They yelled at my 9 yr old niece and got other people involved! My niece simply mentioned the gal didnt give her the foot massage that comes along with the service! My family will never go back to that place and Ill keep putting the bad word out! That was unacceptable and unprofessional on their part! Shame on you guys

I went with my daughter to get my mothers day pedicure. I picked a lavender gel color but she did it so fast and I was talking to my daughter that I didnt notice it was almost black. At first she didnt offer to fix it and the male owner came and yelled at me and said it wasnt their fault that the color was so different. Finally aother female came and offered to change it . She redid it but I felt horrible and couldnt wait to get to my car to start crying. Worst mothers day pedicure ever !

WORST EXPERIENCE-IF YOU DONT WANT THE COPS CALLED DONT GO.Definitely worse experience I’ve ever had trying to just get a fill. My nails were done bad so I asked her nicely if she would take them off and that’s where it all started she made me pay 10$ more than the 40$ previous discussed and that was just for her work she had already done then I had to pay to get them taken off. I got really upset but they made me pay and still called the cops on me because I didn’t sign the receipt. I never raised my voice or said or did anything wrong they were just the worse people to try to reason with... of course no reasoning at all just yelling at me that they will call the cops constantly.

Atmosphere was great, employees were knowledgeable, and I love my nails.

The manager literally yelled at me because I did not like the shape of my nails and I could not make a make a quick decision on colorAlso didn’t asked me if I want gel or regular polish and they put gel and charged me $80

Very awful Gel mani and pedi. My feet were so dry and I had to come home and use my foot scrubber and product at home to get the dry skin off. It was flaking off of my feet when I left. The color lasted less than a week before it started peeling off on its own. She seemed extremely rushed and that made me uncomfortable. I spent $85 and feel like I won’t be back here ever again. I’m not someone that badmouths a business, but maybe Perfect Nails needs to put more care into their services. I’ve paid less for a much better Gel Mani Pedi in Medford. Very disappointed.

Referred here by a co-worker who frequents often, this was my second visit. My first was for pedicure as well. That visit, while I felt it was rushed, produced a very nice pedi with neat and precise paint job. This second visit was abysmal. Its clear you have to be regular client to get a decent pedi. Mine was rushed, painful, and a 5 year old could have done a better job painting. I could have done better myself, and I will just do it myself unless I find a better facility. I realize red is a difficult color to paint, but come on. Im never going back there.

Craziest experience ever. If it was possible to give less than one star, I would.Do not go to perfect nails in Grants Pass Oregon. My daughter got her nails done for her birthday the other day. I called to explain that she was unhappy, and would like them fixed. I was very polite, and told her that my 16 year old daughter was too shy to tell her that they weren’t acceptable, and she was worried she was being disrespectful. She paid 52 dollars for these. They are supposed to be coffin shaped, and it looks like she already needs a fill. The woman who did these nails saw nothing wrong with them. She said I could bring her in Monday, and she would look at them. I did, and she proceeded to scream at me in front of my three children, and other people in the salon, and refused to give her money back. She only offered to fix two of them. This was all because I showed her where the acrylic wasn’t on the sides of her nail, where they had bumps, weren’t shaped correctly, and were sloppy, and that she didn’t push any of her cuticles down. I was shocked at the way we were treated for having standards, and requesting she corrected her mistakes. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect that the nails are decent.. She shouldn’t get anyone’s business doing nails this way, or treating customers the way she did. I posted this and videos of the incident, and photos of my daughter’s nails on Facebook. There are hundreds of comments about others having terrible experiences here. One girl quit a year ago after learning that her and one other girl were the only ones licensed. After she quit, they harassed her, slandered her, and gave people 5 dollars off their service to give her salon bad reviews. One person got nail fungus from them, and had pictures of that! There were tons of others coming forward with stories of bad nails, and service. They’re insane, hateful, do a horrible job, and have zero customer service. On Facebook, There are videos that my younger daughter took when she realized how out of control this was getting. One video was one I took when my 16 year old wanted to go back in and ask for her to fix them, or give her, her money back, even though I told her she wouldn’t. I tagged their business in it. Shouldn’t be hard to find if you’re interested in seeing for yourself.Also, My friend called them to tell them that they were uncalled for, and they thought she was me. They called her back repeatedly and called me fat, and screamed over her. They’re insane. What place of business acts like that? What happened to professionalism?

