I recently visited Save Dental to get an estimate on what my tooth work would end up costing. The entire staff was exceptionally great! I have a lot of fear about my teeth ( who doesn’t?!?) and the Dr took the time to put me at ease and then offered me 3 different plans to help get my teeth fixed. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he never made me feel rushed, to the opposite he took more time than any other dentist ever has. Also the office staff are wonderful. Lastly the savings at this place are fantastic. Every quote they gave me was considerably lower than any other dentist I have visited. So much so that I almost thought it was too good to be true as Dentist can completely clean you out. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there for any tooth work!

Hygienist and the dentist were really nice and explained everything to me. They were gentle on my mouth and helped prepare me for future work to be done. 10/10 recommend. Prices are great too.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dental office. They front office was very helpful and attentive to get me in when I was having a very bad tooth pain which was not letting me eat. They got me the same day! Very upfront and informative about price and how the appointment would go. The dentist was very caring and informative as well. This place was great! It was my first time going there and I had no wait for my appointment and got right in on time, everyone there is so friendly and real and make you feel comfortable.The dental hygienist and the dentist were very informative of what is going on with my teeth and I felt I got some great education.They are also an honest place to go for your dental needs.

Fantastic service! Weve tried several dentists in Utah county and this one by far is my favorite. All the staff seem friendly and down to earth and treat you like a real person. I loved that there was no upselling whatsoever, and the price was laid out clearly for me and I walked out feeling great about the cost and the service. I really appreciate honest businesses and I feel like Ive found an honest dentist and team! Yay! Customer for life!

No issues. Staff are good and knowledgeable at what they are doing. Ive dealt with many dentists in my life and these guys are straight forward and honest about what needs to be done. There are some shady dentists out there but these guys are great. I would recommend at least based on my few visits here so far. Its good and family friendly too.

I had to get a cosmetic bonding done on my front teeth and it turned out great. The doctor was very patient with my requests and concerned with the appearance, as well as the quality of his work. My insurance was accepted and it was more than fairly priced. I would recommend this office!

Called office 3 times because I had a really bad toothache, had to leave a message, never got a call back. guess they dont need business, its rude of a business actually not to return messages its been two weeks and no call back.

Despite me flinching back and telling him to stop, the dentist proceeded and hit a nerve on the left side of my mouth, giving me nerve damage and now it is unknown how long it will take for the nerves in my tongue to regenerate. For now my tongue is numb. I would not recommend this place.

Let me start off by saying I’ve always had horrible experiences with dentists!!! Not to mention how expensive they are too!!! So I went in expecting the worst! But it was the complete opposite!!! I’ve never had a dentist who’s been able to numb me correctly instead they would just inject me 4-6 times and it would still be a nightmare I would always walk out shaking from the pain! But this doctor was insanely good and knew exactly what he was doing he left me shaking but not from pain but from the shock that I didn’t feel any pain!!! I can’t say thank you enough!! All I can say is that as long as he works there I will be going there from now on. Also the entire working staff. Was amazing as well, the ladies in the front office and the dental assistants too!!! And the prices were incredible!!! Thank you thank you thank you so much!!!!!

Very pleased with the service and the staff. The part when the doctor talks to you about your kids teeth and only tell you that he is not worry about the babyteeths and only concern about helping the new teeth to come out because the babyteeth broke half and it will not come out by its own 🤯 yup, mind blowing.. While in another place I was told to they would have to put my kid to sleep because he has a lot of cavities 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is the place I was looking for, Honesty, not to ripped me off!The only reason for 4 star, they dont have payment plans and its understandable when Dishonest people dont pay them back, so new measurements.

Since my first visit, theyve been very kind and helpful! I went to another dental office because I was told by a friend he got a good deal, so I went. But even though they were ok, theyre price for the same tx. was going to be almost $1000!!! And here at save dental my plan cost me $500!! This was the right the right choice to make! They are amazing!! I think they really care and make it easy.

