It was my first root canal so I was a bit nervous and unsure of what was going to happen. The entire staff was very professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and took good care of me. My root canal was easier and less painful than I thought it was going to be. I will always go to Cascade Endodontics for any future root canals that I might need. Oh, and the chair was the most comfortable dentist chair I have ever sat in.

I had a great experience here! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and I was very comfortable during the procedure. I like how Dr Jensen took X-rays DURING the procedure to make sure he was getting every area of the root canal. He took X-rays afterwards and showed me before and after and everything he did. Very thorough and well done!

The staff at Cascade is phenomenal! They treat each client with the highest level of professionalism! From start to finish everyone I encountered was incredible. I had to get a root canal retreated. It went super quickly, and they were very professional. They were friendly and knew who I was when I came in. They took an x ray in the middle to make sure things were on track and they gave me a pair of glasses to protect my eyes. They also had headphones so I could listen to stuff on my phone while they were working on my tooth. They were very efficient and clear about what needed to happen to fix my tooth.

Yesterday I had a pleasant, pain free, and rather quick complicated root canal. The entire staff was coordinated so that services were completed efficiently and professionally. My regular dentist referred me to Cascade….that should have been enough of an endorsement, I received over the top care and treatment. My appointment was for 10 am and I was finished and on my way out the door at 10:39. I was comfortable during the procedure and continually informed as to the progress. Btw I don’t have dental insurance but found the cash prices reasonable, affordable and acceptable. I highly recommend Dr Jon Jenson….. if needful, I will be back!

I came in to have a root canal done and was very lucky to be able to get in the same day. My teeth are “complex” so the dentist was not comfortable with doing the root canal.I had my appointment scheduled and was called to see if I could come in earlier. I made it there as quickly as I could. Not only did I show up earlier but they didn’t even get me going at my original scheduled time. It was almost 45 minutes after that.I finally went back and they did the X-rays and all the tests and I told them which teeth were bothering me. It was basically all of them along the left bottom side but there were two that were really bothering me, especially when they tested them.They did nothing about the second tooth that was bothering me just the one that hurt more. After the root canal was done they had given me the doctors cell number in case of any issues. Well, there certainly was issues. I was in even worse pain than I was before and the doctor would not respond to me so I called the office and they couldn’t get the information I was telling him correctly so they basically said you have to give it time and it’s probably something that it ended up not being at all.I could not eat anything regardless of what it was because it would cause me so much pain and no medication would ease the pain including Norco. It was absolutely miserable and absolutely horrible pain. This resulted in me having to do an emergency visit to the dentist over the weekend which resulted in me having to have the tooth pulled that I had told the endodontist was also bothering me.It’s not fun for anyone to have to have their mouth worked on twice just within a few days but it even less fun when you are 34 weeks pregnant and have had a very serious surgery done on your upper and lower jaw that makes all of this even more painful.I was quite disappointed with them.But despite all of that the root canal seems to be good.

She is great! Very friendly and professional. She assured me that I had come to the right place and that there was no reason to be anxious. Then doctor Jenson came in and he was pretty short in conversation but made sure I didn’t have any questions and that I felt comfortable. He seemed pleasant, knowledgeable, and confident and that is what I value along with the great work that he did. It was a quick and painless procedure. This place is absolutely amazing!!!! EVERYONE here is so kind and sensitive and friendly! I was a nervous wreck and had a lot of tooth pain when I went there for a root canal and they took such good care of me!!!! I have to go in next week for another root canal and am not nervous a bit! I chipped a tooth and had a temporary crown put on. A week later my tooth was still giving me a lot of pain. After a brief consultation with Dr. Jensen and his staff he recommended a root canal. No one wants a root canal but I trusted the doctor.He prepped the tooth and numbed me up and within 30-40 minutes the job was done. It was relatively painless and I finally got relief from the pain from my crown procedure. Bless this office and doctor!

