I’ve been using Sport Clips for several years now and I have to say that I have always been very pleased with the quality haircut and the customer service they provide. Sam, Nichole and Katie are exceptional and go out of their way to take care of their clients!!!!

I have tired to make an appointment for my son’s haircut. We come in the store, like I have hundred times before. All of my teenage boys, have used this store, and have never had this problem until today. I walked into the store today, older, heavy set blonde haired woman was so incredibly rude to my son and I both. She’s met us at the door and told us we weren’t allowed in until we had mask, but I already had one in my pocket, so I put it on. Then, She told me I wasn’t allowed to make him appointment on the store’s computer. She told me I had to create a account and make him an appointment that way. So, I did.Two hours later, we came back for his appointment and we sat down in the store waiting room. We waited there for twenty minutes or better. Then, my son’s name disappeared off the board. I asked them what happened to his turn and she said we missed his appointment and we had to reschedule. Another two hour wait. I will never come back to this establishment ever. Worst salon in Kingsport.

Sorriest fade Ive ever had. Clearly asked the barber to leave 3 inches on top and barber left a very uneven butchered fade that maxed at 1 inch. I guess ill be rejoining the Marines with a shaved head. Will never return. Getting my money back so when this disease grows back in 6 months I can spend it on a real damned haircut.

The price seems a little high but they can do great detail work your first visit you get a neck and shoulder massage with a warm towel treatment, free trims around your ears & neck between cuts, and for me and they will trim your beard and neck included with the cut! My son wanted underneath shaved & long on top and it looks great. When hes not wearing a hat & its dry, it flows perfectly around his head or he can pull it back while hes wearing a hat to keep it out of his face. Great customer service, I would recommend this place for a father & son to go to together along with any parent wanting to make sure their son gets the cut he wants!

Mask mandates are not in affect and have been proven useless anyway but here we are demanding people wear them. 🐑 We were not required a few week back the last time we were there. Some staff are ok some are rude. Ill take my business elsewhere.

The short fat blonde kicked me and my toddler son out because as we waited more than 6 foot away from anyone we didn’t have a mask, I told her I didn’t have a mask and she kick me out. We waited for 90mins.. and after waiting was then told that someone who was complaing about waiting an hour was going to go abead of us, then they said if my 17month okd wouldnt wear a mask he couldnt get his hair cut.

Terrible customer service. Cashier told my wife that she would have to leave due to my 9 month old baby not having a mask. The cdc has stated that children under the age of 2 should not wear a mask due to chances of suffocation. Cashier expected me to leave my wife and baby in the car and proceed with the haircut.

The haircut was good but I have an issue with them allowing people to check in online. I sat there and waited for several people that came in after I did. I will probably not be back. I wasnt raised that way.

It was my first haircut at this business. The staff were very welcoming and make you feel at ease. I was unsure of the cut and style I wanted, but was recommended something that I am pleased with. I would recommend this place for anyone. As of 02/02/2020, the charge was $20.00, I am unsure if this is a first time promo or normal prices. I would say that this is quite reasonable compared to some other local establishments. They even have a thing called a MVP treatment where they wash you hair in a back messager chair and other things to give you a psychological boost so to speak.I would recommend that anyone thinking about receiving hair care services from Sport Clips, to try it as I believe you will have a great experience from great individuals.

Have been using sports clips for years as a secondary barber shop when my primary was not available. I came in today to get a normal fade. 1 1/2 trimmed on sides and faded to finger length on top. The haircut went well so I paid $20, plus a $5 tip, and went home. Once I got home I noticed my hair had been butchered. There were spots on the back that had not even been cut by the trimmers and the top was different lengths. It was bad enough I decided to go to another barber shop and have it fixed. For the price they charge we should expect more out of a haircut. I will never go back to another sports clip shop. If this is a representation of the type of barbers they hire and allow to cut people’s hair they have lost my business. I won’t mention her name but she will know who she is. Please, take more pride in your work.

