was highly disappointed. I do not recommend this please to anyone looking for a place that knows their craft. Stay blessed 🙏

Im in love!!! This place is such an incredible nail salon!! I hate having my nails done, but it felt more like a hand massage than a routine. Comforting classic music in the background makes it such a relaxing experience! Gorgeous decor, great staff, all without the staple loud woman talking on her cell phone while getting a pedicure typical in other salons around here. $35 for white tip acrylics and worth every penny!

Absolutely amazing, I really love I Love Nails & Day Spa!!!  It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is simple but elegant and classy. The staff is sweet and did a very good job. Their color selections are amazing too! I wish I lived closer to here to be a regular, but Ill definitely come back soon!

We visit this salon a few times a year on vacation and absolutely love it. It is clean and relaxing, with a great staff who are very accommodating. I usually opt for a deluxe mani/pedi and am always satisfied with the quality. Michael did an excellent job on my last visit!

While on vacation, I decided to treat myself to this salon. Im very happy with the service. Very clean and the staff was very Friendly. At no point did I felt rushed. The tech took his time doing both my mani and pedi. My husband liked the way my neon nails turned out.

Ive past this salon many times and just decided to go in to see if its good or not. I was honestly surprised with how nice this salon is. Its very clean and the chairs are comfortable. The techs look very friendly and sociable. A nail tech came into the waiting area and walked me to her station. She was really focus on making sure I was comfortable and making sure my nails looked nice. After she was done, I was really happy with how my nails turn out. They looked very beautiful. Definitely will make this my number one go to salon!

Awesome experience

I would most certainly return here, the facility is cleans and the tools are sanitary. They pay attention to what they are doing and they do good work at a decent price. The techs were very nice and the chairs were comfortable.

While I normally go to another location further from me, I needed to make a last minute trip to get my nails done. The place was very nice and very friendly, but Overall I paid $5 more for the same service compared to my regular place and was not as happy with the results. The nail technician told me that because I didnt get a manicure (I got just gel polish change) that he couldnt get closer to the edge of my nails. They also didnt have many gel selections so I was limited. All in all my nails look way better than they did but probably wont be coming back for the value.

This place is everything! Ive never got a pedicure at any nail salon and felt like I was actually getting a massage from the seat. Really nice atmosphere... A little pricey but worth it. This is a nice shop.

Went in yesterday for a pedicure and a full set. Pedicure was okay, she massaged my legs very well but will never return again because of how badly my hands were butchered during the full set. Every one of my fingers now has a cut on it from the tools, a few of them are deep cuts and every time I jerked my hand away from it hurting she would laugh it off and keep going. She didn’t do any cuticle work before glueing the nails to my fingers and the shape of the nails is crooked and uneven. It looks like I got a full set from a child. Thankful that I didn’t have a specific event that I wanted my hands to look nice for because my hands do not look nice. Do not recommend for acrylic nails.

I used to go to this salon for eyebrow waxes and gel manicures when I was a Disney intern 2 years ago and it has significantly changed since I decided to come back a couple of times recently. I got my eyebrows done recently and they were fine. Rushed and lack of customer service but I returned but what I won’t stand for is being disrespected and disregarded as a patron and paying customer. I came to this salon yesterday after work and was there at 7 pm and they refused to see me even though they close at 8 pm told me to come same time tomorrow so I do. I come 7 pm next day and the man at the desk acts like he never saw me before and laughs in my face when he says oh another customer coming in you don’t have an appointment. Nope they will never be getting my service again. They messed up my gel and it only lasts 8 days anyway. Pedicures are a joke and expensive. Don’t waste your time. Customer service sucks.

Great work and very professional

Just arrived for 2 weeks vacation. Hot stone Parra find spa pedicure and French manicure was just what I needed to start things off. Massage chairs are wonderful, lovely atmosphere, friendly service, clean establishment and reasonable prices. My only disappointment is that i noticed my toes had smudged a bit after I got home...need to be sure they are totally dry. A suggestion would be to offer customers who are there for over 2 hours, like me, a glass of water (cucumber, lime, lemon etc). That would be a wonderful addition. Overall very happy customer.

I was here in June. Whoever waxed my eyebrows did it perfectly. The shape was well done and it was one of the least painful eyebrow waxings that Ive done. Well Done to this Spa!

Best place for a Brazilian Wax!