I had an old root canal go bad with a bad infection. Dr. Jenson and his staff fit me in for a consult just two hours after my dentist discovered the problem (two other endodontists did not). When Dr. Jenson discovered how bad the infection was, he fit me in immediately (when I had overheard that their next regular appt was about two weeks away). It was an amazingly pain-free and efficient experience. His assistant was incredible. I was very impressed. I will do all future root canals at Cascade for sure.

I have had several root canals and they are usually excruciating. Dr. Jenson was gentle and always had my comfort as his priority. From beginning to end he and his assistant were very conscientious about my comfort and care. I was also impressed with how his assistant explained everything they were doing and the timelines it would take so I knew what to expect.

This place is amazing! As much as a dental experience can be that is! They are VERY professional, and do a fantastic job. I had an issue of having to try and save a molar tooth that was an anchor for one end of a bridge and they did it...at least so far, saving me several thousands of dollars worth of implant work. I have had a lot of increased swelling today, but the pain is so much less than yesterday before the treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing equipment, efficient staff. Dr. Jenson is obviously very skilled. I had a horrible abscess in my molar and the day after my root canal I had almost zero swelling or pain. They also have noise cancelling headphones so I could listen to my tunes instead of the horrible drilling noises.

Best experience ever. So professional, such competent care. Felt so comfortable. I had very complicated twisted roots, but everything went smooth and when they were done my impression was no discomfort and they were fast. When I mentioned how fast it went I was told it took much longer than usual. Such a pleasant experience compared to a prior root canal done somewhere else. Very little recovery discomfort which I think was because Dr Jensen is really good at what he does.

Dr. Jenson is an amazing endodontist. He is very professional and kind. I went in to have him look at a very painful tooth and once he made a diagnosis, he saw it was serious and he made time to do my root canal right then, and he was totally done in 40 minutes!! Very impressed with Dr. Jenson and the team at Cascade Endodontics. Hes kind, professional, and the staff seemed genuinely friendly and engaged with my situation. When I had post-surgery complications, it was easy to schedule follow-up visits and another necessary procedure. Months later, when I was still not sure that I had healed properly, he did a thorough 3-D x-ray and determined that my jaw pain was not from the surgery so much as stress (pandemic stress!). I felt like my concerns were heard, and that he genuinely cared about my recovery and the success of this procedure. Excellent care .

I just went to Cascade Endodontics for the first time on my dentists recommendation. It was the best dental treatment Ive ever received. Heres what I loved:--They were willing to come in early to accommodate me short-notice, as I was about to leave the country for two months and had an emergency.--They made sure I was totally numb! They gave me an additional shot when needed and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable.--They gave me noise-cancelling headphones for music and a warm blanket.--The used the most state-of-the art equipment Ive ever experienced and were more thorough, double and triple checking their work, than anyone Ive worked with.--They were efficient and kind. They worked together like clockwork and took care to explain everything.

Dr. J and Cydney took amazing care of me, and the front office staff was amazing too. I will recommend Cascade Endo forever!

Recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Jensen at Cascade Endodontics. I am a “nervous” dental patient, and he and his staff made the experience a breeze. From the front office staff, to Julia who assisted, and Dr. Jensen, everyone was friendly and supportive, without making me self-conscious about my anxiety. I even got a phone call the following day to see how I was doing and make sure all my questions were answered. This appointment was easier — in terms of emotional and physical comfort — than most typical dental visits. Thank you!

I haven’t ever thought I wouldn’t mind going to a dentist. My experience with Dr. Jensen was the best I have ever had!The office staff is very kind and professional.They were all very prompt and efficient.Dr Jensen is friendly and warm.From the time I went back to walking out of the office was only 45 mins!

I was very impressed with everything at Cascade endodontics. I had to reschedule twice due to my schedule and they accommodated me with a great attitude. What can I say about this place?Best people and best Doctor.I don’t like dental offices, its a phobia. But, they always tell me what they are going to do and do what they told me.They are aware of my fears and make me comfortable and are always able to set me right again.This is the only I go to and and the only office I would reccomend!
