I can not emphasize how amazing and safe this taxi service is!! Uber kicked all of my friends out cause one was too intoxicated at 4AM but Alex was instantly to the rescue! He saw us ladies on the side of a road and never hesitated to help us! Literally a life saver in the middle of the night when on vacation so no family is in town to help. Alex and the Safe Taxi will ALWAYS be my go-to whenever I or my friends need a ride!

Safe Taxi just doesnt make sense for this company. Two of their green taxis decided it was appropriate to swerve around me and my family after I had fully backed out of the parking space. Both of them honked and then flipped us off. Just thought the world should know that Safe Taxi is an oxymoron when it comes to these guys

NOT SAFE TAXI!I am an Uber driver in the area, and these drivers continually try to run me off the road. I have had countless close calls with safe taxi drivers, who seem to be driving drunk, and have no regard for the law or human life.THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I highly recommend Safe Taxi! Johnny who was my taxi driver provided quality customer service! I took his cab while visiting Tahoe from out of town. I asked if he could charge my phone since it was dead and he was happy to do so. After arriving to my destination i forgot i had given it to him to charge. I then realized i left it in the cab and forgot the cab name. I had to drive back home 2 hrs that night and was so upset that i left my phone and didn’t know the name of the cab i took. The following morning i did my research of cabs and found the cab service i took and reached out to them and asked if they could contact me if my phone was found. Johnny shortly contacted me and with great news told me he had my phone and that he would mail it out to me first thing the next business day. He provided me with tracking number and i received my phone shortly after. I am so grateful for Johnny and the quality customer service he providedwith Safe Taxi. He made the process in getting my phone less stressful, and was very kind and helpful. I will definitely use Safe Taxi next time i visit Tahoe!

Not to much to say they are all about pick up and drop off .. Not much as them being talkers but thats ok.

Theyre terrible. Car #3 only has one working break light & the driver made a left out into traffic from Safeway, cut someone off Really bad and almost caused an accident. Got it on dash cam. Love to email the vid to the business owner but they dont care.

I left my reading glasses in the back of Facos car when heading to the trailhead. I call 4 weeks later and he has them and is sending them via mail. No charge. Enough said.

WOW all I can say is what a great service. My stepmom forgot her Tom Ford glass case in the taxi and was able to locate them. Her driver Jonny was kind enough to mail them to her. What an honest person and company!! Our family will definitely use this Taxi service next time we are in South Lake Tahoe. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed :)

I had a great experience with this Safe Taxi. The Cab was clean, on time and got me to the airport with time to spare. The driver was very polite and courteous. He even helped me with by luggage bags which were heavier than usual. Very professional from start to finish! I would use them again and would recommend them highly. Plus they where half the price of Uber.

Quoted 10 mins for pickup took 40. Began blocking my calls when I started calling to see where they were and if I should find a different ride to my appointment. terrible customer service use blackjack taxi instead

No dependability. Better off using Uber or Lyft. Was told 15-20 minutes, but they never came. No call, no follow up, and no answer when we called to get an update.
