It was very clean and relaxing the atmosphere was so nice big TV mellow music. My feet felt so clean and smooth. I will be returning for another pedicure and this time a manicure as well I highly recommend jade spa.

I come in to Jade Spa all of the time. I usually get the same service or services. Although, I came in once and my moon manicure got ruined. (A moon manicure is the round white part that is on the nail or the thumbnail). I still kept going back.. Theyre not all too clean, as alot of people go in and out of this spa. It has always been one of my local favorites though.

Absolutely love Jade Spa! Upon entering, my mother in-law and I were greeted by Tammy with excellent customer service skills. Netty & Vanessa took care of us and were truly a pleasure! I hope they dont mind me sharing their names but these ladies deserve recognition. I cannot express enough how much I enjoy genuine connection and not to mention the ambiance.. amazing! The safety precautions they are taking is very appreciated and does not affect the astounding service provided. This was our first visit but definitely will be back when ever we are in the area and I can only suggest anyone reading this that you visit too! Need to hire employees that knows what they’re doing. Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Recently My nails chipped after 2 days with gel and had to tell the girl what I wanted several times because she wasn’t comprehending.

Each time I go to Jade Spa for services its always a terrible experience. Even when I book appointments beforehand, I still have to wait hours because there is a delay in schedule. There was one instance where I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours and ended up falling asleep. The wait was so bad that I ended up leaving without getting any services done. I can understand that the salon is busy and that there can be delays, but to have your customers waiting for hours EVERY time is concerning. What makes it worse is that the employees are rude and not unapologetic about wasting customers time. I have never had this experience at any other nail salon. If Jade Spa is understaffed, they need to hire more employees so that they can give better customer service. I was very disappointed when my appointment was pushed back yet again today, and I had to go to a different Salon for my services. I will not be returning to this salon. It is a shame that the experience was this terrible.

I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes unserviced. Which wouldn’t have been a problem if I was asked what I would like to drink like they offer the rest of the customers including my little sister whom I came in with; or if they would’ve started my water so my feet could be soaking as i waited for my tech instead of sitting on top of the bowl open in the cold. When i asked for my water to be started the nail tech working on my sister asked another tech and the tech said no because the water will get cold; as if you can not add hot water to warm the water. I then said something about the water comment and the tech said no it’s because the water will dry out my nails…anyone with a basic understanding of the work of an esthetician would know that water softens the skin in the nail to make the service easier; so the lie was another irritation for me. Finally, she turned my water on, but purposely turned it on through the spout that only droplets of water come out of and the water was cold….overall the beginning of my experience was horrible. i left a 2 star instead of a 1 star because my tech did a good job on my toes.

Great place to relax and enjoy a moment to your self away from the world. Great deal packages and everyone is friendly and professional. Love this place recommend to anyone looking for a place to pamper themselves. Amazing!

I was visiting Orlando and had time to spare while the kids shopped. I stopped in and booked a package. What an amazing experience. The place was beautiful and so relaxing! The overall experience was pleasant. I only didnt give a 5 star b/c my color change on my toes didnt go well. The girl who did my toes put oil prior to painting my toes which caused my painted toes to be ruined since the oil prevented them from drying. I eventually had to re-paint my toes myself as a result. All in all, I still would go back but I would advise the next nail tech add the oil after painting my toes.

They were ok with the pedicure quite rough, but when they did the acrylics.. the lady was so rough hurt my fingers so bad bro and the acrylics didnt even turn out good it seemed sloppy and like she was in a hurry 😐

So I just got my nails done on Friday and this is and update on how they look yesterday morning I woke up and all my diamonds were off my nails this manicure was 20$ for this quality the place was nice and had good customer service but my grandmas nail artist kept on arguing with me the place was relaxing and luxurious and I appreciate the great customer experience

My boyfriend and I were at Florida Mall and decided we needed a pedicure after shopping all day. We saw the reviews for this place and figured this was one of the best options in the area. I called to see if they were taking walk-ins since we didn’t have an appointment and the lady was very kind and said they had availability. As soon as we walked in we already felt relaxed! The ambiance was calm and all the little touches made the whole experience that much better. We were immediately greeted and seated within a couple minutes. I was very impressed with their cleanliness and sanitary procedures. All the employees were wearing masks and each massage chair for the pedicures had its own personal curtain as a form of PPE. The ladies who did our pedicures were great and we left feeling very relaxed and satisfied. This was my first time at Jade Spa and definitely not the last. I highly recommend this place!

I have been here a couple of times and I always have a good experience. They also do such a good job with my daughters nails. When my daughter and I need our nails done, this is where Im going!

I really enjoy going to this place & I did rate it 5 stars at first because its an awesome place, however, the experience from this past Saturday kind of traumatized me. My pedicure with Mei was amazing, but the nail tech who did my full set was not. He was an older gentlemen and super hyper. Ive been to him one time before and he was the same (the first time, I thought maybe he just had extra caffeine & I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt) normally getting my nails done is relaxing and I never feel any pain from drilling or filing. When I say this experience was traumatizing, I really mean it. I have cuts & burns on all my fingers (both hands) because he was super aggressive with the drill. He even laughed and made a comment of how sensitive your skin is, I really wanted to tell him no, Its you being really hyper & careless with that drill. My fingers hurt so bad that I was sitting on the edge of my seat and I was so scared to continue the process because it was so painful. I didnt want to say anything to management because I didnt want to make a scene, but I did tell him to be a bit more careful--which he wasnt. Also he made my nails look really big and you can tell the acrylic is a bit over lined onto my skin. I dont mind the outcome as much as I mind the discomfort he caused me, but NEVER again will I go to that nail tech. The pain was really bad and it wasnt just once or twice that he cut me, it was literally throughout the whole process. Next time I go, I will be sure to let the receptionist know I dont want him doing my nails.If you look closely, youll see the cuts near my cuticle area.

