Well, you know the dentist is good when your new dentist raves on and on about how good his work is.I have moved away from Utah to another state. I went in to my my dentist and he vocally analyzed the work of all past dentists on my teeth. Saying how that one did a poor job on something, and this one did an alright job... but then he came to the implant that I got at the Dental Center, and he just couldnt help himself. He was so impressed. He looked at it for five or more minutes and just went on and on about how every detail of the implant was perfect.He then mentioned it to me again on the next appointment saying something like Oh yes, you are the one with the perfect implant!When a dentist impresses the heck out of another dentist who is clearly a it of a cynic by nature, you know the work must have been good!

Their front desk/billing staff is HORRIBLE! The most inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional women. What started out as an insurance issue on my end has since evolved into an issue on their end where they have not been doing their part to get it resolved, and yet still harass me via phone call. They even gave my emergency contact a call..this is not an emergency. After multiple phone calls to both them and my insurance and being told it was taken care of on their end, I have received non stop letters and phone calls. It has since turned into their employees hanging up mid conversation and not answering any follow-up calls from my cell number. I have never experienced such immaturity and unprofessionalism from a company. I do NOT recommend this dental office.

Dr. Broadbent and Lucia helped me with a filling and the experience couldn’t be better. They always do a great job. My wife and I have been going there for 3 years now. I would highly recommend them.

It is so hard to find a dentist that is not only caring, but honest! I will never see anyone again since I found these dentist! We always have received great care here. The dentist are so nice, and do great work! I really Feel like they go above and beyond. I would Highly recommend them!!

I have personally known Dr. Broadbent for several years and I love having him as my family’s dentist. I know him to be a man of integrity and his skill, knowledge and talent as a dentist is unmatched. I have been to several dentists in several states and now that I have been here I will never leave.I have been coming here for several years and in fact, my family travels from out of state to come here.This morning I took my family of seven to have our teeth cleaned and a cavity filled. The staff was amazing, very accommodating, and were very kind to my family. The office is super nice, with modern efficient equipment that gets the job done correctly. I have total confidence in the professionals at the Dental Center And I will never go anywhere else.

Came in for an emergency route canal/abscessed tooth and stayed for the million other procedures I needed to get done. Admin staff is friendly and kind and Dr Ball is a solid dude. Professional to the nth degree. Highly recommend these guys.

I have been coming to the Dental Center now for approx. 3+ years. I have always received a warm welcome when I come through the door till the time I leave. Ive been going to this office for last 4 years with my siblings, and the staff are by far some of the nicest people Ive ever had the opportunity to meet. Had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, along with multiple cleaning visits, and every time its a quick an (almost painless) appointment. Would definitely recommend their services

The dental center has a great atmosphere. The receptionists are always very friendly and welcoming. The assistants and the Dentists are really fun to chat with. Even tho you cant hold a conversation because their hands are in your mouth they are always cracking jokes and keeping you in a positive mood. The Dentists are definitely the best Ive been to.

2013: My husband and I and a friend of ours have all seen Dr Ball. I am very picky about dentists. I even keep a list of Good Dentists and Bad dentists in my phone. The atmosphere in the office is fun-loving. Dr Ball is especially cool because he keeps up on the latest technology and techniques. They are open about their prices which are comparatively good. We didnt have insurance so they gave us a slight discount for paying cash up front. The work on our teeth turned out impeccable!Update 2017: We signed up for their dental plan a few years ago. Its a really reasoable yearly fee. Great for families (even covers kids not living in the house!) It includes free checkups and cleaning as well as 25% off all products and services. If coverage lapses, they let you just sign up again when we need more work again. They are awesome!

Seriously so awesome! Everyone is super friendly and its an inviting environment. My hygienist explained everything as we went and gave me tips to use during my at home dental routine. They do a very thorough job and are very professional. I would definitely recommend The Dental Center to anyone!

My name is Alex Heckel. Ive been going to The Dental Center for over 3 years now and every visit is pleasant and enjoyable. The receptionists greet me warmly like an old friend and remember even the smallest things we talked about the 6 months previous. The hygienists are wonderfully courteous and gentle as they work on your mouth; making absolutely sure youre comfortable while letting you know exactly whats happening as they clean each tooth. Growing up in a military family I have lived all over the country I have seen my fair share of all kinds of dentist offices. None have even come close to being as friendly, empathetic, or accommodating as The Dental Center. The Dental Center feels like one big family and when you go in for your appointment they make you feel like your a part of that family too.