Im new to the Orlando area and needed a good eye brow wax, so I went here since I was told they did a CM discount and wasnt sure where else to go. Never have I ever had a more rude experience in my life. The lady was extremely rude. I couldnt wait to leave. I will NEVER be going back here again.

Run. Don’t walk. Run. I was in Orlando for a work conference and decided to have a pedi and fill-in, with gel polish on my fingernails. When I got in my car to leave, I immediately noticed the gel on my nails lifting up. I have never experienced that in my years of wearing gel polish. It started bubbling up on several nails so I called back, maybe 2 minutes after walking out of the salon to let them know. I told them what was happening and that I could not return until later because I couldn’t be late for the next session. The gentleman on the phone said it wasn’t a problem and that I should come back for them to repair. By the end of the day I was hiding my nails. I looked like a teenager who had been picking at her nails all day!! The polish just continues peeling away from my nails whenever anything touched them and after I used the restroom. I was embarrassed and rushed back as soon as I could. When I showed them my nails they immediately got an attitude. Really??? Clearly this wasn’t my fault. If anyone should have an attitude it should be me. I had to leave the conference early in order to make it back before they closed but I was trying to be understanding. Stuff happens right. Eventually the guy who did my nails this morning looked at them and declared something was wrong with the polish. He asked another person to fix them because he was busy. The other person started, after I’d been waiting for quite a while but when a new person walked in she stopped and said someone would be with me when they could. This went on until I became annoyed. I understand they are interested in earning money and I had obviously already paid them for this terrible job but if you are any kind of reputable busy, shouldn’t you at least make an attempt to make your customers satisfied? When you mess up, shouldn’t you fix it? Why would I have to wait when I’d already been there for hours earlier? When a new person comes in, that person should wait while they fix what they started. That’s my opinion. I’ll never return. If you are one of the satisfied individuals who frequent this salon, good for you. I certainly hope you never have an issue. I propose that one of reasons Macy’s does as good as it does is because they want to ensure their customers are satisfied. If they aren’t, they fix it. I’ve shopped with them for many, many years. I’ve returned something perhaps twice because they sale such high quality items. When I had to return those items they simply apologized that they didn’t work and immediately asked how I wanted my money refunded. No 100 questions. No third degree. I suggest these people take notes. I’d rather pay more for good service on the off-chance I have a problem than to return to an unprofessional establishment like this.

It was horrible. I went in with my roommate on a Monday and we ended up waiting 20 minutes before they saw to either one of us and ended up cutting my friends nails so that when they were putting the solar nails on their was blood on the nail. On Friday we were forced to come back because my roommates were done so bad they were lifting up and bringing her real nails with it. We went in to get her money back and get her nails removed because she couldnt touch anything because it hurt to much. We found out that if anything goes wrong that the owner will not take responsibility at all saying that it is not his fault that his technician did a bad job. That we should come in the next day when the technician that did the nails would be back and come see if he did a bad job when you can tell he did a bad job and go from there. My friend was in so much pain already I knew she couldnt last till tomorrow so I asked them to remove them. When we were done I asked about coming in tomorrow to get our money back and the owner said that since we got them removed that was no longer on the table. When asked to see the technicians license he said to come back tomorrow for it saying that he rents out the table space and not responsible for the employees first saying that he make sure that each technician has a license then saying that if he doesnt we can sue him. Making us believe that no one truly has a license at the place. DO NOT GO HERE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Great experience at this salon. Customer service is above and beyond! I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and then threw in my own twist and Michelle went out of her way to deliver. It was 100% what I asked for.

Nice place very clean. The only bad thing I can say is when I went with my sister in law the lady cut her heel pretty bad when she removed the callouses (she did clean it and bandage it) and they didnt compensate her for it when it was extra to get it done. That was the only bad part of the pedicure experience and she didnt have any problems paying for the service that was done but it left us a little sour that they didnt remove the extra charge for the callous removal

I’m a guy who gets pedicures maybe 3 to 4 times a year just to groom or do it with the Mrs. But this tyme was not so great ...really clean environment and up to date facility however the gentleman whom did the manicure and pedicure was not through felt like even with a basic service it should not feel like something I could do at home ...not to they could not improve but I can personally say this was the worst nail shop experience ever for me and it could just be because of the guy I had but it almost seemed that my wife who had a female had a much better experience... this is not to discredit this shop but improve on customer services with all employees