My mother and I have given this place several chances. Service is highly inconsistent. The last time we went is our last! The nail tech that was helping my mom was trying to rush, was rough, and unprofessional. She had cuts on her toes, a hole on her fingernails from the Dremil and various cuts on her hand from that woman. To add to the fact, she asked for sns dip on hands and regular polish on her toes (they have matching colors for both) she picked hers and they did her toes and her hands were a completely different color! They didnt tell her they didnt have that color in the dip any more until she asked why it was such a huge difference. She didnt say anything at first because she just thought the dip had to set or something. They went over it with a REGULAR polish over the sns dip...super unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and there was none there conveniently. They promised a call the next day and nothing. DO NOT GO HERE. I am not one to leave reviews especially about bad service but save your money and get your nails done nicely elsewhere. Venus spa at the loop is bomb!

I was a loyal client of Jade Nails for 8 years. They’re customer service throughout the years has declined. I am very disappointed with there customer service & furthermore their scheduling. After waiting for hours to be seen for my appointment they inform me that my scheduled appointment cannot be rendered due to high volume. I will not recommend for anyone to go there, and discontinue all services with Jade Spa, as they fail to realize people are paying for these services and I will gladly take my services to elsewhere.

They rush the nails.. I get my eyebroes waxed here. And they come out good. But nails not the best.

The google maps info and sign posted on the door states that Monday: 10 AM-7 PM. It is almost 11:30AM. A handful of women have came, waited and left. This is highly unprofessional. If your opening times have changed, you need to update your info. I would like to be personally contacted for this because I’ve waited outside almost 30 minutes already. This is ridiculous!

Got an SNS done today by Linda and she did an amazing job. I’m so happy with how it came out! I was skeptical with letting her do my nails since I really liked Tracy #2 the last time I came. But she did an even better job. (They’re both really good to be honest) I asked for nice and thin and natural looking and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I wish I could upload a picture :)

Got pedicure and acrylic nails done and service was great. People are nice and professional. The place is beautiful too. The only thing is they tend to rush on the pedicure.. I work a lot and I need to feel relaxed when I get it done. But overall I love it and will come back.

Gel nails chipped in less than 24 hours, toe nail polish looked dull, as if nail polish remover was used to stretch it, once I could see in the sun, not happy at all will not return.

I went in stressed and didnt really want to get my nails done. By the time I got my nails finished, I was hitting the spa getting a pedicure that I never had done before. Never had a pedicure and tracy was awesome. I was like yeah, this is happening at least once a month!!!

I have been going to this location since I was in highschool before they moved into the old banks location. The last visit was terrible. I had no idea they were close to closing but I walked in and they took care of me. The person taking care of me was super rushed and kept smacking his lips because it was late and we will never get you out of here. Tore off my old nails from my hand and IT HURT. No apology or anything after i screamed out OUCH. Apparently he was in a rush to go home but his wife was sitting next to me on her phone in no rush at all. They then traded me off to another employee to finish the job who didnt do a great job on my hands. The nails on both hands did not match in shape or color. I am very disappointed and the price was over 140 for my hands and feet. Waste of money and time. I will never return to this location nor will my friends.

Love my nails every time I get them done! Always get compliments I highly recommend this nail salon. The tech I go too is Tiffany and she is amazing! She is quick, neat, creative,and does a great job every time. I don’t go anywhere else, they are a bit pricey but for peace of mind knowing my nails will be on point, I gladly pay it. I also love the complimentary wine or drinks! Only negative thing I noticed is that they are not very kid friendly so if you bring you child make sure not have them running around the pedicure area, or touching the polishes, but understandably so it a liability.

The first time I went was great I loved it and she did a super good job I didn’t even have to show her a picture before hand her name was Julie.Then I went a second time thinking it was going to be good, then some other lady attended me and I showed her a picture of how I wanted them and said just a clean up and she took half my eyebrows off because she thought they were too thick since hers were thin . I liked my thick and she realized she didn’t do a good job and charged me 10 I cried for so long and my mom spent so much money on just eyebrow makeup:(

Horrible service, visited for my bday, got a 75 dollar pedicure and was in pain most of time, did not enjoy my treatment. And I believe it was 75 because of tip, I was there on june 23rd for my bday, I only tip because its right, I always go to you guys but that was my last time, no need to lie smh .

Ive been coming here on and off for years. My last 2 times here were very disappointing. They have fell off no Consistency!! Only a few of the nail tech give a neck massage when theredone. Before its seem mandatory when got your nails or feet done.They also offered a drink not anymore.

Love this place! So I work overnight and one day I didn’t get much rest and I cane around 7pm to just relax a bit before work. As I was getting my feet done another lady came up to me and she said I looked tired and she just started massaging me as my toes were being done. Since that day I faithfully come back. And they are always the same.

I almost dont want to say how amazing my experience at Jade Spa always is. I leave pampered and relaxed. My stress melts away after about ten minutes. Love all the staff and you are treated highly.