They have the best dentists and staff. Virginia is always so happy, very helpful and professional. They make me feel like Im part of the family. I recommend this office to all my friends and family! :)

Although I would never consider going to the dentist something I am excited to do, I will say that Dr. Ball, and the rest of the staff, made the experience pleasant. I was treated extremely well. Awhile ago I was put on a medication that has wreaked havoc on my teeth. I’ve been in to see Dr.Broadent for over twelve teeth ( and counting) and each time he has educated me very clearly on what was going to happen, did quick and excellent work on my teeth, called the day after to check up and always maintains a calm, professional demeanor. To me going to the dentist now is a loaded experience and could be really miserable but now when yet another tooth problem pops up I feel comforted knowing I have a dentist that I truly like, trust and feel at ease going to. My 5 star recommendation is backed by about 12 happy teeth. Quick shout out to Lucille-best assistant ever!

We have been going to the Dental Center since we moved here in 2004. We have been extremely pleased with the attention and concern Dr. Peacock and his staff have had for me and especially for our college aged students. I recently had an appointment with the hygienist and I had a terrible head cold and had to cancel. I couldnt get an appointment for some time but the receptionist put me on a wait list and called me two weeks later when there was a cancellation. I have always been very pleased with the care I have received from the Dental Center..

Dr. Ball, Dr. Peacock and all the staff at The Dental Center are some of the best, they make you feel comfortable and secure. As we have aged so have our teeth and unfortunately we have needed some extensive treatments to restore our smiles. New to the area and in dire need of major dental work I went from dentist to dentist never feeling right or making a good connection. But after just my first visit with DDS Ball I just knew I had found the Dentist for me. So we started making plans for the full mouth All-on-4 dental implant procedure. His prices were extremely reasonable and the follow up care has been second to none. That was several years ago and now with every day and every smile I am so thankful that I found DDS Ball and The Dental Center as it is not just all the dentist but it is also the support team which makes for Dental visits I look forward to.

Every single appointment at the dental center has been pleasant. I was seeing another dentist until I needed an emergency root canal on a Sunday and saw that these guys had on call dentists. Dr. Broadbent came in on a Sunday with one of his assistants and took care of me. I have been patient there ever since and dont plan on going anywhere else. 5 stars all the way. Mandi the assistant is fantastic too!

These are the best and professional people that I have had to work with. After moving here to Orem, I was referred by another of their patients. They were positive, caring, and communicated to the patient. They were conscious of my needs.The assistants also were kind and professional. They literally followed the desires and took over when directed by the dentist.The office staff remembered me, and cared so much.for the patient.All-in-all, I feel this is one of the best dental offices I have visited. I have worked with all three dentists, and they support each other in needs of emergency or availability. Each time I have been very pleased.

I can not say enough great things about this place. From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the desk are so friendly and pleasant. Lucia was amazing. She helped with my raging nerves and made it so comfortable for me. Dr. Ball was absolutely fantastic! I was so scared to go and he was amazing. He Didnt judge,he took my concerns seriously, was calm, patient and understanding. He did a fantastic job on just my first visit. The hygienist Amanda, was awesome! So fun to talk to. She made my daughter feel at ease and was very thourough in her explanations. The whole staff from start to finish is without a doubt a 10! Highly recommended!

Fast, professional, and thorough! As everybody knows, this valley is saturated with dentists so weve gone through a few bad apples to find this one. I love that I know exactly what I will pay before my appointment, and that they call, text, AND email you to remind you of your appointment. If you forget your appointment, it is NOT their fault!

If you’re just getting basic work done, like cleanings, this place is fine. It’s difficult to get appointments though. The office kept calling us/borderline harassing us after our first visit to get the major work we needed done before the policy term was over so it would be covered. We called for a pricing quote to confirm pricing and the final price wasn’t what had been quoted. We ended up on a payment plan to pay it all. We haven’t gone back since but we still get mail from them.