When they where done my nails looked like it would need a fill in about a week but the color was nice although all the dips in the top of my nails not so and on top of it they havent held up Im home health and already one has popped off and the rest if I run my hands through my hair the back of them catch and feel like they are popping off as well.

The owner guy genuinely cares about people. The small talk he makes isn’t just nod and a yeah, I felt like he enquired about things a real person/friend would actually care about. He does nice French tips too!

I was happy with my pedicure and grateful the technician took the time to find the colour I wanted, but I wasn’t happy with my manicure. I wanted my nails to look nice for an anniversary photoshoot but the polish on my fingers has lots of bubbles. Also one of my cuticles bled and the technician just polished right over the spot making the stain worse. Overall, really disappointed with my manicure. I feel like I could have done a better job at home and this wasn’t what I was going for with a photoshoot coming up in a couple of days.

Not a bad job at all just a bit more spendy than I usually pay. Polish is peeling after just 2 weeks...next time Ill ask for a gel top coat to last longer.

Had my nails done with gel, they turned out beautiful. However, be cautious when they quote you a price for what you want done. They over charge for glitter and art. They also try to charge extra for choosing 2 different colors. Dont be afraid to speak up and question what they quote you. I was quoted 30.00 then an extra 8.00 for 2 colors and glitter. I questioned it, so they charged me only $2 extra.

I took my daughter in because she had been begging me to get her nails done. I chose this place for two reasons 1. They had openings. 2. Their name is “Perfect Nail” why wouldn’t I? So we get in the nail artist is very rude and almost cold towards my daughter. I was ok with the color my daughter chose even tho it cost extra. My daughter changed her mind (within a timely matter) and chose one of the regular colors they had. No problem. They nail artist was rude the whole time didn’t clean the nails or station and was just very rough with my daughter...that was Thursday today is Sunday...my daughter has 3 nails left....and she hasn’t ben doing anything crazy to cause them to fall off. She literally opened a math book and one fell. The was brushing her hair and another fell. One fell as she was getting a glass of water...all things you do normally and a good acrylic set would not fall off if done right. I will never return to this place. Their nails are far from perfect. They did offer to fix it when I called the very next day. But they couldn’t do it til 4pm and by then 3 more came off so I was like yeah screw this I’ll jus take her somewhere else...please save your money go someone who actually cares about their work and considers it an art and not Jus quick $60

If you want something simple and quick I would recommend going here. If you are into long shaped, crazy nail are I would not recommend because you will be over charged & they will be done very quick & not up to expectations . For the same price maybe even cheaper, go somewhere else to get someone who takes there time and asks you about your day. If you are like me and just get French tips its not bad and they turn out fine. Perfect nails will get you in fast, however you will not receive an amazing experience. A very quick job done, and no chit chat about how your day is.

We were literally three minutes late for our scheduled pedicure, and they gave our seats up to a walk in. I was pretty disappointed to say the least, being the mom of young kids and only having an allotted time for treating myself and a friend. Their clocks are five minutes fast on purpose. Not fair

Called on a Saturday morning and was able to get in right away for a pedicure. Not the biggest variety of colors, but still quite adequate. One of the gentlemen took care of my toes. He did a great job! He was very conscientious. Trimmed the nails, filed, cuticles and all very well. Massages lower legs nicely. He went over everything several times. And then did a perfect job with the color.I have very happy feet right now and wish I lived closer to Grants Pass!!