I had a very bad experience in this place. I set the appointment for a cavity treatment, and they were rescheduling over and over again. I was asking for permission in my work days before to attend to the dentist, but they called me just a couple of hours before, saying they must cancel the treatment for no reasons given to me. And they did it for over three times in a row. There is no professionalism or seriousness.

Quick and simple process. The staff was kind and welcoming! The dentist was a laid back cool dude, Ali was gentle and very charming! Karla at reception was nice and had a pretty smile with her attitude!!

This is an amazing office. Really, the workers are so kind and show a genuine interest in how youre doing, and how youre feeling. I mainly go for cleanings but Ive had some work done such as Wisdom Teeth removal, and some fillings. They did AMAZING work, I was in and out and everything went smoothly. I would highly, highly, recommend this dentist office for kids and familys. My little sisters love coming in because they are recognized by name, and praised for taking care of their teeth. Its a wonderful environment, definitely come here!

Great staff and they were able to get me in quickly. Some dentist make you wait around in them lobby forever and ever. These guys dont. They got me in right away for my scheduled appointment.

Choose this place because of their proximity to our home for my wife. They upsold her on a useless neurotoxin treatment also known as flouride varnish. She refused initially then they insisted. Never once did they explain the side effects to her. She is an adult and this treatment is simply poison. What a horrible way to start a new patient relationship, upsell them on neurotoxin treatments. They prey on people who are not aware of this treatment which is sad to see. I urge them to think twice before trying to upsell everyone on un needed neurotoxin. They also do not accept cash, even though its legal tender for all debts public and private.

We went in wondering how we were going to keep our kids (2 weeks to 2 years of age) occupied without things being chaotic. From the front desk to dental staff we were impressed. All empathetic, all interested in our lives(not just business) and outstanding with helping my kids have a meaningful visit and leaving a good first impression for them. All of the work done was explained first. I feel so informed about my mouth and the different offers that can help improve my teeth. Nothing negative to say.

Ive been to dentists in the past that I dont like for a number of reasons. But I really like this place. All of the staff (receptionists, hygienists and dentist) are very nice.Best of all, when we couldnt afford to pay a big bill all at once they offered to let us pay in monthly installments. Thats a big help for us.

The doctor and hygienists are all friendly and very personable. They explain what they are doing during the process so it makes me as a patient more comfortable. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and they provide tons of good feedback about home care. This makes me more confident and more effective with taking care of my mouth. Overall they are smart, friendly, helpful, and very affordable. Which is a life saver as a college student.

Everything went quickly and with ease. Dr. Hilton is extremely thorough and gentle in his treatments -- I appreciate how kind and attentive he is. I really felt welcome and treated with respect here so will definitely be going back.

I came here to get a crown for my implant after a recommendation from a coworker. Dr. Hilton showed me my crown under the overhead light and then cemented it in, after he sat me up and moved the light his first words were “well, it’s a little dark” (not exactly what you want to hear from a COSMETIC dentist) and then tried to explain why it was dark (porcelain reflecting light differently etc). Now to be fair, I paid for a custom crown shade which was the labs responsibility, not the dentistry. I thought maybe if I waited a day I would get used to the crown, but it was SO dark. I called the next day and they told me to come in immediately. They sat me down, Dr. Hilton looked and said “yeah, it’s pretty dark. But that’s why we show you before we cemented it in”. I proceeded to explain that if i had that overhead light on me at all times we would be great, but unfortunately I don’t. He called the lab and they said they would have a new crown to him 3 days after i went back in. I waited over a week and still no word. When I finally called and asked what was up they claimed “we seriously just got the tooth in. That stinking lab” (this whole ordeal was a blame game between the lab and the dentistry). To be fair, the staff is unbelievably kind, and Kenya is so fun to be around and she truly does care about the patients. And I do feel like they were trying to do their best to make things right for me which was SO greatly appreciated. Every time I came in I felt like I was taken care of by the dental assistants and they were all so kind.

