My wife and I went to this location on my lunch break and when I arrived they were not open. I tugged on the door before I recognized the time they opened and eventually Tammy came to the door. Long story short she opened early so that my wife and I could shop for our new rings. We were preparing for our 10th anniversary and we never had rings before. This was a very good experience for us. Eventually Terri the manager joined our search and we really felt important as they both helped navigate us through our options. I was impressed by the level of service we received. Thank you!

We’ve had nothing but bad luck with this place since my husband got my engagement band from them. The picture is what we received back when taking the engagement ring in to get sized. We ended up having to take it to a different helzberg who sends their jewelry out to a different jeweler and they returned it in perfect condition. Next up, we bought two bands from Plainfield that would eventually be sized and soldered to my engagement ring once the wedding was over. When we brought them back in, they had no record of us even buying them or the lifetime care plans and told us if we didn’t bring the receipts in when we picked it up, we would owe about $200. I picked up my “completed” ring this past week and the bands were not sized so all 3 rings were different sizes but soldered so it wasn’t even straight, the engagement ring was still bent, and they completely covered up some of my diamonds because the bands were not sized. So again, we took it to the Greenwood Helzberg and they have promised to fix it all. Even the Greenwood staff said they did a terrible job and went through a laundry list with us of things that needed to be fixed on it. We will be making the extra drive to Greenwood from now on for better service and friendlier staff!

Friendly staff, good selection and seems like fair prices. The sales staff/manager have some questionable tactics. $395 lifetime care package added to my bill without mentioning one word about it. Its on me for not checking when I signed the final paperwork. The poor ethics weigh heavy to me. What else are they sliding through?

Great customer service. Professional staff. Great selection of jewelry. Wedding ring is bent and didnt have my paperwork, as it is in storage but it wasnt an issue as they were able to find it in their system. While there hubby bought the Mothers Day set which is a special buy and price at the moment. Pick up wedding ring next week. Elated with the company and its employees.

I purchased a ring 💍 in 2018 and the cashier (officer manager) Sheryl told me that the ring was in fact life time warranty and now the ring went bad and took it back for them to service it for me and all I find out was we are not in partner with that ring manufacturer anymore I said well please give me their contact i will contact the manufacturer they couldnt help me. I wanted to get another ring from them but what is the point . I would rather take my cash elsewhere and I will be the last to say they treated me back because of my color but the company did not have a great representative at this location. Im out. Too bad 👎 😪

We bought my mens wedding band here. Though the staff dont appear to know much about the mens bands or their warrant and exchange policies on them. I only purchased cause they had the one I wanted.

My experience was very eerie. As me & my party walked in to upgrade my mothers wedding ring & to get jewelry repaired, none of us were greeted (only stared at). But another party walked in behind us and were greeted warmly with smiles. Terry REFUSED to warmly answer questions about new engagement rings. I believe this incident was racially charged & I will be contacting the corporate office with my experience.

We will never come back to this store. My husband asked for help from the sales woman to purchase some ear rings for me. He was told they were in a case and someone would be over to help us. We waited, no help. Then a gentleman that walked in behind us asked the same person for help and she immediately came from behind the counter to help him. I guess it was because we are black. Which is such a shame, my husband was prepared to spend thousands of dollars for my early Christmas gift. Guess the sales person didnt realize all money is green.

We went in just looking to shop around for our wedding rings. The salesman tried so hard to get us to buy that day, very insitantly pushing us to get the credit card. He was very pushy and tried over and over again.i dont think Ill get my rings there with that kind of nonsense

I had a stone I needed verified to be a real diamond or not. I was a walk in with no appointment. I was greeted within seconds by a young lady asking if she could help me. She looked at the stone and with a handheld tester compared it with one from their selection. Turns out mine wasnt real, but she took the time to explain what she was looking for during the process. I was very impressed, and will return.

Store manager, Terry, was very helpful! He knew exactly what I was looking for. Friendly and no high pressure. Katie at the checkout counter was also a great representation of what good customer service should always be!

Went to look for engagement rings as my boyfriend wants me to pick out my favorites. It was my first time going to look so i was excited. The lady was very rude after we waited about 20 minutes to be helped for her to say she can’t help me and needs to help others since I won’t be purchasing that day and told me to just look around. I left because she wasn’t even willing to let me see anything or get the information on them. The money is definetely being spent elsewhere, horrible customer service.

Besides quality, this store has the best service I have experienced so far. 150 miles away from home, after attending my childs soccer tournament, my husband and I went to this store to get my ring inspected and cleaned. One of the side diamonds fell out so I was told that the jeweler will get it all fixed with no problems. Due to our schedule, we couldnt wait around. Jody and her co-worker (forgive me for not getting her name), drove 10 miles, around 10 pm, to personally deliver the ring to me. This is really one of a kind of service and employees you dont see very often. THANK YOU HERZBERG DIAMONDS!!

Very nice staff. Definitely get the lifetime protection plan on your wedding band set. I have already had mine resized twice in 4 years and I get it inspected and cleaned, all at no additional charge.

So anyway get told the ring is on clearance. Come to find out its not and its actually just in sale. Led me to believe if I didnt buy today it would be gone forever. So buy the ring but still just dont feel right about it. Found another ring that I ended up loving and needed to return the ring. Now mind you that this is the same day so they didnt have to ship it out or anything. Walk in and get mean mugged then I can hear them talking bad about me when I am returning the ring. Do not recommend try to go to another helzberg. People r stuck up and mean.