I’ve been to several Sports Clips from Nashville to Bristol. By far best service I’ve had was at Kingsport location! Will definitely be returning. My stylist was Lauren and she was amazing! She took her time, was professional and did exactly what I was hoping for with the cut. She also provided an excellent MVP experience. Will definitely be going back to see her from now on!

I took my son, whos 4, to get his haircut. The stylist was amazing! Her name was Andrea, she did excellent with my boy. I will definitely be taking him back to her!

My son and I were looking to get m a haircut on a Saturday and most barbershops were closed. Found Sport Clips and decided to give it a try. Very friendly staff, did not have to wait long, and I have to say very good results for both my son and I on the haircuts. It seems a little more to pay for a haircut than what I am used to but the shampoo and scalp rub was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend the MVP haircut.

This WAS my favorite place to get a hair cut but not anymore as I have sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes and my wait on the screen went from 12 minutes back up to 30 minutes and people got to cut In front. If I check in at the store whoever checks in after me on the app shouldn’t get to go first after sitting in the waiting room for over thirty minutes. Worst customer service experience I’ve had here, but all it takes it’s the one really bad experience.

This place has utterly screwed me over with haircuts. I will tell them what I want, and they will cut my hair in a completely different way. Only a select few stylist actually know what they are doing.

Just moved to Tennessee from Florida hard to find a descent barber here. Although, Tiffany is fantastic!!! If been twice and had probably the two best hair cuts iv ever had by Tiffany. Not much can beat this place, first time visitors get the all the extras for free, a real head massage, while getting your hair shampooed in a massaging chair, then and upper back and neck massage. 💆‍♂️ I never had a better hair cutting experience! Did I also mention they have 8 large TVs to watch so if you don’t want to chitchat then this is the place for you. The waiting area is perfect, check in on their pc, then a timer will let you know when you will be next. This place is geared towards men, but I think everyone could enjoy these things, young or old. While I was there many children came with family’s to get their hair cut, so they must be great with kids ✂️💇‍♂️💇‍♀️. The icing on the cake, even with a 10$ tip my total was only 30$, so if you are looking for a new hair place, then this is your place!

I love the old barber shop feel in a modern setting. Bundle it up with the sports theme and its truly a mans place for a hair cut. And the MVP services are awesome!

I love the fact that I do not have to wait for 80 year old women to get their hair colored. I REALLY love the fact that it is for guys and that means it is quick! The previous place that cut my hair sometimes required me to wait over 2 hours for a cut because of women getting colors, perms, etc. At SC I am always in an out in under an hour!

The best haircut Ive ever had was at Sport Clips in Kingsport with Jennifer Griffin. She was very efficient, friendly, and knew exactly how to style my goofy hair without me having to go over any details. I was very impressed. The shop itself is very clean and guy-friendly. Updated review: from 4 star to 1So about two years later and we are NOT pleased. Poor service, long waits and when asked about product was just told it varies. We will take our business elsewhere. We do 4 visits a month and buy Paul Mitchell Tea Tree products often. Due to the lack of service here, we will spend our money elsewhere.

Horrible! The girl did a number on me so I had to go get another as soon as I left there. Sideburns were half an inch difference. Massage and hot towel is just awkward and uncomfortable. Go to wamplers

Wow. I bring my son in today because we are way overdue for a haircut. We’ve been letting his hair grow for months because we’ve been trying a longer style. We find a picture and show it to Tiffany. I see that she has notes from his last hair cut from the computer and told her we are trying something new. His last hair cut there was a long time ago. He’s now 13. The picture is Zac Efron with long hair pulled forward and spikish on top. My son’s hair is at least 4 inches on top so shouldn’t be an issue. I explained that we didn’t want it shaved on the sides to leave it longer and fade it in also in the back. He comes around the corner when finished-ALL hair cut off!!!! Five year old boy typical hair cut. Are you kidding me? If I can figure out how to post pictures with this review I will. Absolutely unbelievable and ridiculous.

Worst service ever. They continually skip other customers when it’s their turn. One lady was just standing around and talking rudely about a customer who didn’t want to wait 2+ hours while she stood around all while the waiting area was jammed pack. This place is a joke.