ATTENTION!!!!This Nails Salon opens 7 days a week. The information shows on Google is INCORRECT! They OPEN Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. They DO NOT close on Sunday like what it shows here! Hope my review helps some of you here who needs to get your nails done on Sunday by this nail salon. They got great service as well as friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had an appointment and we still waited almost 45 minutes. I had a newer lady doing my toes. She was doing a really good job but the guy who was watching her didnt like the paint job she was doing he made her wipe off the almost done polish which i might add i really liked. Then re painted my nails and they arent that good. I will never go back.

Visit routinely. The service is great and people are polite. On a few occasions I went in right before closing and those times I noticed less than stellar work. Despite those couple foibles, I still choose to continue going to Lan because Ive had far more great results than not.

My nails look decent enough i suppose. A full set in 35 min!! I like it doesnt take a large chunk of my day. In and out.

Worst nail place ive ever been too spent 50 an a tip . Definitely do not recommend they butchered my nails so bad left the sides jagged an not straight felt like a hang nail when i would try to do my hair. Didnt push my cuticle back just filled it an didnt even go all the way down didnt even look like i got a fill

Sweet family run business whos owners work very hard. If you are looking for an affordable pedi, they are the people to go to in the rogue valley. Not great paint options on hand however. Bring your favorite color when you come.

My GF got her nails done here the other day, not a great experience. The people were nice enough, but her nails were done completely wrong! She told them exactly what she wanted, but they did not listen and did their own thing. 50 bucks wasted. She now has to get her nails fixed.

I went in with my mother and sister, and my sister left in tears! When she questioned their sanitizing procedures for the pedicure spas, they gave her an evasive answer, claiming that they clean them properly. Meanwhile, we watched them clean the bowl as they harassed her to make a decision and then seated someone less than 5 minutes later, after she decided to not risk it. They were then suddenly too busy to give her a manicure instead, and rushed through both my and my mothers manicures. Will NOT come back.

The nail lady who i believe was the owner was in such a hurry she paid very little attention to what she was doing. My first time here, I needed a fill in a hurry, but everywhere else was too busy. Im sure they are amazing at pedis and manis but i walked in with a flawless long coffin shape nail. She did semi okay until she got to applying the gel polish she slapped it on there so thick and careless it completely altered the shape of my nails to rounded tips and bumpy sides. I immediately came to sallys to spend a another $30 on files and polish. If youre a picky nail girl who loves rocking the longer perfect shape just save your self the money and time. Book else where. Crappiest pedicure ever had my family in town recently we made appointment for pedicures, what a disappointment, it looked as though my dog was crewing my toe nails! Will not go there again.

I had been going to this place for 2 years was alright, did a good job, friendly at times, sometimes a little moody, but on one of my visits I accidently left my equipment that we are all required to bring, with my full name clearly marked on it a nice plastic container, well I did not realize I had left untill I was coming back in, about 3 weeks later, when I asked them about it both owners were very rude and told me that if you dont come back for by the next day they throw it away. My name was on it and they had my number on the appt. Book could have called me, found that very inconsiderate. So wont be back!

Nice salon, Lan is very skilled manicurist and very fast. Clean, friendly, accommodating salon with competitive rates.

Very short and rude over the phone and the quality of the work is very sub par. My wifes nails imediately all lifted and looked horrid. Allot every nail looked as if it needed to be filled when she came home. With all the options available here in Grants Pass alone I would definetely recommend going elsewhere.

The one man who works there is like a slave master to the women. They appeared to be afraid of him. I dont know for sure because he speaks to them in a foreign language. Also, 3 People gave me service during my pedicure including him. And the minute he started filing a toe he hurt me. Also, I asked for a design on my nail and it did not look like what I picked out and the woman who painted it, argued with me about it, so I wont be going back there.

2nd visit cause I dont pamper myself enough ☺ Very nice people and got in fast. Price was worth it considering how long since last visit but not a lot. Will continue to go back.
