She knows me so well and always does an exceptional job she picked the right name for her salon when she said nail perfections because thats all they do here perfections. ❤️❤️

First of all, i absolutely LOVE the vibe of this salon. the techs all mingle with each other and it encourages the clients to talk to each other as well. all of the techs are great at what they do. denae slayed this set for me. oh and they don’t stare at you 🙄!

Loved it. It’s my favorite place so far. Anna was so sweet she was always checking to make sure I was comfortable. It’s just a shame they don’t do sns there. The Inside is so cute. Clean. I’ve never been to a nail salon where someone was cleaning up while customers were in. Lots of cute choices. I got the ombré mood changing nail polish.

Sometimes ppl r on a budget Like me I have other priorities... so all I wanted was a basic full set $17 is what I was looking the spend ....so point is every nail artist is going to ask you what shape u want I have only seen a shape be charged if its ballerina or coffin or stiletto but initially you have to have a shape right square,square round, round have NEVER been shapes that you charge for ...you have the audacity to charge someone 5 dollars for a square shape is ridiculous... you prejudge me you thought you werent gonna make any money because I just wanted a $17 set and you f**** yourself out of a tip by doing that I was fully prepared to pay anywhere from a 5 to $8 tip depending on the service. She cut my nail I bled I let that go that was an accident completely but to charge me for a regular shape was wrong. And then Im leaving the shop with krapp all on my hands I got no cuticle oil nothing like no regular steps of service because you prejudge me I guess because you thought I was being cheap when I wasnt you were going to gain a regular customer I just happen to not have a lot of money this week but I also going to come in and get more than one service done and was willing to spend 50 60 to a $100 at this place but not with her . not okay

Great price. I went with two other people and we got 2 pedicures and a simple manicure with a wonderful flower design on 2 fingers. We have tried many other salons and this was the best yet. Kind and friendly staff made for a relaxing and fun conversation. I had my French pedicure done by the owner, as a self proclaimed perfectionist when it comes to the white tip she was very considerate with each toe making sure I was comfortable and said please let me know if you don’t like one and we can adjust! I loved it! Very happy as were my friends.

I had an appointment with Sitha and she was great! She was extremely hilarious and took her time while doing my nails. Their consultant also helped me pick out the colors that I was looking for. I even decided to get my eyebrows threaded and they did an awesome job. This will definitely be my go to nail salon from now on.

I want to start off with stating, out of all the places I have been to get my manicure and pedicure done here in Orlando. This shop is the only shop I would give my money to now. All the techs are extremely knowledgeable in their craft and have perfected their skill. After going here several times and being happy with the service. Anna in particular, was astounding in doing my manicure and pedicure and is my go to tech. If anyone wants a nice and relaxing experience with fun conversations with staff and customers THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

I am so disappointed in my nails not only did I have to return the next day to get them reshaped in a more satisfactory manner, I also paid to get them repainted and the job was done even worse than the day before. The front of my nail tips were never painted and the gel polish is fading and chipping only three days later. Although money isn’t the issue, in which I paid and tipped on both occasions totaling $64 for acrylic tips, it’s the service that I received for my money that’s most disheartening. I was going to give this place another chance to do a better job, but I thinks it’s best I take my business elsewhere in hopes I get treated fairly and my nails are beautifully done! My suggestion is to make sure you fully inspect your nails if you go to this place and if your not satisfied let it be known immediately!Thanks for nothing Nail Perfection and a bit of advice make your customer’s satisfaction your number one goal and priority not just making money!

I got my nails done here for the first time and I have to say, it was the BEST service I have ever received!! My nail tech Anna treated my nails with such care and precision, leaving me with a finished product that was better than anything I could have asked for. I also got my eyebrows threaded by Sammy and let’s just say, her services are worth the long drive. I highly recommend this salon and their employees for high quality service that is hard to replicate anywhere else.

Nail Perfection is the only nail salon I will go to. My nail technician, Sitha is the best! She is accommodating to my crazy work schedule. She always takes her time with my nails and can accomplish any crazy nail design I come up with. My nails are constantly complimented every where I go.

I might be the only guy on here but my feet never felt so good..my wife brings me here to get a pedicure..been here about 4 times and leave with HAPPY FEET..Sitha is awesome and her staff is nice and respectful..highly recommend this place for male pedicure.

I arrived here with the intent to get eyebrows threaded since my favorite place moved to Apopka. At first notice, the shop is clean and chic, along with being very fresh. I was greeted almost immediately. After about ten minutes or so I was seated to get my brows threaded, then I ended up getting them tinted too. Which actually hadnt lasted long at all it wore off very quickly. The beginning of my inner brow is lower than the other. Although, not very noticeable unless one squints for some time. All in all though, my brows did look great. I wish they were evened out more though they are naturally uneven and left somewhat thicker.

Nail perfection made me feel at home. This nail salon exceeded all of my expectations and more. First time Ive been to a nail salon where the employees don’t converse over the customers (so rude). Sitha did an amazing job on my nails, and we talked the whole time. I love the good vibes all around the shop. I will definitely return, and I’ve already recommended many of my friends. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a nail salon.

At first it was a bit uncomfortable because all the staff was staring as if they have never seen a man come in to get a pedicure before. April, the tech that did my pedicure was great and made me feel more comfortable.