My 5 year old son unfortunately had to have a root canal. I was very worried that he would be afraid and in pain during the procedure but that was not the case. Dr. Ball was excellent, my son was comfortable and relaxed the entire time and surprisingly he didnt shed 1 tear! Thank you for the excellent job.

The people are super nice and great to work with! However, yesterday I was getting two cavities filled and afterwards I noticed that my upper lip looked really swollen. An hour later, the swelling didn’t seem to go down and my face was still really numb. I was starting to eat a meal, I almost started chocking on a GAUSE that the dentist forgot to take out of my mouth!! Needless to say, the dentist forgot to take the gause out of my upper lip... It wasn’t swollen. It was just a gause! It was pretty gross! I’m sure it was just an accident though. Also, since my visit yesterday, my inner nose has been hurting (maybe that’s normal and it will go away soon but idk). Anyway, nice people, but a little bit questionable work.

Ive always had the WORST anxiety with coming to the dentist but after coming here it has gone away. :) They are seriously the best and every one there is super sweet!! Highly recommend.

GREAT AFTER HOURS TREATMENT! Even at midnight on holidays!!My mother-in-laws tooth started hurting Thanksgiving afternoon and after dinner she was in so much pain the only way she could get relief was by sipping on ice water every 2 minutes and spitting it out. We called around to different office and no one would answer us. Finally at 11pm we came across the website for the Dental Center which mentioned that they offered emergency after hours services. We called and left a voicemail and less than 5 minutes later Dr. Broadbent called me back. We explained the situation and within half an hour we were at his office getting her tooth extracted. He was very kind and we highly recommend his office. There was an after-hours fee but I thought it was a very reasonable price, especially for the time of day and holiday.

We’ve been going to Dr. Ball at the Dental Center for 17 years. He’s an amazing dentist! Couldn’t ask for a better dentist, or dental staff.

At one point we were a fan of this dental office, coming for almost 3 years. We have had no concerns really with any of the hygienists out or dentist Dr Broadbent, minus maybe some rougher cleanings in the past and overcharging us but refunding on follow up appointment, the latter being a minor inconvenience. Up until this last cleaning, in December 2016, the billing group had handled matters competently, as we verified that each following appointment would be covered before setting to ensure we would not go above our plan coverage.The last appointment, as you might be able to discern, was the problem point. Apparently our plan only covered two cleanings outside of our regular checkups and this was our third for the year. Instead of accepting their mistake and meeting us in the middle of the $140 in charges, a matter we took precautions to avoid by discussing our future arrangements thoroughly before establishing any follow up, the billing representative(newer lady with braces, from whom I recall no introduction) shifted blame to us not having the info of the ins and outs of our plan.5 ★s prior to this incident, but I am sad to say we will be receiving our services elsewhere after these many years and thousands of dollars in business, a matter which was of little concern to the aforementioned billing individual, as long as they received their due.

When I went in for my initial checkup and consultation, Mikelle was fantastic! She was so kind and even though she had a lot of work to do on my mouth (sorry), she made it as pleasant as possible, constantly making sure that I was comfortable and that I wasnt in any pain. She also very thorough in showing and telling me everything she was doing and when she thought it was best to do a more thorough cleaning she went and checked at the desk to see how much my copay was and was able to inform me of all costs and the benefits of doing that, which I greatly appreciated and wasnt surprised at the end when I had a copay! I met with Dr. Ball on my first visit since Dr. Broadbent was unavailable and he was so kind and nice and very quick! He wasted no time in telling me what else I needed done and informing me in laymen terms what he was seeing.My followup appt, I met with Dr, Broadbent and we had to do a filling (always floss and see a dentist every year, not every 6 years, kids!). The process was PAINLESS AND PRETTY QUICK, all things considered. He numbed me up and once I was clear of all feeling on the side he was working on, he got straight to work, and got through it pretty quick (mind you it was only 2 fillings). Even better was when the numbing wore off, I had very minimal pain (I was a little sore, but more from keeping my jaw open so long). I also appreciate how Dr. Broadbent requested a scan of my jaw so as to better evaluate if I really needed my wisdom teeth out immediately. Overall, the experience at The Dental Center was incredible! I really appreciate how cared for and invested in as a patient! Everyone is so friendly from when I walk in the door to when I walk out! I LOVE THIS PLACE and wont be going anywhere else as long as I live in Utah County!!