I would like to tell Dr. Hilton and Kim and Hailey, THANK YOU so much for being so good to us the day of my daughters surgery. You were so patient and kind in explaining the procedure and easing our fears. You’re a great dental surgeon. We appreciate being able to go to an affordable dental office and receive such high standard of care. A big shout out to Tony, the anesthesiologist. THANK YOU for being so sweet to my daughter too and providing professional care so she was comfortable and will never remember a thing. SAVE DENTAL is the best in Utah. I would highly recommend any of their offices.

Excellent place. The best tooth cleanings I have ever got. I hadnt been to the dentist for years and I knew I had some serious issues to sort out. They addressed the problems honestly and were great! They have top notch equipment yet very good pricing which is important for me being self-employed without dental insurance.

She is so gentle, kind, and gives great advice on how to maintain my dental health. Initially, I had planned to temporarily use Dr. Hilton until I was able to switch insurances so I could see another dentist my husband’s coworkers highly recommended, but we’ve been so pleased with Dr. Hilton that we decided to keep seeing him on a long-term basis. I definitely recommend trying Dr. Hilton at Save Dental in Orem.

Also by the fact Save Dental accepted my insurance 🤗Glad I followed those ‘glowing’ reports. This is a positive, knowledgeable, efficient and competent dental team. All of them from the office staff to technician and Dr Hilton are excellent. So glad I made the appointment.

I am not one to usually do reviews but I feel this is warranted. I had been suffering from some serious dental problems. This was aggravated by my extreme fear of dentists. I finally decided to make an appointment and start the process of getting fixed. k actually my wife made me do it. First impression didnt help my fear still felt uncomfortable. Then it changed. After discussing financial limitations and insurance issues they set me at ease. K partially at ease. But after following appointment I felt a whole new way. Dr Hilton took the time to address my concerns and fears. He completed the work in 2 appointments and my follow ups have been just as great. I can finally smile again which is something I am still having to relearn as I havent been able to really smile in years. My self medication with chewing tobacco has ended and I am on a new healthy path. I had researched my procedure online and heard many horror stories so the fact that I immediately came out happy I can only contribute to Dr Hilton and his staff. I can in no way fully explain the positive effect they have had on me. While I am still healing I am moving forward at a pace I didnt expect. Half Dental you have my complete gratitude and you will be our family dentist from here on out. Thank you.

They are all really great here. The dentist is very honest and nice they don”t try to lie and say you need extra stuff done. The receptionist she is a sweetheart and treats you so welcoming and the dentist assistants were very great with my 3 year old that I got stuck taking with me. Half Dental in Orem was amazing! They got us right in, were so kind and patient with my kids, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The dentist was kind and knowledgeable. To top it all off, my kids got balloon animals before leaving! They were thrilled and kept showing everyone their sword and flower. Dr. Hilton really is a perfectionist and makes sure you are happy with the work that he completed. I had a crown made twice because WE BOTH didnt like the shade of the tooth and I wasnt charged extra. Hes quick and efficient but also a perfectionist at the same time. He gets you back in his chair and just takes care of you. GO SEE HIM!

I showed up this morning before 7 AM for my appointment which was set up six months ago. When I arrived the office was closed and there was no indication of whether they would be open at seven or not. I called the office number and the voicemail message explained that they are no longer open on Fridays. I’ve been getting text reminders for my appointment over the past two weeks with no notification that they wouldn’t be open on the day of my appointment. I am a physician currently completing in my medical residency training and made arrangements to see the dentist before I needed to be at my clinic. Very disappointed in the service here. It’s clear to me that they don’t need my business if they don’t bother to reschedule my appointment when their operating hours change.

Dr. Hilton is by far the friendliest doctor I have ever met. And charges less than other dentists. He is nice to children. That is a plus. And they fit me in whenever they could. He is very fair. I highly recommend him. We drive all the way from Salt Lake to see him. Well worth the trip!
