I have been coming here for several months now, and I love Polish Perfect! I used to go to a different place every time to get my nails done because I could never find the right one! After coming here I haven’t gone anywhere else. They do such a great job; the shape and thickness is always perfect and symmetrical, which is my biggest pet peeve. I have shown them a few more difficult nail art designs and they have been able to do each one. I’m pretty sure you could show them any picture and they would be able to replicate it in some way!

Very sad whats happened here. :( This was by FAR the best place in the area, but the new owners have shortened what used to be 1-hour appointments to 45 minute appointments that actually only last 20-30 minutes and theyre still charging what the old owner did for full hour-long services. Everything is rushed, and the place no longer looks or feels like a spa. Its cluttered and dusty. :( The technicians who were so talented and took their time are also gone. So sad. I dont recommend it anymore.

We had an appointment for my daughters wedding they were ready for us when we arrived. I actually had 2 stylists working on me to get us done in time. I cant thank them enough!! They have a new customer for life!!

This business used to be a great place unfortunately since the new owner took over it has gone downhill drastically. Its amazing how he spent the amount of money purchasing this business that was very successful and he just couldnt stay out of the way and continue what was working. Lots of the clients that used to go here have found other places to go. Such a shame.

I have been going to polish perfect once a week for 3 years. I have never had a bad experience until they got a new owner. The first time I encountered a problem with him he said I didn’t have an appointment. I told him they texted me the day before to confirm the appointment I had made the week before (always made an appointment before I left). He had to move some people around so I could get the person I had the appointment with but he was mad and HE had made the mistake. So I could of lived with that and kept going. Until today. Today as I was leaving I went to make my appointment for next week and I asked if my girl had anything next Friday. She looked and said yes and the phone rang. She took the call which took awhile but then she took another call right after that Instead of having them hang on so she could write my name down. Then the owner finished with his client and brought her up to the counter and she wanted to make an appointment. He told me one minute. Then the girl on the phone told him I needed an appointment for Friday and turned to that page and he just turned the pages to make his client an appointment. I turned and walked out. He followed me out to my car and just gave me an angry stare. I finally had to say to him “what” in which he told me he told me one minute and I walked out and he doesn’t like that - I actually believed he was coming out to apologize if you can believe it. He wanted an apology from ME! I explained to him about customer service and how long I had been waiting and how they were putting anyone and everyone before me. He yelled at me “if you don’t like me you don’t come back!” WOW!!! Don’t worry not only will I not be back but everyone I know I will share this with. I’m sad because I like the people that work with but I would never do business with such an egomaniac!! BAD owner customer service. BEWARE!!!

Love going here for pedicures, even if it is just twice a year! Everyone here are so friendly and caring. I love how they make sure that their instruments are sanitized and packaged and that they use new nail files, also new bowls covers, makes me feel safer, and they were doing this all way BEFORE Covid. They make sure you are comfortable and that you are treated great for that moment of time. Amazing salon and people!!

My nails were done perfectly and the massage during the pedicure was great. Very clean throughout and very friendly staff. I asked for an abstract design on my fingernails. The nail tech mentioned that shed never done anything like that before but shed give it a go. They ended up exactly like what I was asking for! Will be visiting again in the future. I used to love coming to this place. My husband had a negative interaction regarding masks and left a review on facebook. I was attacked multiple times before leaving regarding what feedback my husband had left previously. It was soo uncomfortable and aggressive. I went there to relax and left feeling so upset and uncomfortable. There is new ownership and I know many people who are not happy with how they are running this place. Its unfortunate because it was such a nice options for nails before. Makes me sad!

I come here often and was super happy to come back after they reopened! They have social distancing guidelines: masks required and they also installed plexiglass between stations which makes me feel even more comfortable being there. They were also very clean and thorough when sanitizing. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Linh did my nails and she did an awesome job! I haven’t gotten my nails done since moving here over a year ago but happy I went in and found someone who knows exactly how to do nails right! They have an amazing selection of colors and everyone was so friendly! Bonus for having an adorable puppy! I can’t wait to come back!

My fiancée goes here, had a perfect job by a woman the first time she came. A man did her toenails the last time with gel nail polish (her preference) and didnt do as good a job. Granted, he was busy trying to do other things on top of my fiancées nails (answer the phones), but perhaps he shouldnt be doing nails if he has SO many OTHER things to handle.

Would give more stars as service was good however overpriced. Their site is showing the one dollar sign meaning inexpensive however, charging $10 more for a regular acrylic fill, is not inexpensive and a bit much in my opinion. There are more than a few other nail salons in my area that provide excellent fills in the $20-$22 range; they just havent re-opened yet. Keep that in mind if you choose to try this salon.

Very very happy with my first visit to this salon!! I got a gel manicure and was very excited to see all the different colors and polishes they have available. I went with a really fun purple holographic glitter! The staff was very friendly and the salon is very clean and relaxing. I will definitely be returning!!

Daisy is awesome for pedicures and Tanya for waxing. So much attention to detail unlike so many other places I have been.

I always support local business first and these guys didn’t let me down.They helped me through last year with a barn spray paint job and had it shinning real nice!Had them wax and detail recently for the 80s/90s oblivion car show in Toronto.First time they ever allowed cars on the island at Ontario place!No shortage of admirers for the red dirty bird!Parked nice and close to the Ferraris and the mighty Lambo countach,Which ended up being a fiero kit car, as I found that out on the Qew homebound, when I almost blew the doors of it like I was “south of 7”Great work, highly recommend pat and the guys in Lakefield,M

Nancy is a wonderful manicurist. She is a perfectionist! She does beautiful french tips and Ombre fades.

I’ve had my nails done there twice, first time was perfect and lasted several weeks. 2nd time I had a repair done with the mani, next day the repair broke and their fix was to put a glob of glue on it and send me on my way. No surprise the nail broke the next day. On my first visit I purchased a $100 gift certificate for my daughter for Mother’s Day. On the day of her appt they said she probably should have a whole new set and my daughter agreed but they proceeded to do a full. This has been 5 days and she now has 4 cracked nails, called to schedule a fix and they are going to CHARGE HER TO DO A FULL SET!! So basically her GC is wasted. Now I know not having my business isn’t going to break them but you’re worried about doing one full set as courtesy fix and have lost 3 customers in the process.

Nails look great, however, the technician wasnt very friendly.

She is very attention to detail oriented and the products dont make my nails burn when she is done. I love this place!