Helzberg is honestly the worst company and I’m so upset my Fiancé didn’t look at reviews before purchasing my ring here. I’ve had nothing but problems from Helzberg Diamonds. When I first got engaged my ring was a size 7 (it’s okay my Fiancé completely surprised me and didn’t know my ring size). I took my ring in to the Greenwood location to get it sized and the lady told me I should only go down half a size. Even though the 6 fit me perfectly (she had me try different rings on). So I took her advice and only went down half a size. She told me I would get my ring within 5-7 business days. It took 1 month! Which kind of upset me because I was newly engaged and I wanted to wear my ring. Also I had to call them literally every day to see if it was done. They told me to just try the next day, and they kept saying that. That was also annoying. Then finally after 32 days I called again and a gentleman said “oh your ring has been done for a week now”. Even though I called the day prior and they told me no it wasn’t done yet. So I’m not sure what to believe with that. THEN when I got it back it was still too big. So I asked them to take it down half a size (to a size 6) which we knew from the beginning was my size. Well that took another 2 weeks. Then I got my ring back and it was super smokey looking. And it kind of looked dirty. I was upset and over it so I took it to a different Helzberg. The Helzberg in Plainfield (this location) told me my diamonds were broke! 3 of them actually! And 1 diamond was loose. So the Greenwood Helzberg did that! Because I took it to the Plainfield location literally the next day I got it back. I had it fixed which took another week, and then two weeks later my diamonds looked smokey again. So I’m assuming this Helzberg in Plainfield didn’t fix them. Or they broke again. Which means my diamonds are cheap and easily broken.... even though my fiancé spent $3,000 on my ring. And I also need to add I barely wear my ring!! So there’s really no explanation and I can’t be blamed. It has to be Helzberg’s quality. I’m in the Army and also in nursing school, so I have to wear silicone rings if I do wear jewelry. I’m just upset and I hope everyone learns from my experience. Go somewhere else.

I took a watch in for a battery change, I got told the watch still doesnt work, but I told them it takes 2 batteries....I guess this is something that is unheard of for a swiss diving watch by Zodiac and I dont know my watches. Well upon further examination there was a huge scratch on the caseback. Saving grace for them is a few of the staff members, unfortunately they have forever lost a customer.

Friendly if you look like you got money! They love to check your credit first so they can show you the area for you to shop. Go in there dressed up and you get all the royal treatment! This happened to my man and different time to me. My better half went in after he got off work looked wore out because he was working many overtime day and had not even time for haircut. They verily wanted to assist him. First thing as he was just looking they wanted to run his credit! Boy when they got that back they were all over him showing him queen Elizabeth items and the whole store pushing him to buy. Before they checked his credit they showed very little interest in helping him. I been in there a couple of times. One day sweat suite work out clothes and another dressed up. People do judge you by how you look. It happens to me to there. If course they know A standing credit so now no issue. Very sad Halzberg all should get same treatment. You never know who really has good credit or the money just because you looked at how a person dressed. NOW THAT WAS THE BAD. NOW THE GOOD! Great great quality jewelry . AND THEY SEND CARD NOTICE of cleaning reminders,, sales often. Will even call you. Has shows for jewelry remade out of your old or passed down jewelry pieces. The last time I was there I had a very friendly lady.

Horrible service.. I went to change a battery for my watch (Timberland $380) they scratched the glass face and made a huge scratch on the back too. The lady who did this called the manager on the side and told him what happened but he basically told her to just return it back to me as nothing had happened. When I told her about the scratches, she acted like it was nothing an said she had a hard time opening the back to replace the battery.

Sales staff were pushy and immediately changed their demeanor towards me when I said that I only wanted a ring resized... The woman went and poked her head around a corner and came back and told me their jeweler wouldnt do it (they couldnt even be bothered to come speak with me themselves) and shood me out. Was happy to oblige, not putting my wedding ring in the hands of people this greedy, Id probably get it back with a counterfeit stone. Theyre your best friend if youre buying, otherwise they dont want you there. Not a good experience.

My fiance and i have been together for 13 years and finally decided to look for rings. When we came in we made it clear we were just looking and trying to get ideas. The female associate would not leave us alone and kept pressuring me to try on items. I was very specific about the kinds of things i was looking for and she kept showing me things i was not interested in. She also kept trying to ask about my budget, so she could only show us a specific price range. When I didnt give her that information, she started directing us towards clearance and sale items, and made sure to tell us they do financing and layaway. I told her multiple times that those offers would not be necessary. So very rude to assume someone is poor.When we finally left, my fiance told me the male associate had been looking at me inappropriately.We will not be going back there.

Today while on vaction, I stopped in store 648 to have my ring inspected. I didnt have my inspection card with me because i am traveling; they looked my account information up immediately printed out a new inspection card. I was impressed with the quick turn around. Store 648 also had a kid zone where kids can play something they dont have where my home store is located. My boys thought they lost their wallet. The employees offered to look for it and also to call me if they found it needless to say they were helpful! Although one of the representatives called my nephews a handful. I am happy with the over all service!!

It was 50 dollars and they would of had a sale . Very disappointed I have bought a lot of jewelry and every jewelry store has some room to negotiate .
