Let me say this. I was referred to a psychiatrist for a close family member who was in trouble. They new he was struggling. Yet said a doctor would have to review the chart from the counselor. After 48 hours in wait (huge worrying) I called back and they said dr. Was refusing to see my family. I have never in my life heard of such a thing. We have good insurance. They would of been paid speedily yet...bc of looking at one paper they refuse to see my family. Why not see the patient one time and make that choice? I am supremely disappointed...do not waste your time even calling this place. Thank you. One additional note...it seems like they think that we are not good enough for this practice. I stress...look elsewhere. This place is a waste of time.