When it comes to eyebrow threading, SAMMY IS AMAZING! Sitha, Tee & Dee are great when it comes to nails. Honestly, I dont recommend the other techs, it depends on their mood. (Fingers crossed you catch them on a good day.)

When you walk in the salon is so relaxing and calm, and both Setha and Tee were very polite and inviting they made us feel like we mattered!! They gave us the best service we will continue to go back I have and will recommended them to my friends....

The salon is nice. Workers just stare at you. Most of them dont really know how to do acrylic or to shape nails. I felt really uncomfortable with all the staring like they wanted to fight. Nails were OK for the price, but the staring and dirty looks gotta go.

Sammy’s beauty salon inside the Nail Perfections shop is the best place to go in Orlando. She does an amazing job with eyebrows, Tinting, lashes, facials & much more other services . She also does Threading & waxing . I love her . She is the Best .Very sweet personality & truly professional at her work . I m definitely going back to her . Just my kind of place! I fell in love as soon as I walked in. All the nail techs were friendly, and created an environment that was welcoming. What I loved about Anna was that she listened to my every request and performed with no hesitation. The service was relaxing and the results were exactly what I wanted. I would reccomend this place to anyone!Ps...its a lil hard to find, but definitely a diamond in the rough.

This was my very first time at this nail salon. The owners were personable and knowledgeable on nail care. Not to mention my nails and feet look and feel amazing!

Horrible costumer service!!!i arrived at 6:20pm knowing that the salon is open until 7pm. The sign said walk-ins welcomed. I was greeted by one of the nail technicians and she asked me what service I wanted. I told her a simple pedicure. She said, Oh, we dont have anyone to do pedicures now, that person left 5 minutes ago because there was no one waiting. I told her that the sign said the were opened until 7pm. She then said that they didnt take anyone after 6. Okay so now I feel that I was lied to because of the person who did pedis left at 6:15pm because no one was waiting then clearly youve done pedis after 6pm before. I am disappointed that they were not accommodating especially since they did not advertise there hours for pedicures, if so then they should re-write the sign to say walk-ins welcomed BEFORE 6pm. These people will never get my money and the place wreaks as if they dont have good circulation with all the chemicals they use in there. Oh, I guess at least I know where not to get my nails done!

Honestly worst pedicure Ive ever had hands down. I literally never write reviews but idk how this place has anywhere near 5 stars. Place is pretty clean I guess and the staff is friendly. Pedicure set up is spa like which is a nice touch but low key I kinda wanted a massage chair especially since it took me close to an hour if not more to start my service. They even had a frequent customer waiting for a pedicure for over 30 minutes. Ill give it to them that my toenails are not the easiest to work with but Ive never had an issue like this ever with any other salon. The whole process was awkward the tech didnt even wear gloves which I thought was strange. They knew I was upset and they did try to make me feel better and they even discounted me $5. But its the weekend before my birthday and this was the worst pedicure I ever had. I do appreciate the effort they put in to try to make me feel better but I wont be returning. Im sticking to IG for beauty service search from now on.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. It had good reviews and it was close to my house. Ive gone more than once just to be sure. The first time was a decent experience though it felt rushed at the end. The second time though I left pretty annoyed and the more I look at my nails the more upset I become. I work in health care and so my nails have to look natural. I asked for a light pink color and instead my nails looks dull and clear. My natural nails look nicer than this. People keep asking me am I sure I got my nails done. Also I got a mani pedi and once the pedicure was done the manicure felt rushed. My nails werent even shaped and my technician started in with someone else before she was even done with me. It was clear I didnt like my nails but no attempt was made to remedy this.I feel like I just threw hard earned money in the trash and thats the worst feeling. Now I have to search for another salon and I was really hoping this was the one.Also, this place advertises doing designs but I felt push back both times I asked for it so if you really want designs this might not be the best place for you.The one positive is the technician really put effort in the pedicure itself, but it all fell apart when it came to doing the polish.

Let me tell you something. I have NEVER in my entire time of receiving pedicures EVER have ANYONE work SO HARD WITH SO MUCH CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL than today with Ms. Lisa @NailPerfectionssalon !!! When I tell yall this hoove sandblasting was EVAREETHING!!!!!

I should start of by saying how AMAZING the customer service is! Great conversations and Sitha takes her time to give great massage and makes sure youre satisfied with what youre getting! Her skills are top knotch. Ive never had such perfect nails from a salon. I have to go back every month. She took care of the blisters and ingrown toenail on my feet. I can see the difference in my nails after a few months. I refuse to go else where. 😁

Ive been coming here for 2 years now. I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The ladies are awesome and do great work. Ive only been to Sitha, Tee and Dee and Ive never been disappointed. Make an appointment ladies and if you absolutely have to walk in be sensitive to the time. The quality they provide needs just that. Now the real reason for this review is to say Sitha did my nails Feb 14th 2019 and it is now March 6th and they STILL look BRAND NEW! Dont waste your time going anywhere else ladies you found your new nail techs :)

This place is sooooo nasty. Nails are all jacked up didn’t have time to fix them. Went to have a pedicure and changed my mind when I seen that they used the same scrubbing pads for a few customers. Their Sterilization machine has regular bulbs in them! The spa tubs were falling apart and filthy. I am not sure why this nail salon is rated so high.
